His special woman
Tumblr media
"I'm so sorry I can't be with you tonight mi amor..but you know that you're the most important woman in my life" Pablo said on face time while you smiled blushing and nodding your head.
He was traveling to show support to his team that is experiencing a really hard season since Xavi announced he's leaving. You of course understood that Gavi was the heart of the team, but seeing other women with their partners made you sad that he's not here with you.
The bell rang and you ran to open with Pablo still on your phone screen smirking to himself. You were shocked to see a big bouquet of flowers standing in front of your door with a little letter attached.
"Amor..these are so beautiful" you say showing it to him and he nods telling you to bring them inside and open the note.
"Read it to me guapa.." he said and you blushed placing the basket on the kitchen counter before opening little pink envelope.
"Happy international women's day to mi amor precioso. I love you with all my heart and you're my special woman." you read with red cheeks smiling at him and sending him kisses he pretended to catch on the other side.

pablogavihater: he's not even with his woman for march 8th..so much love 😂😂
y.n.fake.account: she's getting flowers but not his attention cause he prob with other girls!
lola.bb: yeah with me ;))
y.n.queen: keep dreaming! 😂
y.n.pablo.gavi: people are so mean 🥺 pablo bought her flowers! leave them alone!!
gavi.pablo: all players were with their women today but Pablo didn't even go to see her after training lololol
You read comments sadly looking at the flowers hating the fact that they made you doubt your relationship. It was just so hard...when everyone hates..and then that girl saying Pablo is with her..you were guilty enough to check her profile.
Pablo was seeing the same comments and knowing what an over thinker his girl is, he immediately changed his plans with the boys.
"I'm sorry, míster. But something important came up..I will travel tomorrow and be there for the game? Bueno?" he said and the man understood already having other players do the same in order to spend the day with their wives. Xavi admired Gavi for treating his girlfriend like so.
You were just about ready to make yourself some dinner when a loud knock startled you. You opened shocked to see Pablo standing there in his suit...this man owns your heart!
"P..Pablo? Pero how are you here?" you mumble and he grabbed your face kissing your lips passionately.
"Get ready, and let's shut them all up amor" he said and you smiled knowing what he was talking about. He wanted to prove them all wrong and stick besides you.
"Pero..your trip?" you say unsure if this was a smart thing to do.
"I'll travel tomorrow morning..but tonight I'm with my special woman" he said and those words had your heart melting..how could anyone say no to that!?
"Don't worry, I'll get changed fast" you say and he smiled nodding and walking in to wait for you dolling up just for him. He smiled at the big bouquet of flowers you organized all around your shared apartment.
"Amor! Can you zip me up please?" you call from the bedroom and he smirked walking in and gasping at how breathtaking you looked right now..he was the luckiest man on eart!
"Ready to go princesa mia?" he said and you smile nodding and grabbing his hand. You went to one of your favorite restaurants in Barcelona, obviously "having reservation" because of who he is. He was Barca golden boy after all and that had it's perks.
"All of this because you wanted to shut up the haters.." you say holding his hands while waiting for desert really having enjoyed the entire night.
"No..to be with my special woman..and yeah to shut them all up because I love you more than anyone in this world..and nobody should questions that!" he said and you smiled brining your hands closer together and kissing his which made him blush.

crying won‘t make you weak - pablo gavi
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
summary: gavi breaks down after the el clásico game, but you‘re there to comfort him.
genre: fluff, a bit sad tho
———
Frustration was probably the best word to describe how you felt. After a tough loss against Real Madrid, you finally arrived at Gavi’s apartment and plopped down onto the couch with a sight. You couldn't even think how your boyfriend must've felt when the referee blew the final whistle. He played an incredible game, tackled successfully during important moments and fought for every ball.
Sometimes football wasn't fair.
You got home before him, reading a book to distract yourself from bad thoughts and idiots on social media who picked on everything Gavi did. After a while the front door opened, revealing a tired looking Gavi.
If you were honest, you didn't know what to expect. Sometimes, Gavi was still angry after a bad game and needed some time alone to cool down. Other times he let his frustration at the facilities, coming home tired but calm, not wanting to think about it anymore. It really depended on how important the game was.
El Clásico was different. It was one of the most watched games in football and extremely important anyway.
He looked up, seeing his girlfriend's sad eyes.
Gavi dropped his bag lazily onto the floor and made his way over to you immediately. His arms wrapped tightly around your waist, pushing you down to lay on top of you.
„Hey amor." you spoke softly and stroked his hair with your fingers. Gavis head was nuzzled into your neck as he mumbled a quiet „Hola bebé". You didn't pressure Gavi to talk and just held him tightly while stroking his back over and over again, placing some light kisses on his head too.
It has been some minutes of silence when You felt Gavi‘s body twitch several times. Quiet sobs could be heard leaving his lips and he shoved his head even deeper into your shoulder. When you realized Gavi was crying, your heart shattered into million pieces. The sobs grew more frequent and you tried your best to calm him down.
„Shh, Shh, Shh... Baby it's alright. You did the best you could." you said, trying to get him to look at you.
„It's just so exhausting. No matter what I do it won't be good enough. I won't be good enough." Gavi answered with a hoarse voice, placing his head now on your chest, his tears staining your (his) jersey. „Bebé don't say that. You were the best player on the pitch today. The two goals were unfortunate, yes, but you played so well."
„We still couldn't win. Now people won't stop bashing us players. I hate the pressure." His tears still streamed down his cheeks as you tried to wipe them away with your thumb.
„Look at me please. Only people who don't know anything about football will do that, and Madrid fans. But your family, Barcelona supporters and the team believe in you. That's what should matter in the end. Sure Bellingham is world class but so are you. I mean look at you! 19, playing your 9th el clásico, won LaLiga, Nations League and the Kopa trophy! You're there for a reason." You took his face in your hands and looked into his gloomy brown eyes, placing a lovely kiss on his lips.
Gavi slowly started to calm down and smiled tiredly at you. „I usually don't cry, I don't even know why I did." He hiccuped, hiding his face in embarrassment.
„Hey, never apologize for how you feel. You know crying won't make you weak. You can cry as much as you need to with me." you giggled, assuring your boyfriend that crying wasn't something to be embarrassed about. „I think I'm good now, thank you for being here for me." Gavi spoke and lifted himself up to kiss you again.
„Always Pablito."
„Can we stay like this? It's really comfortable." He laid onto your chest again, muffling into your collarbone.
„Of course. Anything for you." Not even ten minutes later, Gavi was sleeping peacefully on top of you, while you stroked his head softly again.

Monthly visits.
Prompt: Honestly? I don’t know what this is, nor I know if it’s any good. The idea came from one of my midnight delusions when I think about stuff to write. Is this a kid fic? Yes? Kinda. Most probably. Do I care? No. Will there be sequels about it? Most probably. I still don’t know. Probably the sequels will feature more Alexia, but for now, you have to endure this 7.4k Drabble.
Actual prompt: In one of your monthly visits to a children’s hospital you meet Ava, she is going to change your life completely.
It was a hectic day for you in Barcelona today. Every month, whenever you had a day off, you would go to the local children’s hospital to support children with Leukaemia. Your younger brother had the same condition, so it has always been an important topic for you to support.
Every month you tried to convince one of your teammates, or from the girl’s team or the boys, to go with you. Usually, the children would go crazy if you brought them Pedri or Gavi. They would sign autographs and shirts and sometimes even get a ball and show off some of their tricks. When the club found out about this, they wanted to set up interviews and shootings in which they would broadcast or post your visits with them on social media, but you always said no. You liked this to be kept quiet, to not stress the kids, and not bring unwanted attention towards them; you weren’t there for the money, but just to give happiness to anyone you could.
You knew you weren’t the most famous athlete in the club, especially when you had the likes of Lewandowski, Pedri, and Gavi. On the girl’s side, you played for one of the most famous women’s soccer clubs and was one of the captains; well, if Alexia and Marta wouldn’t play in a game, which wasn’t very probable. But still, Alexia and Mapi were more famous than you; therefore, the children they tend to want their jerseys to be signed by them, but occasionally, some would recognize you, and you were delighted in signing and taking pictures or carefully playing with them whenever they wanted to.
You tried not to get too attached to the kids as you knew that they still had a deadly illness. Initially, it was hard, especially when you asked a nurse about a kid, and they would just give you a sad look. You would come home from the day and lay in your bed, absently trying to make sense of it. You hated seeing children suffer.
But there was a girl you met 5 months ago; she was brilliant but also a little prick. Her name was Ava. The first month you saw her, you brought with you Pedri. He was like a little brother to you, you got along great, and he was great with kids.
You went into her room, she was super excited to meet you both that she even asked for a double autograph. At first, you were confused by the request, but then you figured that the second autograph would be for a friend or a family member. So you went on normally with your day. The kids were all happy, you played Fifa with them and then, when it was time to leave, you decided to say goodbye to all of them. As you entered Ava’s room, you saw her working on something with her computer. As soon as she saw you, she shut it down very quickly.
“What are you doing?” You smile, walking to her. You were curious as to what she was doing. She was eight, so you knew that whatever it was, it was going to be something funny.
“Nothing!” She says quickly, hiding her computer behind her back.
You started to gently tickle her sides, conscious of her weak state. She started laughing, but soon you stopped and got her computer.
“If you open it, I will cry, and you will never come here ever again!” She threatens me, pouting.
“Why don’t you want to show it to me? Is it a secret boyfriend?” You smirk suggestively.
“No! Ew! Boys are gross!” She exclaims disgusted.
“I agree with you.” You say. “Boys are gross.”
“You can’t see it! It’s - It’s a secret.” She says, trying to grab the computer from you.
“Oh, come on! I’ll tell you one of my secrets if you tell me.” You try to convince her.
“Okay, but promise me that you won’t get mad.”
“Pinky promise.” You say, putting up your pinky and waiting for her to do the same.
You slowly open the screen and see a tab with eBay. She posted one of the two autographs she received today, with a picture of you and Pedri signing it. You start laughing and looking at her, amused.
“You sneaky little child! You are selling them?” You chuckle.
She crossed her arms unamused and replied as if it was the most obvious thing, “One is for me, and one is to sell.”
You look at her with a questioning look.
“My sister told me that I can’t buy too many books and video games because they are too expensive, so I buy them myself.”
“You are a little businesswoman.”
“Shh, you can’t tell anyone, especially my sister. She would get so mad. She hates it when I do this kind of stuff!”
“Your secret is safe with me.”
“Pinky promise?”
“Again?” You chuckle.
“Yes.” So you promise, then you stand up from the side of her bed and are about to leave when she asks, “Will you come back?”
“I come every month,” You say, turning around to face the little girl.
“If I’m already better, can I come here just to see you?” She asks shyly, hiding her mouth with her hands.
“Of course, you can!” You say goodbye to her and leave the hospital, waiting for Pedro. When you see him, you both get in the car.
“You know, today, I saw Ava again, and I saw her selling our autographs on the internet.” You laugh.
“That girl is sneaky!” He replies.
“She even insisted and made me promise not to say anything to anybody.”
Over the next three months, whenever you saw her, you would wink at her and make whoever was with you that day sign a double autograph for her. Then when you finished staring with the other kids, you would go into her room, and you guys would talk and play with cards. You would always question why she would never talk about her parents but only about her bigger sister and how great she was. You weren’t expecting her to be sixteen when you finally meet her. Her name was Lucia. You saw her as you were about to say goodbye to Ava. You went into her room, but she was already asleep, and Lucia was sitting on a chair next to her.
You thought both girls were sleeping, so you quietly left the room, but as you were about to close the door, you heard a quiet whisper.
“You must be y/n.” She states, rather than asking. She stands up and walks to you.
“Yes, that’s me. Are you Ava’s sister?”
“You know, she always talks about you.” She says, whispering and closing the room behind her.
“She always talks to me about you.” You say. “I think that as of right now, I know more about you than myself.” You try to joke, but she doesn’t laugh, leaving an awkward silence between you. Making you notice how tired she looks, as if she hadn’t slept in a long while.
“Do you want a cup of tea or coffee?” You offer.
“Nah, don’t worry.” She shrugs.
“Come on, I’ll pay for it. Five minutes, then I’ll get out of your hair.”
She slowly nods and then follows you to the cafeteria, which is open 24/7. Thankfully there was nobody there, so you could sit in peace.
You follow her as she sits down at a table, and then she breaks the silence.
“Why are you helping her?” She whispers.
“What?”
“Listen, I don’t know your intentions here, but she is really getting attached to you, and whenever you are done with these ‘trips’ to the hospital for the kids, she will suffer from it, and I don’t want that.”
“What are yo-“
“She has already lost so many people in her life; she doesn’t need another one.”
“Your parents are not in the picture anymore, right?” You ask.
She slowly nods. “It’s just me and her for now.”
“Where are you guys staying?”
“As you know, she is staying at the hospital.” She says as if she is stating the obvious.
“You?”
“That’s none of your business.”
“Listen, I know what it’s like to be in this situation; let me-”
“No, you don’t know that!” She says defensively.
“Ten years ago, I was you.” You slowly explain. “My brother, Nico, had Leukaemia, and I was in the same position as you. I was just a little bit older and could work. My parents didn’t give a shit about us. They said it was too much work to take care of Nico and wanted me out of the house because I was a footballer and gay. I didn’t have a support system. I was the support system.”
You take a deep breath and then continue. “Fortunately, I had a job, so I was able to take care of Nico and I, but not everyone is that lucky.”
“So you are saying that you feel bad for us?” She asks rhetorically, standing up from her chair, ready to leave.
“No, I don’t. When I started these ‘trips,’ as you say, five years ago, I told myself that I would never get too attached to any of the patients. But then I met Ava, and she is so smart and also a little sneaky, I grew fond of her.” You give her a light smile and continue.
“I know that the money she gets from selling autographs, t-shirts, and stuff, isn’t for buying books and video games, as she says, but for you guys to survive. I would love to help in any way. And I know that you probably won’t trust me. I wouldn’t trust a stranger either.”
Lucia sits again and looks at the table, playing with her drink. Looking almost guilty, as if you found out about a secret no one was supposed to know.
“I can’t do this anymore.” She barely utters, breaking the cold and defensive mask that she put on with you.
You slowly take her wrist, trying to reassure her. “You are stronger than you think.”
“I’m just so tired. She deserves better than me. She deserves a whole family. A better support system, and instead, she got stuck with me. I still need to finish school. I don’t have a paying job; how will we go through this?” She starts to silently sob. Hearing her cries breaks your heart; you stand up and circle around the table to hug her.
“You are already doing a great job. Ava is so proud and thankful for you. You are already doing the best you can, which is more than enough.”
She removes herself from the hug. And you continue, “Where are you staying? Not Ava, but you.”
“I’m staying during the night at a local women’s shelter. I know it’s not ideal, but it’s the best option.” She says shyly.
You couldn’t let her get back there.
“Come to my home with me. We have a spare bedroom, food, and whatever you need.”
She takes two steps back. “No no. You are already doing more than enough for us. This is too much.”
“Let me help you. You won’t leave her for too long. You need to rest too, so you can be there for her. Come on, go get your stuff. I’ll wait for you here.”
She just nods and goes to her sister’s room.
In the meantime, you text your girlfriend Alexia that Lucia will stay at your house for the night. After a few minutes, she reappears with a backpack. you exit the hospital and get to the parking lot.
You get inside your car, and she sits beside you. “I live fifteen minutes from here. I hope you are not scared of dogs because you are going to see one.”
“I don’t have a problem with dogs. I didn’t even know you owned one. Ava didn’t tell me anything about that.”
“Well, it’s not technically mine. It’s my girlfriend’s. And you will probably see her too.”
“Is she okay with me staying? Cause if that’s not the case, it’s okay.” She soon rambles.
“Don’t worry, she knows. Most probably, she won’t even know you are there. She is a sleepy head.” You smile, remembering how Alexia would never get out of bed if not for training.
“Is she a footballer too?”
“Yeah, it’s Alexia Putellas. I think you know her.”
“Oh my god! So the rumors are true.”
“Well, we tried to hide it.” You remark, slightly blushing, thinking that you actually hid your relationship well from the media.
“Not that much.” She laughs.
-
As soon as you get home, Alexia greets both of you.
“Que tal, mi amor?” She hugs you instead of kissing you and then focuses on Lucia.
“You must be Lucia. Hi, my name is Alexia.”
“Yeah, I know who you are. Here in Barcelona, everybody knows you.” She chuckles while your girlfriend blushes lightly.
You take her to your guest room and show her the bathroom. She takes a shower while you go to your kitchen, searching for Alexia.
You sit on top of the counter and ask her to come closer to you. She finds herself between your legs while you take hold of her shirt.
“I believe you owe me a kiss.”
“I’m sorry. I just didn’t know if you told her we were together or even if you wanted to kiss me in front of her.”
“Don’t worry, Amorcito.” You cutely rub her nose with yours, then put your finger to your lips, asking her to kiss you.
She kisses you sweetly, then gives you pecks everywhere on your face. First on the cheeks, then on the nose, on the forehead, and finally on the lips again. You smile at the action. Even though you had been together for three years now, she still managed to make you feel all fuzzy on the inside with even the smallest actions.
When she finished, you hugged her and stayed in her embrace until you heard a door open, and Lucia came down the stairs.
“Sorry to interrupt you guys.” She says awkwardly. “I just wanted to thank you guys again and say goodnight.” She quickly goes up the stairs, embarrassed to have interrupted something, not letting either of you reply.
“Go to the nena; I’ll get ready for bed.” Alexia encourages you.
You get to the guest room and knock on the door; you hear a faint ‘come in’ so you enter.
“I’m sorry I interrupted you guys.” She says she had her back on the head board, with the covers tucked to the stomach.
“You weren’t interrupting anything.”
“Thank you for letting me stay today. You really didn’t have to.”
“Nonsense, I’m happy you stayed. Honestly, I really needed some new energy around the house. Don’t tell Alexia, but sometimes living with her it’s like living with a granny.” You joke, earning a laugh from her, while you hear from the other room, “I heard you!”
“Ooh, she’s mad.” Lucia teases you.
“Nah, don’t worry, I said worse in three years of relationship.” Now turning back to serious, “Listen, I’m really sorry, but tomorrow I have training early tomorrow and-“
“Y/n, just tell me when I have to leave.”
“You can stay until you want; I can call you a taxi or take you to the hospital whenever me or Alexia come back from training.”
“I’ll be out of your hair in no time, don’t worry.”
“I don’t care, honestly. I know reaching out for help is difficult, but here is my phone number; if you need anything, just call me.” You gave her a note with your phone number, then affectionately caressed her cheek. “Good night Lucia.” You close the guest room door, turn off the light, and go to your room.
-
As soon as you enter your room, you are met with your girlfriend, who is cutely pouting on the edge of the bed. “I’m not a granny!”
“Yes, you are! You always go to bed early and make weird faces when you can’t see properly.” You tease her.
“I’m a footballer!”
“Yes, you are! A pretty darn good one!” You add. While literally pushing her onto the bed and getting on top of her.
“Get off me!” She says, trying to be serious. “I’m still mad at you!” She says while trying to squirm out of your grip.
“Nope! I’m sorry for calling you a granny. Will you forgive me?”
“Never!” She says, so you begin to tickle her sides. She started laughing while trying to remove your hands from her, but she couldn’t. “Okay, okay, I forgive you! Stop it!” You stop tickling her and get off her going to the bathroom.
You get ready for bed, putting on one of her nike shirts and a pair of soccer shorts, and then you plop on the bed beside Alexia. “Can I have cuddles, Amorcito?” You ask while stretching your arms, opening and closing your hands.
“Si, mi chiqui. Come here.” You put yourself on top of her and begin giving her sweet pecks in the middle of her chest. “No funny business tonight; la nena is sleeping two rooms from us.”
“I wasn’t going to do anything.” You say, continuing while smiling.
“I’m very proud of you today, Y/n.”
“I’m really sorry if I didn’t tell you beforehand.”
“Look at me.” She says, waiting for you to look at her.
“You did what is right and what everyone should do. Whatever you do, I will always support you.”
You give her a loving kiss on the lips, thanking her for the words. “Next month I’m coming with you. It’s been long overdue, and I want to meet Ava.”
-
The next day you wake up and go to see Lucia; you knock at her door, but she doesn’t reply, so you slowly enter the room. You found all of the bedsheets neatly folded and a note that thanked you for everything. You were a little disappointed, but you knew how difficult it was to trust people and accept help, especially when you are alone. You figured that she probably went to see her sister in the hospital.
-
The following month you finally brought Alexia with you. The kids would always ask you to bring her to the hospital, but unfortunately, she never had the time to do that with her busy schedule. You had already informed the hospital that you would come, and the children were thrilled to do something different rather than always boringly watching tv or reading some children’s book.
As Alexia greeted all the kids and played and joked with them, you went to see Ava, hoping that you would see Lucia too. You didn’t expect to see everything packed up and the two girls with their backpacks on, ready to go.
As soon as she saw you, Ava ran up to you, and you lifted her weak body, giving her a hug. “The doctor said I can go home now! I’m not sick anymore!”
“I’m so happy!” You say while hugging her a little tighter.
“So, who is it today? Who did you bring today?” She asks you excitedly.
“Why don’t you go and find out?” You say, indicating where Alexia is; she quickly squirms out of your embrace, exiting the room and leaving you alone with Lucia. Her eyes stuck to the floor from the moment you opened the door. She wouldn’t look at you.
“I’m really happy that she is finally healthy now,” You say honestly.
“That’s the most important thing.” She agrees weakly, finally looking at you.
“How are you feeling?”
“I’m feeling better now that she is better.”
“Where will you guys stay now?”
She hesitates, but then slowly, she starts, “I do-“
“Lucia! Look who came today with y/n!” Suddenly Ava came inside the room, dragging Alexia with her.
“Hi, Lucia.” Alexia waves at her, then focus again on Ava. “Y/n, how did you manage to convince Alexia to come here today?” Ava asks you in awe. “She is soo famous and the best player in the whole world!”
“I know! She really wanted to come, though, right?” You say, searching for Alexia’s confirmation. “Yes, of course!” She says, then kneeling in front of the small kid, “Y/n talks a lot about you.” She whispers, “She never talks about you, though,” She remarks, smirking. Alexia puts her hand on her hand, pretending to be offended.
“Who cares? I’m still better than her at football,” She whispers loud enough for you to hear, then sending you a cheeky wink; you react by poking your tongue out at her. This made Alexia earn a laugh from Ava and a chuckle from Lucia. She then drags Alexia out of the room, asking her if she could show her a trick with the ball.
“She’s her favorite player; our dad always brought us to your games.” She says sadly.
“I didn’t know you liked football.”
“I loved football, I even used to play it until a year ago, but now it brings out too many memories, so no football for me for a while.” She chuckles.
“Which position did you play?”
“Guess.”
“Center back?”
“Nah, striker.”
“Oh wow! I’m sure you were the top scorer in your team.” You nod, surprised.
“I was, I even was called up in La Masia, but my parents wanted me home, and then Ava got sick, so I never was able to go.”
“Oh wow! You were good then!”
“Don’t act too surprised!” She says, teasing you, hitting you on the shoulder.
“I’m not!” You say rubbing where she just hit you “If the circumstances were different, would you have wanted to go?”
“Yes? I guess, I don’t know? I loved football.”
“Not anymore?”
“I haven’t played in so long; I don’t think I even remember how to kick a ball.” She chuckles.
“Well, I guess we have to find out!” You say, while she looks at you puzzled.
“Come on, go get your stuff.” You say to her while putting your backpack on your shoulders, waiting for her to do the same.
“Where do you want to take me?” She says, looking at you puzzled.
“Don’t you wanna show off your skills?”
“I guess I don’t?”
“Come on, it will be fun!” You try to convince her.
“I don’t have cleats.” She tries to find an excuse.
“What’s your shoe size?”
“39, why?”
“I have the same size. If you want, you can use a spare pair of mine.” You offer.
“Why are you so nice to me?”
“I’m not being nice; this is me trying to show you that you, too, deserve to be happy, and you can have fun even if you think you don’t deserve it.”
“I-I don’t know what to say. I can’t leave her alone in the hospital; that girl has too much energy for a cancer patient.” She jokes.
“I think Alexia is keeping her busy enough. I genuinely think she is trying to steal my girlfriend from me.” She’s still not convinced. “Besides joking, Alexia is really good with kids, and she wouldn’t mind, but if it bothers you, we can bring her with us. Or they can come later on.”
“Oh, definitely, later on, I won’t embarrass myself with Alexia Putellas; I don’t think I could recover from that.”
“Oh, thank you! You know I am too a Barça player, right? And that I was the one that scored the winning goal in the last champions league, right?” You fake being offended.
“Oh, it was merely a tap-in.” She jokes, trying to rile you up. You knew she was joking, but you also knew this was a low blow to your confidence.
“Patri was the real hero in that Final, and I guess it was a tap-in, but it still brought us to the victory; that’s got to be worth something.”
“You know Ava basically woke up the whole floor when you scored that goal; she was so happy.” She smiles at you, quickly reminiscing that memory.
“Well, I can show you that I can score goals that are not tap-ins if you come with me.”
“Let’s see if you can do that!” She challenges you.
“If you win, I will get you two tickets to Camp Nou next year for every match you want to see, but if I win, you will let me help you.” You hesitate to say those words, hoping you wouldn’t push her away.
“Prepare to spend a lot of money because I never give up.” She teases you.
“You have some confidence, pequeña.”
“I’m not small!”
“Come on, go and say goodbye to Ava; we’ll leave in five minutes.”
As she exits the room to find Ava, you wait in there for her when you see your girlfriend appear from the door.
“Ava is wonderful.” She says while taking your hands.
“So wonderful that you would stay with her for another couple of hours?” You try while she gives you a puzzled look.
“What did you do, Y/n?” She asks, removing her hands from yours.
You tuck your arms behind your back, and shyly, you explain. “I’m taking Lucia to the field. Apparently, she played football, so I want her to have fun for a minute.” She doesn’t reply, so you continue, “But if it’s too much, I can bring her with me and Lucia, no problem. I just-“
“You are rambling, mi amor.” She says while grabbing you by the waist, trying to ground you. “You go have fun with her. I will come to the field after so we can play together.” She offers while smiling at you.
You give to get on your tippy toes and give her a small peck on the lips, “Thank you, Amorcito.”
“Just don’t have too much fun without me.” She grins, giving you a forehead kiss. You hear steps coming your way; you turn your head and see Lucia and Ava looking at you.
“You two are disgusting,” Lucia says, giving you guys a disgusted face while you just laugh at her. Ava instead looks at the two of you, trying to understand what the relationship is between the two of you. She looks at you and asks, “Is Alexia your wife?”
You choke on saliva, not expecting that question. After a mild coughing session, you received an annoying look from Alexia and Lucia.
Not that you didn’t want to marry her because she was the only woman you could see yourself growing old with, but you were just waiting for the right moment to propose. Honestly, you didn’t even know if she wanted to get married, especially to you.
You reply, “No, no, she is my girlfriend.”
“Wow, how did you land her?” She asks you curiously.
“Why is everybody bullying me today?” You say exasperatedly without even replying to the question. “Lucia, are you ready to go?”
After saying goodbye, you get in the car with Lucia and drive to the training facility.
“So I guess you don’t like the idea of getting married?” Lucia asks, breaking the silence.
“No no, it’s not that. I would love to get married, especially with someone like Alexia; she is incredible and so supportive.” You take a deep breath. “Do you want to know a secret?”
“Wait, are you going to propose?” She asks excitedly.
“I was planning to!”
“Oh my god!”
“Don’t you dare tell her! Or I swear I’ll get mad.”
“I won’t” She makes the movement of zipping her mouth with her hand and throwing the key away.
-
You get to the training facility a few minutes later; the field is closed, so Lucia looks at you and asks, “If it’s closed, how can we enter?”
“Can you keep another secret?” She nods, and you take out a key and unlock the door. “I was drunk after we had won our first Champions League, I don’t know why, but I decided I wanted the keys to the field, so I convinced Mapi and Patri to help me. Let’s just say that Alexia had to come out and help us because we were too drunk to keep quiet, and she didn’t want me to get in trouble. I got the keys, made two other copies for my accomplices, and slept on the couch for two days, but it was well worth it.” You say proudly.
“You know, when I imagined what you were like, when we would see you on tv or at the stadium, I pictured you differently.” She smiles at you while following you to the changing rooms.
“How did you picture me?” She asked curiously while handing her a spare pair of cleats.
“They call you the asesina silenciosa for a reason, you know?” While putting on the cleats, she continues, “You are always so cold and precise on the pitch, scoring and assisting in so many games, whereas in real life, you are basically the opposite. You are very nice, and you always try to help everybody, and a literal gay panic in front of Alexia; it’s so funny and very painful to see.”
“She’s just very beautiful and amazing, okay? Leave me alone.” You reply shyly, blushing a little.
“So, are you ready to get your ass beaten?” She asks you jokingly.
“You know that I’m a professional athlete, right? I get paid to play football.”
“Don’t get too cocky, Y/ln.”
You get on the pitch and begin passing the ball to each other; initially, she was a little rusty, but as soon as she got comfortable with the ball, you knew she had a lot of talent and potential.
“So favorite player?” You ask her.
“Messi. He’s just way too good and so great to watch.” She answers. “What about you?”
“All-time favorite, of course, is Messi too, but right now, I really enjoy seeing playing Rodri and De Bruyne.”
After passing the ball to each other and chatting, you begin doing some shooting drills and dribbling. You were shocked, to say the least; she was so good, she dribbled with ease, and her finishing skills were incredible.
The first time she dribbled past you, your ego got scarred for life, but then as time went on, you began cheating a little by holding her shirt or picking her up from the air and moving her whole body away from the ball. She would get mad at you, while you would just laugh it out, but she began to do the same thing to you after a while. By the end, you were laughing on the ground, trying to catch your breath.
As you both calmed down, she began talking. “I really missed it.”
“Playing football?”
“Yes, and having fun. You know, I couldn’t even touch a ball after our parents left us; my dad was the one that loved soccer and Barcelona maybe more than anything, probably more than his family. I tried playing soccer to make him proud of me so that maybe he could see and pay attention to me, but I guess it wasn’t enough. After Ava was diagnosed with Leukaemia, they told me they would have to go on a ‘work trip,’ but they never returned. And I stopped playing football.”
“I hope that this didn’t bring back bad memories. I know how it feels when you think you are not good enough, but if it helps, you are a great kid, Lucia. In these last months, you have proven yourself to be more than enough for Ava and your parents. Any parent would be proud of what you did for Ava; not everyone is capable of that or willing to do it. You have proved everyone wrong. You couldn’t be more proud of yourself.”
“Thank you, I really needed to hear that.” She breaks down crying.
“Come here.” You say to her while gently holding her while she cries. “Let it all out; I’m here for you.” After a few minutes, she stops; you keep hugging her, waiting for her to let go of you, when you hear a car arrive. “Your sister is here. Do you want me to come with you to freshen up?”
“No, no. I can go alone; just tell them I went to the bathroom.” She informs you.
“Will do, captain.” You say, giving her the military salute; she replies with a surprised chuckle and a ‘you’re so weird.’
As Alexia gets inside the pitch, you see Ava running towards you, giving you a crushing hug that makes you stumble from your sitting position on the grass to falling to your back on the ground.
“How did it go with Alexia? Did she behave well?” You ask the little girl.
“We stayed at the hospital, we played games and I pranked a nurse!” You hear the voice of Lucia from behind you, so you tell her sister to go to her and cheer her up. As she walks to her sister, Alexia sits next to you, and you turn to her.
“You are really good with kids.” She remarks.
“You too, you know. Would you ever want kids?” You ask her.
“I never thought about it, but I think it would be something I would like with you.”
“I think I need to help them. They deserve to have a house and a support system. Lucia is so smart and kind, and fierce. While, Ava is so full of energy, funny, and sneaky.”
“I love you, Y/n, and even though this is too early and I still haven’t fully processed every-“
“It’s too much for you. I get it. But they’ll be on the streets if I don’t help them. You must understand why I’m doing this, but I can’t do this without you.”
“We’ve been by each other’s sides for years; you think I’m gonna leave now? If you’d let me finish, Y/n, I would have told you to do it. I will always support you, and I kinda got attached to the Nena. So go through with it; you have my full support.”
“If it actually happens, our lives are going to change drastically, would you be ready for that?”
“I got you all for myself for three years; it’s time to expand our little family. Of course if they want to. Don’t push too hard; she is still scarred and scared to trust again. Be cautious.”
“I don’t know how I got so lucky.” You say beaming at her.
“I’m the lucky one.” She smiles while gently rubbing my thigh and then standing up.
She goes to Lucia and asks her if she wants to play some football with her; she is hesitant at first, but after a bit of convincing from you and Alexia, she eventually decides to play with her, but you know that she is holding back.
Alexia knew that something was wrong. Hence, she took the ball into her hands,  and stopped the little competition that they were doing, “I’m not made of glass; you can play harder on me, you know.” She offers.
Lucia throws her hands in the air, “I’m not going to be the reason why La Reina got injured again.”
“I’m taller and stronger than you; you won’t injure me.”
“Are you sure?”
“Yes, I’m sure.” She chuckles while they return to playing, Lucia clearly getting more physical.
You laughed at their interaction and how Lucia worried about hurting Alexia;.while Alexia just wanted to have fun. After a while of playing, Alexia turned her head to you, mouthing the words “She’s good”, you respond by nodding approvingly, shifting your focus on the little child next to you, who at the moment was very quiet.
“Did you get your autograph from Alexia?” You ask her, trying to break the silence.
She slowly nods, still looking at her sister, then turns to you. “Yes, only one, though.”
“You didn’t want one for you?”
“No, I only got one for me; I didn’t want to sell hers.” You see her softly yawn, trying to keep open her eyes.
“Did you have fun today?”
She nods, then looks again at her sister, who was trying to dribble past Alexia, “I hadn’t seen her that happy since before I got sick.” She smiles like a proud sister, showing signs of her tiredness again.
“Are you tired?” You ask her.
“No.” She says defensively while crossing her arms, yawning again. You chuckle at her, finding it adorable how she tries to hide how much she wants to sleep.
“Yes, you are!” You say, poking her side. “You can nap if you want; I’ll watch out for your sister for you.” You offer.
She slowly nods and then moves near you; you didn’t expect her to sit between your legs, curling on your chest. You were shocked; you didn’t know what to do, so you just put your hands on her tiny body and rubbed her back. “You’re comfier than the grass.” She says, dozing off to sleep. You kiss the top of her head and then whisper, “Go to sleep, Nena.” And she did.
You were physically in a very weird position, as you knew that you would be getting cramps in a couple of minutes, while mentally, you couldn’t nor remember the instance of ten years ago when you were holding your brother in the same position you were with Ava. She reminded you of Nico, both of them had the same personality and were too smart for their age.
Trying to get more comfortable, you slowly sink to the ground from your sitting position. At the same time, Ava gently stirs, repositioning herself, fisting your shirt with her tiny hand, not wanting you to let go, even though you wouldn’t go for the world. After a few minutes, you doze off and get woken up by a light caress on your cheek. You slowly open your eyes, Ava is still sleeping soundly, and on your side, Alexia is waiting for you to wake up.
“Mi Chiqui is getting dark outside; we need to leave.” You slowly get up, still Ava in your arms, spoiler alert: you couldn’t feel your arms and back anymore. She gently stirs awake, “Shhh, go back to sleep.” You whisper to her, still rubbing her tiny back. She was so small for a six-year-old.
You see Lucia, she was taking your cleats off her feet; putting on her shoes again. You give Ava to Alexia, and then you walk up to her. “I’m sorry she had to sleep on you; I-I was just too caught up playing that I didn’t even notice she was tired. I’m really sorry.” She tries to explain.
“Hey, don’t apologize; you were having fun, and she was just tired after a long day. And now look! She stole my girlfriend again.” You say sincerely while trying to joke in the last part, pointing at Alexia, who was rocking Ava in her arms, showing off one of her big smiles reserved for children and for the people she loves.
Then you turn to her and ask her, “Are you hungry?”
“Oh yeah, I’m starving. I haven’t run that much in months.” Then she backtracks. “Oh, wait. I knew what you were doing; you are trying to manipulate me into eating with you guys.” She asks, clearly understanding your intentions.
“Manipulate is a big word, isn’t it? I guess you can call it offering to eat something with us?”
“Nah, the right word is definitely manipulate or gaslight.” She remarks.
“Well, do you want to come with us?”
“I don’t know; I must get her to bed.”
“Where are you guys staying, if I can ask?”
“You already know the answer. And don’t you dare ask me to stay with you. That is too much, and I wouldn’t know how to repay you. I can deal with everything on my own.”
You knew she wouldn’t budge on that one, but you had to give it to her; she knew your actions before you said anything.
“Why don’t we just eat something and figure everything out later?” You offer.
-
So you did that; you brought Lucia and Ava into your home, ordered take-out, and put on a movie to watch. Alexia and Ava were petting Nala, which in the beginning, the little dog hid in your room, but progressively through the night, she slowly got accustomed to the new people and gladly accepted the cuddles that the younger girl had given her.
The scene that was before your eyes oddly felt really domestic. Most nights with Alexia, if they weren’t spent out with friends, would include snuggling on the couch and relaxing; the only difference was that there were two new other people now.
You tried not to get too attached to them and tried not to act as a parent but more like someone that could help. They already had parents, and you for sure didn’t want to replace them. You just wanted to give the help you weren’t given when it happened to you, so if some food and a roof were needed, you wouldn’t hesitate to share that and maybe a little love here and there.
Ava was asleep, and Alexia was about to, so you tried to get the attention of Lucia so you could talk to her. You went outside on the porch with her so you wouldn’t disturb Ava from her much-needed sleep.
“Thank you for today, I really appreciated everything you did for us, but I think we have to get going.”
“You can always stay here.” You offer while she tries to dissuade you. “Listen, if it’s a problem to stay with us, I can book you a hotel room, but please let me help you find accommodation. I would love for you to stay until you find a better place. Ava can start school, while you could go and play in La Masia, or finish school and go to university, or both, whichever you prefer. And I know I’m not your mother, nor your relative, I’m just a stranger, but it wouldn’t sit well with me to let you guys leave somewhere that maybe it’s not even safe.”
“I don’t want to be a burden. And you don’t owe me anything.” She scratches her forehead, thinking, “Why are you even doing this?”
“What?”
“Why are you helping us?”
“Honestly? I don’t know. I just know that I would love to help you in every way you let me. And you can always tell me to fuck off. But I hope you don’t” She chuckles, and for the first. The time she looks at you. “So what do you think?”
She remained silent for a while, while you patiently waited for her to reply, hoping it would be a positive answer. “Only until I can find a better solution for us. Plus, Ava already loves it here and loves you. When she saw you for the first time, she kept gushing about you and how you were her second favorite player, the first being Alexia” You chuckle. “And maybe living in a real house is better than waiting for social workers to find another accommodation.” She shyly adds. “I think you should ask Alexia if it’s okay for her too; I don’t want to get in the middle of you too.”
“She’s okay with it. She loves kids, and believe me, in a matter of days, she’s going to turn all protective, especially with Ava; she always had a soft spot for kids. As for the social workers, let me handle it, okay? I’ll try my best to make it as quick as possible.” She slowly nods and whispers a ‘thank you,’ taking you by surprise and hugging you. It took you a second to react, but soon you tightened the embrace, waiting for her to leave it.
“Probably, it’s going to be much of a burden for you rather than us.” You chuckle, “When our friends and Alexia’s family and my brother find out that we have two new people in our home, they’ll want to meet you. But I’ll take care of it.” You explain.
She removes herself from your embrace and looks at you. “Can I come to your games too? I miss being at the stadium.” She asks shyly.
“Oh, you must!” Your jokes. “I expect you to come every week with my jersey on.” You grin, pointing at her.
“We’ll see about that. I also like some other players in the squad, like Mapi Leon or Caroline Graham Hansen.” She playfully smirks.
“Then I don’t think I can give you any tickets.” You fake being offended. “Now go to your sister and take her to bed.” You grin, winking at her.
“Yeah, yeah. Thank you y/n.”

NAPLES - GAVI
summary: you and gavi go to the stadium to watch the game together.
warning: not proofread cause I'm about to fall asleep
"This is insane" You smiled as you looked outside the car window. You were just driving into the parking lot of the stadium. There were still three hours to go until the game started and there were already fans outside, singing or rather shouting barca chants.
"I don't know, it's kinda sad that we act like it's a final." Gavi mumbled and pulled intk the underground garage. You hit his arm which was on the gear stick and then gave him an annoyed look.
"Hey! What was that for?" Gavi turned off the car and moved in his seat so that he was facing you.
"You're being so mean, be happy that people come to support the team." You turned your head away from him but felt Gavi laugh.
His fingers mkved to your chin and then made you look at himself. His eyes flashed between your eyes and your lips as he then pulled you into a passionate kiss.
"See? All good." The smile couldn't have been wiped off his face by anything. You tried so hard to resist not to smile but failed in the end. Slamming the car door shut you made your way over to Gavi who stood still to wait for you.
"Amor, you're right, I'm sorry." Gavi told you again while interlocking his fingers with yours.
"It's okay, dont worry." The reassuring smile on your face calmed him down and then the two of you went to the launch over the stands.
Just about half an hour later the players started arriving and so did Taia, Raphinhas wife.
She met you at the lounge first while Gavi went down into the locker room with the rest of the players.
When it was finally time for the players to start warming up, you made your way back to the seats behind the bench where Gavi, Pedri and Ferran were already sitting.
Pedri noticed you coming down the stairs already and stood up immediately.
He greeted you with a hug and then you two sat back down on either side of Gavi.
"It's funny how our company is always changing no?" Gavi turned to face you and a small smile was visible on your lips while you looked at Pedri's confused face.
"Yeah, last time it was João and Vitor, now its you and Ferran." You leaned a bit closer to the two after fixing your jacket.
"You two are assholes, I thought him alone was bad, but now you too?" Pedri said with a smile, his finger pointing between the two of you.
"Why is everyone always hating on us?" Gavi turned to you and while he did that Pedri pulled up the hood from Gavi's jacket and giggled as Gavi turned around to give him a nasty look.
"I have no idea." You shrugged your shoulders while shrugging your head. He put his hand kn your tigh while he watched the others warm up and automatically your hand rolled up his jacket and hoodie and started moving your fingers up and down on the veins on his arm.
Gavi was used to it at this point and only noticed by the cold air hitting his exposed arm.
"Are you trying to get him a cold? I'm in." Pedri leaned forward while stuffing his hands into the pockets of his jacket.
"No," You mumbled and Gavi sighed deeply, annoyed that he's gonna have to say it again instead of you.
"She says that I've got attractive arms. I know, João said the same, but listen, look at her. She eats Paella with noodles because 'it tastes better'." Gavi explained to Pedri who just laughed out loud.
"My cousin is saying that the whole time too. I don't get it." Pedri shruggdd his shoulders and you pulled the jacket back to his hand.
"Why did you stop?" Gavi immediately looked at you. He hated to admit it but he liked it.
"You for sure were cold." A light shrug was the only thing seen from you and Gavi pushed a strand of hair out of your face and then pulled the hood of your jacket up a bit further so that your ears wouldn't be exposed fully.
The whole time he did that, you looked at him with an admiring look which could be seen on tv.
As soon as the game began the stadium was going crazy. You've never hesrd Montjuic this loud before and you've been to quite some games.
"That was everything but a penalty." Gavi whispered to himself after a Napoli forward fell inside the bkx and asked for a penalty.
"Eh, I don't know." You sunk deeper into the seat becahse you were a bit cold. Your boyfriend noticed and then put his hand onto your tigh again, hs started rubbing it up and down until eventually you felt a bit of warmth flooding your body.
You didn't really realize it that often but he often touched you, no, he was always toching you somehow. His love language is physical touch after all.
Then in the secknd half-time after Lewandowski sckred the fourth goal for Barcelona, Gavi leaned closer to you.
"Cancelo just lost a hundred euros." His fingers covered his mouth while you gave him a confused look.
"Why?"
"He made bet that if Felix would sckre in front of him he'd give him one hundred euros." Gavi explained and you shook your head while you smiled. The stadium was still loud, even if Lewandowskis goal was a few minutes ago.
However, the noise didn't even compare to the end of the game when Barcelona won 4-2 on aggregate.
Gavi, Pedri and you celebrated by clapping your hands and Gavi went down into the tunnel with the other boys to celebrate the win.
Meanwhile Taia drove you home. So you got ready for bed but decided on waiting for Gavi to get home.
Around 11:30 he walked into the bedroom with a big smile on his face. "Hola Amor" He walked over to his wardrobe and started changing. "I hope Porto wins, Porto is easier than Arsenal." He turned around to face you while he changed into some shorts and took off his shirt.
"No matter who wins, we'll do amazing. Its the first time in two years that were pmaying in the last 8 of the champions league. You already won it all." You praised him while he got under the covers after he turned off the light.
"I already won it all to have you." A cheeky smile covering his lips as your face heated up and your cheeks turned red.
"Stop" You tried to cover up your mouth but he then pued you into a kiss which you didn't say no to.
"Don't cover up your smile, it's beautiful." Your stomach cramped as soon as the words left his mouth. Then he gave you one last kiss on the cheek. "Goodnight amor."

Christmas Miracle
Tumblr media
Happy holidays everyone! Hope you enjoy your time off with your loved ones 💖
also, this wasn’t requested but i just got an inspiration and went with it, i’ll slowly work on the requests you’ve given me
————
summary: you are one of Aurora’s childhood friends and you’ve made plans to celebrate christmas together until Pablo’s injury happened causing her to spend it with him. But she didn’t forget to invite you
pairing: Pablo Gavi x Y/N
genre: fluff
warnings: mentions of injury and surgery
————
It was around 4 when you finally made it to Páez Gavira household holding some take-out for the dinner tonight. You had enough time to drop your suitcase at the hotel room you booked and make it to the night. Aurora and you were supposed to take a trip during this time but due to Pablo’s injury, she had to cancel. You totally agreed and encouraged her to do so, obviously. But she felt so bad to bail on you and invited you to join them. You tried to protest, you were fine being at home alone since your parents lived across Europe now but she wouldn’t listen. She also told you her family wanted you there as well, you were childhood friends and very close with their parents. You waited patiently as the door opened and you fully expected to see Aurora behind it but it was actually Pablo with his crutches. You felt your heart break but didn’t show it.
You and Pablo have had a complicated relationship, during your childhood, you all played games together but as the years passed, he became a typical teenage boy with attitude so whenever you and Aurora were together, you stopped hanging around him that much. Then he became slightly less annoying and you became friends again but it wasn’t as close as you once were. During this time he became a lot more muscular and you nearly forgot he once was the annoying boy who dropped water balloons at you from the second floor balcony. But you couldn’t think of him that way, it was wrong on so many levels so you always remained cordial. He, on the other hand, was always obsessed with you according to Aurora. Ever since you were little children she complained about his infatuation with you but you always saw him as a child, even though you were only a year older.
But seeing him with a longer buzz cut, your vision of the little brother of your best friend was shattered.
“Hi.” he smiled as you went inside.
“Hey, how are you?” you asked almost like a reflex but as you saw his sad eyes wished you didn’t.
“I’m sorry, I mean that’s probably your least favorite sentence right now.” you smiled apologetically as he shrugged.
“No it’s okay, you can ask. I hate it when others do it though.”
You brought the food in the kitchen as he followed you in the house. You hugged everyone then Aurora dragged you to her room for some gossip. She told you all about her relationship and you looked like you were listening but actually you were waiting for your turn.
“So, how’s Pablo?” you asked after she finished. You knew he was doing better but still.
“Ugh, I’m sick of you two. He’s always asking you and you’re always asking about him, but who’s asking about Aurora?” she mocked and you laughed. As you were about to respond, you heard her mom yell out about the table being ready so you went downstairs.
You went down and everything looked amazing, you thanked them again and again but they insisted you stop saying you were family. You were greatful for their kindness, holidays have been too lonely ever since your parents left the country and being a student, you couldn’t visit them as much as you wanted to.
During the dinner, your eyes kept shifting to Pablo, you knew he was going through such tough times but he seemed like he was handling everything like a champ. You really were proud of him.
“So, Y/N, do you have a boyfriend yet?” their mom said smiling suggestively. You froze for a moment as you felt everyone’s eyes on you.
“No, I’m still single. Just focusing on my studies I guess.” you politely said and your eyes met Pablo’s, he was trying to hold his smile.
The rest of the dinner was just pleasant, champagne glasses being served and finished in minutes as you felt relaxed, being with them always seemed to lift your spirit. After the dinner, it was time to exchange gifts. The Páez Gavira’s politely waited for you to do so. Seeing their expensive gifts made you feel uneasy about yours but they quickly made sure they loved everything you got them. Aurora gifted you a designer bag you wanted since you can remember and the parents bought a scarf for the holiday spirit.
It was now Pablo’s turn and his gift bag was smaller than the others, you tried steadying your shaking hands as you opened his gift. It was a diamond necklace with a pendant with your initial.
“I love it, Pablo this is amazing.” you said smiling ear to ear. He knew you so well, this was exactly a piece of jewelry you’d wear.
“C’mon put it on.” their mom said and you smiled turning your back for him to clasp your necklace. As his fingers touched your neck you felt goosebumps arose. You quickly turned back hoping he didn’t catch on, too embarrassed about your body’s reaction to him. Everyone’s attention turned to other gifts when you felt his eyes on you wondering his gift. You actually got him a sweatshirt and printed some inside jokes on it with his name on the sleeve. This was the best you could come up with your student loan but as he opened the wrapper, his face lit up.
“This is amazing!” he said and kissed your cheek, it was like a spur of the moment but you felt butterflies in your stomach, why was his touch burning your skin, you wondered.
“Y/N, your room is upstairs. Aurora, show her the guest room, okay?” their dad said as they were leaving the table to get some sleep.
“I’m actually staying at a hotel.”
“What?” both Aurora and Pablo asked in unison.
“Yeah, I dropped my luggage there before I came here, it’s actually pretty close.” you explained.
“No way we’re letting you leave at this hour and on christmas.” they told you over and over again but you didn’t want to be a burden. Their protests only stopped when you agreed to spend the night and Aurora gave you some comfortable clothes to sleep in.
It was now well past midnight and everyone nearly passed out in their rooms. But even though you were so tired, you couldn’t sleep so you went downstairs into the backyard of the house to spend some time. Soon you heard footsteps behind you.
“Couldn’t sleep?” Pablo asked as he sat down next to you.
“Yeah” you smiled as he left the crutches to the side. He was wearing the sweatshirt you bought.
“I see you liked my gift.” you teased and he looked down, feeling embarrassed that he wore it the second he went into his room.
“It’s a very nice sweatshirt, has nothing to do with you. And you’re also wearing my gift.” he said fiercely. Pablo was always competitive but you enjoyed this side of him, most of the time.
“Well it’s a good necklace.” you repeated and he laughed.
“So how’s everything going?” you asked and he started telling you about his fears about his injury and you found yourself comforting him, both leaning your heads against the cushions, being too close. After the serious talk, the subject turned to lighter topics.
“And remember when you smashed Aurora’s Barbie’s?” you said with tears in your eyes from laughing too much.
“She broke my remote controlled car first!” he defended himself while laughing with you.
His laugh was like an epidemic, spreading onto you and you found yourself examining his face, with some facial hair and new hairstyle Pablo looked like a completely different person and you couldn’t take your eyes off of him.
“You’re staring.” he pointed out and you looked away quickly ashamed that you got caught.
“I never said I didn’t like it.” he smiled.
“It’s just, you look different than I remember.” you confessed maybe with the courage many glasses of champagne gave you.
“Oh yeah? How so?”
“You look more mature. Like I always remember you as the annoying kid running after us and now you look all grown.”
“So you don’t think I’m a child anymore?” he smirked.
You suddenly remembered a conversation you had with Pablo 3 years ago when you were 17. He mustered up the courage to tell you he liked you but you declined feeling weird about it, you told him you saw him as a child and it was wrong. Guess he never forgot it.
“Yeah, I think you’re more of a teenager now.” you giggled as he rolled his eyes.
“I’m serious Y/N. Look we’re both over 18 and I still haven’t been able to get over you.” he confessed and you were at a loss of words. You never in a million years thought this was a conversation you’d revisit after years.
“Pablo, you’re still younger than me and Aurora’s brother.” you reminded him but he knew these were all excuses.
“But you said it yourself, I don’t look like the child you remember anymore.”
He was completely right, you didn’t think of him as a child anymore.
“Something shifted in your eyes and I can see it.”
He started leaning in but you freaked out.
“That’s not true.” It was.
“Really, so you haven’t changed your mind about me?” he challenged and leaned in even closer.
“No I haven’t.” you quickly said and tried looking away but he reached over to hold your cheek not letting you.
“So you don’t feel anything.”
“I- I don’t.”
“Then why haven’t you pulled back or slapped me?” you could see the smirk pulling on his lips and you cursed yourself for being under his spell. But he was right, you couldn’t pull away.
“Pablo” you whispered but he shushed you.
“Shh, let me try this one thing and if I’m wrong I’ll never mention it again. I promise.” he pleaded and you were too weak to say no.
He connected your lips slowly, no rush at all. The kiss started out small, just a peck but soon you couldn’t resist opening your mouth letting his tongue in. The moment his lips met yours, it was like fireworks went out and the outside world has stopped moving. It was just the two of you and you couldn’t get enough of the taste. His hand was still placed on your cheek and you didn’t even notice when he placed it on your waist, pulling you closer to him. You couldn’t even pretend to not want it, just let him devour your lips and held onto his arm to steady yourself even through you were sitting down. He pulled away after a long time, smiling whilst your noses were touching. You couldn’t stop the smile forming on your lips as he went in for another kiss. You didn’t even know how long you sat there completely lost in each other, kissing over and over again.
“You have no idea how long I’ve waited for this.” he whispered.
“I think I do, you were never good at pretending.” you teased again.
“Listen, I really want this Y/N and I- I’m crazy about you” you felt your heart warm up at how sincere he was being.
“I think you’re crazy, period but…” you paused “I think I really want this too Pablo, but the distance and-“
“We’ll figure it out, okay? I’m not letting you go.”
You just smiled and leaned on his shoulder whilst his hand stroke your hair and face every once in a while and you didn’t sleep at all that night, just happy you got a christmas miracle.

Unreal nightmare - Gavi
Summary: "How can I learn to live without you when you taught me how to be alive"
Tumblr media
"Your relationship was a private one, and we didn't really get to see you two a lot. How was she?" one of the reporters asked.
Pablo chuckled a bit.
"She was so fearless." he started. "Energetic and chaotic kind of girl, you know. Wherever she was, she would bring the light after her. You couldn't feel sad or hopeless around her."
"She seemed like a really nice person."
"Yes, because she was."
Pablo had to stop because he knew that if he would say one more word, he was going to cry. He hated the tight feeling inside his neck.
The older man comforted the boy, putting one of his hands on Gavi's shoulder, while massaging it.
After a few seconds, Pablo continued.
"Before I met her, I only found happiness in winning. But she taught me to enjoy the process, to be thankful that I am healthy and that I have a house where I can sleep and that I have a really loving family that supports me."
"That's so kind of her."
"Yes, she was really kind. To everyone."
He smiled sadly while thinking about you.
"So tell us, Gavi. What happened? One day, she was out there cheering your name, and the next one, we found out that she had passed away? How come?"
The boy started to tear up. His hands reached his face, not wanting to let the world see his pain.
Everyone felt so sorry for him. They all knew how much he loved you and how happy you had made him.
"Just one day, she started scratching all over her body. We were all really confused especially when her eyes got yellow."
"Oh.."
"Yeah.. such a bad memory. Well, then we got her quickly to the hospital, and we stayed there for about 5-6 hours to get her a doctor. She then started to be in so much pain."
"She was having some allergy?"
"I hoped so, but she was not. We found out that she had liver cancer."
"I'm really sorry, Gavi-"
"We took her to the best doctor, but it was all too much for her and after only 1 month of being in the hospital, they let her home for the 'she better dies home with her family, rather than alone' kinda reason".
"But.. After only 1 month, it was that crucial??"
"Liver cancer is extremely dangerous and painful. It expands incredibly fast."
"And she was staying at your house while you just had to pretend that everything was fine... to not worry the people around you."
"Something like that, yes. But our families were there to help me out with her. As I said before, everyone loved her."
"How did she die?"
"She lived more than any doctor said she would. But God.. she looked so different and drained. Even at her worst, she was asking for everyone's health" Gavi laughed a bit.
The reporter smiled.
"I don't know if it was bad or if I'm thankful that she died in my arms.."
"Oh, Gavi-"
"Don't start, please," he once again teared up. "I just don't understand why she had to suffer like that when she was the most angelic person that I've met. She was so, so young.."
"How old was she?"
"17."
A loud silence acapared the room.
No one knew what to say in these situations.
--------------‐---------------------‐---------------------‐------
"Gavi, go to sleep! Tomorrow you have a big game and you have to be rested."
"Pedri, please leave me alone."
"Then I'd be a bad friend. C'mon, brother, go have a nap. I know you're tired."
"I can't sleep, Pedri! Ok? If I close my eyes I only see her dead in front of me!"
"Pablo-"
"Everyone is dreaming about the healthy version of her, and I'm the only one that can't even imagine my girlfriend being.. normal and real and-"
"Gavi! Stop!" Pedri began. "You saw her at her worst. It's normal to have that imagine painted in your brain for a period of time. But that definitely doesn't mean that you are not able to also dream about her when she was all healthy."
"I'm afraid that she forgot me and only looks out for her family and not me, Pedri."
"Don't say that! You know that's not true at all."
"How can you be so sure?"
"Because we both know that she loved you more than anyone. Now go to sleep and let's have a great game tomorrow so that you can win for her, alright?"
--------------‐---------------------‐---------------------‐------
"Gavira, do you want to play?" Xavi asked the footballer.
"Yes."
"Ok then, go change!"
Before the game, Pablo had promised himself to give his all for you.
And he did that.
He helped his team a lot.
He didn't see you along the crowd, but he somehow felt you in him. You made him stronger and he even scored. Just. For. You.
"She'd be so proud of you, boy."
And then Gavi looked into the sky and saw your shadow.
And then he smiled.
People were cheering his name, and he then promised himself that he would continue to fight for life, just like you did. You fought for every second of life because every moment matters. And by your absence, he learned to appreciate things more. He learned that to live is the most incredible gift that we, humans, have.

Whenever you have the time could you write about Gavi with a gf that is a bit reserved and touch starved, her love language is physical touch but she doesn't initiate it with Gavi because her ex always told her she is clingy and annoying so she's insecure about it, so Gavi tries to show her it's okay by always cuddling her, or touching her in any way. And then over time she starts to initiate the cuddling/touching and Gavi is so proud and happy because she finally feels comfortable with him
Your writing is amazing btw, I've decided to wait for you to finish Just Pretend completely to continue reading it because whenever I finish the last chapter you post I get so sad because the next one isn't out yet and I can't live in the agony of not knowing what happens next
Pls hold my hand
"Princess, why do you have a sweatshirt that says ‘clingy’ on it?”
You looked over to Gavi, who plopped himself down on the couch next to you, grabbing the remote to cue the Netflix show the two of you had been watching for the last several weeks, eager to finally watch another episode, as the two of you held your shared series’ to a sacred standard. With only two episodes left of the latest “Drive to Survive”, you didn’t want to delay the experience with too much conversation.
"Just and inside joke between me and my friends.” You said, avoiding eye contact and focusing on the bag of m&m’s in front of you.
“Your friends think you’re clingy?” He asked, turning to face you as his hoodie slipped from his head, messy brown locks on full display. One of the things you adored about Pablo was how much he was always trying to protect you and look out for you. You weren’t really be confrontational, and this lead to some mistreatment and being pushed over at times by those close to you. Well, you used to. Since you and Pablo started dating about 8 months ago, he had been there to defend you against people who wanted to take advantage, and often was the voice reminding you to stick up for yourself.
“No no, it’s not them. It’s … something to do with my ex boyfriend. Do you still want to know?”
Gavi tensed at this. Despite you never saying anything explicitly negative about your boyfriend, all the stories Gavi heard made him hate the man with a burning passion. He had slowly but surely messed you up in so many ways, and now as Pablo worked to slowly unravel the knots tightened around your heart, he couldn’t help but curse the man that tied them to begin with.
“Yeah. You can tell me.”
You shifted in your seat, rather uncomfortable with the topic, but not wanting to lie to your boyfriend.
“Well, remember that little love languages quiz I made you do? Well I did mine like years ago, and I got physical touch. Which makes sense right because that’s one of yours and we seem to be getting along pretty well.” Gavi giggled at this, wrapping an arm around your shoulder and causing you to tense.
“Well, my last boyfriend wasn’t super into like… touching? Fuck that sounds sexual. I mean he didn’t really like being touched or cuddling or all that couple stuff. Didn’t like holding hands either. And like this one time, he was watching something on his computer and I was feeling bold or whatever and tried to sit on his lap — he hated that though. He liked pushed me onto the floor and told me to stop being clingy.” You forced out a laugh, trying to lighten the mood and soften the look of horror that had occupied Gavi’s face.
“That was actually why I broke up with him. Anyways I didn’t hug any of my friends for a month after that, and when they finally confronted me and I told them why, they got this made me for me. See, look at the sleeve,” you said, stretching out your arm to show him the ‘pls hold my hand’ embroidered on the sleeve. “So now whenever I’m in my clingy sweatshirt, my friends give me a ton of hugs and stuff. It’s funny. I think.” You say, winching slightly by the fact that Pablo’s eyebrows are still pushed together in anger.
He muttered his grievances about your boyfriend while cuddling closer to you, pulling you into his chest. Your cheeks warmed as they were pressed against Gavi’s beating heart. Despite the long time you had been dating Pablo, you still were shy when it came to initiating any sort of affection. You were too scared of annoying him and pushing him further away. So you remained shy and reserved, only responding to the touches he initiated.
“Give me your hand, silly. Never been with a girl who came with instructions before. Maybe I should get you a pair of panties that say-“ his sentence abruptly ended with a pillow to the face. You giggled, trying to pull away from his grasp, but he just pulled you closer, wrapping both arms around you now.
“Oh no no princesa. You’re not going anywhere. Now hush and make mean comments about Verstappen with me.”
~
Over the next few weeks, Pablo had made an active effort to make you more comfortable with being physical with him. Whenever the two of you were out, he held your hand or had you two link arms. He hugged you and kissed you on the cheek or forehead, asking, “you don’t want to give me a kiss back, Amor?” Puppy dog eyes and adorable pout on display, you coyly returned the peck to his jutted out lip. He smiled widely, teeth almost blinding you. He returned with an attack, kissing you across both cheeks, and ending with a searing kiss to the lips.
His favorite time was when you two watched shows together. He would always pull you in close, cuddling with you next to him on the couch. He would lean close and whisper his comments about the show into your ear, making your skin erupt in goosebumps as his breath famed over. He would press kisses into your temples, breathing in the sweet smell of your hair, and reminding you how much he loved being around you.
“You’re so warm amor - my personal furnace. I love it.”
“Your skin is so soft, feels so nice.”
“I wish I never had to get up from beside you.”
After three weeks of hand holding, kisses, and encouragement, you finally found the confidence to approach Gavi to heal your touch starvation. You put on your clingy hoodie again, laying out snacks on the coffee table and firing up her Netflix.
“Princesa I’m here! Where are you?”
Running to the door, you wrapped both arms around Gavi’s neck, pulling him into you and greeting him with a firm kiss. As he recovered from the unexpected greeting, you informed him that you would be in the living room pulling up a new series. He followed closely after kicking off his shoes, and peeling off his Barca jacket, picking up the hoodie you had laid out for him.
“Did you change shampoos? Used to be peach and now it’s strawberry.”
“How could you tell?” You asked, grabbing some drinks as Pablo got comfy on the couch. He crossed his arms across his chest, legs spread and back slumped.
“My clothes smell different around the shoulders. That’s usually where your wet hair sits.” He looked over at you, watching your eyes go wide. “Amor, you know I love you, stop being surprised when I actually act like it. Now what are we watching?”
Taking a deep breath, you walked back over. You grabbed the remote, pressing play.
“The new season of Black Mirror is out and I’m dying to see it. Heard this one is creepier than normal.” As you explained, you walked over to Gavi. Before he could move to make space for you on the sofa, you draped yourself over his lap. Your legs were to his side, back pressed to his chest. Your arms wrapped around his torso, and you laid your head on his shoulder. ‘Deep breaths it’s okay he’s not going to push you off.’
Pablo was stunned for a moment, so much so that he remained motionless. Once the shock wore off and he felt your slight tremble, he brought his muscled arms around you, pulling you tightly against him, soft lips pressing to your pulse point and freeing a soft gasp from your throat. He rested his head atop yours, the pressure and warmth comforting and familiar.
“Look at you being bold cariño. If I knew it would get you to sit in my lap we would’ve done this months ago.” You giggled softly in response, turning to face him. You rested your forehead against his, gazing deeply into the deep brown pools of his eyes. Leaning in, his lips eagerly met yours, refusing to release you. When you finally pulled away, you resumed your comfortable position in Pablo’s embrace. “I’m so proud of you, princesa.” The two of you fell into s comfortable silence, enjoying the show, squeezing each other tighter whenever things got intense.
“Can I get a matching clingy hoodie for whenever I want cuddles?” Pablo asked, smiling at you from above.
“I don’t think so, Pablito. You would never take it off.”

hi, do you think you could write a gavi x reader where they're best friends but secretly have feelings for each other and y/n is comforting gavi because spain is out of the world cup and he confesses his feelings, sorry i know this is really specific ❤️‍🩹😭
"I still won" (Gavi x reader)
this one hurt to write but I hope you enjoy it! :))
1808 words
You and Gavi have been best friends for what felt like your entire lives.
Meeting when you were small toddlers at the playground one sunny day. After that you become inseparable, always going over to each other's houses or the park to play. Gavi would always want to play football while you liked playing pretend superheroes.
As you got older you both stayed close. Always there to support each other through everything and always confiding to each other when something happens. You both were each other’s best best friend.
However Gavi has always had a crush on you since you were little kids and it only grew as you both got older. He never got the courage to say anything to you about his feelings, too scared to admit and possibly ruin your friendship if you didn’t feel the same. He hoped one day he could tell you, but for now he loved having you in the stands with his family to cheer him on the field. Especially now on the big stage, the 2022 world cup.
You were so proud seeing him give it his all, and when he made his first world cup goal. You remember him after he scored, pointing up to where you and his family were sitting and feeling, for a moment, a blush on your cheeks, pretending that he felt the same as you did.
“Do you see him?” you hear Gavi’s mom say next to you, looking at the field of players warming up for the game, breaking you from your thoughts.
“No … oh wait there he is!” you said seeing gavi passing the ball with pedri
‘Oh he looks so handsome out there, mi hijo” his mom said looking on proudly towards her son.
Aurora from next to you nudges your side, “do you think he looks handsome y/n?” she says with a smirk, knowing about your not so tiny crush on her brother after getting it out of you one night. You blushed in embarrassment, stuttering a bit, ‘uh- i -mean yeah, he always does”
After a moment , “So when are you going to tell him, I know my son isn’t going to be the first to admit?” his dad asked you. His whole family basically knew how both of you had feelings for each other but waited for you too to finally realize it.
“I uh - whaaat, i don’t know what you are talking about?” you said. His family just smirked at you. “It’s okay y/n/n i know” aurora said winking at you. You rolled your eyes at her, turning to continue to wait for the game against Morocco to begin.
—-----
As you watched the game, you felt like you were on edge the whole time. Always feeling worried for Gavi as he kept falling to the floor in pain. Hating seeing all the grass stains on his jersey.
He fought hard for the game and you made sure that he knew as he was subbed off, you and the family section clapping and cheering his name.
Spain just couldn’t find the net the whole 90 minutes. Then extra time came and you prayed that they would score so they didn’t have to go to penalties. Sadly that is exactly what happened.
You held your breath and held hands with Gavi’s mom and sister, watching the first player up to take the penalty. Taking a quick glance at Gavi, seeing his nervous face, made you feel more nervous for him. The feeling of hope slowly decreases as another kick is taken until the game is over. Conforming the worst…Spain has been eliminated.
Looking out onto the field at the Spanish players you see the disappointment and sadness. You can’t help but feel the same. Seeing Gavi look at the other players from the other team celebrating with a stone face made you want to go down to the field and hug him. Sadly you had to wait before you could do that. You and Gavi’s family walked down to the family section where the players could meet their families inside the stadium.
As you all waited there for a while, you finally saw Gavi walking towards us with his national team polo shirt and sweats having an emotionless face. But you could immediately see through the facade.
“Hola” he said softly as he went to hug his parents. Then he moved to his sister, then to you. Finally being able to hug Gavi brought you relief and you tried to show that it’ll be okay , he’ll be okay with your hug. “I’m so proud of you, regardless of the outcome pabs” you whispered in his ear while he hugged you tight, and longer than he hugged the rest.
He simply nodded his head at your statement and slowly pulled away. As you did you looked up at his eyes, and you could tell he was keeping his emotions in, not wanting people to see him fall apart. He turned his head to his family and then to you as he said, “gracias for supporting me through this, I love you all so much”
His parents gave him another needed hug and you could only look at him concernedly. “I’ll meet you guys back at the hotel, the team is going to have dinner and a meeting later” We nodded and said our goodbyes, before he could leave  you grabbed his hand “hey , you sure you're okay?, you don’t have to hide it from me you know”.
He gave you a small smile “I know , it’s okay, I'll see you soon okay?” He gave your hand a small squeeze before letting go and walking back to the locker room.
“Come on y/n , our ride is here” Aurora said, putting her hand on my shoulder. I nodded and followed to the car.
At the hotel…
By now it was late in the evening, you were getting ready for bed soon. Aurora, who was rooming with you, just stepped out, saying that she was going to go downstairs to the hotel for snacks. Just a couple of minutes later after that you heard a knock.
You went to open the door, confused a bit. why didn’t Aurora use her key card, but instead of seeing her in front of you , you see Gavi. “Gavi ? I thought you were going to be with the team right now?” while letting him in the room.
He shook his head and walked to the coach but didn't sit down, he looked as if he was holding something in.  “no… well yes but i just needed to see you” he said softly. You gave him a soft smile , “like i said before, you can tell me what’s on your mind Gavi, i can tell your holding it in”
When you said that , he looked at you softly before walking up to you and wrapping you in a hug, putting his head on your shoulder. You hugged him back just as tight, and after a couple of moments, that’s when you start to feel your shirt start to feel wet by your shoulder. Gavi was releasing all the pain and sadness he tried to keep in from everyone until he could finally show his vulnerable side with you, only knowing you would understand him fully.
Crying on your shoulder, you started to rub his back, trying to soothe him. “It’s okay, your okay pabs” you said.
He shook his head and continued the waterworks,  “no it’s not okay, if only i could’ve tried harder then maybe we would still be in this tournament, i failed”. His body lightly shook from his sobs.
Shaking your head immediately at his  words you told him softly “no no no, don’t you dare say that, you, Pablo Martin paez Gavira, are one of the most hard working players I’ve ever seen and you did all you could on that pitch today, i saw you, you were amazing, the cards just wasn’t in our favor. But please don’t call yourself a failure because you're not, you’re Spain’s youngest player ever to score a goal in the World Cup, you’re a phenomenal football player who at the age of 18 made the roster over a bunch of senior players, and you’re the bestest best friend ever.”
Sniffling a little, you feel him calm down in your arms, and you continue to rub his back. Then Gavi whispers something in your neck.
“I love you” he said.
“I love you too” you said normally since you both said it as best friends
“No…i mean im in love with you” he took his head out of your shoulder to meet your eyes.
Frozen in your spot, Gavi can sense you stiffen at these words. Quickly getting out of your embrace, he starts to rambling, “i - uh i’m sorry, i didn’t say that- well - i did but i’ve been having these uh feelings for you and i know you probably don't feel-
Cutting him off, you lean in, putting your hands to his cheeks and kiss him. It was soft and quick, now Gavi was the one who was frozen as you pulled away.
“I love you too stupid” you said gigling , still holding his cheeks
He looks at you with wide eyes , “you do ?” smiling wide. You nod your head, “if i didn’t i wouldn’t do this” you lean giving another kiss but this time Gavi kisses you back, putting his hands on your waist while yours to his shoulders. Pulling away admiring each other,  he can’t help but laugh at this situation.
‘What?” you ask him smiling, seeing him for the first time today smile.
His eyes sparkle as he looks into yours, “It’s just, I may have lost today but at the end of the day I feel like i still won” smiling wide at you.
Pouting at him , “you’re adorable”
He leans his forehead on yours, completely forgetting how sad he was when he first came into your room. “Thank you y/n/n, for what you said, i’m so grateful to have you support me for everything, You mean so much to me , i don’t know what i would do without you, I love you querida”
“ I love you too, pabs” you say. Still standing soaking up the happy moment between you too, a knock on the door interrupts the mood.
“Can I come in now Pablo!?” Aurora spoke behind the door. Making your head turn to Gavi, “did you kick out your sister so you could come over here?” you said laughing at little
Gavi just shrugged his shoulders, “....maybe”
“Yall better be together now because I had to wait forever in the lobby and they had no snacks!” his sister called out.
Laughing at the siblings, you went to open the door for his sister.

words count: +3.5k.
#SEXYNOTE: English is not my first language. I apologize if there are errors since i use the translator mostly. thanks for the support 🫶🏻 there will be new news soon stay tuned 💙🎀
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
A kiss on your shoulder woke you up in the hot summer morning, you sighed with a half smile as you stretched your body, feeling your muscles groan.
A smiling, morning Fermin welcomed you when you opened your eyes, looking at his perfect face seeing you waking up.
"Good morning, princess" he whispered kindly when his face met yours.
"Good morning, Fermin" you greeted caressing his hand.
Fermin approached your lips and smiled broadly before he began to kiss you softly. You couldn't remember or count how many times you two had kissed last night. It was all so sudden, so special that you couldn't separate after your night at sea.
The young man leaned down between your legs, resting his weight on the mattress so as not to crush you and covering your naked body, starting to leave a trail of wet kisses around your chest.
You smiled when you felt a tingle on your skin, giggling a little.
"You look so gorgeous" he winked his eye flirtatiously. "I wish I could kiss you forever" he sighed hugging you to him.
Feelings stirred in your belly and stirred as you felt his warm lips on your skin. You two had wasted no time after that night and snuck out every night of your vacation together to make love until the wee hours of the morning. Sometimes you had to meet in secret places in order to see each other, especially when Gavi was around. Although you felt a little bad about doing everything behind your brother and friends' backs, you had no choice but to just enjoy themselves when they were alone. But you were ashamed to admit that it was more exciting and dangerous and the adrenaline was something you enjoyed.
A current echoed in your back.
What would Gavi say if he found out right now that Fermin, his best friend, had fucked you? What would he say if he found out that you were secretly loving each other? Would he accept that you were dating Fermin? The questions had haunted you all these days and you were planning what to do but now it was time to enjoy themselves.
You had tried to act as normal as possible all this time, not talking or looking at each other but inevitably touching when they passed by or no one was looking. At least for now everything was quiet and you had little time left to go back to Barcelona, where everything would be a little easier since you lived alone and Fermín could visit you whenever he wanted.
A sad grimace appeared on your face. You hated lying to Gavi. You hated hiding things from your friends, but you couldn't tell anyone, at least not until you were sure it would work. That could lead to serious problems and now that you finally had each other, you didn't want to distance yourself or stop loving each other.
"What's that little face?" he questioned amused, taking you by the waist. You sat against his chest and Fermin hugged you.
You shook your head with a smile so as not to worry him. It wasn't the time to talk about it.
"Did you know that when you took my hand in elementary school I didn't wash it for a week?" you asked him recalling some of your more embarrassing memories.
Fermin burst out laughing.
"You were obsessed with me" he joked tickling you.
"Sorry, Mr. Perfect" you laughed between groans at his tickling.
"I was too, cutie" he admitted. "When we had sleepovers with the guys I used to sneak out to see if you were awake at night" he said nostalgically and kissed your shoulder gently.
A smile appeared on your lips as you remembered every moment you had lived with Fermín. Your friendship had been something meaningful so much so that now you were here, completely in love with each other.
"Do you want to know something?" he asked as you traced imaginary drawings along his arm.
You nodded curiously, turning to look at him.
"I've only been in love with one woman in my entire life" he said smiling. "You" took your hand and your heart skipped a beat.
Feelings bloomed in your chest making you feel your cheeks burn. He had also been the only man who had been on your mind since you were little, even though you had been with others, he was the only one who really had a place in your heart.
"And you are the only man I have loved for as long as I can remember" you confessed shyly and Fermin hugged you tenderly.
"I love you so much" he whispered. "At last I can say it without barriers"
A few days ago Fermín had confessed to you that he had promised Pablo that he would never touch you and that he had felt pressured all this time. So Fermin respected Pablo and respected your friendship but now he had understood for love there were no barriers. He told you that he had done everything to forget you, because he could not fail his best friend but he could not fail his heart either.
He hated feeling that way. Seeing you with other guys, enjoying your youth and not being able to be with you. He had even hit someone for you one day. He always put up with it but he couldn't do it when someone played with you. Not when he saw you with a guy at the bar, one who wasn't him and treated you like just another girl. An idiot who didn't love you like he did. An idiot who didn't respect you or deserve you like he did.
Those little moments that fed your hope that he loved you too but then said he did it because of his codes with Pablo. Because it was his responsibility to take care of you when he wasn't around.
All those years of friendship, of hiding your feelings, of looking at each other sideways, of pretending, you could finally let your bodies speak for themselves. You're here, loving and caring for each other.
"I thought about walking away from you, but i couldn't. I kept coming back to you every time, when I least expected it" he continued.
"Fermin, stop talking and make love to me again, please" you begged impatiently grabbing him by the shoulders to pull him closer to your mouth.
His lips latched onto yours and he licked them wildly, running his hands down the length of your legs, caressing you gently. You belonged to each other, soul and mind.
Fermin was yours and you were his.
"Baby, I want to love you so much" he whispered as you kissed and caressed each other at the same time.
"You do it so well, Fermin" you encouraged taking his face in hands. "I'm yours" you admitted blind from his caresses.
One of his hands grabbed your ass squeezing you as you hung on his neck. His kisses trailed down your neck biting down to mark you.
A screeching sound startled you both, interrupting your lovemaking session.
"Y/n, it's too late!" someone shouted opening the door and your hearts stopped.
Your body trembled when Pablo's pale face looked at you with some suspicion and confusion. You swallowed saliva blinking covering yourself and moving away from Fermin but it was too late.
The silence was overpowering, the mood was crisp. Gavi's eyes shattered like glass at the sight of you together on the bed.
"P-Pablo..." you called out to him as you saw him getting angry. You wanted to get up to grab the shirt from the floor but Pablo was already on top of Fermin grabbing him by the neck.
"Fucking asshole!" spat Gavi giving Fermin a sharp punch in the face, starting to curse between grunts.
Horrified you dressed with the first thing you found yelling at him to stop. But Pablo didn't, he kept slapping and cursing Fermin.
"Traitor, how could you?" he shouted in disappointment.
You jumped at him trying to defend him, you grabbed his arms and managed to pull him away from Fermin, who was trying to talk to explain but Gavi wouldn't let.
"Pablo, stop it!" you held him in tears, but he was forcing to try to escape from you. "It's not his fault!" you shrieked trying to calm him down.
"You're my fucking best friend!" he pointed at him, sitting him down.
You saw Pedro and Ferran peek into the room but it was too late, Pablo had calmed down although he was still shooting fire out of his ears. You signaled them to leave and they quickly left the room in understanding.
They were both in a state of shock and clearly Gavi was too.
"You're right" he said looking at you just as disappointed. "It's your fault too" his eyes glazed over.
You could notice something in his gaze that you had never seen in your brother's gaze before. Disappointment. As if they had broken his heart and it broke yours.
"Pablo, please" you sobbed grabbing his forearm.
He let go of your grip pulling away from you.
"It was the one thing you didn't have to do" he spoke to the boy, now wiping his blood on his lip. Tears trickled down your cheeks and you tried to move closer to your brother but he stopped you.
He was angry, you understood. But you wanted to explain. This wasn't about betrayal or codes, it was about love.
"Gavi, brother" Fermin tried to speak.
"I'm not your fucking brother!" he shouted angrily. "Not if you fuck my sister behind my back" he said for the last time before giving you a look like before and stormed out of the room slamming the door.
When you saw him leave, you fell on the floor crying desperately hugging yourself. Fermin immediately crawled on the floor, holding you in his arms, comforting you as his heart broke too.
Maybe Fermin had been right all along and you didn't belong together. Not if you hurt Pablo too. Now everything was broken. There was no turning back now and you felt guilty for putting Fermin in this situation.
Why couldn't it be like you had always dreamed? You could hear Gavi arguing with Pedro outside the room and your friends trying to calm him down and talk to him about what had happened but Gavi kept refusing. You had ruined everything. The vacations, his friendship, your family, everything.
Fermin planted a kiss on a hundred then helped you stand up and approach the bed.
"He hates me" you sobbed sadly. "You were right, it's my fault" you apologized crying.
Fermin denied. "He feels betrayed but he'll get over it. It's nobody's fault, princess" he caressed your arms, comforting you.
"But... we did that."
"I love you" he whispered cupping your cheeks, wiping away your tears. "Gavi will understand when it's time, he can't stay mad forever" he wrapped his arms around you pulling you closer to his chest.
You nodded sketching a smile.
"I love you, Fermin" you whispered. His lips kissed your head.
(...)
Going home after what happened was hard. Even when your friends tried to cheer you up and accompany you, you couldn't help but feel guilty. The trip home was long and not even getting a glance from Pablo was even harder. At least your friends were there for what you needed, since you and Fermin had decided to stay away until you returned to Barcelona and tried to patch things up with Pablo.
When you got home, you had let it take its time but after a few weeks you started trying to communicate with your brother. Your heart ached every time he dodged you, disappeared or ignored you. And you understood but you couldn't help but break down more and more every day.
Your parents and sister were back and you had already told them everything that had happened, they were happy for you and said he would get over it. You just had to give it time.
Your love with Fermin had grown now that you were free, loving each other when you needed each other most, supporting and understanding each other. You knew Gavi would understand, his heart was so kind but sometimes stubborn.
He had always understood you and Fermin too. If there was one thing that defined Pablo it was his kindness and empathy for others. It was only a matter of time before he accepted this. Or so you hoped.
You loved each other, you were not going to stop loving each other. Your destiny was written and could not be ignored. Sooner or later it would come. You weren't going to be able to hide it for much longer being so close and ignoring your feelings was only going to hurt you more.
"How was training?" you asked as they washed the dishes.
Fermin had come over after training to see you and you were dying to know if there was any progress in their friendship.
"Normal, you know" he replied lifting his shoulders. "Nothing important yet."
You snorted bringing your hands to your waist.
"Is he still ignoring you?" he asked with a grimace.
You nodded hugging him from behind.
"Me too" he said snorting.
"At least he agreed to bring me from Aurora's house yesterday" you sighed wistfully.
Yesterday they had gone to Aurora's house to have lunch with your family and after dinner, Pablo brought you home as they used to do every Friday. You thought he would refuse and that your parents would have to make a double trip but he agreed after Aurora convinced him. Still he didn't say a word, neither hello nor bye. It was intense and uncomfortable, you almost cried but at least it was something.
"Today he sat next to me in the locker room again and passed me the ball in the pre-game" Fermin recalled.
You smiled a little.
In one motion, you kissed Fermin on the lips, caressing his hair sinking your fingers into them. Gasping as you felt the butterflies flutter in your belly.
"Do you think we did the right thing?" you questioned interrupting his kiss, Fermin looked at you confused.
"Loving each other" you replied.
He thought. "We didn't decide, it just happened."
"I know..." You fell silent as you felt the door to your apartment ring. Confused you raised an eyebrow.
"Go, I'll finish up here" Fermin said and you kissed his lips quickly letting go of the rag.
You ran to the door and opened it to see who it was.
"H-hello Pablo" you stammered seeing Gavi standing out there.
He scratched the back of his neck with a grimace.
"Hello" he said simply.
"What are you doing here?" you asked dumbfounded.
"Can I come in?" he questioned and you turned to see Fermin approaching behind you.
"Sure, come in" you said rushing over. You bit your lips nervously. Fermin gave you a look and you opened your eyes not understanding what was going on.
"I was passing by on my way home and thought I'd stop by" he walked in seeing his friend inside your house.
There was silence all of a sudden.
"Would you like something to drink?" asked Fermín kindly.
"I'm fine, thank you" he responded by sitting down on the couch when you instructed him to do so.
You were happy inside but tried to act normal, you didn't want to invade his space or pressure him. Fermin sat down next to you slowly and you looked at him slyly.
Again there was silence, the tension could be cut with a scissors. Everyone was nervous, for your part you didn't know what to expect. It was obvious that Gavi's visit had surprised them.
"I wanted to apologize..." he began sighing. "I'm sorry, Fermin" he apologized towards his friend. Fermin nodded smiling and you smiled too. "I'm sorry, Y/n" he also apologized to you.
"You don't have to apologize, Gavi" you said sincerely and he nodded.
If there was anyone who had to apologize it was you, it was completely normal Paul's reaction to the situation. You didn't blame him.
"We wanted to tell you but we didn't want to upset you..." you admitted guiltily.
"Our intention wasn't to hurt you, it just happened" Fermin finished saying to your nervousness and you smiled at me thanking him.
"I thought you would never notice" he mentioned with a small laugh. "I always knew that you liked each other" he remembered with nostalgia.
Surprised at his words you opened your eyes and gave a nervous laugh. Fermin looked at you and reached out his hand, grabbing yours to wrap it around him.
"I know you love each other" Gavi whispered "I always knew it, when you looked at each other, when you talked to each other, when you argued or joked with each other but denied each other because of me" he said with some sadness.
And it was true. Sometimes they were so obvious that even anyone who didn't know them could tell. But you had never thought that Gavi would notice. But it wasn't his fault. You had decided this as adults and if you had stayed away it had been to protect him.
"Pablo..." you sobbed running to him, sitting next to him to hug him. Your brother received your hug by caressing your forearm.
"I didn't mean to act like that, I was angry" he hid his face in your chest, you caressed his back comforting him. "I'm so sorry, I really am"
Fermin reached over, patting his friend's back.
"We should have never kept it from you" he sat down next to him as well.
"I was afraid" Gavi confessed. "I trust Fermin and I trust you too, Y/n. But if this didn't work out his would have to choose one of you and that wouldn't be fair" said your brother looking at you.
You both looked at each other, nodding. Fermin and you more than anyone else knew that was true. It was the reason you had stayed away all this time, the reason Fermin didn't reciprocate your feelings. But you also knew it wasn't going to happen.
They were so in love that they were going to make this work. Even if they didn't have Pablo's support. Their hearts were already bound together and they had hugged each other tight enough to let each other go.
"We were terrified too, Gavi" you said with a smile. "We couldn't stay apart anymore, we were hurting each other".
"We were going to tell you when we got back, we wanted to be sure about us and this" Fermin finished saying and you smiled at him. He always had the right words and you admired the problem solving skills he had.
Pablo nodded looking at you. His eyes now showed some pride and happiness, different from what you saw that night and that made you jump for joy.
"My best friend and my sister" he whispered with a smile. "My two favorite people in the world."
You stroked Pablo's hair tousling it a little. Fermin let out a laugh patting his happy friend's thigh.
"Shit, it really wasn't nice to see you almost fuck" he guffawed shaking his head.
Your cheeks flushed punching his shoulder, while Fermin kept laughing.
"Just respect my boundaries, okay?" he stood up from his spot. They both nodded. "And don't get her pregnant before time" he pointed his killer finger at Fermin.
"I swear, Gavi" the young man promised embarrassed.
Gavi nodded after taking one last look at their joined hands. Smiling when you rested your head on Fermin's shoulder.
"I'm leaving now" he announced kissing your forehead.
You took advantage of him coming closer and surrounded him completely hugging your brother. The warmth of his body made you think of your memories when you were little.
"Thank you, brother" you whispered gratefully.
His blessing was important to you, especially since he was part of your relationship as well. He was your brother and Fermin's best friend.
"Take care of her, amigo" he said greeting in a handshake to your boyfriend.
You smiled moving closer to Fermin and he hugged you by the shoulders, your hand took his. Gavi said goodbye opening the door before smiling at you for the last time.
Silence filled the room. You were perplexed, still trying to assimilate what had happened in there.
Your hearts jumping with excitement and happiness, your hands clutching tighter. Fermin raised your hands kissing the back gently.
"It's not a dream, is it?" you blinked squeezing Fermin's body.
"It's not, I think" he affirmed with a smile. "Or we both went crazy."
"That sounds more logical" you laughed looking at your boyfriend, his cheeks puffed out as he smiled back at you.

Part 2 for Dumb Boy (Gavi), pleaseeeeee. An happy end
Begging for forgiveness (Gavi x Reader)
Good ending for Gavi in Dumb boy
Bad ending for Gavi
Tumblr media
Warnings: lots of Spanish, this is the good ending for Gavi version, Gavi regrets it all, mentions of the past bullying
Masterlist
Gavi has become quite the philosopher lately.
Regret fills his veins, anger and hatred towards himself, nostalgy, he hasn't seen you in a while, and even if he has spent his whole life pretending to hate you and your presence, he is miserable.
Things have also been terrible with the team, on the pitch everything is good, but he can feel Ansu's hatred look directed at himself and things are not the same with Pedri either.
He knows his parents know something had went down in between you both, but neither ever ask about it, he mentally thanks you for not saying anything about the whole thing, or he would probably be cut off by now.
He knows about your life what he hears from others, you have him blocked everywhere and all your social media is private so he can't just make himself a fake account. He knows you are still friends with the rest of the guys, the only signals that you are still good are the stories posted by one of them, mostly Ansu, who he knows to now be your best friend, you seem to get along with Balde too as well with the new guy, Ferran, the same with Eric and the rest.
"Es su cumpleaños pronto, ¿va a hacer algo?" he asks Ansu one day when it's only the two of them left on the dressing room. (it's her birthday soon, is she doing anything?)
"Que yo sepa, no es asunto tuyo. No quiere verte, Gavi, olvídate" (as far as I'm concerned, it's none of your business. She doesn't want to see you, Gavi, forget about it)
"Venga, Ansu, necesito verla, necesito arreglar las cosas" (come on, Ansu, I need to see her, I need to fix this)
"Lo que tú quieras da igual, lo importante es ella, y ella pasa de ti. Intenta hacer lo mismo" (what you want doesn't matter, she is what matters, and she doesn't want anything to do with you. Try to do the same)
Gavi is left alone, he gives a long sigh, face buried on his hands, frustration has taken over his mind.
On the ride home, he tries to get information out of Pedri, but the boy refuses to tell him anything, and even threatens Gavi to forget about the subject or from now on he would have to ride a bike to and from training.
On the dining table, Aurora calls him out on his sad expression.
"¿Se puede saber que te pasa? Llevas meses igual" (care to tell us what is going on with you? It's been months since you are like this)
"No me pasa nada" (nothing is wrong)
"¿Enserio?" asks his father "¿Nada que ver con y/n y que sus padres dicen que no te quiere ver ni en pintura?" (seriously? Nothing to do with y/n and that her parents say she doesn't want to see you?)
Gavi doesn't say anything, but his parents know something has went down in between the two of you, yet they don't know exactly what.
"Su cumpleaños es en nada, podrías aprovechar y disculparte" (her birthday is soon, you can take the chance to apologise)
"Ella no me quiere ahí" (she doesn't want me there)
"Por favor, como si alguna vez hicieras caso" (please, as if you ever listen)
His mother is right, because the very same day, he is standing in front of your house and knocking on your door, he carries flowers, sunflowers, your favorites, the ones he used to always mock you about liking them so much.
There is a bright smile as you open the door, yet disappears when your eyes meet his figure.
"¿Qué estás haciendo aquí? Pensaba que te había dicho que no te quiero ver" (what are you doing here? I thought I told you I don't want to see you)
"Necesitaba verte" (I needed to see you)
"Bueno, ya me has visto, lárgate con tus flores" (well, you have seen me, now go away with those flowers of yours)
You try to close your door, but he sticks his foot.
"¿Enserio?" (seriously?)
"Tu cumpleaños es en unos días" (your birthday is in a few days)
"Gracias, no me había dado cuenta" you roll your eyes and glare at him. (thanks, I hadn't realised)
"Déjame estar ahí para ti, déjame demostrarte que sé lo gilipollas que he sido todo este tiempo. Te juro que me comportare y haré todo por que me perdones" (let me be there for you, let me show you that I know how much of an asshole I have been this whole time. I promise I will behave and do whatever is necessary for you to forgive me)
You think about it for a moment, then nod, making him grin excitedly.
"No te emociones mucho, no estás perdonado ni de lejos. Es solo para ver si te das cuenta que ninguna de tus excusas de mierda son necesarias y que te vayas" (don't get too exited, you are a long way from being forgiven. It's only so you realise that none of your excuses are necessary so you can go away)
"Haré lo que quieras, de verdad, verás que merece la pena darme una segunda oportunidad" (I will do anything, really, you will see that giving me a second chance is worth it)
"Bueno, estate aquí tipo cuatro, no tienes entrenamiento ese día, ¿no?" (well, be here by four, you don't have training that day, right?)
Gavi excitedly shakes his head and you nod, he then offers you the flowers, you take them and close the door without a word. He leaves with a happy strout to his step.
The day of your birthday, he is in your front door even earlier than accorded, a gift for you in hand he knows you want and a bright smile on his face. He knocks and waits. You open the door, clearly confused at him being at your front door so early.
"Pensé te había dicho cuatro" (I thought I told you to be here at four)
"No podía esperar" (I couldn't wait)
"Bueno, supongo no te puedo dejar aquí fuera, venga pasa" (well, I suppose I can't just leave you here, come on in)
Inside, everything seems ready for the party, he looks around the living room, taking the scenery in, everything is so you.
You indicate him to sit down and he does, you do too, silence takes over the room, you look everywhere but at him, he is the opposite, taking your beauty in, his breath is caught in his throat.
"Sabías que tu también me gustabas antes, ¿no?" Gavi almost chocked on his own spit "Al principio yo me pensaba que solamente me molestabas porque yo también te gustaba, pero después todo fue a peor y solo pensar en estar en la misma habitación que tú me hacía querer morirme" (you know I liked you before, right? I used to think that you only bothered because you liked me to, but things got worse and the thought of being stuck with you on the same room madre me want to die)
Hasta esa noche" (still, every time I saw you I prayed for you to tell me something good, for you to show me that you cared at least a bit for me, but you never did. The closest thing I had were your comments when I started dating my ex, you hated him, but I always thought that it had nothing to do with me dating him. Until that night)
"¿Te acuerdas?" you ask, he nods. (do you remember?)
"Te dije que no era suficiente para ti, que era un cabron y te merecías algo mejor" (I told you he wasn't enough for you that he was an asshole and you deserved better)
"No sabes lo feliz que me hizo. Pensé que por fin demostrabas que yo también te importaba. Yo estaba preparada para dejarle, yo pensaba que esa era una extraña manera de decirme que tú eras con quien yo debía estar" your expression turns sour "Y luego te escucho decirle a Pedri que no entiendes como mi ex se rebajó tanto el nivel para estar con alguien como yo" (you don't know how happy that made me. I thought you were finally showing me how you cared about me, a strange way to tell me you were the one I should have been with. Then I heard you telling Pedri that you don't know how my ex lowered his expectations so much to be with someone like me)
"Estaba borracho" (I was drunk)
"Eso no lo justifica, Pablo. Me rompiste el corazón una vez más, me dejaste como una tonta" (that is not a justification, Pablo. You broke my heart once more, you made me look like an idiot)
"Lo siento" (I am sorry)
"Se que lo estás. Me lo ha estado diciendo todo el mundo. Todos se esperan que te perdone" (I know you are. Everyone has told me. They are all waiting for me to forgive me)
"No lo tienes que hacer hasta que estés preparada" (you won't have to do it until you are ready)
"Vas a tener que esperar un buen rato" (you will have to wait a long while)
"No me importa, esperaré lo que haga falta" (I don't care, I will wait as long as necessary)
It takes months for you to even consider Gavi a friend, but little by little you manage to heal and forgive, every day Gavi trying to show you his true self, not the inmature one.
After that, it takes even longer before you two eventually kiss, and a while after that to become a couple.
It's all worth it, Gavi thinks, you two cuddling on his coach, you as his girlfriend, the past is not forgotten, it never will, but you two keep on looking towards the future.
Together.

Protecting her
Tumblr media
Life with Pablo Gavi, the boy everyone adores, and I hate with all my passion not for any particular reason. I actually tried making peace with him the moment I stepped foot into his house at the beginning of my exchange program.
I tried to be nice, to even become his friend but he would always push me away and find some reason to fight me. Even Aurora and his parents tried to make us like each other but it didn't work so I just deiced to stay out his way..somehow that didn't stop him to sabotage me every step of the way all the freaking time!
leo: look at what your brother did to me! boy is a delinquent! I can't do this anymore Y/n..I'm sorry.
There was a picture attached of my soon to become boyfriend with bruised eye and busted lip. Did Pablo really did this just so Leo dumps me knowing it would spite me!?
I heard stumbling and rushed towards the front door to comfort Pablo about this. I was done staying on the sidelines and letting him do whatever he pleased just because I am guest at this house..this is MY life he was messing with for his own amusement!
"Why did you do it!? Tell me he said something to provoke you? Tell me you weren't just trying to spite me by doing this Pablo.." I said but he completely ignored me, like I was invisible, unimportant and that drove me mad.
"No! You're going to start listening to me! WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO LEO!!??" I said pushing him against the wall with all my strenght which was not possible unless he let me do it.
"Hm..or what if I don't listen chiqui? What will you do to me precious..huh??" he pushed back and I needed up glued on the wall in the matter of seconds. I gulped..he was so close..and I was no longer angry at him..I was tired of this whole "hate" thing.
"I'm tired of this Pablo..just leave me alone!" I said trying to push him but he wouldn't budge looking down at my face like he was lost in thought. I would give up everything ot know what he was thinking right now.
"P..please.." I was close to tears yet again being dumped not to mention that all my "friends" here only hang out with me thinking they will get to meet my new "brother"..I just wanted to be left alone by everyone especially Pablo Gavi who made this whole trip horrible!
"Fine.." he moved and i walked away not knowing that something in him broke seeing me so sad in front of him knowing he was the reason for it.
I was crying rather loudly knowing his parents and Aurora are not here and Pablo probably didn't even care about it. I was very wrong since he was glued to my door listening to each sound until finally opening the door and walking closer to the bed.
"Stop crying.." he said and I realized that he was indeed there watching me, probably in amusement.
"Leave me alone asshole!" I yelled feeling the bed move as he laid behind me making my whole body contract especially when his strong arms wrapped around my body..what was this nervousness and why did it feel so good to be held by him!?
"Please stop crying...if you like Leo that much I'll stay away.." he said while his hands were tracing invisible shapes on my bare skin making shivers moving down my spine and make me breathless. I truly didn't care that deeply for Leo..I almost cared more how it was angering Pablo..how I finally gotten some type of reaction out of him. I slowly moved turning around in his embrace to face him.
"It's not about Leo..it's about you..why can't you just stop hating me!?" I spoke my hand moving to his face caressing it gently and he let me do it for a few moments closing his eyes looking like he was enjoying it..maybe Pablo felt something for me..maybe I did for him too..maybe that's this tension between us..maybe it's love?
"Because you're annoying!" he pulled away and that gentle caring Pablo vanished in a matter of a second and he was back to being hateful asshole..he only wanted to feel in control and I gave him the chance..like an idiot..thinking he was genuine.
Quickly, he was out of my room returning to his crying himself to sleep..he was a coward to speak about his emotions..because I am not permanent..I will leave him soon and he couldn't afford to get attached.
Weeks went by and I couldn't sleep without imaging those strong arms wrapped around me. Leo asked me to try again but I rejected him..I couldn't stop thinking about my "gentle" Pablo wondering if that was his true nature..I wanted to get to him again..to feel that way again..to understand him.
"Are you ready hermanita?" Aurora said and I met her outside as she was my ride to the stadium for El Classico. I rarely went to his games thinking he would hate me there, but today I wore his jersey and went with the rest of his friends with pride. I wanted him to look me in the ye and tell me hates me if he does so much!

I saw his comment..he probably did it because people would talk if he didn't..but a heart..it felt special..and made me even more determined to get close to him again.
During the game, Gavi was comeptlely focused as always wanting to win against the biggest enemy. Barca was better but it was frustrating that no ball would finally enter the goal..and time was running out till end of first half.
"I saw that new hermanita of yours..hmm..the things I'd do to her body" Vini provoked and Gavi lost it kicking the ball into the audience and walking towards him while everyone pushed him backwards and referee showed him a red card.
"Say that again hijo de puta!? Let me hear you say it again!" Pablo was not stopping until Xavi himself pulled him away from the pitch giving him a whole lecture about being more mature player.
"It was a good game hermano" Aurora said when we met with Pablo since Barça still ended up winning. Pablo was still heated and seeing me there wasn't helping.
"It's all her fault!" he said pointing at me in front of everyone and I looked away sadly..he was trying to hate me so I give up but I'm not giving up that easily because i know what I felt that night is real!
"Leave her alone! She did nothing wrong!" Aurora tried defending me but I was done being silent walking towards him bravely.
"Let's leave them alone.." Pablo's guy friends said and everyone left as the two of us stood there across from each other not saying a single word. Two can play this stupid game Gavi!
"What did I do to you huh!? Why don't you admit that you don't actually hate me Pablo?? I know you don't.." I said touching his sweaty jersey but he pulled away quickly like he was scared..
"Don't touch me!" he yelled expecting me to turn away and run but I moved closer again.
"Why? What are you sacred of when I touch you huh?"I said once again touching his chest and this time he didn't move staring at my lips longingly.
"Chiqui don't.." he whispered when I moved closer feeling my cheeks blush at the new nickname he chose..the feeling was back and I didn't want to lose it.
"Why?" I asked touching his face and again he closed his eyes as his hands wrapped around my waist pulling me even closer as our chests touched.
"B..because I won't be able to hold myself back" he whispered as we both opened around eyes looking into each other.
"P..Pablo.." I said breathlessly moving even closer but then Leo's familiar voice interrupted our little moment and Pablo pulled away angrily.
"Please let's talk Y/n..about us" Leo said and I internally cursed seeing Pablo's disappointed look as he just walked away without a word..freaking great!
"Is she coming?" Aurora asked
"She has another ride" Pablo said annoyingly reminding himself why he put up a wall..last thing he needed is to get hurt by a girl right now.
"No! I don't!" I said rushing after them after telling Leo I was done with him and sitting in the backseat next to Pablo whose jaw was clenching and he was clearly angry.
"He understood that it's over.." I whispered to Pablo but he was unfazed..once again like he didn't care. Here we go again!
"I don't care!" he whispered back before going on his phone as I sighed loudly besides him.
That night I couldn't sleep..I couldn't have him mad at me anymore..I did maybe the stupidest thing in the world walking to his room in the middle of the night. Luckily he was awake..
"P..Pablo.." I said and he turned around sitting in his bed with a surprised look on his face.
"Go away!" he said but I moved closer standing in front of him.
"I'm not going anywhere..I know why you hit Leo, he told me what he said to his friend and that you heard him" I said and Pablo looked up with raised eyebrows.
"He said you're alone and he can get with you in a week..and I showed him you're NOT alone" Pablo said and I smiled nodding my head and touching his hair as he looked up at me.
"And Vini?" I asked moving my hand down to his face while he looked at me finally putting down his guard and being vulnerable once again.
"Don't talk to me about that disgusting hijo de puta!" he said angrily and I knew he must have said something about me on the pitch..something that didn't sit right with Pablo and he needed to protect me..something you don't do for a person you "hate".
"Don't get angry.." I said and he nodded feeling more sad than angry while his hands snaked around my waist and he pulled me in kissing my stomach over my dress and I breathed heavily.
"I can't stop hating you chiqui.."he spoke into my stomach and I sighed raising his chin up and moving to sit on his lap.
"Why Pablo?" he said moving his hair back and he leaned into my touch as his face went into my neck and he started kissing my skin passionately.
"Because you're leaving me so soon..and I don't want to lose someone I love so much.."he finally said what's been on his mind for awhile and I felt my heart banging against my chest.
"So you decided to hate me? Why didn't you just ask me to stay with you??" I said with a smile and he was surprised to hear me say those words looking up into my eyes hopefully.
"And would you stay for me chiqui?" he said while I held his face and his hands tightly held onto my waist.
"Hmm it depends.." I said smirking moving in and he gulped once again looking at my lips longingly and I smiled.
"On what chiqui??"he smirked and I blushed to scared to tell him what I wanted right now..I just wanted him to finally kiss me.
"Hm..let me guess then" he held my face pulling me in and kissing my lips hungrily making me breathless but never happier. Then he pulled away..and I wanted to cry..I was so tired of these games and I just wanted to be with him!
"Please don't push me away again..please" i latched onto his shoulder and he smiled kissing the top of my forehead before pulling me in bed with him letting me lay my head on his strong chest.
"I'm never letting you go again precious.." he said as I looked up kissing him again as we continued to make out pulling onto each others clothes int he heat of the moment...

footballers when theyre jealous
requested by anon!!! thank you bro <3
leo: he understands that neys just an affectionate guy, so he shouldnt get too worked up of he sees ney getting close to someone at an event. but if it does persist he WILL give ney the cold shoulder n be like "no im not mad, im fine :))" when hes decidedly Not Fine.
ney: oh this poor lad. he knows full well that leos national team would drop dead for him at a moments notice (i mean its not like they try to hide it). theres so many people who would risk it all for leo that he cant even bother to get upset over it. it ez what it ez.
gavi: lil guys possessive of everything. his friends, his favorite coffee mug, the seat on the bus he likes the most,,, will get pissy if someone looks at his pop tarts the wrong way. take a chill pill man it aint that deep.
sergio: dude gets. SO FUCKING MAD. but his anger isnt directed at luka, rather its directed at whoever he perceives as a threat. poor luka has to physically restrain sergio from swinging at someone who looked at him a lil too long.
alisson: when that jealous feeling creeps up on him, rather than being all possessive he takes the depressing route cause he thinks he isnt good enough. someone get this man a hug.
thomas: jealousys a green eyed monster n SO IS THIS BITCH. its kinda dumb cause like,,, lewy is so stupidly obviously whipped for him. he aint going anywhere pal.
luka: him??? jealous?? please not only is he pretty self-assured but he knows damn well sergio aint so much as LOOKING at anyone else.
luis: cmon he had to have been a little jealous when leo n ney started playing for the same team again without him. ok this actually made me sad im not typing any more for this one.
lewy: actually has a healthy of way dealing with his emotions, yknow, like a fucking normie. takes a deep breath and reminds himself that he has nothing to be jealous about and that he should trust thomas. loser.
mourinho: still gets fuckin PISSED whenever someone mentions jurgen n peps "RiVaLrY." though no one knows why he still hates it seeing as he doesnt even manage united anymore.

Does He Know: Part 11 (Gavi/Pedri Love Triangle)
A/N: Here’s a little surprise… sorry I didn’t update in a few days but hope you guys like this chapter. :)
You can read part 10 here: Part 10
•••
Sara’s POV
A few days had passed since I had seen anyone other than my family. Without uni I had nothing else to do. Gavi hadn't answered any of my messages until this morning. A simple hey is what he responded to my countless of messages asking for him to forgive me. Eventually agreeing to meet with me.
We had agreed to meet in the afternoon at a cafe near my house which was usually less crowded than the city center and where we had less chances of someone spotting us. Or of someone spotting him since he was the famous one. I got up, took a shower, and put on jeans and a shirt before heading out. I arrived to the cafe at about 5 minutes to 3, sat down and ordered a drink.
A few minutes later Gavi showed up and sat in front of me. I smiled at the boy in front of me, wearing white cargo pants and an orange sweater.
-Thank you for coming.- I said offering him a smile.
He looked up at me with his big brown eyes and a slight frown on his face.
He didn't wait for me to say anything else and began to speak as his eyes locked with mine. He always spoke with the heart and I felt like shit knowing I had taken that for granted. His eyes always said what his heart felt and it made me sad that I couldn't do the same for him.
-I didn't want to be upset at you. After seeing how much he meant to you I knew there was no point in fighting for you. You were never truly mine.- He said. -But hearing him say you two had kissed messed with me. I don't want to hate my best friend.-
We sat there as silence overtook the small table we were sitting at. His eyes now fixated on his hands which were interlocked in front of him.
-I'm sorry I didn't tell you everything. Please don't be upset at him.- I finally managed to say to disrupt the awkward silence.
-I'm not. I'm upset at you.- The brown haired boy said point blank. His words took me by surprise and I felt a pit open in my stomach. I had let Gavi down and it wasn't even about what I had done but what I hadn't.
-Despite what he did, he accepted it. You didn't, Sara. How difficult would it have been to just let me hear it from your mouth instead of his?-
I looked down at the floor, he was right. After all, I was his girlfriend. I had a responsibility to him which I threw out the window the moment Pedri was in front of me. I didn't care about anyone else but the beautiful dark haired man when we were inches apart from each other.
 -I'm sorry.- I mumbled.
He looked at me and smirked. That smirk that many times had meant something different, that he wanted me, that he needed to feel my lips against his. Now that smirk meant something else, it meant that an "I'm sorry" wasn't enough.
-I'll forgive you, Sara. Maybe not today, but I will, eventually.- He finally said.
-Pablo, I truly care for you.- I managed to say as I felt a knot form in my throat. It was strange. All of this time I took him for granted. His kisses, his touches. And now here I was on the verge of crying because I could see the hurt in his eyes.
-But you don't love me, not the way you love him.- He spat back. -You never said te quiero back. You wouldn't have cried the way you did if I had been the one in that hospital bed.-
-Don't say that. I care for you Pablo. Maybe not in the same way, but I do.-
We stayed there in silence, which was eventually interrupted by a waiter who came by to see if Gavi wanted to order something. He asked for a glass of water, which gave me hope that he wasn't going to storm out of the cafe in a few seconds. I felt the need to close this chapter in the proper way. Even if I had done everything wrong leading to this moment.
He took a sip of his water. -Well, have you talked to him?- He asked.
I shook my head in silence.
-You're telling me I got my heart broken so that you don't even end up together?- He said in a slightly playful way which caused me to smile at him.
-I was rude to him, I yelled at him while he was in a hospital bed. And he has Alice.-
Gavi scoffed. -Alice is nothing for him. I know him, he's in love with you and I can't believe I didn't see it sooner. I'm sure he wants nothing more than to see you.-
-Have you seen him?- I asked knowing Pedri had been ordered to stay away from practice for a few days. Gavi nodded. -I went to see him yesterday. He's better. We didn't talk about you.-
Despite Gavi speaking with me about Pedri, I knew deep down he was still hurt and rightfully so. I knew it would take a lot of work and patience for us to be friends, something we never truly were since we began to date so soon after meeting each other. But I was willing to work on it.
His words kept on replaying in head as I was heading home. I'm sure he wants nothing more than to see you. With a quick rush of courage I began to drive towards Pedri's house instead of my own. I knew where he lived thanks to Val but had never been there. I parked in front of the building and brought my mirror down to fix my makeup. Thankfully I hadn't spent the last few days crying so my eyes weren’t puffy. It was more like I was numb. I couldn't cry, but I also couldn't laugh. Nothing made sense.
I grabbed my purse and began to walk up to his door. I knocked, once, twice and heard footsteps approaching. My heart began to race, I could feel my heartbeat in the palm of my hands which were beginning to sweat at the sheer anticipation of seeing Pedri. In the few seconds that it took for the door to open in front of me a million scenarios played through my mind. What if it was his brother who opened, what if he had people over, what if Alice opened?
The door opened and I was met with brown eyes that showed a hint of light and surprise when they saw me standing there in front of him.
-Sara.- He said.
I felt my eyes begin to get teary eyed and I could hardly say anything. -Pedri, I...-
But before I could continue he took a few steps forward and I felt as his lips crashed against mine. His lips took mine in and he left a feverish kiss against me. We both opened our eyes and looked at each other's seconds before he went in again. He pushed me against the wall that faced his front door and I felt his warm body hit mine. His body so close that I could feel his accelerated heartbeat against my chest. My hands went to the back of his head as his hands rested on my waist. His lips on mine, his kisses felt like home. It was where I belonged, there in his mouth. Every movement his lips made against mine made me realize I was starving, his kisses burned me alive. Maybe I didn't know before but I knew now, Pedri was the person I had been waiting for forever. He kissed me in the same desperate way that I did. He slightly parted his lips and caught my lower lips in between. His lips were soft and fit mine perfectly, as if they had been made for each other. Our tongues seemed to dance a beautiful love song. After all of these days of not seeing him or talking to him it was surreal that now I had him in front of me and we were kissing. Our kisses went from desperate to slow, both still with fear but in the most beautiful way possible. His kisses ate the moan I couldn't control when he pressed his body even more against mine, now my body in between him and the cold wall. I kissed him like my life depended on it, because in a way it did. He kissed me like it was the first time, and the last, every time.
It was then that I heard a woman's voice from inside Pedri's house.
-Pedri, who is it?-
The voice took Pedri out of his trance, he stopped his attack on my lips and before I knew it he pulled away from me. He walked backwards leaving me out in the hallway.
-Pedri?- The voice said again, I could hear it was getting closer. Pedri stood there, his chest heaved as he tried to catch his breathe. His lips swollen from my kisses. He took his right hand and with his thumb cleaned off around his lips.
-Its nobody.- He said as he stood there, our eyes locked with each other, and with his left hand managed to slam the door in between us.
My heart dropped and I felt tears fall down my face as the door shut in front of me. I knew I deserved it, but it didn't make it any less painful.

Angst! Pedri breaks up with Reader and they haven’t seen each other in months until he sees her and realizes she’s the one :)
wc: 2500+
After a horrific few months where I was just so sad after a break up the last few weeks I have finally got back to my somewhat normal self and been enjoying life again. As I've been in a relationship for the last two years I never got to fully enjoy living in Barcelona and going out with friends so that's what I've been doing and it's been fun. Going out to clubs really wasn't my thing before the break up but since I've tried to push myself out of my comfort zone and live my life a bit more so I have been a few times since. I've definitely enjoyed being out with my friends and seeing them have fun but I hate having guys come over and try to flirt with me because they are always drunk and I just don't want to be talking to any guys at the moment.
Tonight my friends want to go out and I agreed to go with them but for some reason I'm just not looking forward to it. Something deep inside of me is telling me not to go but I don't see any real reason not to so I'm going to ignore the stupid feeling and enjoy myself. To help get over the bad feeling I have decided to get dressed up extra nice for tonight so I put on my favourite dress and did my makeup and hair all glam. Looking in the mirror after I was finally ready I felt good about myself for once I didn't have any negative thoughts in my head which stem from social media comments. Now that my relationship is over and I don't have people criticising everything about my appearance I feel like I've got a new found confidence which I really like as I've never had a huge amount of self confidence but now I'm building that.
After some final touches to my makeup and outfit I was ready to go so called an Uber to take me to the club we had agreed to go to because I want to drink so don't want to leave my car overnight. The Uber luckily was quick and so I met my friends outside and we all went into the club together as we always stick together when we go out just to be safe. Like always the club was loud and dark but I've grown to like the atmosphere a bit as sometimes you can hide away and go unnoticed for most of the night which can be quite nice. As we walked in my friends saw some people they knew so I was dragged with them to go and say hi but along the way I thought I saw someone familiar too but I tried to forget about it.
It took all of 5 minutes for me to realise why my gut was telling me not to come out. The realisation hit when I saw Gavi my ex Pedri's best friend who would definitely not be here without Pedri. I tried to tell myself that it was just someone who looked like Gavi but when he was stood just a few feet away from me at the bar and we caught each other's eyes I couldn't deny it anymore. Panic started to flow through me as I haven't seen Pedri at all since the night we broke up which is pretty hard when his face is plastered all over the city but now we may come face to face.
The whole break up was really hard on me as Pedri and I had been together for two years and got together not long after he moved to Barcelona so we went through a lot together. He was the one that was there for me in some of the hardest moments of my life and I was there to support him through his early days at Barcelona. In the end he broke things off to focus on football just as the latest season was starting and as much as I have been trying to avoid it I've heard that things have been going well for the team and Pedri. Not only did the sudden break up hurt but knowing that Pedri really is doing better without me feels like a knife in my chest as I can't help but feel that I was holding him back all that time without meaning to. All of that makes the thought of seeing him make me feel sick but I agreed to come out and put a lot of effort into my appearance so I feel like I need to stay and enjoy myself.
Pedri's POV
Going out wasn't my idea but everyone was going so I felt the need to go with them even though for some reason my gut was telling me not to. When we got here everyone sat down and talked for a few minutes before sending Gavi off to go and get drinks as he missed his chance to get himself out of it. After he'd been gone for over 5 minutes I started to get worried that something had happened and when he came back that feeling didn't change because he was giving me a look which I knew meant something was wrong. Instead of just telling me what was up he dragged me off to a more quiet corner of the club and then just stared at me which didn't at all help the anxiety I was already feeling.
"What's going on?" I asked
"Umm well y/n is here I saw her while getting drinks and it was definitely her because I looked her right in the eyes" he explained
"Was she with anyone?" I asked
"Only her friends I didn't see any guy with them" he said
"If you want to leave I'll come up with some sort of excuse to tell the others" he offered
"No it's ok I was always going to have to see her one day" I said
As much as I said I was going to stay I don't really want to because I don't know if I can deal with seeing her again even if the break up was completely my decision. It was such a stupid decision breaking up with y/n because it was supposed to be for me to focus on football and sure I've been playing well but I haven't been truly happy since. No win and no goal really mean anything anymore because y/n isn't there to celebrate with me like she always was before. It's hard to get motivated every morning when she's not there when I wake up and won't be there when I come back either. My life just hasn't been the same without y/n but I was the one that broke up with her for a completely selfish reason so I don't think she'd even want to talk to me again which I completely understand because if someone did that to me I wouldn't want to talk to them either.
After taking a minute to think I went back to the table with everyone else and tried to enjoy myself but I really ended up just sat there. While sat down I happened to see y/n from across the room and once I did I couldn't take my eyes off her. She looked so beautiful her hair and makeup were done and she had on her favourite dress which I used to love as it gave her more confidence. She was smiling and laughing with her friends and just seeing her smiling again broke my heart because I used to love seeing her smile it always made my day and being the one to make her smile was even better but I'll never be able to do that again as I made a stupid decision.
The more I stared at her the more I realised just how dumb I was to break up with her. I had the perfect girl and I stupidly let her go because I thought I would be better off without her when in fact it's the exact opposite. When we were together I knew I loved her but now that we are apart I realise just how much I loved and still love her. Over the course of our relationship I never thought too much about the future because everything with football is always about the present  so I never thought much beyond that but now it's all I can think about. Now that it's too late I realise that I wanted a future with y/n I wanted us to get married, have kids and grow old together bit now she's clearly moved on and will want those things with other people.
"You're staring man" Gavi said taking me out of my thoughts
"She was the one and I let her go" I said
"If you really think she's the one then you should go and talk to her and try to win her back because the longer you leave it the more likely she is to move on" he encouraged
"I'm going to do it but if it goes wrong I'm blaming you" I said
Your POV
All night I've been glancing over at Pedri as I can see him from across the club and I don't even know why it's like I'm still drawn to him. He looks as handsome as ever with his shirt unbuttoned at the top showing off his chest and his beard that I always loved growing in. I so desperately wanted to be sat with him and for him to have his arm around my waist again like he would always do when we were in public together but he broke up with me for a reason and I can't have him back. Only once we were apart did I realise how much he meant to me and now seeing him again it's bringing back all of those thoughts I've worked hard to block out. I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him and I still can't imagine being with anyone else but at some point I'll have to move on or else I'll be alone forever.
When my friends noticed me staring at Pedri they made me face the other way and gave me another drink to help distract me although it didn't really work. I tried my best to not think about Pedri but he kept crossing my mind even when my friend were pointing out other guys in the club I found myself comparing them to Pedri. Eventually I decided that in advance to move on and so I started paying more attention to the conversation and actually talking to my friends. Just as I was starting to enjoy myself again I felt and hand on my shoulder which without looking I knew would belong to a guy wanting my attention which usually I would ignore but tonight I need a distraction so I turned around. As I turned around I saw Pedri stood behind me and I nearly fainted but somehow I managed to hold it together and smile at him.
"Hey" I managed to say
"Hey I get if you don't want to talk to me but can I get you a drink for us to catch up over?" He asked
"I wouldn't mind that" I replied
He gently took hold of my wrist and brought me to the bar with him where he ordered my favourite drink and paid for it before taking me to a table for just the two of us. Once we sat down neither of us talked for a few moments before he asked me how I have been. To begin with things were kind of awkward as we haven't spoken in a few months but as the conversation continued we both got more comfortable and started get back to how we used to be. He talked about the team and how they have been playing really well and I told him about my recent promotion at work which I was working toward when we were still together. We talked about most things but avoided the topic of relationships but from what he was saying I got the impression that he wasn't seeing anyone else which made me happy as it meant there was still a chance for us to get back together.
"I'm going to be honest with you y/n I really regret breaking up with you life just hasn't been the same since I haven't been anywhere near as happy as I was with you" Pedri admitted
"I've missed you a lot too it's been hard hearing your name and all the things you've achieved without being able to celebrate them with you" I said
"Then what are we doing I realise now that you are the one for me and I don't want to be with anyone else so if you are willing to would you want to give this another go?" He asked
"You're the one I want to be with too and I want to get back together but I want to go slowly and build the relationship again so we don't have any problem" I said
"Of course we can do whatever you want I just want you back" he said
"You've got me back but don't ever let me go again I don't think I'll survive breaking up with you again" I joked
"I'll never let you go ever again" he said
Just like I was wishing for earlier he slid his arm around my waist and I rested my head on his shoulder just enjoying being back in his arms. We probably looked like weirdos to anyone else in the club but I was more than content just being with Pedri now that he’s mine again. We sat together for a little while before he took me over to his friends who were all glad to see us back together especially Gavi who didn’t hesitate to tell me all the things Pedri has been saying while we were broken up which had Pedri blushing but I loved to hear it.
Eventually I was ready to go home so went to get and Uber but Pedri didn’t let me instead he said goodbye to his friends and we went to his car so he could drive me home. The entire way Pedri had his hand on my leg rubbing gently circles on my knee like he always used to which had both of us smiling from ear to ear. Once back at my place he walked me to my door and put both of his hands on my waist to pull me closer to him. I looked into his eyes for a few moments before we both began to lean in and finally our lips met in a kiss that was just like our first full of love and passion. He gave me one last kiss before leaving me in my apartment thinking about his a bad night turned into the best because I got my everything back.
