Outside of film, she starred in the HBO supernatural drama series The Leftovers (2014–2017), the BBC period drama series Gunpowder (2017), the ITV/Hulu period drama series Harlots (2018–2019) and the Fox procedural drama series 9-1-1: Lone Star (2020).

She is also a singer. Having sung with composer Howard Shore, she appeared as guest vocalist on The Lemonheads' album Varshons (2009) singing a cover of the Leonard Cohen song "Hey, That's No Way to Say Goodbye". She appeared on the 2017 bonus disk of Evan Dando's album Baby I'm Bored (2003) providing featured vocals for the song "Shots Is Fired". In 2011, she released her debut single, "Need You Tonight".

She has served as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador for the United States since 2003, and as a spokesperson for Givenchy's line of perfume and cosmetics. She is the daughter of Steven Tyler and Bebe Buell, although she has a very close relationship with her adoptive father Todd Rundgren.

Are you ready to say goodbye to 2022 🙋‍♀️? I am! I'm also excited to attend the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas next week! 🥳 The last time I was there IRL was in 2020, right before Covid 😷. There were "virtual CES" events in 2021-2022, but as Marvin Gaye & Tammy Terrell sang, 🎤 "Ain't Nothing Like the Real Thing, Baby.🎶" A hundred companies & PR agencies have flooded my inbox with press releases 📧. I chose exhibitors, products & demos to investigate 🕵️‍♀️, including @getpivo, a fantastic content creation tool📱, & @inuru_official, designed to reduce packaging waste & prints light✨, plus a dozen others. There are 11 official venues & 2K+ exhibitors covering 2M sq feet (185,800 sq. meters) of exhibit space 🗺️. Seeing everything is impossible, so I created a list to help me spend my time efficiently 📋. I'll write a more extended post on one of my blogs ✍️ & maybe upload clips on my nearly moribund YouTube channel 🎞️. I'll be at CES alone (with 100,000 fellow tech enthusiasts) on my 70th BD🎈. I started social media when I was in my mid-50s & was already among the older people at the time📱. This is all to say, you can be any age and have fun! Social media has always been a great equalizer ⚖️. You have access to everyone from public figures 🌟 to everyday folks & sometimes surprising relationships form. I think most everyone can agree that 2020 will not be missed and we’re all ready for 2021. It’s been a challenging, chaotic year for a lot of people, but we’ve somehow managed to make it through.

There are so many people here -- some I’m close friends with, some I talk to here and there, and some that I’ve never even spoken to at all -- that I could thank who helped get me through this year. Whether it was from talks over personal things, fics, fanart, random messages - some that turned into new friendships, support on my own works, or just comical shit posts that made me laugh, I found this hellsite to be a place to escape the every day challenges.

I’ve gained some incredible friendships, which is something that I never expected when I joined this fandom. And in the new year, I hope to get to know more people, read more incredible stories, and stumble across more amazing fanart and comical shit posts. I hope everyone stays safe and Happy New Year! 🥳

Family, ang dami nating misunderstandings this year but still we remained close and naaayos naman naten yung mga problem. Madami din tayong blessings na natanggap this year at madaming reasons to be thankful for, kahit na ganto yung situation ngayon especially yung health natin dahil walang nagkasakit satin. ❤️

Friends, from close friends to online friends and to friends na di na nakausap or back to strangers, we survived 2020 nang di masyado nagkikita Hahahaha miss na miss ko na tumawa with friends kahit yung simpleng tambay lang na walang ibang ginawa kundi tumawa at chumika 🤣 Yung mga online friends ko na minsan di ko na namemessage, pasensya na, nilamon na ng trabaho 🤣 Sana makita ko na kayo ulet soon. Tapos tamang travel na din 🥺❤️

Self, Well done this year. Sobrang dami mong pinagdaanan HAHAHA ilang beses nag breakdown, na stress at nagkasakit pero naging strong padin. Minsan di ko nalang din alam sa sarili ko paano ko na overcome lahat ng ganap this year. Ang hirap mag adjust sa new normal and mga bagong set up. Punong puno ng ups and downs, kiligs and heartbreaks, mixed emotions, etc. Tapos isa pa, good job on improving yourself. This year ko natutunan ang SELF LOVE. I learned to choose my sanity over other things, kasi dati sobrang dedicated ko sa lahat ng bagay kahit na pagod na ko, tanggap lang ng tanggap, pero ngayon, Na realize ko na hindi worth it. Tapos insecurity, well I won’t say na naovercome ko na ang insecurity, kasi ang hirap lalo na sa mga past experiences na nangyari saken, pero what I like about me is that I learned to dress myself well, kasi dati as in literal na jeans-shirt girl lang ako, kasi I had this stage na nahihiya ako mag fit ng damit sa mall kasi walang kasya sakin kaya I always have this mentality noon na “buti pa sya maganda” “sana sexy din ako” “di naman ako maganda ee” kaya madalas ako mainsecure. Then lastly, I realized how important ang health, na tuto ako maging concern sa sarili ko, from skin care hanggang internal organs ko concerned na ko HAHAHAHAHA ganorn.
