Even with all the Christianity over this holy well in Sligo, it is still a very serene and powerful place. I would highly recommend any irish pagan that can to visit and respectfully venerate their local holy wells. The connection to the land and the gods is so... palpable? here.
I've visited a fair few wells in the west of ireland but honestly this one felt especially sacred. Perhaps its because it is an area well known to me, or maybe the fact it is still used frequently by Catholic worshipers, who round the well just like pagans (presumably) did.
Either way, worship at your holy wells by rounding, offering clooties on nearby trees (biodegradable fabric please) and taking care of the site by litter collecting!

Sometimes I need to remind myself there's a lot of writing styles and different writing choices create different effects and if that's the intention then it's okay to do it differently from say X other person, since that person's style choice may not be to create the same effect as another writer's
Like. Haruki Murakami and Stephen King are not doing the same things, not trying to accomplish the same things. There is a reason one writer may intend to let dialogue do the heavy lifting and leave descriptions absent unless utterly necessary, only the most vital pieces written such as core actions. While another author might revel in pages of description, the setting they place their scenes in being its own character and such a tremendous influence on the point of the story. The author who picks to make time feel unreal and hard to grab and plays with time skips and back and forth for a particular effect, and the one who is much more concrete about time and the when's (perhaps for a murder mystery where the facts of the case are critical). Just because your writing choices are not identical to the choices of those you may admire, does not make them wrong. Your own particular piece of writing, in that moment in time, has its own goals that need to be achieved in their own ways.

4 and 5 from the interview game for pheonix?
4. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
"I, um, I always wanted to help people. I admired heroes, because, um, they had the power to help others and themselves. And they could defend people. It's not, um, quite what I hoped it would be, but. I've wanted to be a hero since I was little. Or help people in some way, anyway, but there aren't, um, many famous examples of people with powers like mine, and a hero was all I could think of."
5. Do you have any role models? Tell us a little bit about them.
"Kai and Aaron! They're so, um, kind, and nice, and Aaron's so calm and collected even when I really mess up. Kai gives the best hugs. And they're, um, both so brave. I know Kai doesn't, um, take missions that involve killing and I, um, admire him for that. And Aaron treats so many people, they're so patient and good to them, and they're so talented too. He doesn't give up easily. So, um, they're my role models."

🎞 Movie Night, 🥊 Exercise, 💥 First Fight and it seems fitting to make it ✨ Birthday HC!!! for teachers au
Literally I love how everyone on here is willing to go as hard for my birthday as I am 🤠
🎞 Movie Night HC
We're all aware of what happens when there's a nature documentary on 👀. When Bosco's in a small war with the IT department for the district over Jasmine (because Bosco is not at all backing down about them stealing their girl, Absolutely Not), the wifi specifically in Bosco's room gets cut. So Bosco, thinking about hitting that IT lady where it hurts, decides to take all their classes to Jasmine's room for the day, where the wifi is the strongest. But because they don't teach the same subject and there's not even enough desks for everyone to sit at, it ends up becoming a movie day. So they put on this movie, kill the lights, and let the kids do whatever during it as long as they're keeping a reasonable volume. And with the lights off, the fairly lights all over Jasmine's room twinkling, and the two of them sat in the back behind Jasmine's desk, it's almost romantic. Jasmine even rests her head on Bosco's shoulder, their arm slung around her shoulders, when the students are all settled and they're sure no one's seeing them.
🥊 Exercise/Workout HC
These are all fully and completely applicable headcanons like we're also totally aware of what happens when Jasmine's in workout gear 👀. When they're actually together, Jasmine's a little afraid to do yoga in the apartment, considering the sheer amount of injuries that resulted from Bosco staring at her ass in leggings and getting distracted. So she tries to do her routine when Bosco's out of the house or is taking their nap. However, once Bosco catches her in the act once and is somehow able to control themself, Jasmine allows them to watch, given that they remain seated and simply eat their breakfast while watching, to ensure that they don't, idk, accidentally stab her with a fork or step on her ankle or dump hot coffee on her while she's trying to work out.
💥 First Fight/Making Up HC
Essentially their first fight is basically when Jasmine first meets Bosco and accidentally calls their subject useless, which immediately turns them off and sparks this general hatred (although that's not at all what Jasmine was trying to say, she just got all tongue tied and over-talked because Bosco's pretty and over-talking is just what she does, but now that's all cancelled out by the fact that they hate her and she's got to hate them right back). Eventually through Bosco helping her acclimate to teaching, and their forced mentorship of Jasmine, Jasmine learns to appreciate Bosco and how much they actually are helping her, even if they're too blunt with their criticism of her and her work.
✨ Birthday HC
Because Jasmine's birthday happens during the part of the school year when teachers are winding down, students have very little left to learn, and much of the day is filled with field trips, movies, learning games, and field days, Bosco decides it's entirely appropriate to get all of their shared classes to prank Ms. Kennedie for her birthday—and because Jasmine's totally the person to celebrate her birthday all week long, it's a week filled with pranks.
