when we did les mis at my high school my junior year, we recorded an 8-minute trailer featuring brief snippets of interviews from the main cast (when they interviewed me i talked for like 4 minutes straight and they (understandably) only used 20 seconds of it). i was reminded of it today and went back to watch it. and listening to the stuff our actress for valjean said about how she viewed and connected to his character parallels the thing that i got possessed to write last week about valjean and javert so perfectly it kind of caught me off guard. love when people just Get It.

#also i must specify #the teacher who did it didn't do it Out Of Concern For My Wellbeing #she had been bullying me since i was six and always wanted to find flaws in everything i did #she was exceptionally fixed on my calligraphy and. i think she called the psych because?? #she probably wanted me to get diagnosed to humiliate me #since where we live mental illness is still highly stigmatized #anyways the only thing that they pried out of me is that i hated that teacher with a burning passion (a common knowledge tbf) #i always felt bad for the psychologist imagine entering the field to help troubled children and gettimg caught in that circle #i hope she's doing well
