Do people realise that the Sun and Moon Show is a passion project?

Because I've seen people act like Reed and Davis are proffessional story writers, and getting way too angry over TSAMS, instead of enjoying it for what it is:

silly, goofy Celestial shenanigans. On YouTube.

Like this show has brought me so much joy, and I've been enjoying the ride, even if it's not something all that serious. It's goofy, that's kinda the point! :D

And all the serious lore on this channel is just the spice to the silly roleplay happening. I don't think TSAMS would be as fun as it is, if it was 100% serious, and not originated as a gameplay/reaction channel. Like the first VRChat "lore" stuff was haha funny Monty scams Sun :), but then the "actual" lore came from the side, and seized us like a bear trap.

Like suddenly, Evil Dorito Man, and I've fallen in love, because the silliness was broken up a bit, but never forgotten. Like it was so fun, when Eclipse, an actual threat, appeared, and then it was more shenanigans! But those shenanigans included Mr. Big Evil Nacho Chip! And the overdramatic silliness continued! :D

The villains have always been overdramatic little (well, "little" in KC's case, lol) bitches! Remember in the first October Takeover, when Eclipse didn't allow Lunar to curse, but he also cursed? Or when KC did all his dramatic entrances, he was so dramatic even Monty had to tell him to stop being dramatic! Or Bloodmoon's dramatic pose on top of the tower before fighting Eclipse (did anyone actually animate the whole fight?), or any of his little baby tantrums? Or the entirety of Ruin (that one is a certified theatre kid, says so himself in the podcast)

TSAMS is such a fun thing, and it's so nice that they post so often (cuz I would be dying if they only posted once a week... imagine the cliffhangers), and we are lucky that they share their roleplay, cuz a lot of people don't, and there are probably other talents hiding in private roleplays, which never see the light of day. So many things we could be missing!

TSAMS is fun. It's goofy fanfic basically, with a serious side that came out of left field. And there are so many angry people on here, like what happened? Did I miss something?

Want to get this off my chest

I'm gonna be honest, I'm not a person who is online often, so I can't speak for everyone when I say this but why is the TSAMS fandom so... extreme?

Like don't get me wrong, I love being here and love making art for the sillies, but joy can get sapped really easily. A lot of the time, I see people arguing about pointless things. Obviously, some matters require acknowledgement, but others not as much. A few things I see often is bashing on certain characters or bashing on the VAs for the show itself?

Hello??? The creators can have an interpretation of a character and you don't have to like it. But, to go and be so harsh and loud about it tends to take away the love people have for not only the character but the show itself.

I'm only active on Instagram and Tumblr, sometimes Twitter, so I'm out of loop often. Yet, it's draining to see all these things. A fandom should be a space where everyone can enjoy their favorite media. It's what we all have in common. Don't like the stuff another person makes? Block them, that's what the button is for. And I can guarantee you that they're not going to care.

Don't be quick to force your headcanons on to other people as well. Everyone has a different interpretation of a character, and unless the detail is extremely important to said character, don't push it.

The same goes for ships. If you don't like it, and/or it's not problematic, block the tag or artists. No need to go on a riot about it.

This is a show we have all come to love and enjoy! Cut all the cruel and unnecessary bullcrap, ok?

The least we can do is be kind.

Solar opened his eyes to a white and serene place…After fading away, God Ruin was wrong it did hurt for a few seconds as he faded…And it hurt even more hearing Moon’s scream…He saw a shadow in front of him, His eyes widened as he looked up at the shadow and heard a familiar voice…

(His) Sun: “…Hello again brother….”

There was his brother, the one he lost long ago…Solar smiled and pulled him into a hug, crying

Solar: “Sun!”

Solar smiled as he wiped his tears from his faceplate, Then he noticed His moon…Awkwardly in the side…Solar was still kind of afraid of his moon because of everything.

(his) Moon: “…Hey, Solar…”

Solar pulled down his fear and walked up to his moon…He is willing to give a second chance to them…And He hugged Moon…

Moon gasped in surprise, but hugged him back as they hugged in silence…Then Moon softly said

(His) Moon: “I’m sorry…Solar I really am…For mistreating you for abusing you…For everything…”

Solar smiled

Solar: “I forgive you.”

Moon smiled as he hugged Solar tightly…The silence interrupted by sun

(His) Sun: “Awwww~ You guys are bonding!”

The both looked at sun

Solar/Moon: “We totally forgot you were here-“/“Did you have to ruin the moment I had with Solar right now brother???”

They said as they laughed softly. This was a good reunion…

Hello! If you're looking at this, you probably know that I mainly post DCA/TSAMS stuff. If you don't, I guess this is just your average random Tumblr post. Hello anyway!

My First Post

So... Hello internet.

I might as well be drowning in the sea that is Tumblr cause I have no idea what I'm doing here. TBH, I just really wanted to have an account to not only access other's Tumblrs, but to have a place to post any fanart I make.

So far, I have been hyperfocusing on Sun and Moon, the all too famous daycare attendents from FNAF's Security Breach. I really only joined the FNAF fandom because of that game. And yes, I also watch TSAMS, but for now I don't plan to post much in general until I gain more confidence on this platform.

ANYWAYS... I fully intend to post art for some lovely writers, while overcoming any inadequacies I feel from not being too good at art. But hey, I'm prepared to drown. I might as well do so trying my best to improve. And what better way to get better than taking that nosedive into potential failures? You can only improve by trying and failing!
