Many of us tend to downplay how much of ourselves we sacrifice in order to keep planning, hustling, persevering, and progressing in our ventures. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Then one day, the weight of the load we’ve been carrying for far too long begins to feel heavier than usual. Chronic headaches and fatigue, agitation, moodiness...these are just some of the ways that the #stress we’ve accustomed ourselves to begins to manifest in our lives; screaming at us for going too hard for way too long. 💡 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I encourage you to be more mindful of this. It’s easy for us to dismiss feeling #overwhelmed as being weak. When in reality, we need a well deserved break. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One of the ways I recharge is by #unapologetically committing myself to my bed.
