One Last Contact
Tumblr media
Goo was aware that he made a huge mistake by betraying Charles and siding with workers.
Not only he betrayed Charles, but he also betrayed Gun, the man he loved.
He had to.
So what?
Feelings doesn't matter when it comes to situations like this.
Feelings won't bring food to the table, feelings won't earn you any money.
He didn't even know if Gun would even return his feelings.
But Gun did.
He always did, even though he never wanted to think of confessing or accepting the feelings he felt towards his coworker, so did Goo.
They were coworkers and it had to stay like that.
Until that day.
They were not coworkers anymore, nor friends.
Only two strangers who knew a lot about each other.
It didn't hurt Gun when his fists were stained with the blood of the thousands of people he mercilessly had taken the lives of,
But it did hurt a lot when he aimed the last punch on Goo, killing the man he loved with his bare hands.
His chest squeezes from the inside.
Oh how he wished that that disgusting feeling was caused by a knife inserted in his chest.
And even though all those passed years, Gun can still feel the last contact of Goo's palm on his hand before Goo closed his eyes for the last time.
