Today's garden dab is... Gelato Rosin 💚 (Thin mint GSC x Sunset Sherbert) This is the Nectar Gelato from out FOOP vs. Nectar challenge. Wow. Just wow. The sweet, intense orange hits you in the face just the way I like it! She is powerful, mouth watering, and so orangie!!! My favorite breakfast treat! Who needs actual vitamin C when you have Gelato orangie goodness?!? I'm kidding, you need vitamin C or you'll get scurvy, which is characterized by bleeding gums and wounds that have previously healed, reopening. Ew. Poppy!!! This is the first year I attempted to grow poppies, and I just adore this flower! Her petals are delicate, like paper. There are 8 main types of poppies, they come in red, orange, white, yellow, and even blue! If you over water your poppies, they will get tall and leggy. Deadhead the old blooms to encourage more flowers, or leave them to seed and get more poppies! Today's garden dab is... Gelato Rosin. It's incredible. The end.😘 Hazel Grace. This dog. Somehow managed to actually break her harness yesterday with the force of her 40 pound body. We were visiting a friend's campsite, @karpy13 , and Hazel was attached to the Camper/trailer, on a long leash so she could roam around. Well, there was another dog passing by, and this dog sounded like a squeaker toy. Like a tiny, cute, little, fluffy, white dog. Hazel Grace, (not graceful), charged, and before anyone could react she had reached the end of the line and the harness snapped. This was a thick, two inches of padded fabric, reinforced, and it busted. Poor girl is not wanting to do the stairs this morning. I think her shoulder may be a little sore. We shall rest today... Dumb dog, that I love with all of my heart. But, what a dumbass. She is bright, orangie, sweet, and skunky! The amount of frost on her this rip is insane. She is the mama of our 2 Gelato twins that are participating in the FOOP vs Nectar Challenge!💚 Damn, she's a good Mama! Today, my body feels like it is really adjusting to the reduction in medicine. I've been combating the pain with exercise, yoga, meditation, and cannabis and CBD! Also, noticing that I'm not as sleepy all the time. I'm taking Excedrin only once a day, if at all. I was taking it twice a day, everyday, since February! This is awesome. No more pills, soon! I am totally gonna squash this shit. Bye Bye, Lyrica. You suck! Happy Friday! Today's garden dab is... Gelato Rosin ❇️ Grown and Squished by @nikkisnugs ❇️ Gelato is amazing. There is not much else to say. She has an abundance of orange flavor! Bursting! Overwhelming and delightful all at the same time🤯. She's perfect! As long as you like oranges.😉🍊 How much do we you know about your endocannabinoid system or ECS? Did you know you can have an endocannabinoid system deficiency? Well, in "theory"... What if your body did not produce enough of your own endocannabinoids, or body made cannabinoids. The reason we love cannabis so much is because THC mimics out own happy molecule, Anandamide. Anandamide is a naturally occurring arachidonic acid derivative present in some foods and mammalian brains. This messenger molecule that plays a role in pain, depression, appetite, memory and fertility. (I looked it up on the interwebs) So, could there be a connection as to why we all consume cannabis? Maybe we have a deficiency in one or some combination of these areas. Possibly all? From personal research, I can say that with a daily CBD supplement (20:1 tincture, or a CBD RSO), and lots of THC (mostly dabs), I can manage my chronic pain (spondylolisthesis thesis), depression, and anxiety. Surround yourself with the things that bring you joy! Like this @dakecorp B10 press with @dabpress caged 4x2 hotplates. This setup is perfect for the homegrower, who also appreciates concentrates...no chemicals. I prefer not using the micron bags. I feel like too much oil gets wasted, and if you use a pre press mold you really don't get a lot, if any, plant material in your final product. Rosin for all! Rosin for me!!!!
