Ah see I do tend to ignore Bruce hitting his kids bc I think it more reflects badly on who ever is writing him at the time then something Bruce would actually do especially when they the writers say shit like oh it was just for dramatic effect or it was necessary for the story, there's also a part of me that doesn't want to normalise it and by actually using it as a criticism against Bruce I feel like that ligitimises it in a way by saying thats a flaw Bruce has instead of focusing on the shitty writing of it bc it is if you need Bruce to hit one of his children to make a scene dramatic then you shouldn't be a writing batman stories but that's just my opinion lmao
