House, Season Two
In pro wrestling, there is a little phrase called 'go away heat'. It's when a bad guy is so infuriating, you don't even want them on your TV. They've ceased to be entertaining, and you don't even get satisfaction from booing them, you just want them gone.
Season two's finale has a villain just like that, and I consider it both a me problem, and a flaw in the writing. One, a lot's happened in the US since 2005, and I don't have as much time nor patience for insane people with guns. I also think having the writers embody the worst/most annoying qualities of House in this one character, that the viewer will despise from the get go, is both genius, and incredibly frustrating. It's hard to get your philosophical points across when I'm audibly begging for the characters to smack this idiot.
Realizing that House is actually at war with himself, and that this is how he sees his actions, all the bullshit aside, would be devastating if I weren't constantly begging for this fucker to get knocked out.
Anyway
Season two:
The parallel of House and Wilson's relationships going down the toilet, then leaning on each other for support, only to again go their separate ways. The joke of 'Wilson's actually more unhinged than House' really showing itself several times throughout this season. Wilson going so far as to sleep with a patient, mirrored with House and Cuddy's flirting with multiple lawsuits.
I didn't remember seeing Foreman's dad from my original viewing of the show, but with this, and getting Chase's dad last season, I wonder when we'll see Cameron subjected to similar family drama. Also;
Chase's Dad is the worst? Yeah, he's the worst. Think about it; doesn't tell his only son he's dying, only tells his wife, does nothing in the way of telling her 'don't break the news of my death while Robert's on the clock' and she sure as shit didn't think of that herself, either, despite being married to someone in the medical profession. Chase, baby, I'm so sorry your Dad was shit, and led to such a horrific snowballing affect.
The multi-episode arc of Cameron and Foreman bickering, Cameron 100% being right to call out a theft when she's sees one, and Foreman's stubborn bullshit, only to lead to that moment of 'we're colleagues, not friends', and you see her heart break in real time. But then! She's the one to volunteer to go back to the cop's place, knowing she might get as sick as Foreman, because it's an unrequited friendship, babbbbbbyyyyyy. But when he does apologize, and uses her first name?? My own heart broke?? And she doesn't accept his apology so that he has something to look forward to when he gets out of this, but then caves before the operation because she's so damn scared?? So far, one of the better character dynamic arcs in the show.
Aside from his family being awful, it felt like a very light season for Chase- and the NICU episode happened. Nothing like a person who's all but abandoned their faith turning to it once more to send a prayer for a dead baby. That was more than enough, good god. How has this show worked in two baby autopsies already?!
A part of me wants Kyle Hill to review the orphan source episode, see how accurate radiation poisoning is depicted in it. Also, the morbid way I pop for the episodes where the heavy hitters appear: 'oh my god, it's rabies with the steel chair!' 'It was me, House! It was me, the bubonic plague, all along!!'
Speaking of, shoutout to that one episode, with the lesbian couple, where one's been planning to leave the other for a long time, and now must accept a part of her partner's liver or die, and Cameron's all about advocating for the truth, no matter what, despising when people lie, (funny, sounds like something House would do) and then the GF who donated part of her liver reveals that she knew her partner was planning on leaving her for a while, and is all like, "Now she can never leave me" and we just see the look of horror on Cameron's face. Man, Cameron's been exposed to some of the worst behavior humanity has to offer, and she still has enough innocence at the beginning of each episode for us to watch die away as the human race finds new and interesting ways to disappoint her. It's great.
Season Two!! In the books!!
I love this show.

Man I'm on my rewatch of House MD and I really gotta give them more credit - Cameron develops a TON and is an extremely competent character in the later seasons after she leaves the team. I kinda forgot about it cause she disappears completely for the tailend of the show but she's one of the few characters who 1: Continually gets one over on House after she leaves, 2: Becomes successful as a doctor without the influence of House, and 3: Her main quality that initially makes her so annoying/or is depicted as a flaw, her caring and bedside manner, is developed and portrayed as a strength rather than a flaw. It accentuates her ability, it doesn't hold it back like House spends the first few seasons trying to convince you it is. She gets a lot out of House but when she leaves she doesn't abandon the part of her House ragged on - she takes it with her into every case. She's the best ER doctor, she brings cases to House that other people wouldn't have cared about or taken notice of (5×7 "The Itch"). She's actually one of the only fellows who makes it out a better doctor and STAYS out. Even with all that though, she's obsessive, she's controlling, but she's still a great doctor. House but not House. I just have a lot more appreciation for this character than I thought I would given the initial introduction of "Naive goody two shoes that is in love with her boss." What a good show.

Omar Epps is such a magnificent actor.
I just got to the House MD season 2 finale "No Reason" in my latest rewatch, and look at the face Foreman makes when Moriarty first enters the room:
Tumblr media
Foreman could immediately tell that something wasn't right. House wasn't just being racist when he hired Foreman for his "street smarts" -- Foreman actually does have excellent instincts when it comes to reading malicious intent.
I've had the show on in the background all day today, so I just watched Euphoria 1 & 2 earlier as well. Those are the two episodes that showcase Omar Epps' acting ability the best -- dude went through the ENTIRE range of human emotion -- but this scene in "No Reason" demonstrates that he nails the more subtle stuff too.
Foreman will never be my favorite character -- his dynamic with his older brother reminds me way too much of my own judgmental hard-ass much more successful younger brother (right down to the long periods of not speaking to me or even acknowledging that I exist) -- but the more I rewatch the show, the more I love Omar Epps.
Any huge Omar Epps fans out there want to recommend me some other stuff he's in? I only know him from House MD, and I've never even heard of the other shows listed on his IMDB page. Are Resurrection, Shooter, and/or Power Book III: Raising Kanan any good? (And do I have to watch Power Book I & II before I can watch III? Literally never heard of it before today!)

you know what hate crimes md enjoyers, idk if this has been done before but i wanna start like a little tag game: i wanna know your favorite seasons in order, what you think is the best episode each season, your personal favorite ep from each season, any honorable mentions if you have them, and your least favorite/worst episode in your opinion. i'd also like to have you sort the main characters/fellows from favorite to least favorite, plus tell me your favorite ship (and optionally, a ship you enjoy and think is underrated)! feel free to toss in any explanations for why you chose what you did. (: kinda long, but oh well – feel like it'll be fun.
i'll go first (so you can see the format) – listing seasons from the best imo, to the worst, and the episodes.
Seasons:
1. Season 3
Best episode: one day, one room (?)
Favorite episode: merry little christmas
Honorable mention(s): cane and able, words and deeds, family, needle in a haystack
Least favorite episode: que sera sera (?)
it was hard to pick the best bc i'm biased towards merry little christmas, but i don't know if it would be the best of the season exactly. as for que sera sera, nothing really wrong with it but honestly i had a hard time picking a least favorite too. great season – to me it's like the classic house season.
2. Season 5
Best: birthmarks
Favorite: under my skin
Honorable mention(s): the softer side, last resort, both sides now, painless
Least favorite: big baby (?)
i literally just barely remember big baby compared to the rest, i think, no matter how many times i see it. amazing season though, honestly so up there with s3 for me that it became a tough choice.
3. Season 6
Best: help me
Favorite: wilson
HM(s): the down low, broken (part 1 & 2), baggage, lockdown
Least favorite: epic fail, remorse (?)
help me is such an amazing episode, it always makes me cry. epic fail is extremely annoying tho and idk why, like after i watched it more than once or twice i started having a hard time rewatching it. and honestly every time i watch remorse i get pissed off on thirteen's behalf and it's just not a fun feeling. not a bad episode though. i know a lot of people don't like s6 but i love it.
4. Season 2
Best: euphoria (part 1 & 2)
Favorite: no reason
HM(s): skin deep, distractions, hunting, clueless
Least favorite: sleeping dogs lie
i recently rewatched euphoria and it's so fucking good i legitimately cried. sleeping dogs lie isn't a bad episode, it just is frustrating to watch for many reasons. another classic house season.
5. Season 4
Best: house's head/wilson's heart
Favorite: house's head/wilson's heart, 97 seconds
HM(s): mirror mirror, you don't want to know, frozen, living the dream
Least favorite: the right stuff
nothing really wrong with the least favorite – it was honestly a tough choice. also i couldn't pick a favorite, it was so tough. i honestly really like this season despite how short and different it is.
6. Season 1
Best: detox
Favorite: detox
HM(s): three stories, histories, control, mob rules
Least favorite: heavy, everybody lies (pilot)
the pilot being orange just makes me laugh the whole time so it's hard to watch, and chase's insane fatphobia in heavy is just disturbing, which is the only reason it's a least favorite. for the best i was torn between three stories and detox, but i think detox is better. s1 is ranked so low bc of general weirdness.
7. Season 8
Best: the c-word, everybody dies
Favorite: the c-word
HM(s): dead & buried, twenty vicodin, nobody's fault, post mortem
Least favorite: we need the eggs
we need the eggs isn't bad, the case is just ??? weird and kinda sad tbh idk. i haven't rewatched the c-word yet but i remember it fondly, so i couldn't really choose a best episode. is picking the finale kinda dumb? maybe, idk. i like a lot of episodes from season 8 surprisingly, like most of them, but it's so different from the previous seasons with cuddy absent and the late addition of two new main characters that it can't be any higher for me.
8. Season 7
Best: after hours
Favorite: after hours, out of the chute
HM(s): unwritten, bombshells, the dig, moving on, fall from grace
Least Favorite: two stories
god i really can't stand rewatching two stories. idk what it is but the fucking kids that house gets stuck with in the principal's office are so annoying ??? probably my least fave episode in all of house. but despite how s7 is at the bottom, it did have some great episodes. just wasn't my favorite season at all, especially as someone who isn't really into huddy.
Characters:
from favorite to least favorite of the main characters –
1. House (of course)
2. Wilson
3. Thirteen
4. Cuddy
5. Chase
6. Foreman
7. Kutner
8. Cameron
9. Amber
10. Taub
11. Park
12. Adams
13. Masters
favorite ship: hilson (house / wilson)
underrated ship: thirteen / cameron, or chase / foreman
Tags:
anybody that wants to participate! i know it's kind of long so no sweat if you don't want to do it. i'm also indecisive so i had trouble picking episodes lmao

House MD makes me absolutely FERAL.
For instance, I finished rewatching S3 E15, "Half-Wit", the one when House fakes cancer so he can get high (typical). And
AHHH
Everyone's response to House potentially dying is EVERYTHING. And displays both the characters and their character growth SO WELL.
Wilson, ofc, is offended that his best friend *cough* *lover* *cough* didn't say anything, and hid it. And something I think (and forgive me if this is not actually how it went down to everyone else, it's 1am and I have brainrot) is really interesting, is that beyond Wilson giving House shit for not saying anything, Wilson doesn't give any of the platitudes that everyone else gives. We don't see Wilson trying to "fix" anything or say, "House your dying, can we have an actual human connection for once?". No no, Wilson just lets him be.
Now, either Wilson is pissed and reeling from this news , and is just distancing himself (which tbh feels ooc, like House has crossed worse lines before, and Wilson deals with cancer everyday, idk).
OR you can look at the option of Wilson knows House well enough (and cancer, let's be real) that trying to fix it, won't change anything, that coming up to House and trying to "console" him won't do anything. House is House, and Wilson KNOWS THAT. Wilson knows that if House really and truly wants a conversation about it, or any comfort, House will just be like, " Yo, can we go get wasted?" and that's that.
AND THEN HIS FUCKING ANALYSIS AT THE END AND HIM FUCKING LAUGHING AT THE IRONY.
And Cuddy, I feel like, is the middle ground between how Wilson and the kids react. She doesn't go out of her way to say something, but in an almost hand-on-the- doorknob-as-I'm-leaving type way does she say something. AND THEN THEIR BANTER IN THE HALL IS FUCKING EVERYTHINGG. And her FUCKING smile as House grabs her ass (istg I can only say this in real action to this fucking show) but still dismissing him coming to the bedroom with her
Like both her and Wilson and obviously hurt, right, but they don't outright change their behavior toward House or anything, but they accept it (kind of) and don't go out of their way to change anything,
AND THEN THE KIDS' RESPONSES. ANHHH
I love Chase's moment. He's just like, "Dad, shut up and let me hug you" AND FUCKING STARTS CRYING
CHASE IS LITERALLY THE ONLY ONE WHO CRIES
He's like, "Goddammit, I'm going to lose two of my parentals to this cancerous bullshit. Tf."
AND HUGH LARUIE'S ACTING I CANT
YOU CAN SEE HOUSE REALIZING THAT, "oh shit, they really care and this is really going to hurt them" LIKE WHAT THE HELL. MY HEART, FUCK THIS SHOW WTH
And I love how Cameron is shown in this episode, over the first three seasons, we can see her kinda of coming to her own, and learning from House, so instead of like, backing down from helping House she just fucking kisses him so she can steal his blood. Like. YES CAMERON. GET IT.
AND AGAIN
HUGH LAURIE. YOU CAN SEE HOUSE'S HESITATION, WEIGHING THE PROS AND CONS BEFORE KSSING BACK.
And tbh I feel like House is low key proud of Cameron for a moment in a "she is taking after me" type way.
And Foreman trying not to care, but caring the whole time, and HIS FACE WHEN HES TELLING HOUSE HE DOESNT HAVE CANCER. LIKE. JXNKSCVJVXFBJKBFVSKJ
And I just love everyone's reaction five seconds later when they realize
"House is an addict. Right. Fucking this was a sham, fuck"
AND THEIR FACES ARE EVEYTHING
Cameron is crestfallen, outraged. Foreman is slightly pissed but completely nonplussed almost? Like a I should have expected this/this is such a House thing, which is why I dislike the man. And his sarcastic response is EVERYTHING And, Chase, oh Chase. He's so disbelieving and hurt. Like my baby I'm so sorry.
And House like really understanding how much this hurt them, and kinda of being a fucking TOTAL IDIOT and like slightly scared I feel but arrogant enough to just fucking like. Trying to blame so he doesn't feel guilty (he does) pushing them away so he doesn't have to face consequences (he's spiraling) and and after Wilson (finally) talks to him, having to stop and THINK about how fucking miserable is he really (he's such and idiot) and just AHHH
AND THEN HIM FUCKING GOING INTO THE RESTAURANT AT THE END?????? ITS A FUCKING CRIME THAT WE DON'T SEE THAT CONVERSATION BETWEEN HIM AND THEM. LIKE SIR, I WANT TO THIS POTENTIALLY EMOTIONALLY CHARGED MOMENT. LIKE
And honestly, Ilove how House interacts with the patient in the episode, it's on par with the boy who had autism earlier this season. Like the piano part is what really intrigues him, but still goes forth to give him his life back. Idk, just felt special.
Okay, um so thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. Idk what happened.

it's very wild rewatching old tv shows that you watched during their weekly release. unless you just utterly turn off your brain and detach yourself, you are essentially reliving history. just on this rewatch of house, md, i'm going through so many memories.
there are so many story/character arcs in one season? yes! tv format used to be long enough to allow these sprawling storylines with full on pivots of events.
this story was weirdly disjointed and short? yup! that was the 2007-08 wga strike in action!
kutner killed himself??? out of (seemingly) nowhere? yup! kal penn got a job working for obama during his first term and they had to write him out very abruptly.
bizarre hallucination plot arc? there was some weird happenstance where three shows i was watching all had main characters experiencing radical hallucinations. because??? idk? everyone collectively decided this was a story that had to happen? was it really in the same season? two of them were fox shows? i don't really have an explanation for this one, but it's weird that it happened so much.
i don't have much point and this isn't really that deep, but in addition to house, md being a fun game of celebrity bingo, there are just so many cultural touchstones playing out before my eyes.

❤️📺Ten (ish) TV-shows I love❤️📺
Tagged by the lovely @renai-chan to do the 'Ten Movies I love' Tag Game.
I already did that, so allow me to redirect you to this post listing my ten movies, and this other one (a much much much much longer version, if you feel up to it).
However, after reflecting about which 10 movies I like the best –what a dilemma it was– I also thought about which 10 TV-shows are my comfort rewatches. I came up easily (surprisingly so) with the selection, so let me share that with you instead! 😊 ❤️
Xena: Warrior Princess
Tumblr media
The most badass warrior I have ever seen on TV. What a sight is Lucy Lawless, I fell in love with those gorgeous blue eyes since the moment my child eyes saw them… This tv-show is everything to me. Xena & Gabrielle, the purest soulmates. There were also lots of amazing characters and actors (Karl Urban and Kevin Smith, among others). Produced in New Zealand too… Which is so awesome! <3 (Strong opening theme!)
Stargate SG1/Atlantis
Tumblr media
MY FUCKING SCI-FY babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t even tell you why I love these two TV-shows, because I got so overwhelmed about it! I. JUST. LOVE. THEM. SO. MUCH! (I actually watched several Stargate Atlantis episodes just before typing this list.) If you like the genre, GO.WATCH.THESE! (Amazing opening themes as well! <3)
Sabrina, the Teenage Witch (the 20-min-episode tv-show)
Tumblr media
I’ve watched every rerun on TV since it has been broadcasted. It is tied to my childhood, so I’m rather attached to it! I prefer this version over the more recent one, which is a bit too dark compared to the comedic one. Salem is so funny! He’s I-C-O-N-I-C! :P
Dr Quinn, Medicine Woman/// House MD
Tumblr media Tumblr media
My absolute two favourite tv-shows involving doctors… though they are very different from one another. Western drama vs. medical drama. It’s really not your typical medical show however.
A female physician from a 19th-wealthy family moving in the wild west to establish a practice. She feels very deeply and has a strong moral compass. The themes mentioned are quite serious (which I like) as you have, for instance, a close-minded-white-men little village, a woman working a man job, Cheyenne tribes being mistreated so are the black people and any other non-White people. Of course, it is still a tv-show, so I don’t how historically-accurate it is. But so not as sappy as Grey’s Anatomy if you know what I mean. 😊
AND the Sherlock doctor. Hugh Laurie is magnificent in this out-of-the-ordinary, junkie, snarky genius of a doctor!
Avatar: the Last Airbender
Tumblr media
Do I really need to spell it? MASTER OF THE ELEMENTS. AIRBENDING. WATERBENDING. FIREBENDING. EARTHBENDING. THIS IS SO FREAKING COOL!!!!!! The Legend of Korra is good too!
White Collar
Tumblr media
The adventures of an FBI agent and his con artist/thief consultant. YUP. It is as cool as it sounds. All the characters are lovely as well!
Downton Abbey
Tumblr media
THIS IS MY FAVOURITE BRITISH PERIOD DRAMA EVER. It is about the aristocratic Crawley family and their servants’ life during the earliest 20th century. The cast is realllllllllllllly good! A lot of good characters, strong episodes (very emotional sometimes)! Dame Maggie Smith is killing it as the Dowager Countess of Grantham, the sass in this character’s lines and faces!!!!! XD (Again, the opening theme is SO GOOD!)
Once Upon a Time
Tumblr media
A very nice tv-show where fairytales characters are transported into the real world because of a curse. The cast is INSANE! :O Nice revisit of famously known fairytales!!!! I have a thing for the accents…Well, there are a lot of different accents to listen to!
Lucifer
Tumblr media
It’s probably one of the last (new-ish) TV-show I’ve watched from the beginning to the end. The British (again with the accent) Devil’s adventures with the Detective (yeah… it’s her official name! XD). Very good chemistry between Tom Ellis and Lauren German! And the other characters are equally as good!!!!!!!!!
Prison Break
Tumblr media
Season 1 was the best. Truly. The idea was so original when the tv-show came out! Wentworth Miller’s acting is pure *chef’s kiss*. (That’s why I love Captain Cold so much btw, especially because Dominic Purcell is also his Rogues buddy in The Flash). Also, I’ve never loved the crookiest of the crook characters so much than how I love T-Bag. He’s the worst, but OMG his lines and mimicking (Robert Knepper did a fine job!)
As I already did the tagging before, I won’t do it again, but I let this open. Anyone feeling like talking about their comfort TV-shows are more than welcomed to do this “other version” of the tag game! 😉

So a couple thoughts... I rewatched the pilot of house md and I'm well aware that the first several episodes of shows are always off from the rest of it, they either didn't expect it to last or they changed their minds on character paths later or whatever. That much is clear from Chase's character for sure(!!)
But what I did notice is that he said please to a nurse, and I only saw him take pills three or four times throughout the episode, all while remaining calm, focused, and appropriately emotive towards his boss and his patient.
Again I'm well aware things change over time and they especially change characters points of view on topics to make the episodes flow, but still. It's a lot different from five years later when he has a psychotic break.
A lot of things change in those five years, Stacy comes back and then leaves, healing and hurting his heart all over again, he gets shot and ketamine temporarily revives his leg before snatching his hope of mobility away from him, he's threatened twice by men as conniving as he is, stressed by patient death and the deaths of those much closer to him, he grows much closer emotionally to Cuddy and is watching her come to terms with motherhood.
But my question is, just like every other show or movie, why do they change the character so much, in his case, why did they delve so far into making him so miserable he's un-saveable? It's clear they liked the dark comedy/tragedy elements of his Sherlock type story but watching that pilot just further proves that just because I enjoy the world and the characters, they're not who they were in the beginning. And watching season two, how that was dark and dramatic, but showcased a selflessness that we're told a few years later doesn't exist. I feel gaslit.
Maybe you can make the argument that he realized he didn't want to deal with the day in and day out of a relationship with her post divorce but I don't think so, or he wouldn't have pursued her so long, and only changed his mind when he did.
We see his lack of self esteem in telling cuddy to pick someone she likes for ivf, instead of just saying yes like he wants to, and that's tragic and dramatic, but it's nowhere near as dark as him having a slip before she goes for surgery to remove a tumor, her waking up to break up with him, and then him literally spiraling out of control as bad as he did two years ago before going to prison.
And let's not act like just because she's a strong independent woman she doesn't have her baggage too. She's got impossible standards and pushes the men she dates away before she gets too close to them. Her mom was right, they're perfect for each other. She perjured herself risking her career and reputation for him knowing damn well how bad he was at times and then a couple seasons later her character is push and pull with no actual plot resolution thanks to the actress not being paid enough to stick with the show.
If she hadn't left, even if they already filmed him running into her damn house at the thought of her lying about not moving on and dating any of me, and going to prison for half a year, don't tell me they wouldn't have wound up back together. She would insist on him returning to therapy but he and Rachel had something going and Cuddy's gone decades thinking about him and their back and forth.

finished season two of house md 🕺 so have all my thoughts on s1+2
the show is so formulaic it's hilarious. season one was fine. three stories was absolutely incredible (best episode across the two seasons imo). wilson didn't seem to have an actually job here other than hanging around and having brown eyes (i want him). although!! rsl's delivery of the lines where he's packing up his office (all i have is this job and this screwed up friendship. neither of which matter enough for you to give one lousy speech) broke my heart 🙁. house himself is such a fantastic character, hugh laurie is fucking terrific. mentioning three stories again bc it blew me away with how great it was
season two!! god!! insane song choices for the scenes with house and wilson. esp love will make you do wrong. the cases weren't great. i did really love the run of episodes after wilson moves in... crazy how well they know each other...enough to drop in strangely specific and niche details about each other, enough that house doesn't want wilson at poker nights cause he's the only person to see through his bluff....blows my mind. hugh laurie's eyes man. the poker episode... wilson and cuddy...(i need them). house vs god INSANE EPISODE i had to rewatch so many scenes in that episode, i haven't felt my brain turning media over like this since better call saul (mcgill jumper genuinely had me going insane....jimmy mcgill, james wilson,,,)(we're not quite at bcs levels yet. though i don't imagine anything will ever get to bcs levels). final episode of season two was soooo great also, the hallucinations were so well woven with house's reality and a really interesting unraveling of his thought process...
one major complaint is that i want more cuddy (lisa edelstein the woman that you are...) i actually love her character but she's so underutilised:(

You’re the queen of asks right now so I crawl out of my lurker status to honor that ☺️ What are you excited to read soon (fic or not)? What are you excited to watch? Do you tend to binge, go slow, cycle through multiple different things for entertainment? Thanks for all you give to the FMA fans ❤️
HAHAHA the only reason it's happening is because i sent out lots to my friends! u only get out what u put in, and i've loved reading all the responses i've gotten back so far <333
right now i'm reading a book called into the drowning deep by mira grant. it's got cannibal mermaids, a vessel not unlike oceangate, and a whole bunch of scientists trying to learn to communicate with said cannibal mermaids. i just got up to this frankly Wonderful line that gave SO MUCH tension in such little time:
The first active shutter drill began at midnight. It ended two minutes later, in failure. The Melusine sailed on.
i love it when humans fuck shit up. ppl are gonna die. it's gonna be LIT.
in terms of watching, i've been rewatching mash, house md, and watching various horror films -- it's spooky season after all! i don't watch a lot of new media, but i might see if netflix has got any new romcom dramas that i can sink my teeth into. i used to binge all the time, but i like pacing myself now, allowing space for ideas to marinate. i think having everything at once moves us away from enjoying something, and instead consume it bc we gotta stimulate ourselves constantly :///
