The witch gave his words some thought, softly musing on what had been said. Technically, he probably was not wrong. After all, the flick of a light switch did not suddenly create creatures or objects. The setting of the sun and the rising of the moon was just a daily cycle. She was not scared of the dark. The dark was nothing to be afraid of - even the tiniest spark could chase shadows away!

On the other hand... Well, the witch was well aware that some creatures and beings certainly preferred the night. Wanda's life was filled with the supernatural. And the darkness was their preferred time to be alert.

And some thoughts tended to only make themselves known in the darkness. Secretive thoughts, thoughts that came to you only as you tried to sleep. But did she want to go into that? Probably not.

So instead a soft, slightly amused smile, spread on her features. "I rather enjoy the dark. I enjoy the atmosphere. I enjoy the things that go bump in the night." A hand went up to brush a lock of her auburn hair from her face, tucking the strand behind her ear. "I think that the dark can be used to hide things, but that isn't necessarily always a bad thing."

"So yes, I suppose there really isn't anything new in the darkness. Just the sense of atmosphere that comes with the lack of light." Wanda looked over at him, smile a touch brighter now. And definitely amused. "It is the season of the witch, you know. I think you're probably alright, but Halloween is the time for spooky things to happen - and things are always spookier at night."

Yeah that was super Super of him. It had been a long week, alright? He wasn’t feeling too sharp and ready tonight. Especially to see a hanging Spidey upside down trying to get his attention it seemed for a good minute. 

“ -- ‘orry. Don’t have my ears in. Did you need something, Spidez?” Clint asked with a goofy lopsided grin as he pushed at Peter’s chest a bit to make him swing on his web. Whatever Spidey replied with, Clint just couldn’t make out for shit. The Archer squinted in confusion before reaching up to lightly let his fingers touch where the edge of the mask was. 

“Y’mind?” Clint asked with a pause for the webslinger to stop him before he carefully rolled the man’s mask up --- down --- down at this angle right? He rolled it just enough to reveal the hero’s lips so he could understand him better. 

Hawkeye froze, his fingers fixed at the sides of Spidey’s face a moment. “You know -- I can see why you got so many fangirls. Your upside down Spidey Kiss must be quite the experience. Ya got nice looking lips, man.”
