Do you want to live a long and healthy life?⁠⠀ 💚⁠⠀ I absolutely loved reading this book. It is the health version of mindful spending. Small things done well over time yield the result needed for a happy, long and stress-free life. ⁠⠀ 📗⁠⠀ @danbuettner worked with the National Geographic @natgeo on this one, travelling the world to meet the oldest people living great lives well into their hundreds. ⁠⠀ 💚⁠⠀ I read this book when it came out first, I love it then and I still love it. The concepts within these pages are so simple and applicable and really makes me hopeful that someday I can be just like the people in here. ⁠⠀ 💚⁠⠀ In here 9 lessons highlight the importance of relationships in our lives, eating well and enjoying the moment. its a breath of fresh air in this crowded world. ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ This one will always be on my bookshelf to draw on whenever I need a priority check. ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ What age do you think you'll live to be?
