365 Marvel Comics Paper Cut-Out SuperHeroes - One Hero, Every Day, All Year…
Supporting Character Supplemental - Nomad / Rikki Barnes
Rebecca ‘Rikki’ Barnes was born in Dimension F, a pocket reality created by Franklin Richards so to save the lives of his family and The Avengers.  These heroes sacrificed the, selves to destroy the villain Onslaught and Richard’s subconsciously created a whole new reality to transport them to.  This reality with replete with an earth populated by countless sentient souls that Franklin had manifested into creation by his awesome powers.
Rikki was one of the beings created on this earth, the granddaughter of Captain America’s allies during the Second World War.   An accomplished athlete and talented dancer, young Rikki became involved with the affairs of Captain America when her older brother fell in with a villainous group led by The Red Skull.  Nikki made her own costume reminiscent of that worn by Cap’s war-time partner, Bucky, and eventually won Cap over to accepting her aide.  As the new Bucky, Rikki, Captain America and The Falcon were able to defeat the Red Skull.  From there on out, Rikki continued on as Cap’s sidekick.
Ultimately, Franklin’s constructed dimension began to break down.  Franklin was able to transport the original heroes back to Earth 616, but the other residents of Dimension F were doom and would have perished had it not been for the intervention of the Celestial known as Ashema, who fortified the dimension as its own distinct alternate reality.
Following further adventures alongside The Thunderbolts and her own team, the Young Allies, Rikki would eventually transport to the 616 Universe due to the mechanisms of a remnant of Onslaught trying to return.   Taking on the new alias of ‘Nomad,’ Rikki would have further adventures and recreated a new iteration of The Young Allies.  She came to discover that Onslaught was using her as a conduit to facilitate his return.  Hence Rikki chose to sacrificer herself in order to prevent Onslaught’s return.
Following the Secret Wars event, Rikki was resurrected in a new world created by Franklin Richards and the Future Foundation.  Continuing on as Nomad, Rikki joined the Future Foundation and had further adventures alongside the team.  During this time, she had a romanced with her teammate, Julia Power (Lightspeed).
The heroine first appeared in the pages of Heroes Reborn #½ (1996).

i know it’s played as a gag in canon but i have so many ideas about byakuya’s feelings on the imposter……..post-UDG byakuya watching the events of the neo world program unfold with makoto and kyoko and seeing the imposter promise to guide them all and not let any murders occur…
on one hand you could wave it off as him then going, “and look where that got them, they ended up being the first victim! if i had acted like that, that would’ve been me.”
on the other hand… byakuya seeing himself as the perfect version of what the imposter is trying to be, and thinking, “if i had acted like that, i would’ve done things right, and maybe more of our class could’ve survived.”

It is a little rich that DR3 starts with Makoto being brought in for a disciplinary hearing. Kyoko is his boss. She's right there, she signed off on everything he did, and she doesn't show any particular sort of regret about how it shook out. Why is Makoto the one being arrested?
Tumblr media
I'd also love to know why all the survivors of the Killing School Life ended up in 14th Division, other than Hina. The listed purposes of the divisions on the wiki only make it more confusing:
Tumblr media
Those two divisions don't seem like they would have a lot of overlap, but Hina accompanies Makoto at his hearing. The head of the 13th Division didn't even show up. Hell, Byakuya, who had actually entered the Neo World Program, didn't attend.
Furthermore, I'm a little confused why Makoto wouldn't just be the head of the 14th Division if its purpose is PR. I'd understand having it be Kyoko if it was the 5th Division (intelligence, inquiry, and counter-espionage), but winning friends and influencing people is sort of Makoto's bag. I'd like to hope that it's because Makoto took a lesser position so he and Kyoko could stay together.
Even more confusing would be how the 14th Division would be in a position to attempt to rescue the Remnants of Despair. Then again, The Future Foundation might just be an organizational mess seeing as four division heads seem to be in a relationship with another division head at the beginning of DR3.
I'm not saying I'm outright calling for another anime about the day-to-day operations of the Future Foundation, but I'm not NOT saying that.
