I'm not mentally strong enough to write about my point of view in the Danny Phantom show, I would disappoint so much the few people who follow me and it would be a shame to lose possible friends/supporters, just because I have strong feelings (based of my personal experience and my particular angle of analisys) towards the parenting style in a kid cartoon that is 20 years old XD
I'm tired, so tired right now, and scared of the judgment of the internet.
So, yeah.
Instead, I'll say that I enjoy and support any of your point of views, of your writing, of your interpretation. Danny Phantom is magic because everything is so gray that you can see whatever you want in it, and building on those concepts creating sceneries and universes that make absolutely sense!
So keep creating guys and gals and enby pals!
I love to see your point of view even if it's completely opposite to mine.
And I hope one day I'll have the courage to write some of my headcanons about the characters and not only about the worldbuilding/science of this magnificent world.

Doctor Who is amazing because it's managed to keep on going for 60 years now and I love how you can connect different generations through it.
On the other hand, I think about how my mum was also a 10-year-old obssessed with DW as well at some point and I get a little bit misty eyed.

do you celebrate christmas? if so, what is your favorite christmas tradition?
oh i am going to sound like such an asshole right now
i don't really celebrate most holidays, not unless my in-laws specifically request our presence.
my family kind of has a "buy each other gifts year round, whenever something makes me think of someone, when we get a bonus, etc." we put a lot of value into thoughtful gifts and pretty much all we do for holidays, and only really for thanksgiving and christmas, is have a nice dinner together - but we also just do this randomly sometimes because we want to spend time with each other.
this was really jarring for my husband who comes from one of those go all out, decorate the house, set up an elaborate train set that runs the length of the house (complete with a fully functioning smoke stack) kind of family but he's adjusted and he's starting to enjoy how no-pressure it is.
my immediate family is VERY tiny - just me, my mom, my (step)dad, and my uncle (who has a wife and kid now and no longer visits.) holidays feel more like something for big families and people with kids (and i fucking HATE commercial holidays like valentine's and shit.)
regardless, i still appreciate the sentiment of some holidays and i hope everyone has an AMAZING holiday, a great new year, and gets lots of love from their families and/or friends!!

Meh.. a little nervous but whatever..
I'm really not comfortable (yet) with posting my newer fanfics to A03 or Fanfiction.net just because they are kinda all over the place. So I posted them on the Cye Site.
It's full of Cye Whump and H/C and stuff:
If you like something (or dislike something) let me know. :)

I don’t really want to say anything, but the song at the end of ep 10 doesn’t have to be sad. It would also fit absolutely perfectly to a damn hot sex scene. 👀

As much as I want to be a wholly joyous about the fact that Henry Kissinger is finally fucking dead, as he deserves... There's a lot of me that can't help being upset with. With the fact that he lived to 100 years old. He got better medical care, better housing, and a better, more stable life for those 100 years than billions on this planet ever going to see and he did it specifically through exploitation, state sanctioned murder, and lies. He lived to 100 years comfortably on a legacy of violence that rarely threatened his personal comfort. I want to be joyous that he's finally dead, because the world IS better with him dead, but the reality is he won a long time ago.

normalize sexualizing that old woman without having mommy issues. maybe i don't want to be her pet because i'm traumatized. maybe i want to be her pet because she's hot. you ever think of that.

The amount of disappointment I felt when I found out Camus was a Zionist. The Stranger was a novel I adored as a teen, a novel that fundamentally changed how I viewed literature. The disappointment and disgust I feel for this man is immesurable. Turn in your grave, colonialist scum.

do you guys ever think about how Wyll is introduced as an archetypal fantasy hero, but then it turns out he’s a warlock, who made a pact with a devil. Do you ever think about how Ansur is described as this fantastical dragon of myth, but then when you find him, he’s turned into an undead monstrosity. Do you think about how when Wyll does the right thing, he is punished to become more monstrous. Do you think about how as Wyll’s warlock powers grow, his spells get more horrific. Do you think about how Ansur was killed by his closest friend. Do think about how Wyll was cast out by the most important person in his life. do you guys ever think about Ansur and Wyll.

Was I a weird kid for loving to watch cooking shows? Not like cooking competition shows, I mean stuff that they used to have on Food Network, like Good Eats and that sort of thing. I actually think that might have been one of my first real hyperfixations, though I had no idea that was what it was.
