They were like "can palkia come out to play with us?" And cyrus was like "No." And proceeded to slam the door on their faces
Adaman must be like good luck i dont have to deal with that asshole
Also, giratina was meant to be for cyrus, they are equally petty XD
I love cyrus so much, he is a little bitch. And he is going to help them in the end, but he has to be mean first

I am mainly working and then resting after the working right now.
I am currently taking maintenance medications a doctor told me to take after a blood test. I am going to have to take them until June. After that I will undergo a blood test again to check if I can stop the medications for a while or will have to continue them.
I seem to be overspending every month, so I really need to control my spending so I can earn more. Ideally I only spend 500 pesos per month, but sometimes I end up spending 1000 pesos or more per month, sometimes spending 1500 or 2000 pesos per month. As a result I am losing more money than I am earning. I need better discipline with spending.
Apart from that, I'm not really doing much. I decided to discard some items in my cabinet to make space. This is because my cabinet has too many clothes so I can't even close it properly anymore. I was told that the items should be given to a nearby donation center, but I actually feel like just throwing the clothes in the trash.

Finest Time To Trade The Currency Market
Tumblr media
youtube
I recently made my own silver discovery or shall I say rediscovery. I have some coins that my grandfather gave me a very long, time ago. I still remember his large weathered hand clasped around an old, yellowed bag filled with nickels, dimes and quarters from the 1940's... "Keep your eye on Silver Patricia!" he said. The bag was oddly heavy and his face was unusually serious as he squinted through his cigar smoke. I smiled at what appeared to be small change and stashed the bag away. cypto Three: Plan For Your Spending. How do you plan to pay for things while you are on your honeymoon? When vacationing within the US, you can pretty much expect to pay for things in your usual preferred way, but if you are heading overseas, you need to plan ahead. It is a good idea to have some cash in whatever the local currency is where you will be going. Currency exchange rates are usually the least favorable at airports and hotels, which often tack on fees as well. Your best bet is to exchange your dollars for euros or pesos at your local bank before leaving town. Be aware that the bank may need to order in the type of currency you need, so do not leave this task until the day before you fly out. Just how rare is gold? How small is the supply? According to investing ideas , as of 2006 the total amount of all gold ever mined comes out to under 6 billion ounces. Given that the total world population now exceeds 6.6 billion people, there is less than one ounce of gold available per person to invest in right now - a figure that shrinks even further in light of the fact that central banks already hold a considerable amount of the above ground supply. One other thing forex day merchants ought to pay attention to associated to the best time to trade is that Mondays and Fridays are usually poor days to trade. Why is that this? cypto mining People do not realize that silver has over 2,000 uses. It is essential to our daily technological lives. It is found in every digital product that exists today in some degree. It is also used in the medical profession as a key agent in solutions that are used in operations and on infected wounds in hospitals. All germs die instantly when they come in contact with silver. The phone retains information on dialed, missed and received calls for the user's convenience.

Dear No One,
How are you? I hope you’re well rested. I just thought of writing to you even though there’s nothing much to say. I can’t say that I miss you because you never existed in my life HHAHAHA how pathetic can I get?
Yesterday was the start of my 2-day AL. I went to the gym then went alone to Pavilion Bukit Jalil to check a bookstore that I’ve been eyeing for a long time. The bookstore is huge with lots of books (they say around 200k), a cafe on the inside, and things you can buy (oddly enough, a wine glass worth 6k in PH peso).
Since I’m not able to find The Alchemist by Coelho or Beyond good and evil by Nietzsche. They said that they don’t have it and the assistant was super sorry (she don’t have anything to say sorry for).
What I did instead is buy something in the Cafe and spend some alone time (if you’re a bit thrifty like me, I only ordered lemon loaf, dorayaki, and regular iced latte and that shit costed me more than 500 pesos and the food and the coffee is not even that good hahaha jk 1/2)
When I realized that I had to go home since I still have part time, I went to Jollibee (there’s only 1 jollibee in malaysia if I’m not mistaken) and ordered burger steak w/ rice and jolly hotdog. The taste isn’t the same as what I remember in the PH since it’s halal.
The experience was nice considering this is only my 2nd time being alone in Malaysia. I’m not sure if I’m exhausted being around people because I’m not. I’m afraid that I’m doing this to get in touch with my emotions because apparently, it’s fading away.
I don’t feel hurt, lost, happy, melancholic, or confused. I feel nothing. Is this what healing feels like?
Oh, by the way, I took lots of photos!

MY BRIGHTEST STAR🌌🌠
May 14,2020
11:15 pm
There are 45 minutes before my birthday. I got out of bed, holding my phone, because I couldn’t sleep no matter what I did.
I slowly opened the door and tiptoed out of my bed, taking care not to let it creak. Everyone in the house is still sleeping, so I can’t make any noises that would wake them up. Since my throats were dry and I needed to remain hydrated, I went to the kitchen to get a glass of water. After all, I can’t be dehydrated because I’m supposed to be hydrated all the time.
I walked out of the house wearing my oversized T-shirt and night shorts, leaving my glass on the counter. Since there were some torches, the whole subdivision was quiet and dim. The sky was lovely, but the boy who had just entered with his silver bicycle was even more so. I told myself, “Shut up, all boys are gorgeous.”
“Are you ready?” Miguel stated as he brushed his long, silky golden hair back with his lovely fingers. I grinned and walked over to my pink bicycle in the garage. “Where is your gear?”
“Where is your gear?” I questioned as well after noticing that he had not brought his. He squinted and raised one of his thick brows. “Don’t worry, I’ll be fine. Especially because you’re here with me.
His lips curled into an endearing grin, exposing his charming dimples. I got on my bike and pedaled down the road first, hoping he’d be close behind.
The cool night breeze caressed my face and caused my hair to fly, making me happy. I took a left and later realized Miguel was standing right next to me. He hasn’t changed since I first saw him with his hair flying and his aesthetic dark eyes. He is still the boy I loved and admired, still admire, and will still genuinely love.
11:30 pm
“Don’t worry, you’ll be fine.” Just don’t breath—“
“Do you want me to die horribly?” When my eyes accidentally went down, I exclaimed. I screamed and turned away, my eyes closed. Miguel sighed and his hands rested on my shoulders, which helped me relax a little. Only a little bit. I’m in a panic, crap.
“What I mean is, don’t breathe too quickly; instead, breathe slowly. Exhale slowly after taking a deep breath, then repeat. I’m telling you this because I don’t want you to die, okay?” He said calmly, which made me feel bad for screaming at him while he was simply trying to help me from panicking.
I followed his instructions and, to my surprise, it succeeded. When Miguel wrapped his handkerchief around my knee to cover the cut, I slowly opened my eyes and yelped in the quietest way possible. When he kissed it after tying it, I bit my lip and felt my face flush. He got up and extended his hand to me, which I gladly accepted.
“Are you all right now?”
“Thank you very much, Miguel.”   I smiled, and he smiled even more. God, I love that face.
“Oh, if you weren’t so stubborn, you wouldn’t have gotten hurt.” He said it with a little frown on his face, which made me laugh because he’s so sweet when he’s upset.
“If you hadn’t been there, I would have passed out in the middle of the road right now, but I’m still standing and breathing.” As I smiled, his frown vanished, and all he did was shake his head before walking to get his bike.
“You’re stubborn as hell. As he grasped the handlebars of his bike, he uttered. “Instead, let’s go for a stroll.”
“If I’m right, give me 500 pesos.” Your favorite shirt right now is the blackpink t-shirt I gave you.” Miguel muttered something and smirked as he looked at me and the path we were walking on.
“Wrong my favorite shirt is the other black pink t-shirt which I bought last Saturday. “I confidently replied and smirked back at him. Aw, you don’t love me anymore?” he pouted and gave me that cute puppy look. My weakness.
“oh my gosh, stop that. You look like an idiot.” Yes I’m a great liar.
“ugh, darn it.” He huffed and continued walking, which made me chuckled because of his cuteness.
It became quiet after. Enjoying the peaceful and satisfying cold wind with each other’s company was already enough.
I know in my heart that he has a problem but he didn’t want to share it with me and I respect his decision.
“ Has the thought of leaving me ever cross your mind?” I asked out of nowhere to cut the silence while we’re walking down the silent road with our bikes.
“Yep.” I pouted and glared at him immediately when he said but he just laughed. That hurt right into my heart. “ What, if I am be pooping, you wanna watch?”
“Gross, of course not.” I cringed which made him laugh harder. His laugh is annoying but also cute but its pissing me off but I still love it.
“How about you? Ever thought of leaving this handsome boy?” he raised his eyebrows up and down while staring at me, waiting for my answer.
“I don’t wanna promise that I won’t because we never know what will happen in the future but I assure you that no matter what happens, even if the worlds screwed up, we’re screwed up, I will always stay with you.” Miguel stopped walking so I did too and looked at him. He smiled at me before starting to walk again.
His smile didn’t reach his eyes.
11:45 pm
“Don’t go yet.” I whined quietly while softly pulling the sleeve of his hoodie. I know that its late and he might be tired but I wanna be selfish even just for now.
“Alright then, my princess.” Miguel smiled and pulled my hand going inside our house silently. Miguel being Miguel, he didn’t make the slightest noise even in closing closing the door. It was dark but with Miguel’s hand holding mine, I know that I shouldn’t be afraid.
When we reach my bedroom, he gently pushed me inside and slowly pushed the door behind him while his sexy dark eyes were staring into my soul, dominating me. He took little steps going towards me, not cutting eye contact, and as if I’m frozen, I stood still staring back into his beautiful dark grey eyes until I could feel and smell his strawberry scented breath.
“Let’s go stargaze even if I know to myself that gazing at you is better.” He huskily uttered before smiling and pulling my hand to go out the window. He assisted me to climb up the roof carefully before he followed.
He gently guided me to a spot between his legs where I could sit comfortably. As his arms wrapped around me and his big hands devoured my tiny hands, I laid my back on his chest.
Nothing beats sitting on the roof with the guy you want to spend the rest of your life with, gazing at thousands of sparkling stars in the midnight sky, which isn’t quite midnight yet, but let’s call it that anyway.
“Did you know that the sun is a star?” Miguel said as he rested his chin on my left shoulder. Our eyes glued on the sky full of stars above us.
“uh-huh.”
“Personally, I think that stars don’t appear only at night because if it only appears in the darkness, the isn’t it unfair that it doesn’t appear during bright days?” he said in a serious expression which made me laugh a bit.
“That doesn’t make any sense. And the sun is a star because science shit.” I replied which made him laugh as well.
“Yeah I know, I didn’t know what to say so I just wasted my saliva for bullshit.” He said while chuckling because of his darkness. What he said didn’t really make sense but he’s still cute so never mind.
“but let me tell you something, my princess.” He sat properly so I faced him to give all of my attention.
“if all the stars disappears, that doesn’t mean that its over. Darkness is everywhere already. No, don’t forget that the moon is still there, there to light up the darkness. And it lights up the most. So don’t ever think that you’re alone and your life is pure darkness just because the stars disappears.” He smiled for a while before continuing.
“the stars will appear again. But they may not be the same stars from before again.”
11:55 pm
When I got tired of watching the stars above the sky. I faced Miguel.
Miguel had the same dark grey eyes. The same dark grey eyes I used to always stare at since when I was six. He had the same small nose. The same small nose I used to always poke when we were toddlers since it was cute. He had the same chubby and soft cheeks. The same cheeks I used to always squish whenever I’m ecstatic, annoyed, sad, or normal. He had the same sexy pinkish lips. The first same sexy pinkish lips I kissed when I was ten. He had the same long golden hair. The same long golden hair I used to braid or play with when im bored though I always envy his hair since its straight and silky more as hell than mine. And lastly, he had the same effect on me.
Only realizing it now, his face was only an inch away from mine. His deep breaths made me look hotter.
“Advance Happy Birthday, I love you my princess.” Miguel said.
I slowly shut my eyes as tears started forming in my eyes. Seconds have passed and sobs started to come out. I slowly opened my eyes to look at the time.
12:00 AM
May 15, 2021
“It was all a dream” I told myself.
Miguel died because of the car accident. If only I hadn’t been selfish and let him go home that night, maybe he’s still with me right now celebrating my birthday.
It’s been exactly a year since my star vanished.
It’s just unfair that among billions of stars out there, he’s the one chosen to be vanished.
I held onto the shirt he gave me a year ago on my birthday while crying hard. It will never not be painful as hell.
His smile, his eyes, his dimples, his long golden hair, my Miguel that I will never get to see anymore.
“Wherever you are right now, I hope you’re happy.” I sobbed while looking above the sky full of stars. “I don’t do promises but I’m doing it now. I promise that I will continue living the nights with different stars. Only for you, baby. I miss you so much.

Bike Touring the Philippines
Bobby Lagsa
For most of his life, Melchizedek "Merky" Aranas Garcia have been dreaming of traveling the entire Philippines-each of the 81 provinces, there is. His dream came true in 2019 when he biked around the country for the first time.
Merky is just one of the growing numbers of Filipinos who are taking the extreme length to pedal their ways around the country, exploring places most Filipinos can only dream of.
Tumblr media
On February 24, 2021, Merky, along with fellow adventure bikers, Romeo Llante of Cavite and Valeri de Guzman of Baguio City started their journey to bike tour the archipelago all the way to Davao City where Merkey lives.
Garcia is a seafarer by profession and when he arrived in the country following a 14-months work onboard, he planned that he will bike his way home to Davao City.
Like Garcia, Llante is an engineer working in the Middle East for almost 10 years while de Guzman is a social entrepreneur.
Tumblr media
This is not the first time for the trio to bike their way around the Philippines. Garcia did his first in 2019 right after getting off the ship. Llante also did an extended bike tour in 2019, spending six months on the road alone. de Guzman is also a veteran long-distance biker.
Tumblr media
They left San Pedro, Laguna on the 24th of February, and for the next 45 days, they would pedal their way to Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Garcia said that bike touring is an entirely different approach than just doing the Philippine Loop. “With bike touring, your aim is to tour the country rather than just passing by, doing the Maharlika Route all the way to Mindanao and taking the RORO (Roll-on, Roll-Off) ship to cross the island,” Garcia said.
"The goal is to tour, not just speed your way around the country, without even stopping to enjoy the destinations," Garcia said.
“When I was growing up, I dream of biking my way around Mindanao. When I had my apprenticeship on board, I saw how beautiful the Philippines is,” Garcia said.
Garcia added that back then, he had no money and thought of just biking his way to get to places.
Tumblr media
For Llante, it was an outlet to get away from the hustle of life in Cavite and from working overseas for an extended period.
OPEN TIME, OPEN BUDGET
What open time, open budget means is that they have no formal plans of what route they are going to take. “Anytime we can change our plan, we can change our route, we can change how long we are going to stay in a place,” Garcia said.
The trio agreed to their plan. They can spend as much time on the road as they can. They passed by countless tourism destinations during their 45 days on the road.
Tumblr media
“I wanted to climb mountains,” Llante said. In his 2019 tour, he climbed 11 mountains including Mount Apo, Kitanglad in Bukidnon, Hibok-hibok in Camiguin Island.
They have crossed muddy road, climbed mountain roads just to get out-of-the-way waterfalls, rivers, and communities they wanted to explore.
“Our longest stay was in Samar, where we spent 2 weeks exploring the two provinces,” Garcia said.
They camped out in Huplag Adventure Camp in Bantayan Cliff, Ando Island, Borongan City where they get to experience sleeping on a hanging hammock with a 150 meters drop to the seas.
Tumblr media
“We waited for the replica of Magellan’s ship the Juan Sebastián Elcano to arrive in Guiuan, Eastern Samar,” Llante said.
When the El Cano arrived in Homonhon Island, they rented an outrigger to get closer to the ship. “Sadly, we were not allowed to go on board because of Covid protocols,” Llante said.
After the El Cano crossing, they spend the next 2 days in Homonhon and Suluan Islands before heading back to the mainland and off their way to Leyte.
Along with their ways, they were met by fellow bikers who are only too eager to host them. “Sometimes, I informed friends who I met during the 2019 tour that I am passing by,” Garcia said.
“Sometimes, when they met us, they would bike with us to destinations, and when we get there, foods are already prepared for us,” Garcia said.
Tumblr media
The trio, along with other bike clubs that hosted them, also held community engagement programs like feeding and giving school supplies for children.
Tumblr media
LOGISTICS, PREPARATIONS
Biking for an extended period of time can be a difficult task and it takes determination and courage just to conquer steep climbs and muddy roads to get to their next destinations.
“Before I arrived from my work onboard, I already planned my bike tour, told some of my friends I’m doing a bike tour again,” Garcia said.
Garcia wanted to invite friends so that it will be more fun. “It is more fun to share the road with friends who share the same passion as you are,” Garcia said.
Llante and de Guzman rise to the challenge of Garcia.
Tumblr media
“My bag only consisted of 3 short pants, shirts,” Garcia said. On his backpack, he carries his drone that would prove to be very useful in getting dramatic, scenic shots.
“You only need to bring light materials, all our clothing are quick-dry,” Llante said.
Their daily budget is only 500 pesos per person per day, except for destinations that they would need to spend more, 500 was their daily budget which include foods, hotels, drinks.
"On the road, you need to eat well and hydrate well," Llante said.
“The plan really is to set-up tents by sunset,” Garcia said.
“We would sleep in barangay halls, beaches, gasoline stations, roads with trees we can hang our hammocks,” Llante added.
Tumblr media
But mostly, Filipinos welcomed them to their homes, offering sleeping spaces. Experiencing the hospitality of the Filipino people was a humbling experience. "We are strangers and yet they welcome us, provide us shelter and food as we share our stories with them," Garcia said.
“When there is nowhere else to sleep, we would pay entrance fees to resorts and just camp on the beach,” Llante added.
There were days also that they do really need to take a good sleep to recover physically and had to spend nights in resorts or inns. “We need to rest, but hotels are our last resort,” Garcia said.
They also agreed never to travel during nighttime, except for one instance during the first few days of the tour.  after pedaling for almost 18 hours, they arrived in Naga City around 11 pm raking in almost 200 kilometers.
“We agreed to pedal only during daylight, where sunset catches us up, we would set up camp for the night, we are not in a hurry anyway,” Garcia said.
200 kilometers is the most the pedaled in a single day, after that, their average is just about 80 kilometers per day.
There are times that they would need to rest at noon for an extended time as the heat of the sun becomes almost unbearable. “We rest where we wanted to, we don’t plan of getting to this town or that town, we stop at sunset,” Garcia said.
When they arrived in Davao City where Garcia is from, de Guzman had to make her way to Cagayan de Oro and left the two. De Guzman could be in Cebu as of this writing, doing her Cebu loop on and on her way to Negros Island.
THE PHILIPPINES IS A BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY
Garcia and Llante eventually pedaled their way to this city, spending two days along Sayre Highway, exploring Bukidnon. They arrived here on May 1 and spent 4 days here exploring and meeting with fellow Philippine Bike tour loopers.
Words on the biking community here were that de Guzman was met by an all-female bikers group and was given a warm welcome.
Bike touring the Philippines was a humbling experience for Garcia and Llante. They have pedaled almost 3 thousand kilometers and visited most provinces along the Maharlika Highway.
Garcia’s count crossed out 63  out of 81 provinces since he started his bike tour in 2019. Llante crossed out 11 mountains, and almost visited each province in the Philippines.
They have seen most of Filipinos can only dream of- touring the entire Philippines, learning cultures and traditions, meeting people, and experienced  lgendary Filipino hospitality and conquering their own selves.
Garcia and Llante is a testament of achieving dreams even if it means just being armed with just bare necessities.
Garcia and Llante is now planning their next bike tour, hoping that more bikers would join them.
NOTE:
all photographs were provided by Merky Garcia
FOR THEIR 2021 Philippine Bike Tour, Garcia spent 35 thousand while Llante spent 50 thousand.
Since Valerie de Guzman was already in Cebu, she was not around for the interview.

🍝🥩 Our Philippine Christmas day feasts and gifts w/ my paper dolls - Part 2 [Dec 25, 2020] 🎄🎁
Hi, here are my photos of our 12 midnight Christmas Day feasts and gifts with my beloved complete family and also my two beloved paper dolls!
This is part 2 of my posts, and in case on missed my “Part 1″ then please [CLICK ME!].
So without further ado, let’s get started:
7th & 8th Image(s): • Now on to my favorite pasta dish, the 🇵🇭 Filipino style Spaghetti🍝! For those who didn’t know about the Philippine pasta cuisine, it basically consists of hotdog sliced bits that added to the spaghetti sauce mix that’ll pour through cooked pasta before adding a shredded cheese onto pasta (just like the regular counterparts). • My paper dolls saying that this pasta style looks scrumptious. Indeed! Let’s chow down once more!😋🍴
9th & 10th Image(s): • Now that the feast was very satisfied, it is now to reveal some gifts from my family 🎁👨‍👩‍👦‍👦; first off two presents from my two siblings, my big brother gave me a Fila shoebox and my young brother gave me a mystery wrapped gift. Let’s check it out, me and paper dolls are excited.😁
11th & 12th Image(s): • Tada! Wow!😮 A nice 👟white Fila shoes 👟 and a copy of 🏁Gran Turismo Sport 🚘 for the PlayStation 4, these are very bold presents that they gave me! • Now before my paper dolls will give some thoughts... Ummm, I didn’t expect that my young brother gave me a copy of Gran Turismo Sport, damn... That wasn’t on my PS4 games wish-list but hey, I love playing Gran Turismo so much that I’m already considered as a huge fan for long decades; so I’ll accept it anyways. And with the PS plus code subscription that carmenramcat gave me from my previous Birthday Gift (which I never enter the code or never use it yet), hope my career in GT Sport will satisfied. So thanks, my young sibling.🙂👍 •My paper dolls saying that these are cool gifts from your siblings. I know right.☺️ Now what about my parents...?
13th & 14th Image(s): • Well unfortunately they didn’t gave me any gift item this years Christmas, but instead they gave me two ₱500 (Philippine Pesos) bills 💵💵 (total ₱1,000); And you know what, that’s okay to me and my paper dolls too. 😊👍 At least I have money earnings though, but I’ll be decided on whether if I spend it or earn it on my debit card, so who knows.😉
Overall: • With delicious meals and worth it Christmas gifts from my siblings and parents, I think this is a good Christmas day moment.😊🎄 And despite the ongoing pandemic of this year end 2020, we can’t go anywhere we want, especially visiting Christmas parties from our family relatives are now prohibited in some parts of Metro Manila. But hey, staying at home and celebrating Christmas day is much better anyways, and we are all agree on that (both of my family and my paper dolls).🏠🎄
Well that’s all for now, stay safe and Merry Christmas everyone!🎅☃️

I'm about to show you how the American Healthcare system fucks everyone over. Americans have NO idea how hard they're getting jipped at drug stores each day but I'll give you a glimpse.
So I have really bad asthma, right? My inhaler is my life line. I've been living in the US for ten years this year and I've never, not once, bought an inhaler here. My parents send me a package with them and other meds from about 4,000 miles away every few months or maybe twice a year. You can't just mail medicine internationally but specifically things like inhalers. None of the carriers - not the post office, FedEx, UPS, or any other - will ship them because they're gas or something. I don't remember the specific rule but they just won't let you do it internationally because they're little canisters. Seeing as my parents can't simply mail the inhalers, they have to find someone that is flying from the DR to the US, have one of our doctor friends write that person a prescription for the inhalers, and staple copies of the receipts to the prescription because if Customs stops them at the airport to ask about it they have to show both things. Then the person bringing them to the US has to pack the inhalers, go to the post office, and mail me the package. Most of the people we know live in the East Coast so once it's flown over an ocean and arrived in a different country, my medicine still has to trek all the way to Los Angeles.
Why and how is any of this convenient you ask? I'll break it down. An inhaler lasts me between 15 days and a month depending on how bad my ashtma is at the time. This means I could go through anywhere between 12 to 24 inhalers in a year. At least. Could be more.
I got this package today:
Tumblr media
Ten inhalers and hard core pain meds because my migraines don't just go away with Aleve.
This is how much those ELEVEN things were in the DR:
Tumblr media
$873.60 Dominican pesos. My parents just sent me AT LEAST somewhere around six months worth of inhalers for $873 pesos. They also sent the same pain meds my mom takes for the extreme pain she suffers on her body as a result of being in a wheelchair so like...hardcore shit. I received enough to last way longer than six months. That is included in the eight hundred but for the sake of simplicity let's pretend it isn't.
Before I tell you how much this is in dollars let me show you how much one of these inhalers cost in the US without insurance (aka the same way my parents bought these in the DR).
Tumblr media
With coupons they cost at least $60 and without coupons they can go all the way up to $85. I didn't have insurance for approximately the first 8.5 years I was here. Now that I do have insurance my lowest copay for medicine is $25 and that's for the generic stuff. That's the minimum I pay for every item on each of my prescriptions and only for generics, if I want/need the name brands like these inhalers are it goes way higher. So EVEN WITH MY INSURANCE, every month I'd be spending no less than $25 to $50 on inhalers depending on whether I went through one or two that month.
Now that I've told you that, this is the conversion of Pesos to Dollars.
Tumblr media
My parents spent SEVENTEEN DOLLARS AND TWENTY NINE CENTS on ten inhalers and another medication. My parents sent me ten inhalers from half a world away for what I couldn't buy one here even with insurance.
Those ten alone would've cost me no less than $250 with insurance and at least $600 without insurance. That is if I only went through one of them a month and was lucky enough to have coupons.
If I used two a month - twenty total - for ten months I'd spend no less than $500 with insurance or between $1,200-$1,700 without insurance.
My parents would be spending about $35, maybe $40, in the same twenty inhalers.
Same medication, same brand name, same results.
Keep in mind that inhalers require prescriptions. All of this is not including the cost of a doctor here in the US. Before I can even buy my inhaler I have to pay to go see someone so I can get a prescription and that's at least another $50 with my doctor visit copay or like maybe $100-200 for someone who doesn't have insurance.
Americans love to call other countries "Third World Countries" and "sub-developed" but we at least don't have to sell our souls to stay alive. I'll take being Third World but being able to breathe for six months for less than what I spent on dinner last night.
And that...that is how Americans get fucked every single day. Coming from another country, the health system here is mindblowningly gross and idk how people still haven't burned everything down to change it.

“TIPS ON HOW TO GET THERE AND GET SAVE”
It is much better to rent a van to less your fares
Make sure you know how to get there or you can use GPS to take the right place and right direction
Because its squad bonding we make sure to bring foods of our own to less the paying’s there
if you don’t want to rent an cottage and you have a small tent on your house try to bring it and use it in the beach, because some of the tourist there bring their own tents (and as i say to get save ;) )
Lastly just enjoy the bonding with your friends and or even  with your family and don’t throw your garbage anywhere or even at the beach
In our trip we spent only 6000 pesos including the rent of the van and the gasoline, we spend 3000 the rent of the van, gasoline 1000, foods and drinks worth of 800 pesos, entrance fees 500 pesos (because the entrance fees there was not so expensive and guys including parking), and the rest is we buy some stuffs and remembrance.

My Media Consumption 22
My favorite form of media is the social media. Social media has a lot of uses. Facebook messenger lets you contact almost anyone for free. Instagram lets you post pictures and videos for other people to enjoy. 9GAG is one of the best sources for memes! I can’t imagine living in a world without them because I feel like at this generation, social media is already a necessity. Based on my phone’s data, I spend an average of 6 hours on my phone, a big part of it is watching Youtube and browsing Instagram and Facebook.
Tumblr media
Aside from social media, there are still other kinds of media. Newspaper is an old piece of media, but it is still relevant at this point in time. Even though there are news all over the Internet, people would still prefer to subscribe on newspapers. If I were them, I would do the same thing because the Internet is sometimes not reliable and full of fake news. In my opinion, other forms of media such as TV cable are sadly irrelevant. The first reason is that Netflix exists, you would pay only less than 500 a month for an HD video streaming platform. Reason number 2 is, cables are cheaper but the video quality is really low. I did a research on the price of cable TV in the Philippines, they cost around 350 pesos. The quality of the display is really bad, I’d rather stream Netflix on 720p rather than watching HBO on 360p, but I kinda missed watching cartoons on the television when I was a kid. I just hope that cables won’t get faced out anytime soon and they could make some improvements on it.
Tumblr media
If you would let me compare the media in the Philippines to the US, I would say that they are more advanced than us. Just by comparing the movies the two countries make, the US technically has better equipment than the Philippines. The movie special effects made in the Philippines are by far the worst I’ve ever seen, and the plots are redundant. That is understandable, considering the fact that the US has a bigger market when it comes to the film industry.
Tumblr media
After doing lots of research on media, I realized that we are using so much of our time on it. Sometimes we are vulnerable on these platforms, having a class about it will let us learn to be more mature when it comes to the usage of media. Imagine not knowing the hazards of  social media, you would have a higher chance of being exposed in the public when you post stuff that you aren’t supposed to. Also, I personally expect the class to have lots of activities and we would have fun. At first, I thought it was boring and it would have a less impact on my daily life, but now I’m a lot more interested. I would love to have more work similar to this one. Thank you very much!

In today's interrelated world, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is extensively used by our country and it affects our lives everyday. In the current digital age every day new technology comes as ICT riot. These new technologies have been accessible by people in their every life and increase their living standards.
How ICT affects our Acads?
Nowadays almost all of the people used it because it is a really big help to us to find more information and learning more knowledge. ICT helps us to do our home works, school projects, thesis and etc and it has Online schooling that i think we can helps us to learn different languages like Chinese, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, Portuguese and many more to be an advantage when you are finding a descent job after studying college.
Health
When we get sick, we don't like to go outside even to visit the doctor. Today we had a solution use ICT gadgets to contact with our doctor and describe our problems. It is helpful to medical students to learn about disease, medicines and surgeries. Doctor can demonstrate major surgical operation to medical students by use of ICT.
Online buying ang selling
ICT can is reallybig factor to run a business or example is Shoppe most the people buying and selling in this application are women. They are buying clothes, make up, phones cases or even perfumes or what the called "kikay kit" and there are many promos in the shoppe app like having a free shipping when you buy a product that cost of 500 pesos and now you are not allow to pay for the shipping or delivering it to you.
ICT as Communication
Many of us using gadgets to communicate with our relatives abroad by using these application like skype, messenger or viber. We can communicate without bounderies. It become quicker because we can send an instant message in a fraction of time with the low cost which saves costs and man power for delivery. For that E-mail, teleconferencing, and video-conferencing are availabe. By the use of video conferencing techniques, we can get feel to communicate with someone face to face which is benefit for meeting or communicate together.
Self Employment
ICT gadgets are help out us to do our jobs easier. We can create our own business shops without havy or overheads of place, purchase item and sales in market and make the advertising campaigns use of multimedia application. This increased sales and encourages the small businesses. We can use net banking l, online payments as the payment option.
Negative effects of ICT in our daily lives
Social Disconnect: Although the internet has reduced physical distances between people, but that doesn’t means they brought all closer together and emotional distance is increased in some aspects. People always busy with their own virtual world and passing a day. They forget the real world with family and friends and they becoming a formality. Children too are spending more time in virtual world and they adopt wrong thoughts thus rising cyber crimes and extra marital affairs with the use of ICT gadgets.
Reduced physical activity/Health Problems: Users may accept a more sitting lifestyle by the use of ICT gadgets. This can lead to health problems such as headache, fatness, heart disease, diabetes, repetitive strain injury or eyestrain, wrong posture/position, neck pain, physical and mental stress, etc because of continuous use. Children gets stretch by the playing internet games, watching cartoon which may stop them to go outside and they feel afraid to talk with other children. In this kind of lifestyle there is lack of physical exercise, increases our health risk.
Loss of privacy: Each ICT gadgets are integrated by specific technology and uses internet connections. Data must be reserved ad secure data so it needs to protect from virus attacks and other forms of malware are released daily. Use of of social networking web site risk of personal data loss . When we use net bankin, online payment then there is a risk of losing our money by fraud people. They can transfer our money to their account.
Conclusion
changed society and how we live. ICT brings people from different parts of the world together to communicate with each other across the world. It gives an opportunity to improving communication, to meet new people online and establish a friendship, to share the personal information online, increasing opportunities for education. Undoubtedly ICT gadgets have really made peoples life simple and entertaining but Information, Media, and Technology Skills are needed for the use of ICT. ICT can have positive impact on our lives but still we have to be careful when using it because we may suffer from some negative impact by using them. We have to be wise in using the ICT gadgets. Thus, ICT is the new technologies of the digital age have been accessible in our everyday life with a confusing blend of guaranteed benefits with some problems.
Again this is me Kurt Vincent i hope you enjoy and learn something new about ICT in Our daily lives l.

9 Best Angeles City Bars to Pick Up Filipino Girls
Angeles City
Are You Looking For The Best Angles City Bars?
Tumblr media
“If yes, then you’re going to love this mini guide about where to meet the sexiest Angeles City bar girls”
Angeles City has the naughties nightlife experience in the Philippines. It’s a “pay for play” town like Pattaya in Thailand but without happy ending massage parlors and only a few nightclubs.
What makes Angeles City’s nightlife exciting is the numerous bars with thousands of sexy Filipino bar girls.
Not only the girls working in those venues are hot but they can speak proper English making the experience more fun.
The two major areas packed with bars in AC are Field Avenue and Perimeter road.
If you aren’t into the girlie bar’s scene and prefer clubbing, consider experiencing Manila nightlife which is rich in nightclubs and discos.
Having said that, Angeles City has its own nightclubs which are fun and have plenty of HOT girls.
Furthermore, those babes in AC have a strong fetish for foreigners. That’s the reason every single girl speaks good English, and make all the girlfriend experience more entraining.
If you’re like me, your only reason to visit Angeles City is girls… Or maybe you want to try out a ladyboy.
In fact, transsexuals are a well-established presence in Angeles, sometimes even overwhelming.
Ladyboys trying to get the attention with their sexy legs and ass. I don’t mind the back, I’m afraid of the front.
If you’re looking for a girlfriend or a girl for a romantic holiday, don’t mess around with bar girls or ladyboys.
Most bar girls lying and are extremely unfaithful, besides thinking all the time only about money. Spending too much time with bar girls is detrimental for your health.
Also, they cost you a lot of money: lady drinks, bar fine, food, drinks outside.
A better way is to meet good girls working in shops, restaurants and dating sites.
The thing about getting a girl with a job means they have commitments and have not been used to much.
Also, they are cheaper: don’t drink as much as bar girls, no bar fine, no lady drinks and less bullshits.
You only pay for the normal girlfriend’s expenses such as dinners, regular drinks, and small gifts.
However, if you’re into pay for play girls, Angel City bars are a fun place to spend the night.
Below, there is a list of the best Angeles City bars which I review personally, giving you the best options the moment you land in town.
You don’t have to run the red light districts like a hungry dog. Instead, you can get into action immediately.
And don’t forget to check at the end of this article, the bar general prices for your drinks, lady drinks and bar fine.
Best Bars in Field Avenue – Angeles City (Walking Street)
1. Club Atlantis
Club Atlantis has been around for ages, and it has a few sister bars such as the Dollhouse and Crystal Palace.
On any given evening, there are at least 80+ girls. However, quantity doesn’t mean quality, so watch out for old ducks.
If you only visit one of these cattle market types of bar, then Club Atlantis should be it.
The setup is like a fishbowl Asian style, the girls wait for customers to be picked up. So, don’t expect to see too much action on the stage.
Considering the size of the club, no matter where you sit, you will get a good view of both stages.
The bar has two sections; The babes on the upper floor are prettier than those on the ground floor, but they are not as eager to dance.
Most girls on the upper stage prefer Asian men, and for some reason, Asian men prefer to see girls standstill instead of shaking her ass. Probably has something to do with submission.
Sometimes I get refused to bar fine girls, especially the hottest dancers because they are into Asian guys only.
If a girl sit with you for a drink, then she’ll be happy to go with you.
Ah, don’t forget to order some sushi while looking at the girls, it’s pretty good.
Keep in mind that the waitresses are a pain in the ass as the mamasang pushing for drinks and tips. Just smile, and let it go.
Open from 7 pm to 4 am.
2. Dollhouse Bar
This bar is jug BIG!
Expect not less than 60 girls any night of the week.
Once you walk in, you’ll notice many girls bored. However, once they sit down with you, they come to life.
There is a big center stage where the girls dance and you can enjoy the view either down stair or upstairs. Personally, I prefer to sit in the first raw of sits downstairs where I can see the girls closer.
However, after picking up a girl, you can go upstairs where is more private and less distracting.
Ah! What I like most about this bar is their lingerie show. I think you’re going to love those Filipina wearing sexy outfits.
There are also 3 pool tables available.
Open from 4 pm to 6 am.
3. Crystal Palace
The club is on the quieter Real Street off Walking Street, connecting with a walkthrough to the Dollhouse bar.
It has two sections with huge stages. However, most girls take their leave between Mondays and Wednesdays, so you are better placed to go during the weekends.
Crystal Palace is one of the few clubs where you can relax and enjoy girls dancing without being nagged to buy them a drink.
There are a wide selection of Filipina, and you can go around to the back where there are pool tables for some private time with your girls.
The downside is the prices to have fun in here:
Lady Drinks 300 Pesos
Bar Fine is 2.500 – 3.500 Pesos for the hotter dancers
4. Viking Bar
The bar is at the center of Walking Street, next to the Royal Amsterdam Hotel, You will not miss it with its Viking ship exterior.
It is not as big as the previous 3 bars, but there are about 40 girls at any time and many are HOT!
If you’re a Westerner, only about half of the girls will go with you. Unfortunately, most girls in Viking Bar are only into Asian guys.
I recommend getting there before 8 pm if you want to bar fine the hottest girls. Korean guys like to go out early at night to pick up talents.
5. Lollipop Bar
This small bar is always busy, not because of the size but because the girls are enthusiastic and naughty.
In this bar, you’ll never meet shy or cherry girls (virgin). Lollipop girls are cock proof – if that is a word.
Besides, I love their kinky outfits which are “revealing” instead of the usual coyote dancer dress or bikini like in other bars in Angeles.
They run a lot of discounts for many groups such as army personnel, making it popular with locals. It’s fun to hear the horror stories from expatriates living in Angeles City.
Happy hours from 2-6 pm.
6. Voodoo Bar
The only bar open 24 hours in Angeles City. You can get drinks and ladies any time of the day and night.
However, don’t expect to meet spinners and cute girls, but below average chicks.
The good news is those girls are a lot of fun to be around with. They like to play dirty, you can go hands-on and take photos as you’re pleased.
Are you looking for dirty sex?
Bar fine a girl in Voodoo then… Being there and done it already
7. Club Asia
This bar is only for guys that are Asian or look like one.
I put it in the list of the best bars in Angeles City because the girls are super HOT! Even if you’re a Westerner and your chances to bar fine a girl are slim, it’s worth it.
Some girls look underage but they aren’t, it’s just the way they make up and dress up.
Unfortunately, they never want to go with me
Only in this case, I wish to be Asian.
Best Bars in Perimeter Road – Angeles City
1. 1991 Club & Show Bar (previous name: Eruption Bar)
This bar is not as flashy and packed with hot girls like the bars in Field Avenue, but a good place to chill out while playing pool and enjoy the girlie shows.
If you’re into shooting pool games, you’ll meet lots of good players and there is no charge for games.
Furthermore, this bar offers cheap drinks and bar fines like most bars in Perimeter Road (see prices at the end of the article).
Bar open from 4 pm to 2 am
2. After School Bar
If you miss your school days or want fantasy is to get laid with a school girl, this bar is the place for you.
The After School girls are usually wearing a sexy costume that resembles a school uniform, and they like to be naughty students too.
Also it open early in the afternoon, so you can get some action after lunch.
If you go late, the best girls get picked up by Korean guys.
Bar open from 12 pm to 11 pm.
3. Ponytails Bar
Just next to ABC Hotel, it’s a good place to visit in the afternoon if looking for an early barfine.
Not the most fun atmosphere inside, but it always seems to have some top quality looking girls.
Ponytials offers a two-tier system with the white tag girls going for 2.500 Pesos and the green tag girls going for 3.500 Pesos.
The drinks are cheap and if you stay local, expect to pay less then 90 Pesos.
Fantastic waitresses who can drink and party hard.
Angeles City Bar’s Prices
There are two areas in Angeles City for bar hopping with different prices:
– Field Avenue (Walking Street)
Your drinks are between 100-160 Pesos;
Lady Drinks are 200-300 Pesos;
Bar fine that is all-inclusive is 2.500-3.500 Pesos for short time;
Tips for the lady if she gives you a good experience is 500-1.000 Pesos.
– Perimeter Road
Your drinks are between 60-120 Pesos;
Lady Drinks are 110-160 Pesos;
Bar fine that is all-inclusive is 1.800-3.000 Pesos for short time;
Tips for the lady if she gives you a good experience is 500-1.000 Pesos.
That is what you need to know about prices in Angeles City bars.
How Bars Works In Angeles City
If it’s your first time in the Philippines, you might not know how things work in a girlie bar.
Basically, you walk into a bar, sit down and order your drink.
You check out the girls in there, and if you see a girl that you like, you can invite her to have a drink with you.
When you feel she is the right one, just pay the bar fine to the bar which includes sex for 2 hours and one shot.
The standard price in Angeles City is between 1.800-3.500 Pesos based on how in demand the girl is.
So, if you prefer fat and old girls, you’re going to pay much less then young and hot spinners.
Furthermore, if she gives a good service, 500-1.000 Pesos tip is expected.
A note of warning! A few girls try to escape their duties, coming up with bullshits.
If she doesn’t do what she is supposed to do, just take her immediately to the mamasang and ask for a refund or another girl.
Don’t let these unavoidable situations to ruin your holiday.
That’s all, enjoy the naughty Angeles City nightlife.

Some private schools charge very high school fees from parents but the administrators take all the money, put in their pockets, become richer while their teachers are paid like slaves, peanuts and these teachers work like Carabao.
When they increase teachers salaries yearly they only increase by 500, 700, or 1000 pesos which I think is VERY INSULTING to the teachers.
These teachers have families for heavens sake, how do these administrators want them to be able to take care of their families.
This is one of the reasons why many students don't respect their teachers. Because they know that their teachers monthly salary is what they(the students) spend lavishly in the shopping mall.
Teachers are afraid of the students because these school administrators have made it possible by not respecting the teachers.
Teachers who are vocal and brave are targeted by the administrators. Bullying and harassment because they don't want their incompetence known to the public or potential customers.
It's rotten in there I tell you.
Fix it now!!!
Respectfully.

M4✍ELABORATE: Writing your Ethical Stance in Teaching via online or flexible learning modality (Blogging/ Journal Entry #4)
I strongly believe that going to school is way better than attending online classes. Although online classes are not tedious. It varies and depends on the school, staff, and also the curriculum they follow to teach the students. Online classes bring self-discipline, boost confidence, and flexibility. With online classes, things are in a win-win situation for many. Online learning is new but it is here to stay. The COVID-19 pandemic has made it even more mandatory than ever before. Staying home to stay safe is the only option, till the situation is back in control. Adjusting to the situation and making the most out of it is the better choice.
My Experience as an Online Student
My online classes are a convenience for me. They allow me to take additional classes that would not have fit into my schedule otherwise. I am not a traditional student, so I have non-traditional needs. Internet classes allow me to remain at CICM Maryhurst Seminary being a seminarian and a student. Taking Internet classes has many advantages for a non-traditional, and traditional student, such as: saving money, saving time, and most of all the convenience. Internet classes are the answer for many students with non-traditional needs. For my instance, I don’t have to travel as far from Camp John Hay to SLU Main Campus every weekday (40 minutes of commute time one way). However, the only downfall to my Internet class was a computer virus, which was disastrous. I lost everything on my computer, but as for the important files I had backup on floppies. I was lucky, my sister-in-law came within a few days and fixed my computer, so I did not get too far behind. This situation should be considered when taking an Internet class.
In my experience with Internet classes, the good far outweigh the bad. Taking Internet classes has saved me money. If I were taking traditional classes, I would be spending about 500 pesos a week for various transportation (public and private), not to mention the burnout of having to wake up so early. The only expense that I incur with Internet classes is my server charge (PLDT), That means by taking Internet classes I am saving over 2,000 pesos a month, and that does not include school burnouts. I could finance a new computer with the savings from taking online classes. I’d like to mention ARTICLE VIII – THE TEACHERS AND LEARNERS Section 3. Under no circumstance shall a teacher be prejudiced nor discriminated against by the learner. By attending online classes I can confidently say I can do my best just as when I was learning in the classroom itself. The professors have barely a time being prejudiced to a learner if that learner simply complies with the submissions. However, that is a point. Sometimes, we are just doing things out of the term ‘submission’. And for that I implore Section 2. Which says “A teacher shall recognize that the interest and welfare of learners are of first and foremost concerns, and shall deal justifiably and impartially with each of them.” In my experience being in online class the professors usually give reasonable leeway for valid excuses.  Also, Internet classes save time, and saving time is important to me. The travel time alone is time enough for me to complete my assignments.
Furthermore, I have learned just as much online as I would have in a traditional class. I do not have the interactions with the instructor and the classmates, but I can email my instructor or my classmates at any time. Internet classes have the discussion board where my classmates and I can exchange comments and ideas about our papers online. I do not feel as though I am missing out on anything by taking online classes. Actually, I am gaining much more that I am losing. For example, I involve my brothers in the seminary in my Internet assignments, and I get ideas from them on assignments. I make a list like a survey, and question everyone on his or her ideas. This is a lot of fun, and it gives me ideas for my assignments. This is a learning experience for my brothers. And also, I am spending time with my family; which is difficult for a non-traditional student.
Finally, online classes fit my lifestyle, because I am not a traditional student. If given a choice I would take all of my classes through the Internet. Online classes have saved me money and time. Also, online classes allow me to work, to be a learner at home honing other skills, and it allows me to be a full-time student. The only drawback for me was when my computer crashed. Other than that, my experience with online classes has been a rewarding, learning experience.
