It's been a while!

Grilling season is over here in Germany, yet this was still sitting in my WIP folder ready to upload.

Today I bring you, my favourite grilled tofu skewers recipe, simified. Available in two versions: as a standalone custom food, or as a default replacement for the BG ribs.

Grandma's Comfort Soup Default Replacement for The Sims 2

This is a default replacement for the Grandma Soup. It's one of the Oni Soups I made some time ago. You'll need the serving and dinner plate for it to work. I put them in the download archive but if you already have them you don't need them.

TS4: Backyard Stuff - Food Items Override

I hope everyone's doing well ^^

I was creating an override for the kitchen bottles, and some time ago I was asked to replace this drinks tray from "Backyard Stuff". So I decided to create a separate override for this pack :)

*It overrides: the drinks tray, the juice jar, the three drink glasses, and the powdered drinks can.

*The sim use the wooden spoon to mix the juice. So I created a golden spoon for them to use instead (it's golden to match the tray handle).

NOTE: This golden spoon does not override the wooden spoon. It's a new item that they'll use only to mix the juice. The overrides for the kitchen spoon will be posted soon, just like the spatula overrides :)

*I also added a mod to change the drinks prices to be §15 simoleons. It makes more sense, at leats in my opinion (I wouldn't pay §144 for a jar of powdered juice I made in my own house, would you? 😅).

ABOUT THE JAR: At first I had made another juice jar, in a more rounded/realistic style. But that animation of the ice cubes and lemons inside it, and also the juice the sim pours, are all premade meshes that can't be edited.

I tried removing them, but then it looked empty and boring. So I decided to just remake EA's jar design, so the effects could stay there :)

More Realistic Pizza Default Maxis Match

I thought I'd share this as I liked @jacky93sims pizza default but wanted it more maxis match, so I used her mesh and found the original textures and ran them through an ai upscaler and a bit of photoshop and this was the result, if you want a pizza that still resembles the old but more realistic DOWNLOAD HERE

Since MicaClan raises kits with the whole "it takes a village" mentality, but they also kind of disregard outsiders/things that make them uncomfortable, was Mudkit neglected compared to Hawkkit, Puddlekit, and Whitekit?

Yeah, I'd say he was a bit. I think most everyone in the clan was banking on the "someone else will do it, so I specifically don't have to" mentality, as far as affection goes. He got enough to eat, and was kept warm just like the other kittens, but I think he lacked the more individual affections that the other kits got from their clanmates :(

#ask #mudpaw #mudlore #I think they would've been conscientious about him getting enough food/staying warm because he was in such rough shape when they got him #but for things they would see as less dire #like emotional support/comfort #they would probably default to 'somebody else will probably take care of that'

Baby Food Default Replacement 🍎

This is a quick texture replacement for baby food using the applesauce texture from The Sims 4 that I edited slightly. The texture size is increased from 128x128 to 256x256.

Place this package file in your Mods -> Overrides folder.

TS4: Bar Items Replacement

One more food replacement for you ^^

This time it's the bar items :)

DOWNLOAD VERSIONS:

* There are two versions:

- Brands ver: In this version the green, blue and yellow bottles will be replaced by Heineken beer, Bartenura Moscato wine and Budweiser beer. For Simmers who prefer a more realistic game :)

- EA inspired ver: I remade the tree EA bottles, but in an alpha version. The texts are writen in Simlish :)

* NOTE: You can only use one of these two versions.

ABOUT THIS DOWNLOAD:

* Bar Items replaced: The tree drink bottles, the water bottle, the cocktail shaker, the swizzle stick, the lighter, the limes, the ice cubes, the cleaning sponge.

* As you may know, Sims use these same bottles while cooking. But this download will only replace the items at the bar. I'll be posting more specific items for the kitchen soon :)

* I also decided to create a separate replacement version for the bar cleaning sponge. This way, if you are using the kitchen sponge override, they will be separate versions (one will not affect the other).
