We’ve seen some posts going around recently talking about how alterhumans who think humanity is evil or immoral or shouldn’t exist or should be wiped out are exhibiting unacceptable behavior. And I agree. Misanthropes and nihilists can suck my dick. Making generalizations about anything that expansive and diverse is unacceptable. But the problem is all the posts also lump “alterhumans who think they’re superior to or higher than humanity” under the umbrella of everything I just stated, and it really rubs me the wrong way.

The posts certainly don’t explicitly mention deity or divine alterhumans, but the undertones are there, and I’ve heard this kind of rhetoric enough times to pick up on it. I don’t think I’m intellectually superior to humanity as a whole. I’m definitely not morally superior to them. But being a deity I simply am a higher life form, that’s kind of how it works. I hold no distain for humanity. I understand it’s complexity. I judge everyone as individuals not as a whole. I love observing and interacting with humanity. I love having close relationships with some humans. I definitely don’t love having to live like one, but that’s only because it’s not who I am, not because I have anything against humans.

Yes, there are some divine alterhumans who use their divinity as a lame excuse to harbor hatred for humanity, but that’s not all of us. Claiming that being a higher life form inherently puts you on the same level as being a misanthrope or nihilist is both untrue and offensive. Being higher than humanity is just part of one’s existence, it is not inherently a moral stance.

This kind of thing happens all the time. I know how many in the alterhuman community see divine alterhumans. I have been called selfish, egotistical, self-absorbed, vain and much much worse for being divinekin. Yes, some of that was from outside the community, but most of it was from other alterhumans. It’s a bias that I’m constantly on edge about. So it’s hard not to take being compared to actual assholes as yet another knife in my back from the community I know doesn’t care for me.

Basically, fuck alterhumans who use their identities to shit on humanity, but leave us out of this.

I am a half of a whole and I believe I’m a shell headmate. I don’t have many emotions unless under specific circumstances. I am told I’m quite childish (in a good way, I guess). If I don’t give you enthusiasm I apologize. I am like my brother: a being of light who is considered an angel. We may be different shapes most of the time, but we are twins and both polymorphic angels.

☁️ i love the angel aesthetic. i love the pictures and drawing of angels. i love all of it! although i have always felt that none of them looked anything like me. For me I’m less something with limbs or faces or eyes or anything and more ENERGY something that just is i have wings and millions upon millions of “eyes” but in the way that wings are a force that helps you move and eyes are used for something that can see. I Can see from all sides but don’t have eyes I can move with force but don’t have wings that can be easily touched or seen. I don’t know what I am exactly I know it’s something similar to holy. I am something of energy something that cannot be fully understood. I love that about myself. ☁️
