I was on imdb looking at the parents guide for good omens after seeing it rated tv-ma. Once I get to sex and nudity (there was a spoiler warning before this) there's some stuff that makes sense that any person who has seen s2 and 1 would expect but there's one that I just can't not laugh and cry about:

2 men kiss at the end of season 2, this is very heartwarming though.

Who did this cause its certainly not one of us cause: NO ONE WOULD SAY THAT WAS HEARTWARMING!!!!!! It was infact devastating for the audience and the charecters. Whoever wrote that must have seen s2, so they know it's not heartwarming I think they might be a psychopath.

[Teka-Teki Terakhir] - Annisa Ihsani

Beberapa orang lebih suka menyendiri, itu saja, dan tidak ada yang salah dengan hal itu.

Seruu bangett. Novel ini dibuka dengan kisah pasangan Maxwell yang gosipnya penyendiri dan kurang suka bergaul dengan orang lain. Sehingga berbagai gosip tidak sedap tentang pasangan Maxwell beredar. Padahal tuan Maxwell hanya seorang ahli matematika yang sedang berjuang keras untuk menemukan pembuktian dari teorema terakhir fermat. Terus pas aku googling ternyata teorema itu memang beneran ada dan beneran memakan waktu sampai 300 tahun lebih untuk menemukan pembuktiannya. Wow, jadi ini kayak novel yang ide besarnya diambil dari kejadian yang bener2 ada di dunia nyata. Selebihnya, tentu aja fiksi.

Di sesi komen di ipusnas banyak yang bilang novel ini heartwarming sekali. Terutama tentu saja interaksi antara Laura dengan keluarga Maxwell. Interaksi Laura dengan abangnya, Jack, dan interaksi Laura dengan ayah ibunya semuanya juga heartwaming. Paling suka tentu aja pas bagian panen apel dan bikin pai apel. Meskipun cuma sebagai pembaca tapi rasanya ikut bahagiaa.

Selain kehidupan Laura sebagai tokoh utama, novel ini juga membahas matematika tipis2. Tentang angka nol, logika matematika, teorema pythagoras. Pokoknya semua hal tentang matematika disampaikan dengan asik di novel ini. Ya emang bahasannya cuma sederhana sih nggak yang sampai mendalam juga. Tapi lumayan ngasih gambaran gimana sesungguhnya profesi matematikawan itu.

Kalau aku boleh memberimu satu nasehat, Laura, janganlah terlalu fokus pada satu hal hingga lupa menghargai apa yang ada di sekelilingmu.

Selain itu novel ini juga memberikan pembelajaran tentang kehidupan. Tentang setia kawan, tentang kerja keras, tentang tetap menaruh harapan sekecil apapun dan bagaimanapun tidak mungkinnya, juga tentang don't judge a book by it's cover. Yang paling aku suka adalah bagian ini.

Semua urusan Teorema Terakhir Fermat ini rasanya tidak benar. Aku ingin setiap kerja keras mendapatkan imbalan yang setimpal. Aku ingin keadaan yang begitu buruk hingga kelihatan tidak tertolong lagi pada akhirnya selalu memiliki jalan keluar yang memuaskan setiap orang, seperti di cerita-cerita. Tidak seharusnya ada kejadian janggal yang muncul seenaknya, merusak jalan cerita yang begitu mulus.

Tuan Maxwell menghabiskan empat puluh tahun hidupnya untuk mencoba membuktikan suatu teorema, hanya untuk didahului orang lain pada akhirnya. Nyaris ketika Tuan Maxwell sudah hampir selesai dengan pembuktiannya sendiri. Dia mencoba membuktikannya dan gagal. Bukankah itu artinya empat puluh tahun hidupnya jadi sia-sia. Bagaimana dia nanti tidak jadi gila?

Yah, di konsep kehidupan yang aku imani, semua hal yang kita lakukan di dunia ini memang akan mendapatkan balasan yang setimpal. Setiap kerja keras, kesakitan, dan kesusahpayahan akan mendapat imbalan yang sesuai, sama persis. Mungkin memang balasannya nggak kita lihat di kehidupan kita saat ini. Mungkin nanti, di kehidupan setelah ini.

現在、日本国内でも新型肺炎（コロナウィルス）による患者さんが急激に増加しています。各地でのイベントやスポーツ大会などが相次いで中止になっています。行政や教育機関も春休みや卒業式を前に大混乱必至な状況です。暮らしに多くの影響が出ないように、早く収束するといいのですが。

 「毎年明治神宮に参拝しております。今年は100年祭とのことでした。清正の井戸はその時に寄っています。きらきらと輝く水面がとっても奇麗で、写真を撮ったのですが、映る空がとても綺麗なのに気づきました。」と、Hiro Vanさんから今回の写真についてメッセージをいただきました。

メッセージをいただいて、初めてこの写真が「清正の井戸（清正井）」だと知りました。「清正」って「加藤清正」のことかなと思い、ググッてみると。なんとここ「強力なパワースポット」だったんです。「なんだか引き寄せられた」感でセレクトしてしまいましたが、なんと明治神宮を紹介しているサイトには「この清正の井戸の写真を携帯などの待ち受け画面にするとパワーが得られる！」とも書いてありました（井戸の水面が動く画像がさらに効果ありとのこと）。つまり、ソラクモグループのトップページの写真を見るるだけで、パワーアップ！すごい！

と、写真のことよりも「清正の井戸」にちょっと関心が湧いてしまいましたが。そもそも、Hiro Vanさんのこの写真をセレクトしたのかというと、まず写真全体の色や構成がいいこと。視点が面白いということ。写真のクオリティが高いこと、です。映り込みの写真はよくあるのですが、さすが「清正の井戸」。時間や距離感すべてを井戸の中に入れてしまったような写真だと思います。

Finally! After so many pain and hard time with poses and colors, here one of my fave fusion create by the awesome @yellow-py XwX

This big handsome person is PomPom, fusion between Djimmi and Beppi. I love them! Love the design and specially their personality. They’re traditional magician type, using magic card trick and birds (or bunny ^^; )

I use both pencil colors and markers to finish them. Have some doubt about colors of certain part but so far, I nailed it and proud of that.

Next fusion will be The Acrobat!

This weekend I planned to do digital work because my brother lend me his pc, but yesterday I was working and it started to suddenly have trouble with browsers, so my brother took it to see what’s the problem.

That didn’t spoil my plans though, cos yesterday I went to scan a sketch I had done in digital and today I painted it! Shame that on Sundays the ciber is not open so I can’t go to scan the final result, but I took a photo with my smartphone.

So here this little something I did for my friend @jenniferstolzer because I read she had been sick and I thought this could cheer her up. I always say it counts a lot friends love to health when someone is sick ^^ And it’s a scientific fact positive feelings help to make stronger our immune system.

I really liked Beetlejuice the musical when I watched it thanks to my friend, and when I watched it I has some things that were worriyng me, and it took away all my problems. I woud like to say, this was the first Broadway musical I ever se (and no I haven’t watched the Lion King or Ratatouille one yet, maybe I should but I’m lazy to research XD) and I enjoyed it a lot. The songs coreographies and sceneries were awesome, and the actors did a great job!

I specially I loved to see Alex Brightman as Beetlejuice, he made the character being so charming and fun, and heartwaming tooI think, it’s the best one heheh! I’ve aslo watched Beetlejuice the cartoon, but that was a long time ago and I don’t remember if it was a good one or not XD.

This one’s is a little tribute to Alex Brightman’s Beetlejuice, and to my dear friend and mentor who always draw really amazing and adorable fanart! So here have a Beetlejuice as a merman! :D His tail is based on the Gymnomuraena zebra, the zebra mooray eel. When I thought about what animal would fit, I inmediately said “ah the zebra eel!” You know I’m a marine animals and marine science nerd, so I had to to think on an existing animal XD

And sorry if it’s a bit late, I was sick (having belly pain issues, you can read it HERE ) last week and I had to take some days to recover. But I’m feeling better now and I can draw again!

MMMMMMMMMMHHHHH THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS this is going to be long. Also it's more of a ramble so it won't be very organized, sorry about that!!

Ok first of all I need to explain why I ship them. I feel like people might compare it to RayEmma, which is pretty legit? Emma and Don are, in fact, fairly similar: wholesome, supportive sunshines... Good leader qualities... Extrovert personality... Extremely good physical skills... They indeed have a lot in common. But you know what, that's actually... What made it interesting for me? Because when it came to their relationship, I had to ask myself what makes it different than RayEmma. Don being so similar to Emma made me reflect on what makes him different from her: in other words, what makes Don a complex and unique character, and how his relationship with Ray changes accordingly.

Don is such a beautiful character, I love him so much!!!!! I think one of the main differences with Emma is that Don is way more insecure. Even if subtly, it's often brought up in the series, you know? There's chapter 18 where it's made particularly evident, but even beyond that, it's repeatedly brought up during the series. I think it's very nice because Don is such a sweet and beautiful boy, so him being insecure or not very confident in his capabilities is so cute?? I love having a character like this in this series where all the characters are geniuses- he feels so human, it makes him a character easy to relate to and overall very likeable. And I think that trait of his would have such a nice development when interacting with Ray because... Both of them have low self-esteem, but in very different ways and for completely different reasons. Ray despises himself for all the people he's hurt (we know he considers himself accountable for the death of his siblings), while Don thinks of himself as someone who is "not as smart" as the trio, "truly a weakling": he has some sort of inferiority complex. Ok now... Put those things together, and make Ray and Don interact with each other insecurities. I don't think Ray considers Don dumb or inferior to anyone else: if Don ever happened to tell Ray he doesn't think he's very good at like, anything, I think Ray would more likely answer by listing numerous facts that make Don so amazing, smart, and overall just a wonderful human being. He would enunciate those qualities as if they were facts, which would leave Don shocked and confused but at the same time so happy and heartwamed because???? It's not like Don had never received compliments from anyone in his life; but when you don't have much confidence, those compliments that come from people that love you kinda sound like lies, or simply people wanting to be kind. But when it comes from Ray... Don has always considered Ray somebody who only speaks facts, so when he started saying that he truly thinks he's great Don was like "woha... I really am? For real? Wow I... That was unexpected, thank you" and probably bursted into tears or something. Yeah, he would definitely cry. And you know, that would probably leave Ray equally surprised? Because he always considered Don amazing: so many of his qualities that for Don were no big deal, trivial and obvious, such as his optimism, energy or cheerfulness were for Ray extraordinary and, in a way, enviable too. I think Ray would have much trouble expressing affection (after having spent most of his life repressing said affection towards his family), so it's natural he would look up to someone who gives and receives love so easily. After that, Ray mentally takes note that he needs to casually compliment Don more often, because even if Ray is not good at expressing affection, he really wants to get better at it; even if it requires great effort from him, having never done that before, Ray wants to make sure his family knows that he loves them. Back on how much Don admires Ray, I want to stretch this point because it's really there through the whole thing, and I find it so cute??? It's just SO ADORABLE how Don as a child often used to imitate Ray. It just gives you an understanding of how much Don admires Ray, and of how long he's been admiring him!!!! I'm talking about this off-scene in particular:

It really gives you an understanding of how cool Don considers Ray, to the point of ending up forgetting about how cool he himself is. Don loves Ray so much, and he would love to be more like him.

I really love this little moment as well: Emma and Norman had just apologized too, but Don's reaction to that has no match with how he reacts to Ray's "apologies". Look at him! He's clearly so desperate for his approval that even Ray saying something like "you're a burden I can handle (affectionate)" is enough to move him to tears. He's such a baby, I love him!!!!!! I'm so soft for them. (For the record, Ray did properly apologize three panels after)

Thinking of it, the fact that Don has always looked so much up to Ray is too kinda telling of Don's low self esteem: Don's childhood idol is the one that, between his many siblings, without doubts is the further from him. Don, who's always been lively, impulsive and fun, would much rather be cool, reflective and serious. It sounds like having very little confidence in your own qualities, doesn't it? But that's the best part! Once they get to know each other, I like to think that Ray would make Don start to appreciate his own personality. When the person he admires tells him he's actually great and that he shouldn't change, he might actually start to change his mind. And who knows, if they end up together, constantly being around someone who loves you for who you are might influence you into starting to love yourself as well!!!!!!

When it comes to Ray's insecurities, awww, it would be so wholesome!!!!! Because like... Don is not dumb, he probably knows that Ray hates himself. Pretty much everyone from GF knows that. But still it's just so beyond understanding for Don??? Because for him, Ray is just SO amazing. Like, he always admired and looked up to him, his entire childhood!!!!! So if Ray ever happened to express his loathing towards himself, Don would just be baffled and shocked, and he would start bursting all the things he finds incredible about Ray. But then Ray would be like "No, it's... I've done terrible things." And in his mind Don would go "oh... Right, there's that". Because like, he doesn't blame Ray for what he's done, none of his siblings does. They all think that it couldn't be helped, and that there was nothing that Ray, who was only a child, could have done to avoid it. Nonetheless, everyone also knows that Ray keeps blaming himself for that. But it's something Don has on the very back of his mind because? For him the slaughter of his siblings and Ray are completely unrelated concepts, and he just wishes it could be the same for Ray too. So he'd make this kind of face:

And would say something in the lines of "it's ok Ray, you don't have to worry about it anymore." and not to be cheesy but he would take him from his cheeks and say "look at me!! Look at you!!!!! We're alive, that's all that matters :)" AND THEN HE WOULD GIVE HIM A BIG HUG BECAUSE I CAN SWEAR DON WOULD GIVE THE BEST BEAR HUGS. Then Ray would say something like "I've also been unfair to you. I was willing to make everyone believe you were mama's spy" because YOU KNOW how Ray has some kind of hypermnesia and he would never let that go, and that's on the list of the things he will never forgive himself for. And Don tries to laugh over it like "yeah that was kind of a jerk move wasn't it?" and then Ray would unwillingly make the most regretful sad puppy face and Don would be like "WAIT THAT WASN'T WHAT I MEANT I WAS KIDDING REALLY" azbnxjdjxsizbjsjsbsjfturdxgu.

I just think about this panel a lot because... Yeah I think Ray would never forgive himself for that? Like, there's a long list of things Ray will never forget himself for, but I think to have tried to unfairly put the blame on Don, who was so good and kind-hearted, for something he hadn't done keeps haunting him. I think even if he tries not to think about it, he would end up remembering about it every time he spends time with Don, with Don having not a single clue so yeah... Angst.

Ok, another thing that makes the Ray / Don relationship different from the one between Emma and Ray and that makes it very appealing to me is how Ray and Don... Don't know each other. Like when it comes to Emma and Ray, they know each other so well: they've been best friends since forever, and their bond grew only stronger once they escaped; they often don't need to talk to each other to know what the other is thinking, because they just know. With Ray and Don, that just isn't a thing!! Ray has been intentionally distancing himself from anyone that isn't Norman and Emma since he found out the truth of the orphanage, which was when he was very, very young. I don't know, I just... I think once he realizes they all can survive, he really wants to get to know his family better. Not that he didn't know anything about them- he is a great observer, he probably already knew about their hobbies and interests or abilities. It's more about... Wanting to apprehend the little things about them. Wanting to learn those personal words that they use when they speak, what kind of jokes they find funny, the sound of their laughs. In a way, he wants to make up for all the times he denied them to go play with them. SO OF COURSE I can bet he'd spend a lot of time with Don, because he was the one always begging him to play with them? And if Ray sometimes gave in to Emma and Norman, he never surrended (or: never allowed himself to) to anyone else. But I know Don was always there trying to push Ray to play with them!!!! I mean, Ray and Don shared rooms, and were the oldest ones of their rooms, so they must have been a little closer than how Ray was with the others (besides from Emma and Norman obvs) children: being the two oldest means they spent their morning routines helping the younglings together, and most likely had assigned chores that needed to do together. Don always asked Ray to join their games, no matter how many times he refused: Don is like that, he never loses hope. Also please consider this one that is like, my favorite Ray / Don art:

I think... Don doesn't really know how to properly behave around Ray. What I mean is that while Emma and Norman knew and understood Ray, got when he needed company or when he needed space, Don was just ignorant of all of that, and often ended up bothering or annoying Ray with his recurring requests of playing together. As in my experience of depression... Sometimes people who aren't depressed and can't understand your conditions might hurt you, even if unwillingly. But looking back at it after years have passed, your temporary pain or annoyance might not be what you'll be remembering about them, but you'll find yourself tenderly smiling at the other person's best efforts to love you, because that was very sweet of them. Of course this doesn't apply to everyone but that's exactly what Ray will think of Don because I'm soft for them ಥ_ಥ

There's just something so nice about Don not knowing Ray's habits and preferences!!!!!!!!!!!! This panel comes to my mind:

It's so beautiful and my second favorite Ray / Don panel because 1) Don excitedly hugging Ray: he's so happy that he came back safely and alive, he's even shedding tears??? This delivers such a great dose of serotonin just by looking at it and 2) it's clear that Don has NO IDEA what Ray's personal space and physical boundaries are which is... Kind of endaring in a way. It's like Don's love is too much for Ray to take, it's so cute (╥﹏╥) And who knows, maybe Ray will learn to love and find comfort in those big hugs of his!!!!

But yeah anywayyyyy back to the matter of course Ray would want to make up for all the times he denied Don to play with him!!!! And Don would obviously be flattered and delighted. Ray knows about Don's low self-esteem issues too, and that's a way for him to subtly tell Don "hey bro! You're great and I actually enjoy your presence and spending time with you", even if he probably wouldn't say it out loud.

Back on the "Don admires Ray" thing... I feel it's so nice how this will change once they get the chance to know each other. In my experience, it's much easier to admire someone when you don't know them, because their qualities are often the only thing you perceive about them. But once you get closer, and you really get to know them... You start seeing their flaws too. But it's not necessarily a bad thing! Maybe you will start loving that person for their flaws too, and that's definitely what happened to Don. Ray always seemed so perfect and flawless for Don, but now Don learns he's also broken and depressed. Does it change the fact is that Don loves him? Not at all!!! If else, Don loves him even more, because being able to be so great when you are broken and depressed really is something amazing. To put it in other words, Don's feelings changed to admiration to pure, genuine love, and I think that's a beautiful development!! I feel I need to stretch this part, because I've been talking about how much Don admires Ray which is nice when they were still distant, but I want to reiterate that once they get to know each other better, for Don love will substitute admiration, which in my opinion makes it an healthy, belanced relationship. And the best part is that it seems like they DID get to know each other better!!!!! This moment?????

It's TWO (2) panels of them thinking in unison, completely being on the same page!!!! Out of all the people there, they were the only ones to think about doubting Hayato and Jin which is 👀👀 very wholesome in terms of their interactions. It's evident that Don has learnt a lot from Ray, which is so nice!!!!! I like to think Ray has learnt some social life hacks and social skills from Don as well :')

Wow this got long. But like, there's still so much I love about them... The "opposites attract" trope is just a favorite of mine, and how you may have noticed they literally are the foil of each other. I just find their relationship so heartwarming!!!!!! So following various random headcanons as they come to my mind:

• Ray would be the one to go "life is a nightmare the world is endless pain and we're born solely to suffer but I guess you're ok".

• I think they would have tons of fun cooking together: Don is kinda good at cooking, but he has absolutely no method compared to Ray and he would end up putting the kitchen upside down if it wasn't for Ray. Ray is extremely methodical and precise when cooking, he has an almost scientific approach to it, so he'd often be like "here, let me show you how to do it" and Don would just be like loving eyes because his boyfriend is so good at everything and he loves him so much. Oh and he'd hug Ray from behind a lot while they're cooking because I'm soft for domestic fluff and I swear they're the best.

• Ray's the one who preferes staying home rather than going outside, but Don is the kind of person who will simply die if he doesn't get his daily dose of vitamin d so they'd probably reach an agreement by going to long walks through not visited places, especially woods since they're reminiscent of the happy times of their childhood. I can see them starting rock climbing together, since they probably feel the need to compensate for the lack of adrenaline they were used to in the demon world. But really they could do anything as long as they're together, because they just love each other a lot.

• But I believe they would definitely have a lot of fun at home as well!!! They'd probably play video games a lot ahah. I feel like Don would really enjoy playing video games, so he often tries to persuade Ray into joining him. On his end, Ray will take advantage of Don's game consoles to read visual novels.

• OH LISTEN TO THIS: you know how the fandom collectively agrees that Ray has a beautiful singing voice? Well Don cannot sing on tune to save his life. Which is a shame because he loves singing! I mean look at his cheerful, upbeat personality, it's clear he'd be the one to constantly hum when he's doing chores and stuff, both back at GF and in their times at the shelter. It's probably something he doesn't even realize he's doing, which came out to be a problem during their excursions through demon forests ahah. Needless to say, people often told him to shut up, because he was fairly painful to listen to. But not Ray!!! It would be perfect for them to move together, because Ray loves Don's cheerful, off tune humming. People suspect Ray only tolerates it out of love, but Ray knows that's not the case? For him, it's just very beautiful. I think it kinda reminds him of how heartfelt things are beautiful in their own authenticity and sincerity, rather than things that look perfect and immaculate from the outside but are in reality cold and insincere no shade Grace Field House. And Isabella.

• Also hear me out: you know how Ray has a lot of knoweledge about like, everything? I feel like Don would take the habit to ask him questions on how nature works just to listen to him talk. Because Ray doesn't talk a lot on his own initiative, Don would try to prompt him with numerous, increasingly dumber questions. But since Don is a GF scholar as well, I think their conversations would sound more like this "Wait, which was a hypothetical string theory weightless particle again?" "Don, string theory was a age 7 kind of question, this is some pretty basic stuff... According to the physics string theory-"

• The thing is, Don really loves Ray's laugh, so he usually acts way dumber than he really is when he's around just to make him laugh.

• They'd have the most fun going stargazing!! I think I've never mentioned it before, but I've always headcanoned that Ray put particular effort into studying constellations at GF, for those are one of the main means of orientation. I know Ray didn't plan to survive long enough to use that knowledge but... It's likely that deep deep down part of him still wanted to survive, you know? That lead to Ray knowing the constellations like the back of his hand. On his own, Don had a very few occasions to stop and admire the night sky: at GF, the children weren't allowed to go out during night; and I'm not saying he never looked up at the sky after they escaped, but also... Yeah I guess you wouldn't let your guard down by spending a lot of time looking at the sky when you're wandering in a forest haunted by wild demons. What I'm saying is that Ray and Don in the human world would go stargazing a lot, and Don would point at each star in the whole firmament asking Ray to give it a name. They're just... Very cute dorks.

• Don carries Ray around whenever he's sleepy or depressed, which is way more hilarious once you take into account that, according to the fanbook, Ray is 3cm taller than Don. I just relistened to your Lover analysis on insta and it reminded me how Lover was done so dirty. Covid killed it, loverfest canceled, people were turned off by ME...Like there are all these people who don't know that SYGB or Afterglow exist. And even though I'm glad it was her first album that she owns for real, that also means it won't get a re-record for people to hear about later. I even forgot about some of the songs because I've been so focused on folkmore and re-records.

First of all thank you so much for thinking anything I produce is worth a relisten or reread - that’s such a humbling and heartwaming thought that someone would take the time and interest in something I’ve done or said not once but twice. Thank you, really.

But also gosh it’s so true. It really is the album that had a lot of good things going for it that for SO many reasons didn’t get a real chance to shine. Some songs off Lover are some of my all time favourites in Taylor’s entire discography and it’s sadly an LP that has to live in the shadow of dashed plans and the greatness that is folklore and evermore.

So, I was checking on my very old Twitter account and I remembered that once someone told me they saw my Luhan with fangs edit so I looked up and it’s truly amazing and heartwarming to see that people actually enjoyed it a lot <3 Like if you type “vampire luhan” in google image it’s the first result ._. even though I wanted to make him as a werewolf it makes me so fucking happy!! There was even this amazing artist who was inspired to fanart my edit??!!! And she’s so fucking nice and humble about everything O_O

I think we talk too much about the amount of notes but never enough about details like that, and even in 50 years from now I will always cherish this edit and how people loved it.

先月もここで書かせていただいた新型肺炎（コロナウィルス）についてですが、状況はどんどん悪くなっていますね。3月はことごとく予定が中止になり、それもこの先まだまだ続きそうです。暮らしへの影響は避けられそうもなく、今も今後も不安な気持ちが続くと思うと正直げんなりしてしまいます。早く収束しますように。

 思えば9年前、3.11東日本大震災がありました。その年に咲いた桜がすごく印象に残っています。「まだまだ。これからだぜ」と言わんばかりに震災をくぐりぬけ咲き誇っていた綺麗な桜でした。そんなこともあり、今年は五十嵐聡さんの撮影してくれた桜の写真をトップページに採用させていただきました。雲と桜の配置が絶妙で、花びらの立体感がすごく良いです。

Drama rec masterlist

This drama was recommended to me by a dear mutual of mine that swore I would love it. And boy was she right, this has become one of my all-time favourites and I can definitely see myself watching this again.

First off, Kang-ho.. ugh, god I love this character so much! He will melt your heart, trust me! And the way Shi-yoon is able to bring both characters to life is phenomenal - it really is like they’re two completely different people down to their very mannerisms.

This also brings me to what I love the most about this drama - they play with the concepts of good and bad, and how perfection can be very decieving. It’s a little hard to explain really without going into too much detail; but I love how they show that just because you live a ‘perfect life’ it doesn’t mean you’re happy and that just because you have a record it doesn’t mean you’re a bad person.

It’s just such a heartwaming yet heartbreaking drama.

And as usual with dramas I really like, I have a hard time finding things to say... Just go watch it! You won’t regret it, I promise!

Courtney-Marcus Moment #1

As heartwarming it is for Zia and Rayna to invite Courtney to the activities of the Camp Pop kids, it’s also heartwaming for Marcus to get Courtney to be involved in the activities. During the song “Brand New Sound,” Courtney is mostly a wallflower, while the Camp Pop kids since and dance. Without prompting, Marcus gets Courtney to join in by offering her his microphone, and in pushing her forward to showcase some dance moves.

One thing I noticed at the end was that Courtney looks back and smiles. To the audience, this is at us, but in context, this would be back at Marcus, mainly. Kinda like, “thanks for breaking the ice and getting me out of my shell a bit.”
