This is part three of our Pride Series, drawn by our lovely headmate Lucinder (she/her)! The previous part was of Flowariskriel + Mad-Alphyne, and this part is centered around our fanfic "What A Lie" (which we’ve posted a few chapters for here on Tumblr, but update regularly on AO3) Context cant exactly be given at this time for this image (since the fanfiction isnt finished yet) but just know that's Chara, Asriel, and Flowey (Azzy and Flowey sharing a body, since they are a system/headmates in this AU.) Feel free to make guesses for why we chose to draw them for WAL's pride picture.

The colors on Asriel's petal-bracelet is for bisexuality, since we headcanon Asriel as bi, and the flag Azzy is holding is the trans flag, since we headcanon him as a transboy. The colors on the bracelets on Flowey's vine are for aceflux, aroflux, and demiboy, since those are our headcanons for Flowey. The shirt Chara is wearing is the non-binary colors, since WAL's Chara is non-binary. The rainbow flag they're wearing is for their queerness in general ^v^ And the pride flags by the words are the "queer" flags, since, well...all three of them identify as queer!

Age - 12ish

Clover fell down into Mt. Ebbot to find the other Humans, NOT EXPECTING TO MEET THEIR GHOSTS.

Now having to search across the Underground to find their SOULs, Clover has to make sure everyone's happy & generally OK so once they reach the surface... They'll be sure that the ghosts can truly rest in peace.

Clover is admittedly a little silly despite trying to be a cool cowboy. Falling over from time to time, not having the best aim... Needless to say, Flowey's had to RELOAD quite a bit.

And by a bit, I mean a lot.

Patience:

She/They/Its

Age Upon Death - 9

Wanders the Dark Ruins looking for their big brother (Bravery), commonly following random monsters & watching them out of pure boredom.

They commonly lose their plush, "Bunnie", around the Ruins, as while they can manage to hold it... It still falls out of their grasp when they aren't paying attention. Don't worry, Clover helps them find it again!

He/They/Its

Age Upon Death - 15

Guiltridden after causing the deaths of himself & his little sister's (Patience), Bravery's soul is buried in Snowdin's thick icy snow. Barely out of reach from reuniting with his sibling.

Clover & Patience come across Bravery's ghost, said ghost immediately rushing toward them upon sewing Patience. Hugging her tightly. He tries his best to guide Clover while also taking care of & diverting most of his attention toward his sister.

But could you BLAME him he missed her SO MUCH.

Perseverance:

They/Its

Age Upon Death - 14

Perseverance is very unhappy about the circumstances of their death, & complains about everything in the Underground because of it. They'd rather just study all the flora & fauna while being left completely alone. Regardless, the other Humans still talk to Perseverance for company despite them being antisocial. Except for Integrity, who also likes to be left alone. They tolerate Integrity because of this.

Perseverance's soul is found by a monster trying to get it to Asgore or a Royal Guard member early on in the dunes. Luckily, Clover stops them &... Perseverance just complains that they could've handled it & didn't need some "cosplayer'''s help. Yeah, sure, keep telling yourself that.

Kindness:

All/Any Pronouns

Age Upon Death - 14

Kindness befriended quite a few monsters during their time in the Underground. One of them, Kindness's closest friend, managed to keep his soul safe from getting nabbed by royal guards. So Kindness keeps close by their house, using her ability to only really pick up cooking utensils to help her friend out. It also likes to wander around finding new ingredients & such. He commonly likes to ask Perseverance for their notes on plants & spices even if they can be a bit difficult sometimes.

Clover & company find Kindness in the Wild East's Saloon, hanging out with her best friend as she inspects a Feisty Slider. Then spotting Clover being dragged in by Ed & Starlo, & watching the chaos unfold. Yes, they were sad that the had to say goodbye to their friend, but it was for the greater good.

Integrity:

She/They

Age Upon Death - 16

We all know what happened to Integrity, right? Killed some monsters. Killed by Axis. Soul was used by Chujin for experiments. Well, Integrity's soul has been stuck in the basement for... A while. Hidden away by Ceroba so she wasn't reminded of her grave mistake.

However, her soul is able to wander quite a bit away, all the way to Steamworks & back because of her... High LOVE...

It's also because of this that she has more of a presence to Monsters, Maybe a figure flickering in & out of existence, or scattered footsteps in the sand. The other souls are... Also a tiny but wary of her because of this. She's silent & scary. : (

Clover encounters Integrity throughout their journey, but Integrity only really starts to stick around in the Steamworks. But... From a distance. Depending on the route, either because of Ceroba or Flowey.

☆彡Tips for adding wizardly whimsy to your daily life☆彡

- carve and decorate your own wand or staff out of a stick

- If you smoke, mix herbs and flowers into your rolls. Some edible/smokable plants include lavender, mint and catnip.

- Learn more about local fauna/flora in your area. Look for them when you’re out and about.

- When on a walk, use a big stick as a staff

- Wake up early and go outside if youre able. Early morning and late nights are peak wizard roaming hours.

- Start calling drinks potions and brews

- grow your own herbs! Many herbs are easy to grow at home and it feels rewarding and it feels whimsical to add things you’ve grown yourself to food or smoking blends.

- Get into reading tarot or start using sigils in your everyday life.

- Start a manifestation journal or “spell book”

And for those who wish to look more wizardly,

- Long and flowey is key!! Long jackets and overcoats, flowing skirts, bell sleeved shirts and dresses, shawls, scarfs, have fun with it!

- Find cool hats to wear

- Mix metals in jewelry, and/or wear more vintage ornate jewelry. Thrift stores have tons of old jewelry you can layer

- Wear sun, star and moon patterns and designs

- Carry old leather or canvas bags, thrift stores are also great for this.

- Wear cool and interesting glasses/sunglasses. Ornate glasses chains are also fun.

- Ornate patterns, especially gilded or shiny ones, are perf.

- don’t be afraid to be cluttered! Wear tons of jewelry, layer satchels and bags, fashion scarfs into belts and layer those! The world is your oyster.

However! These are just suggestions. Anything that feels magical and good to you is automatically epic wizard gear, even if its just a cool sweatshirt or baggy pants. You do you, you know your magic best!

Quick question that I’m repeating for a third time: what would an interaction between your two fusions flora and crayola look like?

I mean.... Flora is still made up of 2/3rds of Crayola (Chara and Asriel/Flowey)

sooo....... Crayola would very much be thriving on a bit of the self hate train if there WAS a situation where they somehow met..? plus the fact that chara always acts like they hate Flowey or can't be near him out of fear of abandonment basically..?

Baby Frisky is the only one not riding on the hate wagon but still, that'd kinda be... 2 vs 2 with one small side trying to be a voice of reason.

Crayola would definitely outright avoid Flora while giving the dirtiest side eye. And Flora, being literally the culmination of two assholes, would actively be starting shit with them to fight, that or thinking it's not even worth their time to even consider messing with themselves..

so yeah Flora's not good for Crayola's self help/one person therapy.

Nap Time Trio

Soul + @zizidoodle sanses Almond (Caketale) and Spot (Memetale) Together they form, the Nap Time Trio more or less (if I remember correctly) Caketale had a genocide run, but Crumble (The Human) wasn't in charge of it, Flora, (Who isn't Flowey but is the Flowey stand-in) kinda took over, killed Crumble, and gathered the other Human Souls, and became Omega Flora (Idk their name but I'm just calling them Omege Flora)

and I actually made art for them too since it's caketale I wanted them to be very candy-themed

and Almond was like "Nah- I can't do this-" and taking a few survivors, Found Soul in Soulweaver, and then they got Spot from Memetale, and they were like "What if we form a trio?" "Okay... what's the name?" "Naptime Trio" "Okay" then this happened later

I think it's silly I like this trio :3

Had an interesting dream last night about what a future Deltarune chapter could be like. It took place in Asgore's flower shop, and placed him at the end as the secondary antagonist. The whole time, he mainly resided in a large room filled with massive piles of flowers, which were all part of a hivemind. The flowers, during the course of the chapter, are manipulating Asgore into preventing the fun gang from closing the fountain, because they want to keep him in the dark world so they can be his only child, using such things as his divorce and imagery of Asriel to get him to do whatever it takes to prevent the dark fountain from being closed. Up until the end, Asgore has no idea Kris is part of the group, and is hesitant to fight them, but the flowers force him to anyway and strike him down when he fails. Then, they merge all 7 colors of flower together to become a flora version of hyperdeath Asriel, with some plant elements from omega flowey like the thorn arms. I don't remember much about the world itself, though, unfortunately.
