Immediately thrown into a pissy mood because I tried to take Sprocket for a walk, but I could hear some loose dogs barking at a guy on an ATV that I saw go by on the highway so we couldn’t go our usual route and I don’t like going the other way because one time I got almost attacked by someone’s dog and now whenever I go past their house I am incredibly on edge, but we started going the other way and then my neighbour’s dog was loose so I saw him trotting toward us and while he isn’t outright aggressive and Sprocket is fine with other dogs he is very rude and the one time I let him interact with Sprocket he scared her so bad she yelped and ran away from him and also one other time he did put his teeth on Jon so I just don’t trust him, so we turned right back around and went home and I’m so fucking angry that I can’t walk my dog in my own town on my fucking day off.

something i love about idk small town or old neighborood is that like people are always helping each other ?? like whenever something broke at my neighbor’s house before calling an actual tech they would would ask my dad if he could fix (he could most of the times). whenever my mom or my dad would cook something they knew one of my older (and alone) neighbors would like they would always bring some of it to them.  one of my dad’s friends has fruit and vegetables and he always brings what they cant eat to us (and others) and so do my uncles. i think it’s nice?
