typically, i personally call akira "nishiki" when referring to his y0 and pre-turn kiwami self and then "nishikiyama" when referring to him after he's changed. but in rumors, the reader and the rest of the hostesses call him nishikiyama despite it being the y0 setting because that's just how people refer to him in canon. the hostesses (and reina) call him nishikiyama-kun but i had reader refer to him as -san instead. -kun felt a little too familiar i suppose and considering the way she keeps her relationships with her customers, i felt like -san was the best route to take
