flat's death and false berserker's reaction to it got me devastated, i didn't really have anything against any party in fsf until now but faldeus when i catch you slipping...........

I like the fact that public order is involved in the war for the Holy Grail. If there's one thing that made me raise an eyebrow in the first Fate trilogy apart from Zero, it was that the government really didn't care what happened in the city.

Hey, you had a post long ago explaining why people don't use the heaven's feel to make a bunch of souls into energy generators to fight entropy, but I can't find it. Could you please answer again?

??? I genuinely do not remember answering such a thing or what my previous answer was.

Although, the easiest answer to any question of "Why doesn't anybody use Heavens Feel / The Third Magic to do x" is really simple: the last mage that could do it was Justeaze Einzbern, and she turned herself into the Greater Grail. Any other mage (including the Einzberns themselves) that would have tried to recreate Heavens Feel would fail, and that means no manipulation of souls for any means whatsoever.

That being said there is apparently (i didn't read it myself) a scene in Fate/Strange Fake where Faldeus and Francesca discuss the possibility that Touko perfectly recreating herself every time she's killed means she's also recreated Heavens Feel. They don't want to think too much about it, as it makes all of them look bad

Thoughts on the VA cast for strange fake that's been announced so far?

Fake Ayaka has the same voice as real Ayaka, which is really the only choice. Tsubaki, Francesca, and Orlando are also Fate/ veterans, being Kriemhild, Pollux and Julius Harwey respectively. I think Tine is someone from Prillya too. Anyways, they're all good. Not standout but good.

Morikubo as Dumas is a perfect pick. The man captures his energy perfectly.

Jack, I'm still not feeling his delivery, but Horiuchi was so obviously chosen because he voices Jack the Ripper in Metal Gear, so I can't not love it.

Lynn and Tachibana I'm not familiar enough with but Lynn was pretty great as Assassin. Tachibana's performance as Jester is pretty weak in the one line he's got, but I'm rooting for him because working on Fate/ was one of his main goals in his voicing actor career.

Enoki works for Volume 1's non-pathetic Faldeus, but I don't have great expectations for him when he needs to be our number 1 loser. Vera's was the performance that really didn't do it for me at all.

Fate/Strange Fake has a lot of genuinely funny moments, but my favorite has to be when Faldeus sends True Assassin to kill the head of the Scaldio mob family, just to act genuinely surprised when political candidates, business people and notoriously influential people of all calibers start dropping like flies all over america.
