Imagine if 12 hours is a standard amount of sleep they need. Mario is running around at 7 AM on 8 hours of sleep and Peach is like "whyyyy are you uppp so earlyyy go back to sleeeppp"

I also imagined temperatures! I mostly imagined that Peach cannot handle the heat what so ever. Mario's out there in 35°C (95°F) heat and Peach is tucked away in her dungeon like a vampire. Or the OPPOSITE?? Its 40°C (104°F) and she's out there gardening and Mario is cooped up inside just miserable <XD

Ngl 'm kinda salty that instead of having Sun, or Solar, or Monty in today's gaming video on Laes, they had Roxanne, someone who is irrelevant to their channels besides being a running gag for teasing Sun. I know that Davis is probably too busy to record with Kat, Reed, and Valentine but I'd rather wait for him to be available for however long it takes than to watch a gaming video with Roxanne in it :/

My only theory as to why the Roxanne Show did this huge collab was because that they have recorded a VR lore collab episode with them as well and they were available.

*i watched the whole thing so you don't have to. Honestly, if you have seen the two very short clips of Davis's Sun and Earth/Kat singing, that's all you need. Because they're the only two of this musical that can actually... well... sing.*

The singing made my inner choir kid cringe.... and I just... did not care for the plot.

Roxanne was stressed over the holidays... because of the drama SHE created.... She whined about her estranged on again off again father not liking Christmas, whined when Gregory tried to invite Cassie over, Whined when Gregory was upset and dealing with drama of his only ghost friends potentially leaving the astral plain, Was annoyed when Freddy was trying to be a good boyfriend because she wasn't happy that not EVERYONE was having "the best christmas ever" Cus "Who doesn't like Christmas?" I don't know, Roxanne... people who are busy, people who work retail, people with dead relatives (like Cassie by the way) .... people who don't CELEBrate Christmas???

And I was waiting for the other shoe to drop so much in this special. Because so far, All they've sung about what makes Christmas Great is the Commodification and the Commercialism of Christmas.

That's what makes Christmas great. The cookies, the presents, the colorful lights.....big parties, traditions... etc etc....

Which, come on, I do NOT expect animatronics to get up like the Peanuts Holiday Special and tell me about the Birth of Jesus Christ.

But what I did expect them to do, was talk about the importance of family, and why being with the people you care about is so important... and there was... an attempt at that. But it didn't really land for me.

They didn't even bother to get into how other people celebrate Christmas.

It was all hyping up the commercialism of the Hoilday, and getting excited about that... I understand Gregory, cause he's a literal child... but every single animatronic was either for Christmas or anti Christmas for very commercial reasons.

And what's the crisis.... Roxanne is upset because not everyone likes Christmas and no one is falling into line for her plans for the Holidays... Not everything is about you. Gregory's friends are literally dying and Cassie is mourning her Dad over the holidays.

I thought the special would be about appreciating what you have, even if things don't work out. But no, everything works out and even her estranged father makes up with her for no reason other then because.

Respect for all the voice actors, talent and origination to get the RAGS Christmas Musical together... I just did not care for the plot. And People are free to disagree with me on this... but I found the whole Musical rather shallow and I have seen Hallmark Christmas and Rankinbass Movies with more meat.

I will say.... TSAMS (and MAFS to some extent) did a much better holiday special with far less production... because that's what it's really about, just spending time and exchanging gifts with people who you know care about you. And Earth and Solar experiencing Christmas with others that care about them for the first time and a feeling of warm togetherness and family that wasn't about a big planning or party, while also packing in some of the stressful feeling of the Holidays as well.

And yeah. If Sun was on "Vacation" they could have used this as an opportunity for Solar to be in gaming videos, since Davis himself isn't sick.

We've never seen Solar and Moon play a game together, and I know I'm not the only one asking for it in the official server.

Just involve Solar in more gaming videos. HE ASKED to be in them more. Just DO IT.

What the fuck why did Gregory do that

OKAY YOU WANT AN ANSWER??? I'LL GIVE YOU A GOD DAMN ANSWER

MAJOR FNAF RUIN SPOILERS

Okay so first of all: Gregory is patient 46 which means he's been under the Mimics control before and he KNOWS how that fucker WORKS. He knows how it affects people. He knows how it tricks people. He knows how it hurts people. That is important context here.

Gregory is 12 years old and just escaped a very fucking scary situation. He just escaped the control of an animatronic that tricked him into murdering multiple people, INCLUDING one of his friends, and also tricked him into lying about his past and parents to the authorities and possibly even manipulating him into MURDERING HIS PARENTS. Gregory is fucking TRAUAMTIZED. That's a LOT for a kid to go through!!! That's a lot for ANYONE to go through!!!!! And that paired with the fact that he also escaped with someone else (Vanessa) who was ALSO under the Mimics control, and also that he and Vanessa are the most likely candidates for who created the M.X.E.S to seal the Mimic away, they probably thought that this whole nightmare was over and that the Mimic couldn't hurt them anymore, that they were finally safe after everything and could finally recover.

But then Gregory's friend gets tricked by it. She gets lured to the Pizzaplex, thinking that he's hurt, alone, and trapped. Gregory says, and there's a chance of hearing a voice line of him trying to get through the Cassie while she's there. He's trying his fucking BEST to get through to Cassie and get her out of there before it's too late, he's trying to save her before she ruins all of his work and puts everyone at risk again. He did his fucking best, but by the time she finally listened and he got through to her, in his eyes, it was too late. The M.X.E.S was shut down, and the Mimic was free.

I have the preface this next part with the fact I know damn well that Gregory could've not been the one to drop the elevator, that it's perfectly possible that Mimic did it and that I actually believe that alternative more. But if Gregory was the one to do it, I think, for the situation he was put in, it's understandable.

Gregory, having failed at saving his friend, knowing that the system he and his new family, the survivors of this things torment, put in place to keep it sealed away and prevent it from hurting anyone anymore, is now free again- knowing how the Mimic affects and infects peoples minds, how it tricks them, thinks she's too far gone. That she can't be saved. Or that if she was saved, it would be at the risk of the everyone else.

So, he drops her. He thinks he's spared her from the Mimics control, and also sealed the one way out Mimic had by destroying the elevator. And it's possible he did, we don't know how that ended exactly- but considering Roxy's line at the end calling out Cassie's name, it's possible she still survived anyway. It's possible his plan failed, it's possible she'll be infected, it's possible the Mimic will be free and that he was just too late.

But we don't know how this ends yet. We just have to wait and see

But either way- Gregory did what he thought he had to do to protect EVERYONE. He didn't want Mimic getting more victims, he didn't want his best friend being one of those victims, he couldn't have that thing be free again after trying so hard to trap it away and be done with it.

He did what he thought was necessary.

Also if anyone who doesn't know me finds this, CREATOR IS MY FRIEND!!! I'M NOT UPSET WITH HIM FOR ASKING THIS LMAO I JUST NEED TO PROTECT MY SON!!!!

WHAT IS MEMENTO MORI ABOUT?

Memento Mori goes into themes of neurodivergency, loneliness, and the intersection between them as a major thing and arguably the most important underlying plot line underneath your typical FNAF SB plot. At the very least it's important to me.

It takes place in the year 2031, with the PizzaPlex having opened in 2025, two years after a canon-divergent FFPS. It's connected to my currently very under construction humanized FNAF1-FFPS AU, All Those Nights.

It starts off when Vanna, a woman who is tired of being nobody and determined to be remembered, sets her sights on the PizzaPlex to try and cause some loud, flashy tragedy that will make her stick in people's memory. With the help of her girlfriend, Anne, who she's known since she was a child and reunited with as an adult, since Vanna faked her death in her teenage years. Anne has a hatred for people and a disillusionment with the world around her, but also holds a sense of morality she tries to bury.

Vanna could have had some morals, but thanks to her past with street violence, she is very desensitized to her own horrible actions and much more ready to go through with this. She has a playful, friendly demeanor that hides horrendous anger issues caused by emotional dysregulation, buried self-hatred, and a sort of spite towards a world where she never fit in.

So, the PizzaPlex.

Through the course of six months, Vanna and Anne hack the Glamrocks one by one, and kill several people to try and fulfill Vanna's goal.

The events of FNAF SB proper follow primarily Glam as the protagonist, with Vivianne as a sort of second POV, as they try to survive, figure out what's happening, and save everyone, while also trying to find Vivianne's sister, who got stuck here with her.

There's also some side plots! Such as...

-Gala, Monty and Roxy slowly coming to realize that what's going on here isn't what they're being led to believe, only to be fully stripped of their free will to ensure they stay in line, something that happened to Melody a while before the events of the plot.

-Sol's initial attempts to get back to safety when they know everything's dangerous, from which they shift focus upon running into Melody, realizing something's wrong, and trying to find a way to help him.

-Luna being a looming presence through most of these plot lines, being just... different. In reality, it's Vanna keeping things in check, while Luna's stuck in the back of his own body, spectating.

-And Vanna and Anne's attempts to get everything back on track as Vanna starts to lose her temper and speed towards her own doom.

WHAT IS SECURITY IS IN PLACE ABOUT?

So this AU started as a "yes, and..." bit with a mutual about a FNAF SB dating sim. It's not actually super romance focused but I'm telling you this because the way the story is set up and stuff like the theming surrounding this AU's Vanny makes more sense in that context.

So, the year is 2005, owing to the timeskip between FNAF1 and FNAF3 being cut some.

The PizzaPlex, opened in 2003, has moved on from the horrors of the past. Or most people think that, anyways. Raglan, a king of coping healthily with grief, pulled a small funny move, and designed nearly all the Glamrocks after people from the past.

Astrifer is designed after Henry Emily.

Noctifer is designed after William Afton.

Taiyo and Tsuki are designed after the Puppet, and, in turn, Charlie Emily.

Sally is designed after Susie Beck.

Rox is designed after the Mangle.

Stellifer is exempt from this and an outlier in that. He probably was just bought from a different location and redesigned a bit.

Most people don't notice, or don't care enough to think too hard about it.

Valentine Lovett, the now adult younger sister of Susie Beck, isn't most people.

Valentine is a very sweet and cheerful woman who keeps up such a sickeningly pretty, lovely appearance. In actuality, she is a very disturbed individual whose life was ruined by her sister's death, as her parents couldn't cope with it and traumatized her even further by projecting Susie on her.

Valentine is someone incredibly obsessive and who struggles to come to terms with reality, and she sees the Glamrocks as a revival of people who should have stayed dead. So she's decided she's gonna be the one to make them truly gone. She's also a terrifyingly skilled stalker.

The story is divided into several "routes", with highly differing story lines. However, each character has their route jointed with another, and while the character you pick will mostly be the focus, the events will follow a roughly similar progression for both of those characters.

So, routes:

NIGHT GUARD: Astrifer - Nessa (Hacked: Noctifer, Tsuki)

STAGE CREW: Noctifer - Stellifer (Hacked: The opposite of who you pick. If you pick Noctifer, Stellifer will get hacked, and viceversa)

KITCHEN: Sally - Rox (Hacked: Rox)

DAYCARE: Tsuki - Taiyo (Hacked: Tsuki)

HEARTBREAKER: Valentine (Hacked: Noctifer, Tsuki, Rox, Stellifer, Sally)

ABOUT THE HEARTBREAKER ROUTE...

It is possible to choose Valentine within the story of SiiP. A sort of New Game+ possibility where Bernadette has the chance to meet Valentine early and bond with her first.

This isn't an "I can fix her" story path, however, it's a "She will make you worse" one.

Bernadette is someone who would very much do anything for a person they care about. At the beginning here, when they heard of Valentine's motivations, they thought she had a bit of a point.

So, they decided to help her.

I typically dub this story path's Bernadette either Darling or Heartbreaker, and the story follows their plunge into a full-on corruption arc that lands them as a true, full villain by the end of it, perhaps to an even greater degree than Valentine.

They carefully work their way into ensuring they don't get attached to anyone other than Valentine, manipulate the characters they normally would have bonded with and make them believe they're their friend, ready, at any time needed, to betray each and every one of them for their own gain.

Darling started out not as certain of this, but slowly came to realize they enjoy the thrill of being in control, and started to become a cruel, malicious and silver-tongued person. They still love Valentine deeply, but it's hard for them to truly extend that care to anyone else.

They become the closest SiiP has to a Mimic variant, and this story path leads to SiiP's own version of Security Breach within lore, which would be a lot more focused on mind games and the fear of not knowing who or what you can trust.

There's a Ruin DLC side AU spanning off of it too, but that's in the works.

"Janitor." Fnaf sb x Fem Reader. *Prologue*

Description: What happens when Y/n L/n lands a cleaning Job at the mega pizza plex? How will she handle all the Animatronics falling for her?

Warnings: Slight drama and jealousy, but other than that, none.

Other things: Micheal and Phone Guy are in the story, and Bonnie and Foxie aren't dismantled, thanks to Gregory. Gregory is in High School along with his girlfriend, who saved him. Cassie works as a security guard at the pizza plex to keep Freddy and the others safe. There is a new Daycare attendant named Joker, who will be introduced later, and the attendants have better upgrades than their original selves.

It was about early noon on a Monday, and this day you started your very new Job as a janitor.

Everything was happening all at once, you graduated Highschool, entered your first year at college, and now, you are already at your second Job, which was surprisingly easy to Nail.

The pizza plex mall has been through shit and opened recently under new management. And, of course, them struggling to find people to work for them, and the poor industry has been hard to be kept open for more extended periods.

But, you decided to work here, not because you were a massive fan of the Glamrocks, but because the pay here is excellent.

How can you pass the opportunity of getting paid almost 50 dollars an hour? That's just being a janitor; imagine what being a security guard or a mechanic pays?

Anyways, the guy you were following was probably your co-worker; he seemed to know everyone as you both headed to the cleaning area, himself having too much of a smile on his face.

Not that it bothered you, but you were nervous for some reason; you didn't expect this place to be so huge, as it felt like you were on a different planet. He could sense you were nervous as his hands grabbed a key card, swiping it into the holder as the door unlocked.

"Nervous?" He asked, facing you as his hand held the door open. Chuckling nervously, you scratched your neck. "Yeah, a little." "Well, don't be; it's ok to be nervous all the time at a new job; this place can be a little overwhelming, but once your first month flies by, it can feel a little better. Now some ground rules, put your stuff there first." Pointing to some sort of desk, you nodded before setting your bag down, putting your phone in a desk drawer, along with your car keys and personal information.

"The Janitor of the Pizza plex is one of the more critical jobs, which is why we get paid so much. Since there are multiple layers of dirt, grime, and germs from daycare, we must clean, and training employees for 90 or more days is very important. First things first, here is something that will come in handy." Giving you a folded-up piece of paper, you took it between your fingers before realizing it was a map, circles of red marking the main areas. "If you notice the numbers beside the circles, those are the areas in order we have to go by each day. First, the stage, since we are right by it, then we move over to Dj, then to Glamrock's central area, then their dressing rooms, then to the attractions, and then lastly, Daycare."

Your head tilted. "But why does Daycare last? Isn't that place supposed to be the dirtiest?" He smirked. "everyone asks that. We do it last because all the kids are there now, they'll just see us and try to play with us all the time, so it slows things down. Gotta keep those little rugrats down. Once all the main attractions are done, in between, we usually get the main area and hallways and other areas that need to be cleaned. I know it sounds a little overwhelming, but I promise once you get trained, it will be a breeze to remember because every room is the same routine over and over." Your head nodded. "Got it."

"Well, before I give you something, Hi, I'm Cyrus; I've been working here for at least....6 years now, I know, save the applause later." Snorting, your hand went into your mouth as he pointed. "See?! There's something I like to see; enough of the introductions here." He gave you some sort of Freddy-shaped watch that slipped from his hands to yours. Watching as your eyes sparkled with excitement, the male folded his arms. "This thing you drooling for is called a fazz watch; it will help with communication from farther places. It was upgraded thanks to my good friend, Greggory, so it can detect threats, your health, stress level, and even hunger level. Also, you can order from every restaurant here online, so you don't have to wait in those ungodly long lines. Now that I explained everything, you are, just for today and tomorrow, going to follow me and watch; I will let you try a couple of things to see if you were paying attention, but having the workers just shadow for the first few days is rather important, think you can handle it, newbie?"

Putting on the watch, you let out a nervous sigh before slightly smiling. "I-Uhm, yeah, I think I can handle it." He smiled while roughly patting your back. "Atta girl, come on, let's head to the stage Newbie."

Watching him walk passed, you took a final deep breath before looking back to your map, which slightly crumpled under your fingertips.

This Job is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and if Cybrus says you can get comfortable in just a month, then this job might not be so bad......

Gregory deserves to be the protagonist of a future game

Gregory is a very curious character in Fnaf because the conception we had of him has changed over time.

In the first trailer we were supposed to understand that he would be a scared child who we would take care of like Vanessa (at that time it was hardly suspected that Vanessa and Vanny were the same person). However, in one of the figurines that Funko made in which he appears, he looks serious and determined, something that he was would begin to make us understand that he was completely different from what we thought, but we could not see this well until the release of Security Breach. In this game we see Gregory being brave, which many people explained by being an orphan and living on the street as we see in one of the endings, but no one would ever believe that he was actually patient 46 of the retro CDs and that He had indeed had a good life.

Having said all this, I would like to give my reasons why I would like him to be the protagonist again.

The first is that in GGY things are not left uncovered since he is not the protagonist but Tony. This means that the data we obtain from this story is from the perspective of this character, meaning that many things are not mentioned because Tony does not know them. The most important and the one that catches my attention so much is how he came to be trapped under the control of Glitchtrap, something that I see could be explained very well in a game where Gregory begins to remember about his past time.

The next one is because I think the contrast of Gregory's somewhat immature personality as a child (not remembering his GGY stage) to adulthood he will be more sensible (remembering GGY) can be brutal. There is an interpretation of Candy Cadet's story about the girl, the witch and the lying boy where it says that Gregory will return to the Pizzaplex to kill the witch who is Mimic but that he will be deceived by the lying boy who will be Cassie under the control of Mimic and I really want to see that. That would be amazing because I would love to see how Gregory spins Mimic with Glitchtrap and the GGY thing while trying to free Cassie and defeat Mimic.

To finish, give this last reason that would be more of a wish and that is that I would love for them to return to canon with a future game, whether starring (hopefully) or not by Gregory, the background he had in the history of GGY. As I have said before, people's perception of Gregory has changed over time, but I think the best one is the one he has now, being that he is given a past that he will deal with when he remembers and that will bring him many wounds that he will have to face so that they can heal.

One of those that I would love for it to go into depth would be how he ended up with Tony (we don't know much about Ellis so I don't think he died although it is also a possibility). It would be a damn cool thing to see that since we would see Gregory grow a lot in maturity like this since it shouldn't be easy for him to discover that he was the culprit of his best friend's death.

I hope Steel Wool makes Gregory the protagonist in the future (or at least explores more of him) because he has a lot of potential that deserves to be taken advantage of.

Security Breach Ruin Trailer Analysis & Theory

Alright I have a lot to say about the new trailer. You can watch it here

I was never on board with the FNAF "Gregory is a robot" Theory... Until this very trailer when they revealed the girl's name is Cassie. Now, this Could just be a poetic parallel to previous characters and events, but given the current WACKY state of fnaf lore I just can't brush it off as that for my own peace of mind. Theory under the read more.

For those who don't know, Cassidy (also known as Cass and Cassie) was one of the murder victims and specifically, the ghost of Golden Freddy. She also is the vengeful character who stayed behind to torture Afton in Custom Night. She is also known as The One You Should Not Have Killed. (I also read online she possesses golden freddy together with crying child but let's put a pin in that 📍)

There is also another lesser known Cassidy character in FNAF. The princess from princess quest.

Which I think is Really interesting. Both have a yellow theme and BOTH are dead-set on destroying Afton (Golden Freddy fighting the Real Deal and the Princess fighting digital pixel art Aftons). But how does that relate to OUR Cassie? Well take a look at the SB Ruin poster.

It's Cassie standing in front of a Broken Down Golden Freddy Statue. It's beautiful symbolism that's been right in front of our eyes the entire time, and we never saw it! If THIS Cassie has any link to the previous ones, this is her confronting her past and future. She's going on her own princess quest... And given how we see Vanny's mask and Bonnie in the trailer, I don't think she's going to be JUST saving Gregory. She's going to confront Another facet of whatever is left of Afton.

📍Now another interesting thing about Golden Freddy possibly having been co-possessed by crying child, is Gregory's resemblance to the character.

Not exactly uncanny, but the similarities are enough to warrant theories! If these two characters were familiar with each other in a past iteration, it's QUITE the funny coincidence they're familiar with each other NOW.

Which leads to me, unfortunately, needing to humour the robot theory.

If these two are indeed the same characters from the past, they are... most likely... robots. I don't know WHO is making these robots, probably someone who's familiar with the past and Afton. And also someone who's daft enough to through these lengths to wipe the Spaghetti Stain that is Afton off the face of the earth. Because let's be honest, the cops wouldn't know what to do with a man who's both a computer virus AND zombie either 💀

I just cannot grasp another reason for these characters to exist AGAIN as children after being violently murdered in the 80's. And with how CRAZY the FNAF lore is and how important all introduced characters are, I doubt these children are anything but a coincidence/cheeky parallel. Their presence holds a weight in the narrative... whatever that narrative is at this point.

Unrelated, but I also suspect Gregory to be under Afton's influence in this DLC. He sounds a Lot like he's trying to lure her in deeper, on purpose. Saying stuff like "Save me", "I don't have time to explain how I got here but you've GOT to help me out" and "don't give up on me yet"... They just feel very odd things to say to a friend who you reached out to to rescue you. I don't trust it.

(Re)Building the Future Chapter 1

A mixture of ideas I’ve had rolling around in my brain since Ruin came out. Please enjoy.

 "I'm so sorry…"

"I love carrot cake. Happy birthday, Cassie…"

There's a click accompanied by sobbing, and then……. Nothing… 

…….. 

………. 

Beep. Beep. Beep. 

"Reboot complete."

Roxy regains awareness with a groan. What happened?

She tries to sit up, but something heavy is pressing down on her. Great. Just great. It feels like one of those vehicles humans use to get around the Pizza Plex. Inferior to her golf carts, of course, but also dreadfully inconvenient to be trapped under. And Roxy would know. This isn't the first time one has fallen on her since she lost her eyes to that stupid boy, Gregory. That horrible awful loser. How she'd like to get her claws on him… 

"Roxyyy" 

Roxy tries to ignore the obnoxious voice in her head. Plotting revenge is much more appealing right now than dealing with Helpy. Unfortunately, Helpy doesn't seem to feel the same way. 

"ROXANNE WOLF!" He blasts. If she were human, the volume would probably be painful. 

"What? I'm a little busy here." Roxy finally replies, giving the vehicle another shove to prove her point. 

"You're needed down below. That silly girl showed up out of nowhere and I… May have shown her how to deactivate all of M.X.E.S's security nodes. There's nothing keeping It from getting out now!" 

"Oh, Fizzy Faz. Why would you give a child that kind of power?" Roxy really wishes cursing wasn't against her programming. 

Helpy is right (for once). This is very bad. 

"I’ve been feeling a little glitchy today, okay? Anyway," Helpy says, clearly avoiding responsibility for his mistakes, "we've got a HUGE problem, so get down there and do something."

"What exactly do you want me to do? Beat it in a race?" Roxy asks, finally managing to dislodge her good leg. 

"Beating It is an option. Just not in a race. Don't worry - I'll be here to guide you, since, you know, you can't see! I'll be like your seeing eye bear!" Helpy says enthusiastically. 

Roxy sighs. Normally, she hates spending time with Helpy. He's an annoying little digital know it all who doesn't know how to shut up. (and he did just insult her). But without her eyes, she doesn't really have a choice. Her Number 1 Twice is somewhere down below and has no idea what she's unleashed. She has to save Cassie. And taking It down is also important, she supposes. 

Roxy is built for speed and agility. The next few minutes pass in a blur. Down the stairs - she loses track of how many flights. The elevator has already left. She takes another route. One covered with debris she must navigate. (If Helpy is leading her to her death, she'll kill him first). There are places she has to tunnel through planks and concrete rubble to make her way. But she does it. It's damp. She can hear water nearby and the ground makes a squishy noise when she steps in certain places. "Oh hey! There's an underground waterfall over there!" Helpy informs her at one point. 

"Focus, Helpy. We're not here to sight see." Roxy reminds him. 

"Riiiiight. Well, we're getting close. I think. Just through this door and down a few more flights of stairs!"

As she treks down stairs and through the halls of a structure she didn't even know existed until just now, Helpy continues to give her, well, 'helpful' suggestions. 

"There's an automatic door exactly 2.345 feet to your right."

"No! Not that door!" 

"Be sure to watch out for the burners on the floor in here!"

This particular piece of advice confuses Roxy to no end. "Why the Faz are there burners on the floor? Do you know how many safety regulations that violates?!" 

"Don't ask me. I just work here. Digitally, of course."

After the weird burner rooms, and another round of stairs, Roxy suddenly runs out of floor. Without thinking, without waiting for Helpy to confirm that it is safe, she jumps. Luckily, the space beneath her is not very deep. Rolling into a stand with both legs more or less intact, she scrambles around until she finds a small hole in the wall. As she crawls through, she hears a small voice in the distance say, "You're not Gregory."

Cassie is close. She can feel it.

The thing Fazbear Entertainment keeps trapped beneath the Pizza Plex doesn’t go down without a fight. Neither does Roxy. Unfortunately, she isn't able to hold it off for long before it's able to shove her aside and continue after Cassie. To make matters worse, Helpy is giving her conflicting directions, leading her in circles. It is probably interfering somehow. She's on her own if she wants to get anywhere with this. She stalks forward, listening carefully. A faint creaking, scaping sound catches her attention. Then a whimper. 

Roxy dashes to her right. Right again. Forward. In the distance, the elevator doors slide shut with a grinding crunch. It struggles for a moment, seemingly caught in the door. This gives Roxy just enough time to pull the creature into a choke hold. 

"Leave her alone!" she growls at It. 

"But she came to rescue me!" It protests in a voice that sounds a little too much like Gregory. 

Whatever actually prompted Cassie to come down here, Roxy is pretty sure the kid didn't come to save It on purpose. Cassie is smarter than that. 

"You tried to kill her!" Roxy shrieks in anger. It struggles against her. She refuses to let go. With a little luck, the elevator will finish its journey soon and Cassie will be safely back at the surface in no time. 

Luck, however, is a fickle thing. Rarely do things turn out as luckily as we would prefer. Roxy knows this. She's never relied on luck to win races or make crying children smile. Deep down, she knows she can't always win (though she still tries to, often at the detriment of others). But that doesn't make it any less horrifying when the elevator begins to plummet instead of going up. When she hears Cassie's panicked screams. Or the shattering crash of the elevator splitting apart at the bottom of the shaft. 

"No…" Roxy nearly lets go of It in her panic.  

"Now she can stay forever," It says gleefully, once again mimicking Gregory's voice. 

"One more word and I'll tear your head off," Roxy threatens. She drags It away from the elevator. 

"Lock It up!" Helpy screeches. "Lock It up!" 

"Where?" Roxy asks reluctantly. She doesn't want to leave the elevator's ruins. Cassie is in there somewhere. 

"M.X.E.S wants you to put It in one of the extra containment rooms to your left," Helpy starts, "No one is safe until you've done that."

As much as she hates to admit it, the annoying little bear is right. If Cassie is still alive, leaving It to roam free will put her in danger. 

"Okay. Let's do this," she finally agrees. Hoping Helpy's instructions ring true this time, Roxy lets him guide her to It's new containment cell. Her threats seem to have worked; the creature doesn't fight her as hard as she knows it could. She shoves the thing into the room and grabs the sliding door, ready to shut It away forever, but she thinks better of it. 

"I'll be taking these," Roxy says. Then she reaches for It's face and yanks on the eye receptacles. They give way with a pop. She haphazardly connects the wires to her own eye sockets, blinking as the world flickers into focus for the first time in a long time. 

"My eyes!" It complains. "You took them!"

Swap AU Cassie is SO BABY……. would love more of her and your beautiful human Roxy.

Although - and forgive me if I ramble a bit here - this takes place in a Ruin equivalent time yeah? Wouldn’t Cassie be more banged up? It’d be sad but she probably would be right? :[

It’s okay, I’m sure Roxy could fix her up. She probably does her own car maintenance ‘cause she’s a badass.

Ooh, now I’m also wondering what a base-game Swap would be like…

Lol, it should take place during the day and Freddy’s trying to smuggle Gregory out, and shenanigans ensue! (Possibly Gregory is due to be scrapped, so Freddy wants to keep the clearly sentient, slightly feral-acting child-like robot from that fate. He got emotionally attached <3)

Of course, if Roxy and Freddy are visiting there then there is prolly some attraction attracting lone adult patrons.. idk what that means for changes to the theme of the Megaplex.. But that’s not important right now!

Also, the main obstacle for Freddy would just generally be that he is trying to steal a child-sized robot in broad daylight while the place is possibly open/at least has workers there that he has to dodge. Good luck to the big guy.

Actually, the now-humans could be workers at the Plex. Like say instead of having tons of bots all over, they only had a few (like Cassie, Gregory, and possibly Vanny?) that were designed specifically to seem/be completely harmless, and more childlike. Cassie and Gregory could’ve been made to attend birthday parties (especially of lonely/upset kids), and Vanny could be a playful and friendly older figure who helps lost kids and cheers up anyone who’s feeling down. (I’d probably include Vanessa as a security program assigned to Vanny because. Security guard. Plus we’ve already seen that with Moon.)

In this case Gregory would probably still be messed up and act weird and get retired and shut down to be scrapped for parts, leading to Freddy finding him and rebooting him and then deciding to take him home once he figures out what’s up.

That kinda begs the question of what everyone’s jobs would be in the Plex, ‘cause how would Freddy find Gregory? And why would Cassie and Roxy be close in this version?

Well I have some answers to that!! ….I have no idea what Freddy’s job would be! He has. Very little by way of interesting character traits. Same with Monty. Why are the men so uninteresting in this game. Maybe Freddy’s a manager, since he was the leader of the band? Maybe he was taking inventory when he found Gregory? Idk!

Chica is definitely easier to pick for because she actually has distinct traits, and gets the obvious choice of working in the kitchen/bakery. (On that note, this kind of feels like a lower tech AU with less automated jobs, so managerial work/cooking/other tasks that are automated in SB I’ll give to people lol)

Would it be a dick move to make Monty a janitor? Lmao I swear I don’t hate him but idk what to give him at this point. Night guard? He could be a night guard.

….do I need to assign Bonnie a job? Wouldn’t he technically be dead? (He’s associated with the wet floor bots right? He could be a janitor.)

Who I REALLY have ideas for is everybody’s favorite, Roxy!! Saved her for last cause I knew I’d go on about her. She would totally be the maintenance gal for the race track - keeping the karts in working order, making sure the track is safe to drive on, etc. I imagine she could also do general maintenance, but her main area she works in is the racetrack.

As for how she and Cassie met. Well. Roxy is shown to be a very insecure person in the games. So what if the people she knew were busy and forgot/missed her birthday? And a little bunny, built for accompanying lonely and upset folks on their birthday, sees how upset she is, and overhears Roxy talking to herself and mention her birthday?

Well, I’m just saying, that little bun might just go hunt down a spare small cake from the bakery to put some candles in, and saunter her way into the nearly empty room to place it right in front of her new friend, smile, and say “Happy birthday, Roxy!”

The thems <3 I hope any of this makes sense I am just Thinking About Them…..

OMG THESE ARE SUCH GOOD IDEAS ANON. BIG BRAINED !!! I love the job choices for the gang (Monty being a janitor/nightguard is so funny 😭) and Vanny being along with animatronic Cassie and Gregory is rlly good, it's something I definitely I thought of! (She would be a rabbit ofc)

And that last part IS SO CUUTE !! I need to draw young Roxy with Cassie.....

And to answer your first question: Yes, it takes place in ruin and she would be banged up. But!! I decided not to draw her ruined version because I wanted to show off her design, if that makes sense?? :0 when I do expand on this au, I'll change it in the future which will be PAINFUL :(

okay time to make a little fnaf theory.

RUIN SPOILERS BELOW!!!

so by now everyone who’s played ruin is trying to figure out the ending and Gregory’s whole speech and wether it was actually him or not right. and though this theory isn’t necessarily leaning towards one side or the other, i just noticed something that i haven’t really seen anyone else talking about? and i feel like it might be some important details.

so the whole reason Gregory supposedly dropped the elevator was to keep the mimic from following Cassie and escaping, right? but that elevator isn’t the only way out. Cassie literally broke down a cement wall to get to the mimic, it very well could just walk its way out that way to the other elevator, Cassie or no Cassie. especially since the elevator Cassie went on to go down isn’t the same one she got on to go back up.

(yes i was watching jack manifold, it was convenient)

this is the elector Cassie gets on to go down to the fnaf 6 location. It has the double doors in the back, with the arrows and the green button on the other side.

This is the elevator Cassie gets on to escape. No back doors, no arrows, and it has grate-like doors that close behind her. It’s also noticeably wider. And other than the very obvious differences, it can’t be the same elevator since Cassie also descended several stories below the original one without ever going back up.

So despite Gregory supposedly having maps of the underground area, he didn’t realize that this wasn’t the mimics only route of escape? maybe he thought that the mimic would only follow or wanted Cassie, so he dropped her? I don’t know, if there’s a reason you guys can think of let me know, but Gregory’s whole explanation of “not being followed” just doesn’t quite seem to add up anymore when the mimic can literally just go around the other side through candy cadets area.

but this realization also leaves me with more questions. where does the other elevator actually go? i don’t think we see anything like it in the actual pizzaplex, or anywhere else we’ve been in security breach or ruin. and honestly, i’m kind of confused how there are “schematics” for the whole chase scene area, considering they are dirt tunnels. what were they for? idk ruin left a lot of questions. the wide size of the second elevator makes me think people could have possibly used it for transferring large supplies for construction (or animatronics), but it’s decrepit state makes it seem like it hasn’t been used in a loooong time. who knows if the owners of the pizza plex even knows about it.

I DONT KNOW i’m just kind of rambling, i have a lot of thoughts about fnaf, and if i overlooked any huge or tiny details that would make this make sense, please tell me. but yeah, just thought that was weird :/

DLC Theories (and SPOILERS)

(WARNING! this journal contains spoilers! read at your own risk! also, i have a few theories about the game as well, understand that these are THEORIES! they have not yet been confirmed or denied. please do NOT make some war over these theories PLEASE! your allowed to agree or disagree with these theories i have, i don't mind/care, but don't be a jerk about it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!) ok, 1st theory: i seen a LOT of people hating Gregory's guts for betraying Cassie when she needed it most, as in the game, it looked like he cut the elevator wires and sending Cassie back down with the Mimic who has the ability to copy voices (that's gonna be important soon so keep that in mind) my theory is that what if Gregory DIDN'T betray Cassie? what if the Mimic picked up that walkie-talkie after exposing itself to Cassie and tricked her AGAIN? because (in theory) i don't think Gregory, who took down 3 big ass animatronics (especially Monty's ass) and even faced off that spring-trap corpse himself as well! (i am told that the Afton we fought off in Security Breach wasn't Afton himself, so i'll let you decide) and in the game we see cutouts of Gregory comforting Cassie when no one came to her B-Day (from what we see and hear in the DLC) so SURELY Gregory wouldn't backstab Cassie like that, plus, Gregory seemed like a smart kid! so he would have at least tell Cassie to hang in there until he found a way to help her as Cassie came back to the Ruins to save Gregory. but then again, we don't know as the DLC gave us more questions than answers. so it looks like we'll behaving another game coming out soon. 2nd and a half theory: a lot of people be hating on Glamrock Bonnie's official design (which is stupid, he ain't our character) but also REALLY leaning on the theory that Monty took him out. which MAY be a possibility....but i was studying what his injuries looked like and i don't see any claw marks anywhere (now it COULD just be me, i do have shit vision so who knows) i actually got 1 and a half theories here. first one is Vanny used the bots to kill off Glamrock Bonnie because he walked in on her while she had one of the missing kids with her. second theory he accidently got crushed in bowling machine. say he slipped or got stuck in the machine, because when you find Glamrock Bonnie's body, BOTH his legs are detached. last theory i have for him is a lot more far fetched, but hey, a guess is a guess. what if the Mimic caused Glamrock Bonnie's death?? we don't know fully about the Mimic, other than it's a killing machine that can copy voices. but again, who knows. maybe i'm right, maybe i'm wrong. but maybe the next game will explain more 3rd theory: people are really wishing that we're just dealing with AI and not the souls. which MAY be the case of the game. but we still don't know if it really is AI or if Vanny who took the other missing children in the Pizzaplex were still around but as spirits. it's VERY cryptic, and also i think this would be afar fetched theory, but this has been in my mind, so there's that. last theory: do ya'll remember the comics you get when you get the alternate endings? i think we're seeing some parts of those comics in the DLC like puzzle pieces. like the "prototype" Glamrock Freddy had those scars from being attacked by bots and how he has no head. another comic where Vanny leaves her mask behind, we got Cassie having it given to her. and we also see missing posters of Gregory like how we see missing newspapers of other children when we get the bad ending where we see that Gregory has no family (from what we seen) who knows! but what do you think?? lemme know your theories in the comments below!

BEWARE, SPOILERS AHEAD

(I tagged the spoilers so hopefully this doesn't appear to anyone who doesn't want to read spoilers)

I'm not going to say that Ruin doesn't have it's faults. Nor that reading the books is completely unnecessary (the books give a lot more direct insight), but a lot of the content can be understood and explained by a game only viewer.

Today we will discuss, The Mimic.

I have seen many many many people discussing Ruin and how it simply doesn't make sense unless you've read the Tales From The Pizzaplex books. But it does. The argument that the Mimic can only be understood from a book reader's perspective is incorrect due to one important game in the series.

Sister Location

In Sister Location, there are TWO animatronics whose abilities are very similar to, if not identical, to the Mimic's.

In Sister Location, FT Foxy has the Parental Voice Sync & Replay ability, which allows them to mimic the voices of parents, as well as replaying certain voice clips they collect from listening to their surroundings. Very similar to how, in Ruin, Helpi creates voice clips of Cassie to use over the Intercom system by "using samples of your voice". I don't have much to say about this one, because this next one is far more interesting to me.

Let's talk about FT Freddy. In the Sister Location blueprints, it explicitly states that FT Freddy is equip with a "Voice Mimic/Luring" system. Presumably this would work almost identically to the system that the Mimic contains, with the ability to hear a person, and completely mimic their voice to lure a victim to a set location, just like how Cassie is lured through the Pizzaplex to the sinkhole in Roxy Raceway by the Mimic who uses Gregory's voice. These animatronics are proof that this system existed prior to Ruin. Which makes even more sense if we take into account that the Mimic endoskeleton is not a Glamrock, at least not entirely. We can see that at the very least it's arms are from two separate endoskeletons. There's nothing proving that the Mimic doesn't contain similar a similar voice box system to the Funtimes, assuming that it doesn't simply have FT Freddy's voice box from the Blob that was in the sinkhole in SB.

Sure it doesn't perfectly explain stuff and is far from as detailed an understanding as you would get without reading the books, but it shows that the Mimic is a character that could plausibly be explained and exist outside of any understanding of the books.

Also sorry for how poorly this is probably explained and the layout of my rambling, but I'm writing this on pure adrenaline and off of memory.

what my kiddos are doing for valentine’s day!

laura tagged along with lydia and rosy for a lot of the day because she normally spends the day with lydia and felt a little lonely probably. but then she left the two of them to do their own thing and now she’s scotty’s valentine and eating donuts with him.

audrey isn’t even aware it’s valentine’s day. she was probably alarmed by the all the paper hearts in messina then eventually shrugged it off and went to work.

harper spent it with toby of course, and baked him heart shaped cookies and they probably went for lunch with their kiddies! she also baked rhodes a batch as well and kissed him all over his face and told him she loved him no less than thirty times.

reuben had to help bill pick out a valentine’s day gift from tori and suggested that he take her on a ghost tour. whether or not he took that onboard is up to jenny :’) and then reuben pulled himself to dinner and asked daisy on a second date and probably just took her somewhere nice for dinner.

mickey didn’t celebrate valentine’s day because it’s shane’s birthday which is a hundred times more important to him. he saved up his money and bought him a vintage signed photo of gregory peck.

dennis went right ahead and bought bret flowers and they weren’t crumpled this time and he says that he’s only making up for squashing them on their auction date and that he didn’t even know that it was valentine’s day but he said all this with a stupid smile on his face and probably helped with the rosy surprise even though he complained the whole way through it.

alice spent the whole day making out with jay. probably in front of quinn at some point. i am so sorry.

leon sent an anonymous card to freddie because he’s in way over his head. silly boy.

atticus kissed eeeeeeveryone on the cheek today. but finn and reggie and amelia and annie got TWO kisses. he didn’t get anyone any gifts bc he claimed that he is their gift and that they should feel blessed.

wren claimed quinn as her valentine like she usually does. she made him a card like she usually does. and she kissed him like she usually does. later on, she went birdwatching with henry and tried to ignore all the flutters in her tummy.

rosy spent her day with lydia and got the best surprise EVERRRRR. she definitely cried. and then when laura left them alone she demanded that she and lydia cuddle in bed for the whole night and then told lydia that it’s the best valentine’s day she’d ever had. also realised she’s in love with lydia but didn’t say it out loud because she wants to tell bret first and ask if he thinks she should tell her.

wilhelm literally just spent the day with ringo starr. his ankle still hurts so he couldn’t even dance, poor bb.

felix wrote little valentine’s day cards for raegan, hazel and monica and then he sent one to eddie ‘from mallory’. but yeah it’s mostly from him. felix loves valentine’s day oh my gosh.

jack sang love songs all day, i’m not joking. he probably shyly serenaded ivy as well.

justin definitely asked raegan out on a date. and then as a joke he’d pretend he’d asked colton out as well and then he’d pretend to be worried about being double booked and then insist that indy needs to come now as well so there’ an even number. it probably wasn’t even his idea because he’s too dumb for that so raegan is welcome to take the credit.

callum debated asking what scotty was doing and then decided against it and just wished kai a happy valentine’s day through the wall before ultimately just going to work and spending his night on the docks.

brody lmaaaao okay so brody bought hunter a bunch of the saddest looking daffodils in the whole entire world because that was all he could afford. and he left them at her desk and claimed that it was so he could ‘keep up appearances’ oh my god i’ve been waiting to type this all day.

riley received lots of valentine’s cards from his students and took them all home with him and pinned them on his wall after he conferred with barry just to make sure that none of them were serious love letters. he sent monty a card and said he only did so because that’s what the two of them usually do.

sutton probably went to hang out with kara and ollie fully aware that it was valentine’s day but didn’t mention it and if it was brought up he would feign ignorance like ‘oh??? it’s valentine’s day???’

let’s not talk about how greyson is doing today

elsie kept herself to herself even though she contemplated wishing tara a happy valentine’s day but decided against it. angelica probably tried to corner her for a kiss but she ran away.

wardo is the most loved up fucking goober right now. he spent the whole day kissing louis and then dancing with cecily and ivy and was even nice to ulysses. wardo was in the best mood ever today okay.

elliot cooked chicken nuggets for melody and then took her to a monster truck rally. he asked for a kiss from raegan and was probably denied it, but he definitely gave rhodes a big kiss. and he’s super worried about him after the break up.

pace and cece didn’t give each other valentine’s gifts, but pace wished everyone he came across a happy valentine’s day. he filmed a lot of people getting their gifts and even caught a proposal on camera so he’s had a good day living through other people’s happiness.

angelica gave everyone all the kisses including lizzie, bea, jess, seth, katie, carter, cassie, conrad, melody and nearly elsie. basically if you think there’s a chance that angelica would have reason to kiss your oc then she definitely did.

dean spent the day watching finding nemo with mellie and baby hadley :)

joe hooked up with someone he can’t remember the name of. very romantic.

sybil went ghost hunting as usual, possibly with byron and if anyone tried to suggest something about that she’d threaten to curse them.

ella had class but brought hazel cupcakes home for her to decorate. she probably uploaded the footage to her youtube channel.

aaron is spending the day with his girlfriend but let it be known that he text astrid saying, ‘happy valentine’s day, maine x’

harvey was working but as you can see, he’s talking to kenny which means he’s very happy about that.

nathaniel spent the day with will and jane and kissed them both and basically just tried to keep will’s spirits up.

will isn’t doing good right now and he misses alex a lot and he feels edgy and anxious but he spent time with nathaniel and jane anyway bc he knew it would make nate happy.

dixie was working but when she saw séamus in the lobby, she definitely wished him a happy valentine’s day and then spent the rest of her shift blushing about it. also her momma made a sculpture in her pottery class and ‘in the spirit’ of valentine’s, she gave it to mr croft. innocently, of course, but dixie knows better and wasted no time in telling cassie and david.

cecily spent her day playing with apollo and smiling and giggling at wardo and louis. she let wardo dance with her and she hugged ivy and after some encouragement from her brother, she got brave enough to kiss louis on the cheek and wish him a happy valentine’s day before all the excitement got a bit too much for her and she scurried off to the museum. but then she saw david and got all frazzled again :’)

levi IS GOING ON A SORT-OF DATE WITH AMELIA AND THAT’S THAT ON THAT.

dustin is making fun of all his students’ valentines. because he’s a dick.

diego probably isn’t doing a lot bc when is he ever but i like to think he enlisted caroline’s help to draw a picture of a butterfly so he could give it to cedric.

chase is getting high af and hooking up with whoever wants him. mess.

max is having the time of her fricking life and sent valentine’s to practically all of messina. she’s wearing heart themed everything today and her muse is through the roof so she’s probably planned like six new novels and she’s LIVING. and she’s asking after everyone else’s valentines and how they’re going and fangirling over all the cute things.

holly walked into a novel idea. glared at katie. left.

benji probably got another kiss of david because i say so that’s why.

jutta has no valentine but she plans to find one when she goes out clubbing tonight so really she’ll be fine.

taylor sent valentine’s to both darren and ronnie from BOTH her and james because she knew james wanted to but wasn’t brave enough, and it also helped her feel less guilty about everything that’s happened between her and the boys lately.

bennett got piss drunk then found some randomer to sleep with so he can forget about calvin and hero.

kit is in a surprisingly good mood today. simon gave her chocolates which she didn’t eat, but gave them to cody instead. then she baked cakes for daisy, simon, lo and beau. she was probably super shy about giving lo one but again, she’s in a good mood, she got over herself and did it.

simon woke up feeling sad but he still went into work and bravely wished billy a happy valentine’s day AS A FRIEND before saying the same to everyone else in a novel idea. then he went home and gave chocolate to kit and beau to be a gentleman.

evie demanded that jax be her valentine because she knew he hasn’t quite managed to work up the courage to ask ronan out and ronan remains oblivious.

oz gave out free candy to everyone and tried not to be sad when daisy told him she was going on a date with reuben so there’s that.

caroline heard that amelia and cassie were both otherwise preoccupied but decided that was okay because she woke up and tackled jason and gave him a big kiss on the cheek as well as a card that says ‘i love you to infinity and beyond’. she also bumped into gabe and pretended to not know it was valentine’s day pls just give me this.

mellie is probs very anti-valetine’s day right now. she’s avoiding che and probably pouted if indy did end up giving into justin and going out, so she watched finding nemo with dean instead.

ronan was working and being oblivious about jax and i hate him for it. he probably spent what free time he had attempting to find a date for his cousin, abel.

alfie baked all his friends a heart shaped pie and gave them all kisses even though he’s a little bi awkward around scotty rn because he’s not sure if he’s allowed to kiss his cheek anymore, but his spirits were up anyway!

emma was on set and i’m sure that drew did something charming so there’s that :’)

ellis arranged so many flower bouquets today and you can bet your goddamn ass she went to pick clara up at school and gave one to barry whether he liked it or not. she also graciously camped out in calvin’s room in order to give rory the space should he bring someone home :’) and because of that she probably bulled calvin into letting her braid his hair.

seth spent the day with all of his friend - not just katie. he gave all of his friend a valentine’s day hug - not just katie. he went out at night with all of his friends - not just katie. AND YES HE’S SURE HE STARED LONGINGLY AT /ALL/ OF HIS FRIENDS NOT JUST KATIE, THANKS VERY MUCH.

noah literally spent the whole of rehearsal belting every single iconic broadway love song at isaac just to get a reaction from him.

conrad was bullied by anya into wishing lizzie a happy valentine’s day. he’s going to be embarrassed about this for the next three months.

carter as we know was cassie’s valentine and the two of them shared alllll the candy and chocolate together. and then he met teddy and let a stranger hug him and that’s very important for him. also, he pined over jess. as per.

kevin WAS SNAKED BY CARTER FUCKING HEFFRON. he’s v displeased and pouted at katie for being the mastermind behind the whole thing.

piper probably took a selfie with hunter and sent it to brody saying that she was stealing his valentine. 

robbie spent it with blair and was appalled when jimmy showed up to ask if he could take blair out because EXCUSE ME CATTLE MAN THAT’S MY VALENTINE AND I NEED TO MAKE ALL THE MEMORIES WITH HER. so my headcanon is that he obnoxiously tagged along.

beau got cakes from kit and chocolate from simon and bought lo a big tub of marshmallows :) she’s not really up for celebrating though after her break up.

bailey sent all of her sisters gifts and then went to the stables so she could assist couples going on valentine treks together. she briefly contemplated how lonely single life can be but swiftly got over it.

adam definitely gave mack a card and a teddy literally just to piss off roy because he’s awful.

sawyer was in the ER and probably walked in on bennett and someone on the on-call room and is scarred for life. she debated going to see lux but then realised caleb might be working and decided against it.

micah spent the day at home with jd. he feels bad about not really checking on greyson but he knows he doesn’t treat jd the way he should or spend that much time with him on a good day and he wants to make that up to him on the national day of romance.

foster was working and probably received an inappropriate valentine’s from one of his students that probably left him close to tears because NO THIS IS WRONG WHY CAN’T I JUST HAVE AN EASY LIFE. he probably debated shoving himself back in the janitor’s closet before ultimately deciding to hide away at lunch time and share his babybel with ryke.

jimmy decided to ask out blair for the day and then realised that meant robbie would be tagging along. he was only a little annoyed.

(Re)Building the Future Chapter 3

(several hours earlier) 

"Freddie, I could really use some help over here," Gregory comments as he slashes at a zombie rabbit. 

"But I do not have any weapons," Freddie replies,"Just these purple flowers."

"I can't believe you're still working on your garden! You started it two hours ago!" Gregory groans in frustration. He takes a hit from the zombie before finally defeating it. 

"I can't believe you are still living in a home made from dirt," Freddie says.

 Gregory sends him a dirty look. They've only just convinced Vanessa to buy Fazcraft for them, and it's already clear that they have very different priorities when it comes to gameplay. There's something so very satisfying about being able to obliterate his enemies without consequences. Something Freddy just doesn't seem to understand. 

Sighing, the bear moves his avatar towards Gregory's and gives a half hearted attempt to help him. His 4 story mansion's landscaping will have to wait.

Unfortunately for both of them, something explodes and both avatars temporarily cease to exist, leaving only a clump of flowers and a sword behind. 

"Aw, c'mon," Gregory complains, "Freddie, you're the worst."

"Now, Superstar-" Freddie begins. The incoming lecture about sportsmanship is interrupted by popup on the computer browser. 

Fazbear Entertainment Security Alert: Security Node 54b has been deactivated. 

"What the heck? That's all the way down in Monty Gator Golf!" Technically speaking, Gregory isn't even supposed to have access to the Pizzaplex's security program (even if he did help design it). He hacked in awhile back and then promptly forgot about it when nothing interesting seemed to be happening. He's comfortable with the way things are right now anyways. He's got a stable home, guardian mandated therapy sessions (because he doesn't already have enough therapist related trauma), and a robot sidekick. The payout from Fazbear Entertainment is pretty nice, too. He's not sure if it's a 'thanks for lending us your technological genius' or a 'stay the heck away from our establishment before you cause more destruction' kind of payout, but they're doing pretty well regardless.  

But if someone is deactivating security notes, that could change things for all of them. Gregory had probably better check it out. With one last belligerent look at Freddie, he opens the pause menu and selects Save and Quit. 

It doesn't take long to pull up security feed and begin searching for whoever is responsible for disabling various security nodes in and around the mini golf zone. Nor does it take long to actually find them. He is, however, caught completely off guard when he does. Of all the crazy things he's seen in his short life (and he's seen a lot of crazy things), nothing could prepare him for seeing Cassie running around calling his name, trying to find him. Especially when it's his own voice he hears replying to her. 

"That's… Not me…" Gregory hasn't even seen Cassie since school let out last summer. Where did she get the idea that he was at the Pizzplex? 

"Something or someone must be mimicking you," Freddie says worriedly. 

"You don't think it's… You know… That thing in the basement do you?" Gregory asks. He shudders. He hasn't personally met the thing, but he's heard plenty of stories from a few overly chatty Fazbear employees. Stories that would keep most kids his age awake at night. 

"I do not know, but we need to get that girl out of there before she gets hurt," Freddie tells him. 

"Or before she hurts someone else," Gregory says, trying to come off as brave. "Cassie can be pretty scary when she wants to be."

"You know her?" Freddie asks. Gregory nods. "Then it is doubly important that we keep her safe."

They follow Cassie's journey thanks to several conveniently placed security cameras, but there is little else they can do. The security nodes cannot be reactivated remotely. There's no lock down protocol they can use to keep her from progressing deeper into the Pizzaplex. Just the cameras. True, they could call the police. But what are the police going to do? They're trained to deal with human threats, not animatronics. 

Freddie and Gregory manage to speak through a few deactivated staff bots that Gregory hacks, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Cassie is determined to follow the other Gregory's instructions. Helplessly, they watch, hoping something stalls her progress long enough for them to get through to her. But unfortunately, it's only a matter of time before Cassie reaches the door to the sinkhole.

"Is that thing almost ready?" Roxy asks impatiently. She's not sure how long they've been down in Parts and Service, exactly, but it feels like it's been hours. 

"Roxy, I swear, if you ask me that one more time, I will use this system to upgrade your voice box so that it is off. Permanently." Helpy replies in an uncharacteristically annoyed tone. 

Wow. Roxy hasn't managed to get this kind of reaction from Helpy before - though she's definitely tried to. Just a little taste of his own medicine. He deserves it. 

" You said you'd have it up and running in a 'jiffy'. I'm pretty sure it's been longer than that," she observes. 

"Hot wiring the upgrade system isn't something I do every day," Helpy protests, "I'm usually more of a nodes and guidance kinda guy!" 

"Are you sure you know what you're doing? What if something goes wrong?" Eclipse worries. The Helpy image on the computer screen glares at him. 

"It's almost like you don't trust me."

"Maybe we don't," Roxy says noncommittally. She flexes her claws and examines them as if just noticing they need a new coat of polish. 

"Listen. This machine is super touchy," Helpy informs them, "Being off on calibration by even a single pixel of space could be very bad!" 

Roxy and Eclipse glance at each other as Helpy continues. 

"If we want this to go smoothly and not kill Cassie in the most gruesome way imaginable, you need to be patient. But I guess I could rush things if you really wanna risk it?" 

"No!" Roxy hastily assures him. 

"That's okay!" Eclipse says at the same time. 

"I thought so," Helpy replies, satisfied. Zeroes and ones flood the screen once more as he returns to what he was doing before the interruption. He begins humming the theme song for Freddy and Friends: On Tour, and soon, Eclipse joins in. Roxy rolls her eyes at first, but finds herself humming too, eventually. Hey - it's a distraction. And a distraction is definitely needed right now. So she commits to it. Because otherwise she'll just sit here thinking about Cassie and everything that could go wrong with what they're about to do. Which is exactly zero help. Possibly even negative help. (if that's a thing) 

"I didn't know you liked Freddy and Friends," Eclipse comments. Both he and Helpy are staring at her. 

"Oh. Well. Ahem. It's not that I like Freddy and Friends. It's just… Catchy. Yeah." Roxy tries to sound cool. Neither of her companions seem convinced. 

"Okay," Helpy says, shrugging. "I think we're good to go, now, but let's run a few tests just to be sure."

Given that Helpy doesn't have a physical form, Eclipse and Roxy take turns pressing the buttons on the Testing Console. Roxy vaguely remembers the system being used on her, but she's never noticed how game-like the process is. Blue. Red. Yellow. Red. Green. Blue. It's almost like the times she's played Simon Says with kids at birthday parties. 

"I think we've done pretty much everything we possibly can to test this thing," Helpy finally announces. 

"Time to cross our fingers and toes!" Eclipse says, doing exactly that (and more). 

"Come on, Eclipse. I need you to help me make sure Cassie gets strapped in right," Roxy tells the attendant, which forces him to detwist several parts of his body. 

Cassie seems impossibly small in comparison to the rather large contraption designed to hold animatronics. It's all wrong seeing her like this. Seeing her here. All broken and bloodied. It is so lucky Roxy couldn't stick around after she stole it's eyes. So lucky. 

"I think we'd better give her some of these. You know, so she doesn't wake up halfway through?" Eclipse holds out a few Moondrop candies. 

"You realize those things are so potent that they're practically considered medical grade narcotics, right?" Roxy asks, wondering how long the candies have been in his pockets. She quickly decides she'd rather not know, actually. "They're banned in over a hundred countries and are only legal in, like, Timbuktu, North Korea, and Utah of all places."

"All the more reason to give her some - the potency, not the legality," Helpy points out. 

"She should be at a hospital being treated by professionals right now. This is the best we can do to without help from outside, which we don't have," Eclipse reminds her. Roxy sighs. The Moondrop candies will keep Cassie more comfortable. They just happen to be extremely strong for candies meant to calm kids down before nap time. Just another questionable business venture by Fazbear Entertainment. 

"I guess anything we can do to improve our chances is probably worth it," Roxy finally agrees. 

Eclipse crushes several of the candies, mixing them with a little bit of water. Then he pours the mixture into Cassie's mouth. She instinctively swallow instead of choking, much to everyone's relief. 

"I guess we'd better get started," Roxy says. She's not sure she's ready for this, but she doesn't trust herself or the others not to talk each other out of their plan. 

"Procedure commencing in three…two…" Helpy announces. Countdowns are usually an exciting thing for Roxy. They put her in a competitive mood. A winning mood. Races, games, heck, even the occasional birthday cake have countdowns. But this one is different. They're playing god with a little girl's life and there's no guarantees that any of this will be worth it. 

"One…"

The upgrade machine whirs into action.

The identity of the princess in Princess Quest

I personally consider myself someone who greatly adores Princess Quest. I love it, it seems incredible to me from its aesthetics and setting as well as its incredible soundtrack were the things that captivated me and made me buy Security Breach to be able to play it. However, there is something that I have always wondered about and that is who the princess of this minigame represents. There is a lot of debate about which of the candidates is so I am going to list them and then give my opinion (this is mine but if you have a different one I respect it just as you should respect this one)

Firstly there is the first candidate that everyone thought of when playing the first Princess Quest in the mobile version of Help Wanted, this being Vanny/Vanessa. At this time it was still barely said that they were the same person so only Vanny was considered the protagonist and how she became corrupted after being tricked by Glitchtrap. Little by little it began to gain weight that the princess was Vanessa and that Vanny was the corruption due to the darkness that surrounds us at the end of the first part. That is why in one of the interpretations it is said that the dark version of the protagonist represents Vanny while the light version represents Vanessa, although that is more of a theory.

The next candidate is Cassidy, this being taken into account for the first time in Security Breach when in the first version of the game the princess was called that in the game files. This was deleted some time later but many people defend this theory wanting to give this character a greater background and continuity. With her as a princess, many people see that it is another way of fighting the "C virus" against Glitchtrap and that is why Fnaf AR focuses on this virus that is related to Golden Freddy when the "it's me" appears

Finally there is Cassie (whose name is an abbreviation of Cassidy and this would explain why the princess was named that way) whom many of us considered the true identity of the princess. In the Ruin trailer we could see that she obtained Vanny's mask which she had in possession as the princess, so one of the interpretations that the people who defended this position took (it is not the only one by any means) was that Ruin would be like a kind of giant Princess Quest where Cassie must defeat the digital version of Mimic, this being the rabbit she saw in said trailer (which we would later know as MXES). But this completely fell apart when the ending of Princess Quest was canonized with Ruin since this whole theory had arisen after being set after the end of Burntrap. This is one of the interpretations of how Cassie was going to be the princess, of course there were more and everyone thought what they wanted and it is respectable but this was the one I defended. However, now it is nothing more than a theory but I do not rule out Cassie as a future "princess" or something like that since, according to the interpretation that I defend, she is going to become the "new Vanny" and it would be great see her star in her own minigame.

With all this said, I sincerely think that the princess is the representation of Vanessa/Vanny because since this ending is canonical we have Vanessa released, which we can see both in said ending and in the Brazil Ending of Ruin where she is with Gregory and Freddy. In addition, the subtitles refer to the friend who is with him as "she."

Even so, there is something that I would like to cover in another post and that is Princess Quest IV because this is very confusing and I would love to capture what I think happens and represents this last part.

I simply have to clarify for the last time that this is my opinion and that if you have a different one it is just as respectable because I think that the most important thing about Fnaf are the theories. These offer a possibility about a certain event that is seen in a certain way but it is not canon until Scott confirms it, so you have to have a lot of respect when talking about theories because they are all incredible and very necessary to see different points of view in a certain way. story point.
