Hello friend! I wish to ask something I pretty much ask most people who draw DR. Do you have any headcanons to do with the student council from the anime?

Hello! Truthfully I haven’t given them much thought before, but of course they did play an important role in the anime! I can’t say I really have any head cannons for them, but I did look back over the group and I think the pink haired girl had a cool design, so I redrew one of her scenes!

with your v3 remnant au, what weapons do they primarily use?

because Tenko and Gonta would just beat the shit out of anyone, Ryoma would presumably use the metal tennis balls, Maki would use any of her weapons, and Kiibo would use his blasters, but I'm unsure what Kaede or Shuichi, for example, would do if they needed to fight. Miu probably has gadgets, Angie has a cult, Tsumugi is mostly working undercover and Kaito probably has some kind of rocket blaster for funsies, but there's still a few with not much in the way of protection

I mean yeah you pretty much summed up most of them lol! Kaede and Shuichi don’t fight all that much, she’s usually performing or just cheering the others on from the side lines (though I did joke in the first post about her that Kaede would Loony Toons style drop pianos on people), and Shuichi is more of a strategist then a fighter, but I think he would probably have something like a dagger for protection (I’m sure Maki would make sure he wasn’t totally defenseless)

Himiko is kinda in a similar boat to Kaede, usually any of her victims would already be detained as part of her magic show so she isn’t much of a brawler. I think she’d have magic related weapons if she did have to, like vials of acid that are ‘potions’ and such.

Kokichi would probably just use whatever lol, I think he often tests Miu’s new inventions, so it would be really hard for the future foundation to predict what he’d have at any given moment.

Rantaro has all the Kamakura talents so he’s totally set lol.

Kirumi is also super competent, she doesn’t get into too many fights herself but she commands a vast army and has a lot of firepower at her disposal.

I think Korekiyo would probably favour a sword, but he’d be pretty good with a large swath of weapons too (he’s got all that practice from being a serial killer lol)

First half of the Woh for the Pokémon au! I tried to keep their designs largely the same but with more distinctly Pokémon elements, and as I mentioned in the last post the kids each have one of the Unova genies instead of their giant robot mechs (and then they have their real Pokémon partners too)

Afraid not, the v3 kiddos aren’t around for the thh remnant au, the main plot of this one is set mid tragedy so even if they had been at Hopes Peak at the same time they wouldn’t really have a part

Tokomaru Pokémon au! Komaru has an affinity for ghost Pokémon lol hence her Shuppet, and giving her a Pawmi was mostly just based on vibes. Similarly giving Toko a Mimikyu just seemed right, and then her Nincada is because of her pet stink bug in canon. Toko can’t actually use the mega stone that’s on her tie, it’s only Syo’s (I’m thinking mega mawile 👀) and then I gave Komaru a Dynamax band bc I think she should get to use giant kaiju Pokémon, as a treat. I haven’t given too much thought to how the udg plot would fit in the Pokémon universe, but I do think the Warriors of Hope would each have one of the Unova genies instead of their giant robots (Monaca gets something bigger)

Well the inspiration was basically just that I heard the audio on tiktok and thought it was really cool and reminded me of the woh since it had those sort of melancholy tragedy vibes, and it was when I was right in the middle of watching udg so they were on the top of my mind.

I’m not sure where the public circus bathroom comes in lol but I have always shipped Mahiru and Sato, I actually watched Despair Arc before I knew anything about the second game (or that there were games at all lol I just thought it was the second season of the anime and would be about the thh kids)

Is the last bit a reference to that ‘Gay or European’ song? I suppose that could fit Sonia lol, though I’d likely say Bi or aromantic for her.

Thoughts on a Kazuichi/Mahiru date and how it would go?

I'm not sure! I think an activity might be the way to go as opposed to just like going to a cafe and talking the whole time, I think Kazuichi would really benefit from having something else to focus on so he doesn’t get too in his head. But probably not too competitive because I think Mahiru might get frustrated if Kaz is under performing. Painting mugs might be their best bet! That or something else where they each working on their own thing but doing it together.

I did indeed! Monaca sure is a character lol. I do see why people don’t like her, but also like the other woh did a lot of terrible stuff too and all of them were just little kids so it seems like the fandom tends to judge Monaca much more harshly then the others which seems kindaaaa unfair. Like blame her family or Junko lol they’re why she’s like this at the end of the day.

#going into udg with the context that the woh were essentially remnants of despair helped explain a lot of their behaviour #so I wasn’t super surprised by a lot of what they were doing because that’s what I come to expect from people in despair #it is a very complex situation with them though #which is interesting but tricky #but I’m remnant au central lol who am I to judge monaca more then the rest of them #ask game #monaca towa #udg
