Detroit.... Thank you for the wonderful weekend! I had the BEST time! I had the opportunity to hang out with my Mom & Dad on Friday night and Saturday morning... Then I hung out with my daughter Tylar and Jamez... And of course the main reason for making the trip was to create a bond with my Grandson Dakarai! The bond has been created and our family is just as Hod intended! I had the welcomed and blessed opportunity to see our Family Friend, Debra (she used to babysit ME and my sister). I stayed with my sister so I awoke every morning and went to bed with good times with my Sister, Sabrina, my brother-in-law (AKA My Brother) Paul while chilling with my two favorite nephews in the whole wide world... Bryce and Grant! I got to see and meet NEW family friends, meet my nephews new girlfriend, and hang with my Cousin Ashley! To add icing to this beautifully made cake of experiences, I was blessed with a visit from My Daughter’s Mom Carole, got to visit with my mother-in-law Joan. Hang out with my other brother Andrew, meet his daughter. All of this activity was sparked by the birth of my Grandson! I even got to see Jamez Grandma and meet his Dad too. Oh yes... And how could I forget when we were shopping today, I even got a chance to chat with Jamez Mother who is in my city, Washington DC right now. Wheh... I know it sounds like a lot and it was! But it was all in love and fun! I also got to speak with my Manager Joseph’s Mother completing the weekend! Now I am on the plane... Looking at pictures and videos, and looking forward to My return to Detroit August 2-4 when I perform at Charivari! What a weekend and now it’s time to get back HOME!
