Hey! Just dropping by to say thank you for reblogging the Lauren Ridloff gif pack!!! I’ve been creating a post-apocalyptic (not zombies but other stuff) character and she fits perfectly! Plus I’m super excited to try a deaf character!! I do have a question: when using them, should i try to match up the signs she uses to the dialogue in the reply? Or would it be okay to let it slide? Again, thanks for the inspiration and also just for your blog in general!

Hey anon - I’m tagging the lovely @leejiuen​ as they made the gif packs! There’s also another actress called Angel Theory in the same show and they also have gifs here too! As for your question, it would be better aimed at people in the D/Deaf/HoH community so if anybody would be so kind as to message us their advice on gif usage for rolepaly purposes that would be amazing. I’ll update this posts if anybody replies. Please note we’re only accepting opinions from those who are D/Deaf/HoH, though.

i cant for the life of me think up three random facts that i haven’t already done on the blog before.

– EXPERIENCE.

•   HOW LONG (MONTHS / YEARS?) : jfc like ten i started at the end of eighth grade  •   PLATFORMS YOU’VE USED : proboard/other things like that, i tried livejournal once, tbh i roleplayed on ployvore too, and tumblr. I used to do aim/twitter/facebook rps too but like not recently at all. •   BEST EXPERIENCE : tumblr with proboards being a close second only cause if i did ever want to go back to my very first rolepaly the board is still open (and i think active tbh)

– MUSE PREFERENCES. •   FEMALE OR MALE : female. I normally only make male muses for my friends since i throw all my females at them XD granted rn toby (hook and king on my other accounts) are my favorite right now •   FLUFF, ANGST OR SMUT :  FLUFF GIVE ME ALL THE FLUFF. i very rarely like angst only cause i had one ship and thats all it was was angst so unless it’s small angsty paras and not full out angst plots then im okay. and smut meh. im indifferent over it.  •   PLOTS OR MEMES : memes only cause i suck at plotting - tho plots that stem from mems are the best •   LONG OR SHORT REPLIES : medium replies? i don’t like super short one liner replies (unless its a short gif chat or something) but then i don’t like a billion paragraphs either...i think that gives me more anxiety then anything. So like a one really long para graph or two/three shorter paragraphs is what i like the best.  •   BEST TIME TO WRITE : when my muses are willing to work with me. and thats clearly not rn since i have a bunch of drafts that i want to do but can’t get done lol. •   ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSE(S) : maybe not my descendant muses but my muses on my other rp//indie account they are totally influenced much more by me.
