Fictober 2019, Day 29

Prompt: Fandom: Ikemen Vampire Pairing: NA Audiences: General A/N: inspired by the secret date (iforgotwhatitscalled, tryst? date?? battle?) speech of our dear Comte when he says, “I did this for you. Now, shall we have some tea.” And I know, I know, there’s a hundred positive ways to do this. But! Please indulge me.

The crunching of leaves beneath her feet had always been melodious but today there was nothing positive about the sound. As she made her way down from the cemetery, hands deep in her pockets, she could not help but feel the cold settling deep in her flesh.

This chill in her could not be warmed. Not with her two coats. Not with the arm huddled around her shoulders. Not even the promise of warm leather seats or a crackling fire waiting at home.

But was it even still a home if no one was there anymore to welcome them back?

“It’s the beginning of our new life, ma cherie.” The arm around her hugged her closer and she did her best not to trip. Then again, with the strength of him who held her, she would not be able to trip if she tried.

She glanced at him, at his golden hair and bright eyes. The setting sun was doing wonders with the colors he wore so proudly, making him otherworldly; an eldritch being oozing power and irresistible danger, like a bright flame –

She tried to swallow the thoughts but they tasted like charcoal in her mouth. She could not forget what she had just witnessed. The furnace. The fire. The resignation in their eyes. Bodies charred beyond recognition save for distinct trinkets to make sure she could identify their ash.

A scarf. A quill. An oversized brown coat now draped across her shoulders that still smelled of tobacco smoke and not –

“Little one, why do you look so haunted?” He asked, leaning closer.

She startled, winced. “I’m not – !”

He caught her movement, and his grip tightened around her arm as if she yanked it from him and was moving away.

He frowned at her.

She dared not speak, dared not breathe, dared not do anything that could tickle the monster sleeping under his skin.

If she could only stop her heart from hammering like a bloody fucking piston then maybe she could hide how she was so afraid. She did not want him to know how she was just so goddamn terrified, did not want him to know that he could dance to the pounding of her heart.

But there was no hiding from a pureblood vampire. The lessers had known that and paid the price. A pure, even. So what could a mere human like her hope to achieve?

“I’m doing this for you.” The Comte de Saint-Germain said so low that it was as if he purposely whispered, so she could hear with stark clarity the years that was in his voice. “Now, we shall have tea.

And you will be happy.”

aka. pretty much the SG version of the KoR one. Except I’m prob just gonna leave this here and never add anything to it ever. We good? We good.

5 - Prologue: King and Beast

35 - Brand New World

35-39 Sukuna’s strict mother being suffocatingly strict. Kinda sounds like they’re trying to blame something on Ninomiya-kun. “Mother is your ally. Isn’t that right, Sukuna?” “Yes. Thank you very much, mother.” Sukuna wants to run away but doesnt know how. -45 context on sukuna’s life. fake “friends” etc. - 50 Micromanaging mother. Sukuna meets Kue Hikotarou, and Jungle. - 68 Lots of explanations on Jungle I’m guessing. Kue’s username is “Nine”. So Sukuna joins using the name “Five”. (go from gojou means 5). “Grassroots” is probably something important but *shrug* -75 “Yo Sukuna, how you going? HAH? 700 POINTS?” I think Sukuna sold information about his father’s friend...... -v-. - 82 Sounds like Sukuna (or Kue?) is using up their points on items and having fun. Maybe there was something about playing with green powers and burning bottles? There’s “skills” and “items” in jungle. Skills are for g rankers and above. Anyone can use “items”. They’re gonna aim higher together!!!!! - 86 Sukuna and Kue talking and walking. Theres a stray(?) cat. “His name is Nine” says Kue. Sukuna offers to take the cat home and look after it and then Kue can visit. Yes pls says kue. “Btw can I change it’s name?” “No!” - 91 “Friendly checkup” with mother. She almost discovers something. - 108 Awwww chat format. Sukuna sounds kinda worried about.... jungle related stuff... and school related stuff? The next day and day after, Kue wasn’t at school. SukuNine bonding time. Kue’s back. Some stuff about missions. Apparently they get points for uploading photos. The mission was given by “H.N.”. Kue want’s to go visit Nine. - 113 Remember what happened to Nine in page one of the manga? - 117 Sounds bad whatever happened. Idk - 122 Sounds like Kue and Kue’s dad got (bought out?) by Sukuna’s dad. Sukuna runs away from home taking only Jungle with him.

123 - Giant-killing

-145 Sukuna’s on a serious mission involving S4 and Jungle. He’s a u ranker and activating skillz to use. Hello “Sayama Battou!” whoever you are. Tis raining. Think Sukuna saved ppl to take their points? “I’m a solo player B|!” Ah I see Kuroko mentioned. (Hirasaka’s username) a top class u ranker! A Kotosaka appears. Oh she knows he’s ~the green king~ Anyway Hisui makes contact with Sukuna via parrot, think he’s interested and gonna watch him. -154 Kotosaka, Hisui, Tenkei talk about stuff like Dai and new S4. 150: Oh look Habari’s name. Oh think they’re talking about the Iforgotwhatitscalled System that Munakata uses. Few sentences of reminising i guess. Didn’t someone mention spoilers about Hisui wanting new execs because S4 i reestablished so need more ppl? If so then this part is prob it. SUKUNA I CHOOSE YOU! - 167 Kotosaka (aka hisui) and Sukuna at Sukuna’s hideout. “Why u play by yourself, why no team up :c?” “What are you intentions!” Oh look someone found him. “Your mother is worried! let’s return together!”. Runs away. Sukuna becoming murderous yo! Oh look its Hirasaka again. - 178 Why Mishakuji became a jungle member. (Aka the attacking Dai incident). And er, mishakuji does stuff *shrug* with lower rankers i guess.”You want to know who I am? My handlename is... BEAUTY * ANGEL - 186 Sukuna’s like. “wut” Hirasaka’s like “Yeah he’s a j ranker”. Anyway they’re gonna work on somethin together. - 197 Sukuna confronts(?) Mishakuji. Ehhhh I guess Sukuna and Hirasaka tried to attack him or something. “Youre empty. You have no goal. You have no place to return etc etc” - 206 Sukuna recovering from injuries. Hirasaka looking after him i guess. GASP. WHO IS THIS WOMAN. WHAT? YOU’RE KUROKO? #SukuHira brotp. Sounds like Hirasaka backgroun stuff I translated is prob revealed here. - 213 bunch of reflecting that ends with him joining mishakuji i guess - 231 bunch of iwa koto suku misha stuffs. And then Sukuna goes does missions with mishakuji, gets a bunch of points. congrats you have enough points to become a jranker. Are you gona be like mishakuji and be a j ranker or like hirasaka and stay a u ranker. 17 October 2011, 5:25pm, in just 3 months, Sukuna became a J-Ranker.

231 - Underground King

- 281 Gojou and Hisui meet. Congrats on becoming j ranker party. You’re the first person to become a j ranker through the normal route!! Follwoed by, happy fluffy family stuff. Hisui OWNS sukuna at games. “I’m at 382wins and 0 losses Sukuna, want to play again?” Sukuna finds out “Eh? Wait... Eh? What? Grey? That old man is a king??” Idk. Looks like a lot of happy happy daily life. - 291 Sounds like some serious stuff happening “Their handlename is Nine. Real name, Kue Hikotarou. That’s the traitor’s name” - 305 Sukuna and Kue meet up. “What rank? I only made it to g” “j” “Why did you do it.” “I needed money” :(. This conversation is depressing :( *points to page 300* :| GASP CLIFFHANGER

305 - Epilogue: Dream of Green

Did they go visit kagutsu crater? Anyways usual epilogue-y stuff.
