Ferrero Grubu, sürdürülebilirlik yolculuğunda kat ettiği ilerlemeyi, yayımladığı 15. Sürdürülebilirlik Raporu ile kamuoyuyla paylaştı.  

İSTANBUL (İGFA) – Her zaman değer zinciri boyunca pozitif etki yaratma sorumluluğuyla faaliyet gösteren Ferrero Grubu, şirketin temel sürdürülebilirlik yapıtaşları olan “Çevreyi Korumak”, “Sorumlu Bileşen Tedariki”, “Sorumlu Tüketimi Teşvik Etmek” ve “İnsanları Güçlendirmek” alanlarında önemli bir ilerleme kaydettiğini raporladı.

Raporu değerlendiren Ferrero Grubu İcra Kurulu Başkanı Giovanni Ferrero, “Ferrero Grubu olarak gelecek nesiller için doğayı koruma konusunda kritik bir rol oynadığımızın farkındayız. Sürdürülebilirliğin Ferrero’nun uzun vadeli stratejisinin bir parçası olduğunu, elde ettiğimiz güçlü sonuçlarla bir kez daha teyit etmiş olduk. Sürdürülebilirlik çerçevemizi oluşturan dört yapıtaşı, aldığımız her stratejik karara rehberlik ediyor” dedi.

  Giovanni Ferrero sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü: “Ferrero olarak büyümeye ve ürün portföyümüzü çeşitlendirmeye devam ederken, kurduğumuz uzun vadeli ortaklıklarımıza, özellikle de faaliyet gösterdiğimiz ve hammaddelerimizi tedarik ettiğimiz topluluklara değer vermeyi sürdürüyoruz. İlerleme kaydetmek, sektörümüzün sosyal ve çevresel gündemini ileriye taşımak ve toplumsal değer yaratmak için ortaklıklar kurmanın önemine inanıyoruz.”

2022/23 mali yılını kapsayan Sürdürülebilirlik Raporu’nda, Ferrero’nun sorumlu tedarik yaklaşımı doğrultusunda, temel bileşenlerin tedarik zincirinde daha fazla şeffaflık sağlamaya yönelik çalışmaları öne çıkıyor. Fındık tedarik zincirinde yüzde 90 izlenebilirlik sağlayan Ferrero, bir önceki yıl yüzde 79 olan izlenebilirliği, sürdürülebilir tarım uygulamalarını teşvik etmek ve paylaşmak için üreticiler, tedarikçiler, kurumlar, üniversiteler ve araştırma merkezleriyle birlikte yürüttüğü çalışmalar sayesinde artırmayı başardı.

Ferrero, içerik tedarik ettiği bölgelerdeki tedarik zincirlerinde meydana gelen ormansızlaşma gibi sorunların çözümü için kurduğu ortaklıklarla, sahada yürütülen çalışmalara destek oldu. Bu çalışmalar kapsamında uydu haritalama sisteminin kullanılmasıyla, kakaonun çiftlik düzeyinde izlenebilirliği 2022/23 döneminde yüzde 93’e çıktı. İleri teknolojiyle kapsamlı çalışmalar yürüten Ferrero, aynı zamanda Dünya Kakao Vakfı (WCF) ve Uluslararası Kakao Girişimi (ICI) üyesi. Ferrero, fındık tedarik zincirinde Uluslararası Çalışma Örgütü (ILO) ile iş birliği yapmaktadır.

Ferrero Grubu’nun Sürdürülebilirlik İlerleme Raporu’nda öne çıkan diğer önemli veriler ise şöyle:

• Ferrero ambalajlarının yüzde 90,7’si geri dönüştürülebilir, yeniden kullanılabilir veya kompostlanabilir şekilde tasarlandı. Bir önceki yıl bu oran yüzde 88,5’ti.

• Suyu azaltma ve yeniden kullanma girişimleri sayesinde, Ferrero tesislerinde su yoğunluğunda yüzde 20 azaltma kaydedildi (2017/18 temel yılına kıyasla). 2021/22 yılına kıyasla ise yüzde 9,6 azalma sağlandı.

Romance manga that I would’ve liked more if it wasn’t 80% drama getting in between the main couple getting together or happening around the main couple so that there isnt substantial fluffy moments between them (either the author focuses on the side characters more, or the main couple has to focus on helping whoever currently has issues)

Kakao 79% - high school childhood best friends. ML seems more into the relationship than the FL, and the FL is more preoccupied with drama going on with a (sorta) friend. there are some romance moments but with almost 240 chs over 7 years, pls for the love of god there has to be more of it. Is it really a romance at this point

Summary: 

Ayano Tsubasa and Ichinose Yuu are childhood friends. Since they were kids, they were inseparable. But one day, they have to part each other's company because they are both transferring with their families to new homes. Clueless of where they will each transfer, they were shocked to find out that they have transferred to the same school.

WHY YOU SHOULD READ: 

- so this story is about how the ml (Yuu) struggles to tell the mc (tsubasa) his feelings and to be love back, and the mc struggling to come into terms w/ her feelings for the ml whether she feels platonic or romantic love towards him. because there are many factors affecting their story like their shared past with a friend, the people around them and even their own feelings, this story is a rollercoaster of a ride

- there’s just something about stories about friends to lovers that is beautiful to see

- the story is a rollercoaster ride! one moment you want to cry with the characters then the next you’re laughing so hard

- all the characters are all complex and well developed (i.g their friends)

- the mc is funny, athletic cool girl while the ml is smart, glutton popular boy

- there’s a mystery that keeps you going

- has the right amount of drama/romance/angst/comedy

- ngl but this made me tear up 

- their past and motivations are well explained 

- their friendship is g o a l s 

- the mc values friendship above others

- mc is easy to like and knows how to defend herself yay

- to conclude: there’s so many reasons why you should read this bcuz it really takes you back to all the pain, drama and happiness when experiencing your first crush or liking a friend or whatever. this is also well written and explains and explored the characters personality & stuff like that. read this bcuz this is really good personally i relate to tsubasa since she treasures her friends so much and will literally get hurt for them and of course the confusion and fear she felt at the thought of losing friendships arejustifable

- the culture of korea is kinda explained? i a sense the younger people/students has to respect their seniors even when those seniors dont deserve it (and i love that the mc put that senior in his place bwahaha)

- their story is light and easy read but some parts really tugs at your heart strings especially when it touches their relationship before and why it ended ((spoilers: they still like each other ok))

- their friends are really supportive and funny

- to conclude: this is a simple but well written type of story that would make you ‘awwww’ bcuz of the fluffiness but would make your heart go ‘awww’ because of the pain when it touches the subject of their relationship before and would want u to scream that they should get back together i think this would be relatable to anyone who had an ex or person they still have feelings for

- so this story is about the mc learning to be confident w/ her new looks despite the judgement and prejudice of everyone around her even her own fam

- this touches all kinds of culture and standards tbh like the standards peole have for women in terms of what they should wear and do

- the mc tries her hardest in everything and of course this shows how humane she is

- the mc is very pretty before and after the makeover

- plot = 5/5

- art style = 4/5

- you can clearly see how unfair the society is for women in this bcuz even girls are dragging girls down and its so sad

- there are true to life events here

- the male leads are understanding and kind

- ml knows the mc before the transformation so no, he doesnt like her bcuz of her transformation he already noticed her before and i love that

- the ml treats the mc so well

- also shows how much power bullying/isolation/cyberbullying via online or personally can do. (NOTE: no to bullying)

- the outfits are also greats hihi

- to conclude: read this bcuz it shows gender inequality, culture, beauty standards and all things in between. the characters are complex. i dont know if this is a light read for some but it’s not for me bcuz i get frustrated by all the injustice but read this bcuz it’s really nice and the art style is pretty

- yoo yeon (again, are you the ml??) is a mood bcuz who would want to work hard when you can work smart lmao 

- yoo yeon x ba-reum. their banters are so cute and i love how different yet alike they are

- friends are supportive af

- jae hyun x ba-reum. i love that he’s caring towards her hihi

- who she’ll end up with, no one knows (though i think i already have a clue) so read if you’re the type to fall for the 2nd lead or ship the mc w/ lots of character like me lmao

- the struggle of a person who hasnt been in a relationship is shown 

- mc is dependable and cute

- to conclude: this is a light read w/ the characters expression being a mood and just generally a nice and heart warming atmosphere

- the ml is cute and i just wanna point out that he’s very smart and put hanra first

- the mc is kind but strong and i love her powers

- the villain is so effective i want to kick him or her whateves where it hurs!!

- all the characters have their own motivations 

- to conclude: read this because it has a refreshing and interesting story with lots of mystery. the art style is decent too and the characters are easy to like except for that villain
