this song is a bit of a sad/angsty one but !! immortal by reinaeiry. as the title suggests, it's about an immortal falling in love with the same soul over and over again. beel, being a demon, is immortal while i'm merely human. i won't delve too much into the details because i wanna keep this post happy, but you're free to imagine what it's like. :'))

8. How do they fit into their canon world? What’s their role to play, if any? Do they have a big destiny? Or do they more live as a side character that’s helpful for the protagonists/antagonists?

[om s/i] kazuo is basically one of the three mc's in their world (the other two being their best friends/adopted siblings). in the game, only one person (which is the player) would be placed in situations that would deepen their bond with the brothers, but i and my friends altered canon to give each of us equal screentime (and to emphasize more of our relationships with our favorite brothers). so they're technically the main character but not the "main" main character? if that made sense at all HAHAHAHA. she kinda fits the role of their late younger sister, so the brothers consider her as an important figure in their life.

[aa s/i] sie is more of a supporting background character. i haven't really put too much thought into it, but i don't think they'd be appearing in any trials. however, i do think she'd sit in the gallery/audience often to support miles and/or phoenix. as a psychologist, she can give tips or advice to either one of the two lawyers based on what they've gathered from a person's body language/behavior. she'd often appear before or after a trial, maybe even in investigations wherein phoenix will be able to interact with them. to miles, she's the equivalent of what mia fey is to phoenix, but rather than a superior, she's more of a support pillar for him.

[gi s/i] vance, like every other character in the game, is a side character. the player would probably meet him early game as he resides in mondstadt and is a part of the knights of fa.vonius as well. there would probably be a quick side quest for him too, since he's the most trusted mechanic in the region and would probably ask the traveler for a favor that could help him in his works. but in the end, he would feel bad (since it's rare for him to ask for help) and would offer the traveler blueprints for devices or lessons for constructing gadgets as his way of saying thanks.

[gi s/i] eldoris is affiliated with the crux fleet, but the traveler would probably meet him way before they request bei.dou to take them to inazuma. don't know when exactly, but the traveler can use this acquaintance as an advantage to get to bei.dou more quickly. he's just a cheeky pirate roaming around liyue (and constantly causing trouble for the yuheng LMAOO), so he probably wouldn't ask the traveler to do anything for him. he'd just appear in some quests to greet them and interact with some characters. his destiny, well, it's probably going to be something regarding his late father. maybe a treasure that has been lost and been tracked by his father for a very long time but to no avail.
