We all know that Astarion has some of the best lines in the game but nobody - NOBODY - told me how softly Gale's VA delivers that "I forget my Goddess" line... the breathlessness? the yearning?? hello

“Floyd, could you sing to me?”
The big brother looked up from where he was tucking the blanket under Branch’s feet. “Sure thing,” he said with a light smile. “What would you like to hear? A lullaby?”
“I don’t know,” Branch mumbled as he nestled his head into the pillow. “You choose.”
Floyd could still see a crease of worry between his baby brother’s brows. He softly brushed a thumb over it in a silent reassurance that everything was going to be okay before he turned around to reach for their dad’s old guitar.
I think Floyd would often sing to Branch to get him to fall asleep, usually the songs and lullabies their parents sang when the older four were still little.
I know in the movie it seemed like they all left right after their fight, but I like to imagine that they just stormed off to cool off and that they actually left in the following days. And that this was the last song Floyd sang for Branch that night. :')
Both Sides Now (specifically this cover by Voncken)
Rows and flows of angel hair
And ice cream castles in the air
And feather canyons everywhere
I've looked at clouds that way
But now they only block the sun
They snow and rain on everyone
So many things I would've done
But clouds got in the way
I've looked at clouds from both sides now
From up and down, and still somehow
It's clouds’ illusions, I recall
I really don't know clouds at all
Moons and Junes and Ferris wheels
The dizzy dancin' way you feel
When every fairy tale comes real
I've looked at love that way
But now it's just another show
You leave 'em laughin' as you go
And if you care, don't let them know
Don't give yourself away
I've looked at love from both sides now
From give and take, and still somehow
It's love's illusions, I recall
I really don't know love at all
Tears and fears and feeling proud
To say "I love you" right out loud
Dreams and schemes and circus crowds
I've looked at life that way
But now my friends, they’re acting strange
They shake their heads, and say I've changed
Well, something's lost, but something's gained
In living life each day
I've looked at life from both sides now
From up and down
And give and take
And win and lose, and still somehow
It's life's illusions, I recall
I really don't know life...
I really don't know life at all

I have a personal hc that HSR MC acting menace a lot is just to avoid having dreadful thoughts of existential crisis, an unconscious mental self defense if you will, that's why the first thing Kafka advice them is "not to worry" as their story had "already been played out to them"
Caelus/Stelle seem to be content despite being literally born yesterday, the way they interact with trashcan and that closet scene seem child like, very imaginative (and fucking funny) thus slowly make you forget the why or what they are in the first place,,
The inner monologue from the dialogue option kinda gave me this energy: "hey haha yeah you have bomb in your body, but it's okay😊😊look shiny trashcan, don't think too much about why you exist, look at these shiny coins in the water fountain woooaahh, hm? What's that? You're questioning why you hear voices in your head?? Nah it's fine, let's hide in the closet and banish hotel demon!!"
Anyway I don't have anywhere to go with this, but I just love the contrast of the trailblazer lore (that heavily allude to be heavy angst) and the funny idiotic moments they did 😭
Head? Empty, Trauma? Repressed, Hotel? Trivago

Buck deserves a love confession that isn’t inspired by him being put in danger. Buck deserves a love confession that doesn’t come out of a life or death situation.
Eddie deserves a love confession that comes from him wanting to, not feeling like he has to. Eddie deserves a love confession where it feels natural and he doesn’t struggle to explain himself.
They both deserve a love confession that is domestic and warm and RIGHT for all the right reasons.

in the span of maybe an hour, clara oswald goes from, "I already know - don't say it." to, "people like you and me should say things to each other" and I'll never get over it
she literally gets pulled out of time the moment before her death and learns he's been clawing his way back to her for 4.5 BILLION years?? Just to save her??? I would also suddenly and urgently have words

i want an episode of doctor who where someone important to the doctor dies and all the pain and heartbreak of all their lives piles up and they get so broken and so full of hate that this keeps happening and why can’t they just be happy and why is the universe so cruel that they turn evil and then while out and about being evil and not giving a fuck about saving people they run into the master and the master is shook that the doctor has changed bc how? that’s impossible the doctor and the master are opposing forces! it’s their whole dynamic now everything’s out of balance! and so they make it their mission to show the doctor how much good there is in the universe and the doctor is cold and harsh and vulnerable and heartbroken but the master whisks the both of them off on an adventure to demonstrate all the brilliant wonderful extraordinary happy parts of the universe but what finally gets through to the doctor is that it’s the master showing them all this. they’re so far gone that the master is trying to fix them. and they realise that the both of them have more in common than they think and that they can see it from each other’s perspectives. and then they kiss

i feel like in the early seasons rimmer and lister's animosity towards each other is more pronounced because the reality that they're never going back to earth hadn't set in yet. they were still holding on to the hope that they'd get out of the whole "stranded in deep space" situation Somehow and would never have to see their annoying colleague again, instead of acknowledging it as the huge & permanent change to their lives that it actually was. maturing + mellowing with age and having no one else to hang out with (besides kryten and cat) for decades definitely helped to turn the hatred into a genuine if reluctant friendship but im still convinced that them accepting the hand they were dealt in regard to the big picture played a huge part in solidifying their relationship
