but there are so many ways you could get together!! maybe you go very early like he does so there aren’t many people there and you can start a conversation easier 🤭 maybe a guy is annoying you and aaron steps in and tells him to fuck off <3333 or maybe you get dizzy or something bc of an intense workout and he’s the closest person near you so he helps you and then buys you something to eat and a bottle of juice and he’s super worried and caring 🥺

one thing is for sure tho, you find your way to each other 🥹🥹 and ofc all this hard training pays off bc when you participate in another version of cardio you keep it up all night long 😎

he's never been much of an animal person in general. mikey had a lizard growing up and they had a couple of fish but that's about it.

the two of you are walking into your apartment when you hear a pathetic kind of meow coming from the alley. you run into it, fearlessly, carmen freaking out behind you and you find the kitten. it's scrawny, matted fur, and mangy looking thing. carmen's initial reaction is "leave it. it looks infected" and you're fuming at him.

you clean the kitten off, take it to a 24 hour vet down the road, and you're back with baby anchovy- you think it's hilarious bc he's tiny and a cat and it sounds like anthony, camrne's middle name.

carmen is very much so a "i don't want the cat" cat dad that turns into "i would die for this cat" cat dad.

like he's not really sure what to do with it at first. he's irritated that it cries and whines as a baby when you lock it out the door (while you're trying to fuck) and he's just not a fan of the cat until the cat starts to take to him. maybe it's his demeanor is very stand offish and a little skittish, they're just drawn to each other.

you walk in from the shower and see carmen playing with the cat with a laser pointer and you know it's over. he moves his bed so he can sprawl out in the sun, makes him a fucking cat birthday cake out of safe tuna and shit for his birthday. the cat is always on him, but not allowed on the counters- carmen draws the fucking line with him in the kitchen lol. but they are just two besties. he loves the cat, has a picture of you with anchovy as his wallpaper and it's his favorite picture. literally the picture he uses on instagram to announce your relationship to the media sorta lol.

My personal canon is this Chan-Sport/Girl Dad- He loves to see his princess play and have fun, if her school has an opening for football, track, swim coach, he is on it!

LeeKnow- Le Chef Dad/ Girl or boy he literally doesn't care imo- not one spoon of pre made baby food is touching his child tongue. at all.

Chanbin- Hands on/Girl Dad (He loves taking baby a bath, rocking her to sleep, changing all of it. HE WANTS TO DO IT ALL)

Hyunjin- Artsy Dad / Could care less about the sex (he loves to see them express themselves, getting child safe paint so they can make a mess on paper... yes he does hang them everywhere. Including the recording studio)

Hannie- Worry wort Dad/ Another any sex is okay with him- If he is not in the saaame room as his child, he's worrying. What if something happens? What if they need a bottle or they cry? he can't his heart shatters hearing them cryy. Lixie- Am I doing okay? Dad/ Girl Dad- He wants to know if he is doing everything right. Holding the baby, changing the baby, bathing them correctly, soothing correctly, everything he does he's asking someone, am I doing okay?

Seungmin- Chill Dad/Boy Dad- He is very chill, he is very much like, if he's happy, I'm happy. Don't like sports? that's okay. Don't like games? Fine with me, you like math and accounting? That's a good field if you're happy in it!

Jeongin- Dreamer Dad/Boy Dad- He dreams about everything about his boy. What is he going to be like? Is his personality going to be like mine? He's constantly dreaming.

he is there in an instant, some of his stressors melting away just hearing you speak so sweetly to him. jake settles basically on top of you, his head nuzzled into your neck, arms at your waist, and his legs intertwined with yours. one of your hands begins carding through his hair, the other tracing mindless shapes onto his back, and as soon as you start, you feel him take a deep breath in and let out a huge sigh.

“i love you so much, jake, but sometimes you worry me you know? you don’t need to go through and handle everything on your own. i want to be here for you however you need because you always are for me, okay, baby?” you say as you press two kisses to his forehead before you lean back to look at him.

jake lifts his head and looks at you, smiling softly, this time it reaches his tired eyes, “what did i do to deserve you, kid?” he lifts a hand from your side and traces your cheek with it, you lean into his touch and press a kiss to his wrist.

“i don’t know but i’m glad you did it.”
