HI!!! IM ASHI (@ashipiko) and this is my fansekai, Colorful Splash! <3 these guys twirl around in my brain and do little funny dances and I thought it’d be fun to let em have their own little blog to do silly lil things 🫶

“A group of Kamiyama High freshmen who love to perform their favorite songs!”

Colorful Splash! is a dance cover k-pop focused group which resides at Kamiyama High, formed by Ashi, the leader. They are a bunch of spirited first years, and despite facing issues of being unable to face the truth, Colosplash gets through it together, all for one and one for all.

The group’s main themes are breaking free, friendship, and fun.

Their main story takes place in year one of Project Sekai!

(i'm guessing a lot here.. since you describe her as shy im assuming she probably wouldn't want to shake hands with a very overbearing stranger!!) and saying something like "you know it's very rude to shake hands with gloves on?" (i don't think it actually is but. noel lies a lot to get his own way TT) i think that after he would eventually use his UM on her he would probably even end up knowing more about her than she knows about herself? (since you said they don't remember much about their past).. he's a little bit weird in the way that . he'd bring up things that she doesn't remember to see how she'd react? hes a little weirdo lmao....

APPEARANCE:

Via is an averagely built girl with a bigger bust who is often found swinging her arms around. She has very voluminous dark blue hair that is always tied into two parts, along with blunt bangs. Her bangs split into three thick parts, two of which flare outward and give her little spikes, similar to Nene’s. The middle strand is short and a yellow, crescent shaped piece of hair lays on it. She has four more yellow strands in front of her ears, two on each side that frame her face. Her hair is very long and thick, going all the way down to her hips. It is slightly wavy and fairly neat.

Via does not use any overly visible makeup, and she has bright amber, almond eyes. Her eyes are a brownish red and fade out into a yellow. Via’s most common expression is a soft smile.

When wearing her club/SEKAI wear, she wears the varsity jacket in a normal fashion, but ties her hair with blue streamers and adds two clips to the right side of her bangs. The clips consist of a red triangle clip and a blue butterfly clip, both corresponding to Colorful Splash!’s respective colors. Under the jacket, she wears a collared white shirt that is tied up to create a cropped effect, and a yellow skirt with a subtle white lining on the hem. To top off the look, she wears white stockings with a blue line across the top, and yellow shoes which match her image color.

PERSONALITY:

Around Kamiyama High, Via holds a reputation for being a ditzy yet useless person. She is very kind and always welcoming to everyone and everything, but when it comes down to favors, she often comes up with excuses of not being capable or not knowing how to do certain things. Despite this, her company is very calming and refreshing to be around.

She is very easygoing and doesn’t have strong opinions on many things, but due to the fact that she always tends to the Kamiyama gardens any chance she has, it’s easy to assume that she has a nurturing and careful nature. Via also doesn’t mind gaining weird stares or being seen as odd. She comfortably says whatever comes to mind, whether it be a little out of the ordinary or even not make sense. She’s a person who goes with her heart rather than her head.

With Via’s kind and flexible personality, every member of Colorful Splash! enjoys her company and what she brings to the table. Seemingly getting a special treatment, the members and Virtual Singers gain some sort of bonus from Via, as she’s comfortable with treating them and going out of her way to make them happy. With most, she tends to stray away from doing more than needed, but she can’t help but find herself doting after everybody.

Via also tends to be the funniest person in the group, always sending the group into a laughing frenzy with her blunt words. A too-honest jab from her can send the group from ab awkward situation to a comfortable one, and the group is insanely thankful for it.

TRIVIA/DYNAMICS:

Via is unlabeled and doesn’t have any strict gender or sexuality. Though, she goes by she/her and is very feminine leaning.

Via has trust issues related to past history with others.

Despite her ditzy seeming personality, this part of Via is mainly a defense mechanism and an act. In reality, Via is a down to earth individual that excels in academics, but due to experiences of being taken advantage of, she uses this front as a way to avoid being used.

Though, the head in the clouds attitude is the only thing Via forces from herself. Everything else about her is entirely authentic.

Via joined Colorful Splash! for fun and to see what fellow idol fans were like, but ended up staying because everybody there was unaware about her academic status. She enjoyed it because like she felt like she could start anew, apart from the fact that she felt like she was hiding something from them.

Via never struggles with any academics of any kind, and instead is often called for as a tutor.

Speaking of tutors, Akito occasionally comes to Via for help with studies due to being in the same class. She insists that she doesn’t need any form of payment, and Akito feels bad, but appreciative.

Via is in class 1-C, which means she shares a class with Akito. All people in this class are aware of Via’s smarts, despite her wanting to keep it on the down low. She would hate it if word got out, in fear of being taken advantage of again.

There is nothing Via hates more than people simply taking her work instead of taking the time to fully sit down and learn.

Via stans More More Jump! and her bias is Minori. She previously followed ASRUN, and as a result has a soft spot for Haruka.

Out of all of the Colosplash members, Via has the strongest interest in idols with Ashi following behind.

Via plays a game called “Super Star Idol Live” which is practically Project Sekai with idols. The game features ASRUN as a unit, and Via has all of Haruka’s cards. She’s saving up and waiting for the day More More Jump! gets added.

Her room is very basic with simple yellow walls, but the uniqueness of it comes from the amount of posters and albums she has collected. They are everywhere.

Via is very good at saving up and not giving in to the gacha gambling.

She has strong belief in good deeds being reciprocated, but has been disappointed in recent years.

Via has a very strong need to help people out, even with the smallest things. She has a naturally big heart and loves to see people happy.

A small deed in return means a lot to Via. Something very simple can lead to her getting emotional and gushy, and the worst case is a wave from one of her favorite idols. It would result in her passing out.

Via doesn’t hate any season, but she notes that she occasionally likes colder weather because she gets to utilize her hair. She never gets cold because her hair can act as a scarf.

Via’s family is very serious compared to her. They have a strong importance for grades, but not to the point that it’s suffocating.

Via longs for any praise from her father. She loves him very much and it would make her day to see him crack a smile and tell her something nice. This does not mean that they have a strained relationship.

She has a mom, dad, and older sister. Her father is fairly old.

The yellow streaks in her hair are purely natural.

Via enjoys growing berries. She has several small blueberries growing both at home and in the Kamiyama gardens, but there’s nothing she hates eating more than a sour blueberry.

Via has lots of knowledge regarding plants and gardening.

Due to saying whatever comes to mind, Via occasionally says something that’s a little too honest. It never hurts too badly, it just might be embarrassing or exposing…

When Via speaks, her voice often carries out and has a floaty tone to it. Her voice is the highest out of Colorful Splash!, and her voice would be something like Sana from TWICE.

Via is very quick at learning choreography, and her moves are the most exact out of Colorful Splash! Her dance style is the most generic, but just watching her makes you happy.

APPEARANCE:

Ashi is a fairly petite girl with not too much of a build to her from the waist up. She has brunette hair which go down to her bust, and bangs that always sway to the right. Her bangs are split into three stands, a very small stand to her left which splits into three smaller bits, a middle strand that sways to the right, and one last strand to the right that frames her face and covers her ear. Ashi has a curved ahoge on the left of her head where her roots are. Her hair is slightly messy, bouncy and a little wavy.

Ashi does not wear any sort of makeup, and her eyes are pointed and fairly large. Her eyes are a chocolately brown with salmon highlights. She is almost always found with a smile on her face and pointed brows.

She’s always found adorning a pair of sunglasses on her head, no matter the weather.

When wearing her club/SEKAI wear, she wears the Colorful Splash! varsity jacket in a usual fashion, except that she lets the jacket fall off of her shoulders just a little. Under it, she wears a cropped white top with a pair of slightly baggy, dull blue ripped jeans.

PERSONALITY:

Ashi is known around school pretty well, to the point that she can definitely be considered popular around Kamiyama High. Many people know her (including the main cast), and she has no issues talking with whoever. She enjoys it as long as the person talks back.

Ashi is a natural performer, and her charisma is off the charts. She’s fairly loud, but not enough to gain weird stares. She makes sure that all glances at her are never the result of judgement.

Despite Ashi’s playful, positive, and at times childish behavior, Colorful Splash! notes her as a very strong leader, always bringing reason into discussions and giving solid advice. Via finds comfort in the way Ashi always reaches out and helps each member. She is often the one to lift everyone’s mood, and is known as the group’s cheerleader. Each member states that they wouldn’t know what the group would be like without Ashi.

Ashi is good at tending to others needs, and even if she does seem narcissistic and self centered at times, she does deeply care for her club mates. Though, even if she’s caring and allows the other members to be true to themselves, she doesn’t display any behavior of her own when it comes down to it. Several Kamiyama students view Ashi as a shallow person because of it.

Even as the leader, Ashi is easy to poke fun at and Colorful Splash! enjoys teasing her for her height and behaviors. Naoto in particular picks fights with Ashi. She always has a reason to fight back and banter with Naoto, but when she is met with no further evidence, she takes the loss.

TRIVIA/DYNAMICS:

A pretty crucial part of Ashi’s character is the fact that she’s strictly cisgender. Her sexuality is up in the air, but I would like to refrain from any headcanons or ideas about her gender being anything else for character’s sake.

Ashi’s character is a little hard to write sometimes, because she has different views and ideas before and after one of her focus events. You will often see her being referred to as “pre-ashi” or “post-ashi” depending on what stage of her development I want to talk about. This can lead to her character being seen as inconsistent, but there is still a basis you can follow for her character (her personality as stated above).

This focus event is often referred to as “Ashi cancelation event”, purely because I haven’t planned out the entirety of Colosplash’s story and events yet.

This development and change in character is due to a realization of the truth. Ashi’s character issue is that she’s so blinded by the goal of being a celebrity that she is unable to recognize what people truly think of her and her “true” self.

Pre-Ashi is unaware of any faults of her own, and always needs to find reason to verify feelings. She believes that everyone likes her as the celebrity of Kamiyama, and she doesn’t notice that she’s not necessarily close to anyone at Kamiyama. Pre-Ashi is not aware that she’s forcefully pushing down any negative feelings that come up to the surface.

Post-Ashi comes to life after a life realization, and this newborn Ashi now takes note that feelings don’t always need to have reason— they can just happen, and they are still valid. Not everyone is a perfect celebrity 24/7, and everyone has their faults. She realizes now that, performing for everyone and getting a simple like is not worth it when there are people beside you who will love you further than that. Additionally, she finds herself being more comfortable with the people she once distanced herself from, out of fear of what others would think.

Ashi formed Colorful Splash! in attempts for her to build a fan base and a group of people to enforce her celebrity status. In reality, she might’ve subconsciously made the group in hopes of finding true friends. Pre-Ashi is and was misguided about a good chunk of things, after all.

Ashi doesn’t like to associate herself with “weirdos” or “odd” people by habit. This issue slowly dissolves as Ashi gets more comfortable with herself.

Ashi is embarrassed to admit that she does indeed to go Wonderlands X Showtime shows and enjoy them a little too much for someone her age. No, you did not see her three days ago cheering on the show with the five year old sitting next to her.

Due to the reason stated above, Tsukasa does occasionally recognize her in the hallways and tries to get her attention. When this happens, she ignores his presence and hides behind the nearest person she knows. The person is often Akito, and they have a silent vow to run off together.

Note, that does not mean that she doesn’t like Tsukasa. In reality, she thinks that he’s very talented, even if she wouldn’t ever admit it.

Ashi is in class 1-A, meaning she shares a class with Mizuki and An.

Her and An are good friends, due to Ashi not being a troublemaker. They are often compared due to their similar energy.

Ashi rarely ever notices Mizuki when they do attend school. She’s only ever heard a name float around in conversation, but due to not picking up names quickly, it always slips her mind.

On one occasion during a festival, Ashi and Mizuki stumbled upon paths and ended up having a good conversation and kicking it off well— Ashi found herself wanting to talk to Mizuki more, despite not getting to ask for their name before they took off again. Whenever Ashi sees Mizuki on the rare occasion, she instantly tries to talk to them. The fact that Ashi doesn’t associate with weirdos does not apply here, simply because she doesn’t know Mizuki as the person who people gossip about around school.

Both her and Mizuki have issues regarding the way they are perceived. Ashi wants to be able to portray herself in a masculine way, and still identify as a girl, despite the teases and insults she gains from others at times.

Post-Ashi, after finding out Mizuki’s secret (and not making a big deal about it) tends to defend Mizuki when they come up in conversation with others.

Through Via, Ashi began going to Akito for tips on dance and singing. They often go to WEEKEND GARAGE to practice.

Both Ashi and Akito have themes of being “reborn”. In Ashi’s case, this is touched upon after her focus event where she has her realizations.

For Post-Ashi, Akito is an admirable figure and person to her due to his burning determination and drive. She likes to think of him as a rival, in a way.

Ashi is horrified by Rui. She can barely withstand a conversation with him while making eye contact.

Ashi is an artist, and draws in her free time. She designed the Colorful Splash! varsity jacket herself.

Ashi is fairly wealthy, and her often skipping school to go on vacations is mentioned in the story.

She hates the cold. Ashi can never decide on what to wear, and she falls it the “Winter-Fit Crisis”.

Summer and beaches are Ashi’s favorite as she loves the weather, noises, and everything else that comes out of it. She heavily enjoys any tropical motifs.

She has two older siblings, a mom, dad, and dog.

Ashi’s voice is imagined to hold the same energy as Soyeon from G-IDLE and Momo from TWICE. She has the most powerful voice out of Colorful Splash!

Ashi’s dance style is very unique as she often adds her own twist to things. She adds an extra step here and there that radiates a strong feeling of confidence, and it’s fun to watch her. Additionally, she’s very expressive. Her style is very easily recognizable.

She is very good at fanservice. Winks are very common with Ashi.

APPEARANCE:

Izumi’s appearance is very gentle and can be described as a messy look. He doesn’t put much effort into it, with ocean-combed hair that goes everywhere. It’s a light, slightly dull, but pink tinted white with peach colored bangs which are similar in color to seashells. Izumi has a mullet and lopsided bangs, the long right side being tied into a messy braid. The braid is tied off with a purple bead, and the shorter, left side of his bangs are simply let free, hugging the side of his face.

His eyes are gentle and soft, with long lashes drooping off of them. Izumi’s eyes are big and amethyst purple with pink highlights, complimenting his hair. The bead in his hair matches his eyes and shines alongside his many piercings, two piercings on the left ear, and one on the right. He wears a long string of shiny silver on his left, falling along the two pierced areas, with a simple stud alongside a cusp on his right. Along with these, Izumi wears many bracelets, three on his right hand and one on his left. The bracelets on his right consist of a blue stringed one, a simple set of small pearls along a string, and a bigger pearl bracelet with a clam charm. The bracelet on his left is a simple string, forming an X shape around his wrist. His last accessories are three rings on his left hand, one on his middle finger and two on his index finger.

When wearing his club/SEKAI wear, Izumi keeps all of his jewelry, and wears a pretty simple outfit. He wears the Colorful Splash! varsity jacket in a normal fashion, with the exception of him scrunching up the sleeves to his elbows. Underneath, he wears a simple white t-shirt that’s lopsided at the end, leaning towards the left. Izumi wears washed out, straight black jeans and lavender sneakers.

PERSONALITY:

Soft spoken and quiet, Izumi, alongside Naoto isn’t too well known across Kamiyama High. Well, not as well known as he used to be. Even still, he spends his days around the popular kids of Kamiyama, just following them around and listening to their conversation. Many students see this and find it weird though, considering the fact that Izumi seems like more of an outcast rather than a popular kid.

Overall, Izumi is a very kind person who holds no hostility to anyone unless he has a reason to. He enjoys seeing people happy, even at the expense of himself. Most times, he’ll do favors for others as long as he’s prompted. He’s the type of person to enjoy sitting back and watching people laugh, only chiming in when he has something to comment on to make the mood of the room even brighter. Izumi’s personality is very neutral, and he doesn’t have any overly loud points.

In Colorful Splash!, Izumi is the one who’s more so in the background. Ashi and Naoto often banter, Via gets her comments in every once in a while, and Izumi gets them in even less. Though, out of everybody, he’s the most willing to get close. He’s honest and authentic compared to the others, and he’s the one who reaches out and drags them close. Colorful Splash! and it’s members mean a lot to him, and he wants to see them happy and comfortable with each other. Izumi included… of course.

Even still, Izumi likes to think of himself as the group’s support, the pillar in a way. It’s enough to just see the others smile for him. The group notes him as a very selfless person who needs to learn how to be more selfish— Everybody shoots jabs at him for it, and Naoto always complains about it as it’s Izumi’s main fault. But slowly, through the support of Colorful Splash!, maybe Izumi will learn to put himself first rather than others.

TRIVIA/DYNAMICS:

Izumi doesn’t have any strict gender or sexuality, but like Naoto, it’s safe to say he likes men. Pronouns are he/him.

Izumi used to be very invested in making jewelry, and previously had an online store and online accounts where he sold it. Now, he’s on an indefinite hiatus.

His reason for stopping the business is due to the fact of overproducing that he lost the reason behind creating. His passion started because people he cared for enjoyed his creations and utilized them, but overtime the people who bought his goods started mistreat his things as trash. Because of this, his work went downhill in quality and his happiness regarding the craft did as well, resulting in Izumi closing the stop.

Izumi hangs out with the popular kids because they found him and his skills for jewelry making very interesting. Before, they would be all over him because of it, but recently they’ve started to interact with him less. They don’t necessarily hate him, but they don’t think he’s very valuable anymore.

Izumi always has a small smile on his face. It never ever falls, and the reason is unknown.

Even if he does always smile, a good full out smile and giggle fest with Izumi is very uncommon. So is a look of disgust or any negative expression.

Izumi joined Colorful Splash! for fun. No further reason why, but he stayed because he felt something special with the group.

After the groups first performance, Izumi made each of them their own special bracelets. This is when the group first found out about his hobby.

Izumi likes to call Naoto “silly”. It’s a term of endearment, promise.

Izumi is more protective over others than himself.

As Izumi learnt more about Mirei, she’s come to be one of the very few people that he dislikes. It’s very difficult to get on Izumi’s dislike list.

Izumi knows a lot of random info and gossip around Kamiyama High, due to who he hangs out with. He tells many people info, but because of the fact that it’s gossip, it’s hard to tell whether it’s true or not.

You can barely ever tell when Izumi is lying or being honest.

The name Colorful Splash! came from Izumi, after realizing the fact that everyone in the group liked beaches. No member ever told Izumi about their like towards beaches, and it’s still a mystery to this day how he found out.

Izumi is in class 1-B, meaning he shares a class with Naoto, Nene, and Touya. Besides Naoto, who he talks to very often, he’s just acquaintances with Nene and Touya.

Out of the Colosplash members, Izumi is the best at reading people. He doesn’t tell his observations unless he thinks it’s necessary.

Alongside Ashi, Izumi is very good at fanservice when performing.

Izumi is the weakest dancer of the group.

Izumi is the one in Colorful Splash! who helps Naoto regarding his problem with relationships. He helps him realize that it’s fine to experiment and try new things— you don’t have to tie yourself down to something before you get to see anything else.

Izumi has dated before.

Izumi’s all-time favorite holiday and time of year is Christmas. He enjoys it so much because everyone is happy and he’s able to give the people he loves gifts and affection.

Izumi goes out every year for Christmas. Though, since his burnout, it hasn’t been as exciting lately. Colorful Splash! reignites his jolly fire in a later event.

Back when Nightcord was still being formed, Kanade attempted to recruit Izumi through his online store and accounts. She found his use of colors and compositions within thumbnail photos and jewelry arrangements as a possible benefit in MVs, but he declined.

Izumi and Kanade are still in touch online, though they haven’t talked in a while. Both of them are always open to making conversation again, one day.

Izumi’s online handle is “izu-MIN”.

His favorite food is shaved ice, but much like Via, it can turn into his least favorite thing if it comes out incorrectly. If the syrup is too sweet, he doesn’t enjoy it.

Izumi doesn’t like jellyfish due to being stung at the beach when he was a kid.

When Izumi faces artblock and is unable to produce anything he likes, he stays home from school and rots in his room until he’s ready to create again.

Izumi prides himself on giving and producing, and if he cannot fulfill that, he feels useless, like he’s nothing.

Izumi enjoys going to beach because he finds it relaxing, and he likes to find shells and shiny things he’s able to use in his jewelry.

Izumi is an only child, and only has a mom and dad.

Izumi’s voice is soft and light, and slightly elegant. His voice has the same tone as Mina from TWICE.

Naoto is boy with average height, but the shortest male in the Project Sekai cast. His hair is fluffy and blonde with bright red streaks through it. He has bangs that split into three, with the two on the sides flaring out. Framing his face, two red streaks of hair split into two subtle strands. He also has a little tuff of blonde hair above his bands that’s unable to be combed down. On the left side of his head, his hair is tied up into a small ponytail which is also dyed red at the ends. Naoto’s hair is overall very fluffy and soft to the touch.

His face has a young look to it, with catty but big teal eyes. Naoto doesn’t have any special attributes when it comes to his complexion.

When wearing his club/SEKAI wear, Naoto ties up his hair with a blue streamer, the same as Via’s. Unlike the rest of the members, Naoto wears the Colorful Splash! varsity jacket around his waist, only wearing a cropped short sleeve white hoodie on top. Instead of the usual strings, however, there are two strings tied together in a very particular way, and finished off with two teal beads that match his eyes. Naoto wears simple greyish blue shorts with somewhat long socks with a teal line around the edges. He wears simple red sneakers to finish the look.

PERSONALITY:

Kamiyama High students don’t acknowledge Naoto very much compared to the other members. He’s not very special, in the sense that he’s just a typical high school student who’s not looking for anyone to talk to. He’s not very welcoming and doesn’t hesitate to be a little mean with his words to the average person, but he seems to have a separate personality reserved for Mirei. Him and Mirei, being best friends since… birth, pretty much, of course have a special connection between the two of them. Naoto already isn’t very talkative, but with Mirei, he seems to get even quieter, just nodding and going along. Nonetheless, students can tell that there’s blatant favoritism here, with the way Naoto holds back on harsh words with the girl. Due to this, many people get annoyed by Naoto’s behavior and steer clear of him out of spite.

Even still, there is a sort of soft edge to Naoto’s words, perhaps due to the fact of being a soft-hearted older brother. If you truly listen to his words, sometimes you can catch a small amount of kindness even through the blunt word choices. When paired in groups, he always makes sure to do his part, even if he isn’t one of the most cooperative or communicative people ever. This doesn’t mean that he lets people get close, though. There’s a clear line between Naoto and others that he doesn’t let them cross.

With Colorful Splash!, Naoto is still the grumpy one, being the only one in the group who doesn’t smile much. He interacts with them in a way that shows hesitation, like dipping your feet into a pool to test out the waters. Despite this, he still fights back and tries to pick on the members, seemingly enjoying the back and forths he holds with others, especially Ashi. Though, he’s the tsundere of the group, being easily flustered. Izumi and Via are typically the ones to trigger this side of him with their comments. Even if he doesn’t want it to be true, Naoto finds himself finding more moments to smile and have fun with Colorful Splash!

TRIVIA/DYNAMICS:

Naoto doesn’t have any specifications when it comes to his gender or sexuality, but it’s safe to say that he likes men. His pronouns are he/him.

Naoto and Mirei truly have been best friends since birth, and their relationship used to very fluffy and fun before recent years. Nowadays, Naoto struggles with expressing his true feelings around her, not having the heart to speak up.

Mirei is very bossy and doesn’t take no for an answer. As of recent, she’s very fussy and easily irritated. Despite this, Naoto still says he loves her, and feels bad for her.

Naoto has very strong feelings towards the concepts of “best friends”, “soulmates”, and things like that, but mainly BFFs. He often feels guilty for hanging out with people who aren’t his closest friend. This is a product of him and Mirei’s relationship and her reactions over the years.

He’s very conflicted over the concept of having a trio of best friends, or a friend group. Naoto doesn’t understand it other than the fact that, “no matter what, someone’s gonna be closer to someone than the other and that’s gonna make someone sad. plus, if it’s a trio, how would it work if you need to get into duos? someone’s gonna be left out, and no one’s gonna be happy. it’s impossible to be equally close to everybody.”

Naoto’s resolution to the above conflict is, “So you should just have one person who you’re devoted to, so that no one has to worry.”

Naoto joined Colorful Splash! on accident, in attempts to hide away from Mirei for a while. He ended up staying because of a “weird gut feeling”. The feeling was some sort of interest in Izumi due to his honest and kind nature, not that Naoto ever realizes.

Naoto is in class 1-B, which means he shares a class with Izumi, Touya, and Nene. Izumi is the only one that he speaks to, but he’s aware of Touya.

He’s been mistaken for Tsukasa at times. He takes great offense when this happens.

Naoto enjoys banter due to the fact that he’s unable to have it with Mirei. In a way, it’s a sign of affection for him.

Naoto banters with Izumi the least due to the fact that whenever he tries, Izumi is usually in the right. Because of that, it’s very hard to fight back. Though, when Izumi is rarely in the wrong, Naoto takes the chance to fight and knock some sense into him.

Most people refer to Naoto as simply Nao. The entirety of Colosplash! refers to him like this.

The teal beads on his hoodie strings in Naoto’s SEKAI outfit are a result of Izumi. Before their first performance, Izumi quickly added them on to “finish off the look”.

When Ashi first gave the group the varsity jackets for their first performance, Naoto immediately wrapped it around his waist. Ashi proceeded to complain about how her design wasn’t getting it’s full potential being worn like that, and Naoto found it amusing.

Out of Colorful Splash!, Naoto holds the least amount of knowledge about idols.

Naoto bakes in his free time, and often brings sweets for to Colorful Splash! during practices.

His mother runs a small baking stand whenever there’s a festival. Their iconic item is mochi.

Akito and Naoto actually have used to be close friends, but due to Mirei butting in, they’ve distanced a long way. Both of them are still aware of eachother, though, and think it’d be nice to catch up again one day.

Back when Naoto was younger, his mother would make sweets for him to bring to the Shinonomes. Their gifts often included cheesecake and pancake-like treats.

Naoto used to be very scared of Ena as a child. It still holds up to this day.

The red streaks in Naoto’s hair are dyed. Mirei has matching pink strands, after she saw Naoto dye his own.

Naoto has to keep his room neat and fix it up every week, not because of personal preference, but because his siblings often bunk on his bed and make things messy.

He owns several plushies, but is embarrassed to admit it. A story notable one is a bunny plushie that matches one Mirei has.

Naoto is very easily embarrassed with showing affection. But, he’s easy to read.

Naoto’s younger sister despises Mirei.

Naoto has a mom, dad, younger sister, and twin brother (who is one of my friend’s proseka OCs).

Naoto is the one Colorful Splash! member whose voice I do not have a clear vision of.
