Lmao technically I am American, like I was adopted by Americans and given citizenship when I was 8, but biologically yeah 100% Deutsch. I mean I always kept in touch with my Oma and visited her in Germany so I still very much identity with the culture and am of course fluent, but most of my life was spent in the States. Definitely prefer Germany over America, like I moved back asap lol

Though, I was always (probably still am) god awful at WRITING in English and was literally about to start an English degree, so that’s the only reason these fics exists. I would cry if I read the first half of hush hush I just know the writing is terrible, I am so sorry for that, it was literally just me trying to write better in English 😭 it definitely helped tho, I’m happy with my English writing skills now, they’re as good as they’re gonna get
