This 👏 It’s disgusting and sad that things like this still happen in the 21st century. Why make fun of someone because of the colour of their skin?!

Both of my parents are North African. My dad has darker skin. Some people immediately assume that he’s a non-educated person and that he doesn’t know anything while actually he’s very educated, intelligent, speaks 3 languages and he taught us a lot. Some people don’t bother to look at what’s on the inside and that just tells how superficial they are.

I love seeing mixed couples. It shows the love between 2 people, embracing their differences and make it into 1. I honestly can’t wrap my head around people that would go after a woman because she’s not Caucasian. That’s disgusting behavior.

I don’t know if there are people here that follow Ross Lynch, but I remember that he posted a message on his instagrampage once saying that he won’t tolerate any racist slurs against his girlfriend at that time: Jaz Sinclair. I thought it was so beautiful that he stood up for his girlfriend, but I was also upset because I couldn’t believe that some people still find the need to go after a woc just because she was dating a Caucasian man. They say we live in a free world, but in reality we don’t.

thank you! i'm not at all surprised ross lynch had to say that, the truth is, when people get jealous they try and use ANYTHING they can against the person they're envious of. even if it includes insulting someone by being racist. it's sad and it can't be tolerated.

True, but on the other hand I find it weird that she still follows her brothers ex that is known for being abusive towards him. I don’t think she and Emma communicate anymore. Michelle posts a lot about Evan on her Instagrampage to show how supportive and proud she is of him. But the domestic violence case was all over the news, and since Evan and Michelle seem to have a good relationship, there’s no way she didn’t know what was going on. I’m pretty sure she googles news that involves her brother. I don’t know… I’m kinda disappointed…that is your brother who you love and care so much who went through hell by his ex, that you still follow. I know a follow doesn’t mean much, but if she would unfollow Emma, that can already be a statement. So yeah… It’s not how I would handle it if that was my brother.

all i can say is it us completely valid for anyone to be disappointed. i fully understand that there’s a complicated dynamic at play but as far as i’m concerned there’s no situation where i would be chill with a loved ones abusive ex.
