intruality bffs summer edition!
late night target runs where they end up staying out until almost midnight buying candy and then getting taco bell, of course including freeze baja blasts
getting up early and meeting up at a park near the creek for a morning picnic/dip in the water
Remus helps cheer Patton up when Logans parents force him to go on a three week trip to Europe
building forts and trying to constantly beat their previous record of how big
late nights watching community and other tv shows while snacking on candy
Remus and Logan surprise Patton for his birthday (june 10th) with a new puppy
going shopping with Remus for puppy stuff
for Remus’s birthday Patton actually surprises him not only with Dee (who was on a three month school trip that led into summer) but also an axolotl which Remus had been wanting forever
drive in movies with the two couples. Pat and Rem never waste an opportunity to throw popcorn at each other
College applications but they work together and do it at each other's houses
randomly yelling switch and then trading computers to look over each others essays
Patton confessing he actually wants to study in New York and getting into a fight with Logan so Remus just picks him up crying from the park and makes his night
Glaring at Logan the next day as he tries to apologize to Patton
Remus and Patton spending time to train Pats puppy for service dog training.
Planning celebratory parties for their boyfriends after they got early admission into new york
(said in previous post) They both got their scholarships at the same time and were across the school, but both hopped up and ran until they met in the middle and shared squealing excitement.
All of them excited to go to new york
During a planning/lunch session Patton starts having a panic attack because hes scared and stressed about new york and college and Remus actually lowkey surprises Roman by how he handles it, and it just shows how amazing their friendship is.
Logan takes a moment in private to thank Remus for that aswell as ask for tips or guidance for what he should do
No one notices but patton does when Remus joins for a hangout one day with a reddened face and shoulders.
He takes him aside and gently assures him its ok, clearly he had been picking at his skin so he just comforts him and tells him “When you feel like picking today, grab my hand” and he does
A giant pool party with the pair of them at Remus’s house
they spend a day trying out new drinks and recipes
Patton works really hard and sometimes he doesnt sleep, Remus will wake up grab him coffee and breakfast and then knock on his window.
cuddle movie nights!
They go on a trip to disney land and the surrounding parks in california, its alot of fun, they spend about two weeks and definitely blow out their savings
(when Pat returns to Logan with little mickey mouse ears Logan just kinda chuckles and bops them before greeting his boyfriend)
(Dee however rushes to Remus and embraces him, he wont admit it but he missed him alot)
theyre just the bestest of friends and really nothing could tear these nerds apart

-But consider: instead of Logan, Janus, or Virgil, one of whom is always involved with this kind of thing, it’s Roman & Remus & Remus’ boyfriend, Patton.
-Remus and Patton are super affectionate and super teasing, and they provide a lot of soft fluffy comic relief. For an episode, they’re all talking about fae, and Patton throws glitter everywhere and goes “glitter fae! :D” and that’s when Remus says the “glitter fae isn’t a thing, dork” line.
-They film conspiracy theory vids together, kinda like Buzzfeed Unsolved but doing everything from mythos to folklore to supposed hauntings. They never film videos in the same place twice, which means that a lot of the videos where they just talk about myths and legends with no set place has the three of them just wandering through a random forest together. Bonus Roman being a disaster gay for their cameraman, Logan, and Remus occasionally teasing him about it during the videos.
-Their channel really became popular because of their stellar dynamic (all very soft and teasing, ft. bffs platonic royality, boyfriends intruality, and the creativitwins being idiot siblings) and when the whole Logan/Roman thing starts bleeding into their content there’s a frame of Roman doing something that becomes a meme and draws a lot of attention to them.
-Bonus points if what finally gets Roman and Logan to Talk About Their Goddamn Feelings is them getting trapped together in an actual haunted house, with ghosts! anxceit being judgemental assholes who about halfway through give up on trying to scare Logan and Roman away and start just trying to get them to communicate their feelings, because “Dearest, I understand that we both spent our lives being cagey, secretive dicks, but communication is important in relationships that don’t last beyond the grave.”
-Also Remus and Patton totally trapped Logan and Roman in the house together on purpose without knowing there were ghosts inside.

“Elevate a little higher!” Remus sings, Patton chuckles but nudges him to quiet as weird looks glance their way. Apologizing with his eyes he continues working away, Remus whispers next to him, bobbing his head to the music. “Throw a party in the-”
“Could you not?” A voice from across the room begs, a smirk hidden by a bite from Remus. Pattons blush quickly appears as he pops his head out from behind his friend. “Oh! Patton” Logan notices, both sharing a rosy tint to their cheeks.
“Just get married” Remus mumbles, pretending to focus on his math. Patton coughs, turning back to his computer, Logan scratches the back of his neck, patting away the sweat with his handkerchief. Roman bites back his own laugh but says nothing. “Play ‘Frozen two’, I wanna listen!” Remus pleads, a sweet affection as his eyes push forward.
“Its your phone and airpods?” Patton hands him the device, a giddy shuffle as Remus starts the playlist. Both instantly feel more triumphant as they continue their work. “Show yourself!” They sing together, fits of laughter as they dance. Logan once more goes to shush the pair but finds himself endeared with the boy. They had come to expect these antics, when all six had been put into the same study hall they knew chaos would ensue. Dee looked on, watching Remus butcher every last note as his own music blasted in his ears.
“Hey, broadway!” Virgil lashes, Remus turns, an innocent perk to his ears. “Maybe shut up so Dee and I can focus?” He spits, Remus obliges but only after he sticks out his tongue. Winking slyly at Dee, the more quiet. “God, hes worse than his brother” Virgil mutters, erasing roughly at the problem he had failed to do.
“Its fun V” Dee admits, his own foot matching the rhythm of his music. “Plus lets be honest, its Friday, no one is actually working” He continues his silly doodles across his homework, knowing he can finish it in two minutes. Virgil huffs but keeps quiet, the distraction too much.
“Be right back” Patton whispers, taking his laptop towards where Logan and Roman sit discussing their psychology classwork. “Can i?” He wonders, Logan hiding his excitement nods. “I had a quick question about our recipe?” Patton sits, Logan listens. “I was wondering if you wanted to tak-” He pauses as the music in his ear shifts.
‘I just had sex!’ Rings out loud, Patton's eyes grow wide quickly turning to Remus. His idle face as he conceals his giggles looking at his work. Logan tilts his head but Patton simply removes the device, recovering from his fright.
“Your question?” Logan repeats, Roman mimics his brother with his own dancing.
“I was thinking we could maybe take it a step further?” Patton proposes, knowing how anxious Logan was about his culinary abilities. “A pastry tree, we start with bigger ones on the bottom and slowly work our way up! So we can experiment and give the judges different options” He finishes, the sweetest of smiles. Logan wants to argue, find a problem but his plan worked and worked well for their grades.
“We can try” He decides, a quick grin and Patton leaves once more. Silent punishment to Remus when he returns to his seat. The class continues and ends fast, they all part to lunch, gathering in their separate areas.

“You good lego?” Roman asks as he unpacks their chairs from the locker, Logan snaps back from his distant stares into the bleak plaster. He nods taking his seat, his eyes setting upon a very hyper Remus and Patton as they prepare for their meal. “Hey Virge” Roman greets, Virgil and Dee join them, a quadrant of four chairs forms. As usual…
“What's up with nerd central?” Virgil asks, snapping in front Logans face. He shakes his head returning once more. Virgil follows his gaze however, biting back a knowing smile, Patton already sunk into his book as Remus lays his feet across the boys lap. “Ya know, I heard that they were dating” He puts out, Logan snaps his eyes, fear ridden.
“Hah! Please, Remus and Pat?” Roman laughs, sitting down with a shake. “Thats hilarious, Remus and Patton are best friends and anyway Remus has a huge crush on Dee” He adds, munching into his sandwich. Dee rolls his eyes, a soft kick to Romans knee.
“I know, just wanted to see what glasses over here would say” Virgil teases
“I assure you, I could care less about Pattons romantic status” Logan adjusts his glasses, sitting neatly eating his food. Virgil and Dee share a glance but leave it be. “We should invite them to sit with us, they are our friends” He offers, no qualms could be made. They did consider the pair friends...so what was the problem?
“Sup losers” Ethan kicks his chair into the circle, forcing his way between Roman and Dee.

“Easy Remus!” Patton urges watching his friend balance atop the table trying to hang the valentines decorations. The door opens, Logan accompanied by Roman, Dee and Virgil strut in. “Remus get down” Patton asks, Roman chuckles, a sweet squeeze to Patton as the group passes them. “Tell your brother hes being an unsafe”
“Just say idiot” Roman corrects, Pattons expression changes as does Remus’s. He removes himself from the table, returning to his spot behind the desk in the library. Roman sighs, dragged away by Virgil. Patton sits next to his friend, softly kicking his friends chair.
“You're not an idiot” He assures, Remus nods, burying his head in his arms. “Ro’s your brother, its his job to make fun of you” Patton comments, Remus huffs wishing the insults wouldn't go so far. “Come on rum-rum” He hums, Remus giggles, frustrated with his resilience. “Come help me please and then we can go home, watch a movie, make snacks, build a fort” He says, laying his arms and head on Remus’s back. The idea sounds wonderful, but hes not sure hes up to it...just yet. “Oh and dont forget we have therapy today” Patton reminds, Remus groans. He knows its helpful and he gets to do it with his best friend but the idea terrifies him. “I know you dont want to...but its going to help” Patton encourages
“Fine, on one condition” Remus decides, annoyed with his friends walking eggshells around each other. Patton faces him, furrowing his brows in question. “You have to go up to Logan right now, kiss him and then ask him to be your valentine” Remus dares, Patton squeaks almost knocking over the books behind him.
“What!” Patton exclaims “You cant be serious! Youre not actually leveraging therapy over my valentines right now”
“Do it or you'll be flying solo” Remus leans forward, Pattons breath seizes as he swallows looking towards the said target. “Hmm” He sighs, wistfully looking away. Patton shuts his eyes tight but snaps.
“Fine” He barely whispers, Remus cheers pinning delighted in his chair.
“Have fun!” Remus grins watching Patton walk away, so much hesitance to him. Patton wrings his hands as he approaches the group, Logan spots him a formal smile to the boy. He stands to meet Patton halfway, Patton takes a deep breath.
“Pat-” No time, he takes Logans tie, only tugging softly as he pulls the boy into a kiss. The absolute silence that falls over the room save for Remus’s disbelief, is frozen. Pattons heart pounds until suddenly Logans melting right into the kiss.
And its perfect, its absolutely everything Patton had dreamed of
He pulls away in a frantic panic, forgetting what he was doing. Logan clears his throat, dusting himself off. Neither dared to move or speak, they simply stared in delighted confusion.
“Will you be my valentines?” Patton remembers the deal, Remus pounds hard on the desk through his exasperated laughter. “Im so sorry” He rushes, ready to turn away in his shame, feeling a soft hand take his. “Im sorry im not thinking straight” Pattons fear drips out of him, feeling the world grow silent with the simple pound of his breath.
“Ever! He's not straight!” Remus calls out, shushed by Dee.
“I would love to be your valentine” Logan replies, a soft tone just for them. Roman and Dee erupt into cheers, Virgil nods satisfied as Remus waste no time running into his friend. Embracing the petrified boy, Patton still believes he's dreaming as Remus hugs him. “And you don't have to make a deal, I would have done it regardless” Logan adds, Remus falls to the floor much to happy.
“You told him!” Patton cries, Remus can barely nod.
“He just texted me” Logan shows, Patton's face surely matched that of a tomato. “I'm glad however, it was taking too long” Logans coy expression only set Patton's heart a flutter.
“Motherfucker!” Remus stands, taking Patton from behind, the teens feeling safe in one anothers hold.
“Yes good point” Patton murmurs, Logan chuckles. One more quick peck to Pattons cheek before he returns to his friends. “I'm gonna faint”
“Do it coward, you wont” Remus dares, still nuzzling into Patton's shoulder. Patton locks eyes with Dee, tuning out the silly teases from Remus.
“Dee would you like to be Remus’s valentine?” Patton inquires, Remus falls silent. “Sucks to suck” He jokes, patting Remus as he returns to his position. Dee stands, ignoring the eyes that now watch him. Remus stutters failing to connect a coherent sentence. A hushed conversation and the pair meet in the hallway. Returning moments later, now words spoken but their interlaced fingers said enough.
Suffice to say, Patton and Remus had a very good first session.

“One cold brew for you” Remus presents as Patton approaches the locker, Logan accompanying him in the early morning. He takes it, the most grateful look upon his face, Logan yawns. “Goodest of the morns Logan” Remus smiles, Logan nods through his exhaustion
“Coffee starlight?” Patton offers, Logan moans in happiness taking the caffeinated drink. Remus laughs sitting comfortably in his chair, kicking Patton in a rhythm. The boy doesnt mind, hes used to the fidgets and it didnt hurt.
“Pickles did you do the homework?” Remus questions scrolling through his computer, Patton sets up his chair, taking his coffee from Logan. He gestures towards his own locker, Patton nods a quick kiss goodbye.
“Gonna have to be specific” Patton says, allowing Remus to lay his feet across him. Remus shows his computer screen, Patton checks the work and nods. “You got it” He assures, Remus fist pumps, shutting it happily. “Wheres Dee?” Patton wonders, going over his schedule for the day.
“He had an early test so I dropped him off, but we’re having dinner later for valentines” He smiles, Patton smirks. “Happy one year by the way” Remus celebrates
“You too” They cheer their drinks, falling casually into their conversation. The pair joke and laugh through excitement for the day, cheer and the musical. Everything felt right...for now. I mean it was senior year who knows what might happen.
At Least this, was solid and consistent.

Patton comes to every show for Remus and always gets him flowers, even when Remus starts dating Dee, he still gets him flowers
They have a google doc they use during English (they sit across the room) but they use it to take notes and also talk
They know each others passwords for their devices
They both have a Tumblr account and its great.
Oh! oh! During senior year they started a youtube channel! It was them going around and just doing a bunch of stuff. They goofed off, they showcased fun days at school, rehearsal days, when they went to an escape room, baking, cooking, crafts, gaming
It got really popular and they have alot fo fun with it
Patton will write Remus excused notes for when hes having a rough day, or just needs a break from class for a long time
They sit under the same tree, in the courtyard when its warm for lunch
When its cold they sit outside their lockers with their lawn chairs
Sometimes Patton is really tired and goes into baby mode, Remus will just care for him and be there
They built a treehouse when they were little and still use it. If they don't want to study in Remus’s room they go the treehouse, or just hang out (It gets good service so they watch TV)
When Dee asked if Remus ever had feelings for Patton he couldn't stop laughing for ten minutes before realizing Dee was serious
So Prom was approaching and Patton was worried cause even though they were dating Logan hadn't asked him to it yet and he had started hanging out with some other peeps so Remus planned out this big promposal to ask Pat (as a friend) and last minute Logan told him about his plan so Remus used his promposal on Dee instead
Anytime they fight (which isn't often) they stay away for one day then one of them must present the other with a ring pop before they can talk it out
Their biggest fight was when Remus thought he had feelings for Logan (Pat and Lo were together) :/ (he didn't btw, he was just sad cause he thought Dee didn't like him)
Patton sometimes helps out with the show!
Oh! They went to Disney world during a summer together, both surprising each other with their SO’s... it was a FUN trip

Yay yay yay!!!
Every morning they have this thing where they get coffee together. Whether it be meeting at the coffe shop or already by one another’s locker with a coffee in hand
They are at each others houses so often they practically live with one another
Remus learns your drive first so he will pick up Patton and they drive everywhere together
Patton lives alone with his dad and they love eachother but sometimes it’s really hard. He misses his papa a lot. Remus can and has found Patton just lying on his floor the next morning
Remus’s moms usually let him in and are like here’s a blanket, remus is upstairs, we love you night night
* sticking with my head canon that Patton is just the busiest and overworked! The boi is, surprise, on the cheerleading squad. He’s also student council President, 4.0 student, and club coordinator
* Remus tried to play football with his brother but grew tired of it, so Pat suggested he try acting or something more creative. So Remus is Vice President of the drama cabinet and also (with Pat) he runs a mental illness awareness club
* Patton is constantly forgetting stuff so Remus will just text him reminders. “Hey pickles, take your meds or your straight”
* Patton actually keeps track of Remus’s meds because it’s always been easier. He will make him a breakfast every morning and before class they’ll chill in front of their locker and just like do Hw or stuff
* Patton has had a crush on Logan for ages and Remus is the same with Dee.
* Logan once asked if Patton ever had feelings for Remus and Patton legit thought he was kidding so he just went “oh yeah definitely, I’m madly in love with him” and Logan was just like “oh” it took awhile to reassure Logan that no
* Remus comes to every football game, not just for Roman but to see Patton cheer. Then they go out for a late night meal at the local diner
* Patton once got made fun of for doing cheer and the next day Remus showed up in a cheer uniform and wore it the whole day
* They have some classes together and they goof off a lot. Like seeing who can speak in a different accent longest, and so on
* When they don’t have a class together they text eachother
* Patton uses an iPad as his notebook because it’s easier to organize everything and Remus knows that and will just spam him to see if he can get him in trouble
* Remus’s ocd can get really heightened when he gets stressed, and school becomes increasingly harder so Remus will text Patton and Pat will pull him out of class and just give him a break
They have lockers right next to eachother
patton can get super hyper and it can get like hard to deal with and almost hurt because he has to move ™ and Remus will just lead him through some acting exercises and just help him
* He’s also bought him so many fidget toys
* Remus forgets to do the self care so Patton will FaceTime him at any hour and watch him drink water and eat and then make sure he falls asleep before hanging up
* Remus’s pranks always do so well because Patton just lets them happen, Hes like idk miss principal i don’t know how the frogs escaped
* They’ll sit outside their lockers in the morning doing homework on their lawn chairs with a blanket spread over them

could i get head canons about the intruality au? i LOVE it so much
Ofc! I love them so much! ! !
Sometimes Remus will just like ‘die’ of boredom during class so its Pattons job to revive him, typically with fun stuff, or just something to make it interesting
For the days leading up to Pattons birthday (the month) Remus would sneak in little worms on a string wherever and by the time it reaches his birthday he has a plethora of multicolored worms
Patton has a bunkbed and when they have sleepovers they decorate the room with string lights and snacks and just make his room this little movie/sleep place and its really fun
Remus lost a bet so he had to be Pats assistant for a whole week, and during that week Logan and Pat were having a rough patch so he tried his best to make it fun. Including sending him flowers, scheduling meetings with different people who were all just him, and just being really sweet
Once Patton got really sick and couldnt get out of bed, now Logan usually takes care of Pat (and vice versa) but he was unavailable so Remus took it upon himself to take care of Patton. He made him soup, cuddled him, and made sure to give him medicine.
They say I love you alot, and casually. Its just something they've always done and will always do.
When Patton walked across the stage as Valedictorian at graduation (Logan was co-valedictorian) Remus ran up to him and gave him a giant bear hug
During his speech Patton mentioned Remus and how much he meant to him.
Even though they were supposed to be in alphabetical order Remus and Patton stood with each other in line for graduation.
They both got their scholarships at the same time and were across the school, but both hopped up and ran until they met in the middle and shared squealing excitement.

Here you go love!! hope its ok!!!
They usually spend most night on facetime for like hours playing computer games, doing homework and whatever else you can think of
They once spent three hours on facetime playing club penguin, and terrorized the server and faked a bunch of proposals
When Patton gets really antsy or hyper Remus will just sit in front of him and let him play with his hair, it helps just as a quick solution
Remus will sometimes just jump on Patton's back, and he can carry him (he is a cheerleader) but when Dee and Remus start dating he starts doing that to Dee and its really cute
Remus got airpods and he and Patton will listen to music in class, sometimes if music is too much they listen to podcasts or tv shows. Bonus, anytime Remus walks around with his airpods in Patton will go “Oh my god Remus, Dee is coming this way, oh no he cant hear me, he has airpods in”
When Logan and Patton started dating Remus actually gave Logan ‘the talk’. It was pretty scary except that Logan was like a foot taller than remus. Patton appreciated the effort though
They both spent like an hour with eachothers significant others and just told them the important things about the other and just how to be a good boyf
They're very VERY close
During class once Patton raised his hand and tried to answer a question but got tired and was like “Sorry i'm not thinking straight right now” and right next to him a lazy tired Remus goes “Ever, he's not straight” while doodling

Study date sunday! They meet at a place, or each other's house and they just study.

There were some kids being less than nice to Roman so Remus asked if Pat and the cheer squad could help him. So at the next football game the squad did a custom cheer of supporting Roman and then made fun of the other kid (he was being mean)
Remus’s science teacher is a huge dick and has a collection of frogs, so Remus after school releases them into the school and Patton was supervising a council meeting so the next day the principal asks what happened and Patton goes “I don’t know Miss principal, I have no idea how the frogs go out” while holding one of the frogs
They once switched classes for a whole day
Patton has a lot of power and access to a lot, including the PA system,,, so let your imagination run wild
Oh!! They once downloaded Minecraft onto all the computers and UNBANNED club penguin
They also started a cult, not literally but once during lunch Remus started chanting about how bad the food was (even though Pat and Remus both pack lunches) and he started a kids against school lunches cult and Michelle Obama is their logo (it was disbanded)
Color Wars is a trip and basically you decorate your hall with your grades designated color and Remus and Pat always go full out and have the best halls

The share a TA period. First period in the library together, and its great. They’re the librarians best TA’s and they work great.
They have a summer tradition! For a whole week one will sleepover at the others house and they’ll go to the pool, water parks, have picnics, just do a lot of fun stuff!
On Valentines day, with the inclusion of Logan sending him one, Remus sent Patton 4 love grams for all four periods. Pat sent Remus one, because he didn’t want to embarrass him
They’ll get home together and be listening to music and just start dancing around the house and sing out loud
Remus loves to wear Pattons glasses, its alot of fun for him
While Pat does some baking Remus will be his taste tester or just hang out one the counter while he bakes away. Sometimes it gets a little messy
They go thrift shopping alot!! Both have great styles and its alot of fun!!
A running joke of looking at something, and going “Hey look, its like what you have but better”
They’re seriously a dynamic duo. I mean really
Pranks and Hijinks for days! They’ll sometimes just do the cliche, pop your head out of the corner and watch as your pranks unfold its adorable
“Remus, Im gay” “Congrats you’re officially the last to know”
But he was actually really supportive, as was Pat with Remus when he told him
They have an ongoing game of how many airplanes with messages they can get to each other during math
“You have to come deliver this one book with me” “Ok”
Big puffy jackets! Patton has a big jacket and Remus will just huddle in it when he forgets his
Remus has this scarf so he will just swing it around Pattons stomach and pull him in when he sees him
Patton gets really like hyper and needs to move/squeeze so Remus will just give him his hand and let him squeeze or fiddle
Remus gets bad intrusive thoughts and so all he has to do is send ‘poopy’ to Patton and he understands. It not only is simple but it gives him a set distraction
Patton can recognize when Remus is fidgeting badly, and will just take his hands and squeeze them. Smiling encouragingly
