DAY 17 OF MY 21 day Health and Wellness Challenge

As you know by now, I promote health and wellness without which we are living a dangerous life.

My company RAIN INTERNATIONAL is a Health & Wellness company based in UTAH in the United States. In conjunction with Scientists from University of Maryland & John Hopkins University, we created supplements with Seeds and greens. The products are made available in about 42 countries as at today.

Some of the seeds and greens used in the production of our supplements include:

• GREENS--Dandelion, Kale, Spirulina, Wheat Grass, Aloe Vera, Spirulina • SEEDS--Black Cumin Seed, Milk Thistle Seed, Cranberry Seed, Chardonnay grape seeds .....to mention but a few.

All these ingredients are put together, cold pressed to produce our products. The cold press methodology helps the nutrients to maintain their natural qualities, thereby giving its fullness to those using the products.

Our products come in easy to carry & easily consumable satchets. They have great taste and hence both adults and children can take them except where indicated.

The products have been of great help to several people, helping people come out of several serious and terminal diseases. They are also good for general well being.

This is a story of growth 🌱 I lived a lot of day wanting more. 🌿 I felt what I was doing and the direction I was in was wrong. I moved. A lot. And tried to find something in a new place that I couldn’t fill. 🌿 I worked awful hours. Like 3am-8pm between 2 jobs. When people complained about their 9-5 I wanted to laugh.🌿 Then I got a 9-5, a step up in my book. I was thankful to get up at 5am, to take the bus 90 minutes downtown. I was thankful for a “well paying” job. But then the feeling came back. The feeling of “Rach, this is the wrong direction.” I became an expert at finding places in the building I could cry alone in, get my shit together and get back to work. I was working myself to death, only taking a 30 minute break for lunch. And I hated the person I was becoming. A toxic day to day Rut I was unable to get out of.🌿 I have had plenty of Day ones. First day of my bachelors degree, first day of my post bacc, first day of community college. Or day ones in work. First day at my studio job, first day at a medical office, first day in retail. But the first day that changed my life? That held me when I stepped away from my 9-5. Was day one of arbonne. Of starting my own business. And of fulfilling my purpose. 🌿 Now instead of moving to fill a hole, I get to stay in the same place and travel around. I get to work from home, from the coffee shop, from the plane, from campus.
