hey you know how Haikara Walker hasn't seen a single sign of an official english localization after all these years?
wouldn't it be crazy if it got fully fan translated and typeset. cover to cover. that sure would be crazy.
anyway don't click this google doc link. and be sure to avoid this internet archive link.
....but if you do click those links, be sure to read the credits! I did a lot of translations and editing, but not all of it, and I had no part in the gargantuan task of typesetting and formatting. @mk_squid (insta link) is especially who made this possible, as well as @wassuppeas!
I wrote an article on the rise of Japanese restaurants in Paris for the Autumn 2022 issue of Metropolitan magazine. Read it for free here: https://metropolitan-eurostar.com/issues/autumn-2022
ive been wanting to compile some of the locker decorations that are inspired by things from background details in splatoon 2 (mostly mako mart) so heres most of the ones i know of
notable that the cereal box designs were changed in splatoon 3's version of mako mart to reflect how the decorations look
additionally, the processed cheese and crunchy snacks decorations (L) are based on concept art that can be found in splatoon 2's artbook (R)
so i was on Pinterest and i found this duo that is kinda similar to the cuttlefish duo (coikals) is there any information about these two girls? they kinda look like a k pop or j pop duo
"We usually think of cans being filled with food or drink, but
these fun cans contain toys instead. They can be found in E04
Heinous 8-Ball Station. It gives off the sort of excitement like
one gets with a capsule toy, as the contents are unknown until
opened. Inside the can with the brave, helmeted squid on it are
small plastic models for boys. The can with the cute squid girls
on it contain things like accessories and stickers meant for girls."
