Buenas! A mis alumnas de esta mañana les dí una "tarea" para realizar durante la semana y quiero compartírtela por si querés sumarte. La idea es que te tomes un momento para reflexionar y elegir a 3 personas a las que quieras darle las gracias por algo. A esas tres personas, entre hoy y el martes próximo, tenés que hacerle llegar escrito en papel, por mail o WhatsApp (la vía que vos prefieras, pero que sea por escrito) eso por lo que le estás agradecido/a. "Tarea" o propuesta súper sencilla, accesible, pero que te propongo que hagas realmente a consciencia.  Tomáte el tiempo que necesites para conectar con la gratitud, para elegir a esas tres personas y para armar la redacción de tu agradecimiento hacia ellas. La semana próxima compartimos cómo nos fue. ¿Te sumás? #gratitudechallenge P.D: en la foto te muestro los sobrecitos chinos en los que voy a hacer llegar mis agradecimientos.
