Kani: What would you (mun) yell in the middle of a crowd to find them? What would their best friend and/or romantic partner yell?

Gordon: If someone was impersonating them, what would friends / family ask or do to tell the difference?

Sparky: If they committed one petty crime / misdemeanor, what would it be? Why?

Darby: If invited to a TED Talk, what topic would they present on? What would the title of their presentation be?

Zeta: What’s the worst gift they ever received? How did they respond?

Wormie: What fact do they excitedly tell everyone about at every opportunity?

Cassidy: Who do they like as a person but hate their work? Vice versa, whose work do they like but don’t like the person?

Phillip: Would they eat something they find gross to be polite?

Kani: To find her I'd probably have to yell out something about romance novels LOLLLL. She loves to read them and collect them even though they're all trashy and terrible a lot of the time jahswjsjbwisb. And her friend would probably yell something about being hurt because she'd come RUNNING if she thought any of them were hurt, intent on healing them. That or she would be summoned by the mention of a really cute animal or someone saying they had ice cream sandwiches lol.

Gordon: The one way to tell who the real Gordon would be is asking him where Mary is since he almost always has Mary on his person and if the imposter didn't have a Mary that answered the question "What's your opinion on grapes?" correctly, then you'd know that Gordon was a fake lol.

Sparky: Either accidentally electrocuting someone (non-fatally) or stealing something expensive but she gets away with it because she's oitty.

Darby: She'd probably be able to infodump about giraffes or the history of skateboarding and its cultural connections.

Zeta: As the king of the castle he's probably gotten many odd gifts from residents of the castle. I think a gift that he hated would probably be a food that he cannot stand, like a fruitcake or something lmaoooo. He'd probably try his very best to be polite in their presence and then as soon as they're gone either dispose of it or ask someone else to.

Wormie: She will always be excited to tell people about her pet worm on the string, Specimen, and his ever growing and changing elaborate backstory. She'll also probably be able to infodump a whole bunch about her own little ocs or stories that she enjoys. I imagine that she's sometimes gone to other locations in the game and watched some shows on the TVs and probably seen some of the birds' movies. She'd literally talk for a solid hour straight about nothing, so starved to talk to someone willing to listen.

Cassidy: Of course since she is his best friend, he likes Nicole for who she is despite not being the biggest fan of her work. He just doesn't find the genre of her movies to be that engaging to him and suggests her to add some more horror elements to her work lol. In terms of the vice versa, he used to be big a fan of both DJ Grooves and Conductor's work but after meeting them he thinks a little bit less of their work. He also used to like them as public figures before he met them and saw how arrogant they can be. He doesn't really hate them per say but he definitely wants to knock them down a few pegs and can get rather annoyed by them and their rivalry. They're not on friendly terms but he will tolerate them in his presence.

Phillip: Phillip's probably done this before LMAO. I can see him being given something AWFUL and being one of the few Express Owls who actually gives the food a fair try while the others spit it out. He'd be like ".... It's deli-- (nearly throws up) delicious..!" and then aside he'd probably say "... This is so gross-"

Hi, I remember you saying (can't find it now) that when you and Meilani make the Sunshine game it will be an RPG. So, since you have two main characters, is it going to be a continuous back-and-forth between perspectives or a more 'play through this character's perspective for a large chunk of the story and then go to the other' (sorta like SA2)? Or would it be something else entirely? Hope this isn't too spoiler-y somehow. Have a good day :]

Okay! I wanted to actually explain that in the tags but didn't lol

Basically you do have a sort of set story where you have to do certain things but you also get choices on when it happens I guess.

All of this is not set in stone and may change as always.

But if you are following Ruben or Calandra (or even any other character) you have a set objective but can explore and complete extra content. It will give you many opportunities to complete them cause it's a big castle.

You also get to set who you want on the team to fight with or use their special abilities to complete certain tasks (such as Mary being tiny enough to fit in spaces or Marcy having magnetic powers). This will either be done in a menu or by talking to them (we'll see). If you do not have a certain character you will not be able to do some things unless the game locks them onto the team (Which means you can still have who you want but this character is gonna follow).

Also this team building feature will not always be available as the characters won't always have access to each other and/or the plot demands it. So it's more of a strategy based thing where you wanna do certain things cause otherwise it'll never happen. But also thinking of who you'll need will play into that. Some characters may not even talk to you or do things for you unless certain characters are or aren't present. But also the extra content is world building things so it's not required but fun.

If there's a point of no return the game will warn you before so you don't miss out on things you wanted to do.

My sister may also have some other ideas she hasn't said and can add on later if she wants to :3

I saw your response to that poll and thought I'd send you something haha. :] So, OC/Sunshine ask: what's (if it's not too spoiler-y) Darby and Gordon's relationship like? I saw they were in a similar age range so do they know each other well and do they get along? Any shared hobbies? That sorta stuff :]]

oh yeas.

gordon and darby are kinda friends with each other but darby tends to kinda tease him a lot bc of his general attitude 😔 they aren't as close to one another as most of the friend group but tolerate each other, mostly amiable but sometimes they bicker. gordon is rather aloof and seems indifferent about most of the group of kids but he shows in small ways that he cares and hangs around with them. darby is a more talkative person and gordon is the type to not speak as much. tho darby and gordon definitely get closer as friends and learn to understand each other as the story goes on :) at the very least they'll stand up for one another for the sake of their other friends too.

3. okay so. ale was practicing her (not very good) magic and she was trying to make one of those like, slime monsters that could help her fight when she's in trouble (specifically like those gelatinous cubes you see in like ttrpgs because ale was originally a dnd character before she kinda became one of her own) but for whatever reason the ingredients or spell she used didn't work and she ended up creating a blobby little slime creature that was donut. at first she was rather disappointed because she didn't do the magic right and was like "fuck, guess i gotta try again" and she was about to try and undo what she had done to try again but then donut was just staring up at her with his little eyes and she didn't have the heart to rid of him so she said "... you know what? you may not be exactly what i was trying to make but i think you're just what i needed. a little questing buddy is just what a pirate needs" and she put him on her shoulder and they're practically bonded for life and learn more about each other everyday :)

8. ale and donut have kind of a system of understanding each other. while donut is mute, he communicates through the shape of his body, movement/hopping, slight changes to his facial expression, ale has adapted to reading the cues he gives. it's kinda similar to how you'd communicate with a pet in that ale mostly talks to him but he can't really speak back to her with words. ale also offers him certain cues in situations where she has to be stealthy and donut can communicate the same back at her

14. ale has goals of uncovering her past along with later goals of becoming a pirate captain. donut has the goal of always protecting ale as that was his original purpose in being created so he hopes to achieve that goal everyday.

Hi :] I have a question about your OCs: since Easter is today/tomorrow (depending on your time zone), which of your OCs do you think would like it the most? Any for religious reasons? Or which ones are just there for the chocolate? Applies to any OCs you want to include. I just want to get to know your characters better and thought this might be a fun ask.

I have a lot of OCs lol so I'm just gonna talk about a few that come to mind.

Calandra definitely would love Easter. She's been cooped up her whole life so learning about it would make her so happy. But also she loves bunnies so the idea of a bunny delivering eggs would make her wanna stay up like it was Santa lol. She would also like making Easter eggs. Sable loves parties so she'd help out even though she is Jewish.

Bea I will mention as he considers himself to be Christian. Now in the world and future he lives in doesn't really have religions anymore, or at least the ones we have today. But they are known of. And he likes the idea of Heaven so he "follows" it in the most basic sense as he knows very little about it. He never did a lot of fun holidays as a kid so he never knew anything. If he learned of Easter he'd be really excited to "engage with his faith" lol. But also he'd makes so many garlands and flower crowns for others. Shika would also be highly fascinated by this holiday as she studies humans lol.

Joven don't have the same holidays as humans, but Dreamy learns about a lot of holidays when she comes to Earth. She loves learning about human traditions even though she pretends she doesn't. Since she hangs with Ayla most often she knows more about Jewish Holidays, but Jacob would sorta explain it but not be enthusiastic about it.

My TU do celebrate real holidays but also have their own (especially in Silver Shores cause of the history). But Alfie would drag a bunch of others into celebrating Easter along with Renee. He'd also be in it for the candy to as he loves sweets.

I'm gonna assume they celebrate Easter in AHIT maybe even if it's something that Hat Kid and Bow Kid introduced. But Wolfie ADORES it. Hunting for things? That's her thing. She'd spend all day digging and sniffing around for eggs then pass out from a sugar coma lol.
