#i was one of the first people on the korrasami train. i watched season 1 and the SECOND asami was introduced i was like THEYRE WIVES #i never expected it to become canon but every time i think about that i just. i smile for the teen girl that wanted it so badly #bubbline becoming canon feels way too surreal to me bc like. i bought the scream queens book #it felt like they did everything to friendzone these two #and then it became canon #and like. garnet exists #and luz and amity #and catradora #and literally every cw show even tho they all suck #i cant imagine how it must feel growing up as a little girl who likes girls and have so many ways u can imagine urself finding love #and i'm so happy animation has come so far! and i'm so grateful to the wlw behind the scenes that made this happen tbh #no wonder there are so many lesbian and bi girls on twitter and tumblr now!!!! it just. warms my old dyke heart lol #i'm only 24 but so much has changed in my llifetime! #i was out before gay marriage was legal in the states! #just thinking about everthing that has happened since then. crazy
