For the other side, I have planned to use bean bags to promote comfort, which adds to placemaking. Kmart sells beanbags for $30 each which I may need around 100 of them as well. Although this may be an exaggeration, some can always be refunded or given away due to this being a idea to promote communities and the people. Dream central will use a high quality cinema screen from eBay ($150), which is inflatable as seen in the reference as well as a high end projector to guarantee quality ($2299). Adding to this, there will also be some high end speakers for both sides for the cinema speakers being used to play the voices or songs played in the cinema while the other set or speakers will be used for the other side to play calm and relaxing music for the atmosphere ($3000 a set). Sun shades will also be implied and according to catch, a small 6x8 costs around $150. If we were to have 100x100m, this would equal around $2000 for this.

6 Excellent Ways To Care For Your Gazebo Tent

Once you’ve invested in a gazebo tent of your choice, you’ll want to make sure it lasts long. Ensure it serves you for a long time with a smooth operation as these six incredible ways will help you take proper care of your gazebo tent:

1. Wash the fabric of the tent

Use warm and soapy water to clean the fabric of the gazebo tent. A dishwashing detergent works well and will also eliminate any heavy deposits. Remove the soap off both sides before you set up the tent fabric to dry. You can even use a garden hose with a spray nozzle set to a flat setting that works well. Spray from top to bottom in vertical swipes until all soap residue gets removed. We recommend not to use bleach as it will cause the fabric to discolor.

2. Drying the fabric appropriately

Stretch the tent fabric out. Keep it off the ground using a clothesline, sawhorses or the bed of your pickup truck. Many trucks have a black spray in or fiberglass bed liner that retains the heat while speeding up the drying process. Allow it to dry with more and air and light hitting the fabric; this reduces any chances of mold and mildew.

3. Fold the fabric

Take care to always fold it along the existing creases and folds to help regain its original shape. Never bunch up the fabric or force it into storage bags. Doing this, any sharp and random folds that occur severely shortens the expected life of the fabric.

4. Repair the fabric if required

Unfortunately, there are chances of snags and tears for any frequently used marquee gazebo. Quickly fix the holes and tears that you notice before they continue to rip even more. If you notice a tear, consider using a seam sealer or a patch kit for repairs.

5. Cleaning the frame

Wash the frame of your gazebo tent when it is set up with its legs and sides fully extended. However, structures may differ, go through the owner’s manual for the best ways to clean the frame. Ensure that it’s completely dry as any residual moisture can cause the steel frames to rust.

6.Check the frame repairs

When you wash the frame, its a good practice to check for loose fasteners if any. Look out what size screws, bolts or nuts the tent frame requires and get the correct tools. As you wash the frame, make sure you approach each bracket or the swivel point and ensure the fasteners are tight at those joints.

Care in the harsh weather conditions

Wind - Avoid using the gazebo tent during strong winds as their design makes them susceptible to uplift. Unsecured marquee may blow over, causing injuries or damage to your property.

Rain - Don’t allow the rainwater to pool over the camping gear. The pooling water causes the fabric to stretch and the excessive weight may damage its brackets and frame.

Lightning - It isn’t a good idea to keep up the marquee when lightning happens. Marquees are inappropriate to use as a shelter during severe weather conditions.

Snow - Avoid any snow build upon the marquee. Similar to the pooling rainwater, the excess snow will stretch the fabric and eventually damage the frame.
