#i rarely finish a fic and feel completely satisfied #dude has psychoanalyzed himself so correctly and has called out his own issues. he knows himself! #he just has absolutely no self esteem sense of self so he doesn't act on anything he wants bc that would be selfish and he might be rejecte #so yeah it's still a kind of repression but he knows he's fucking in love with cas he just thinks this is all he'll ever get #up until literally the confession he didn't think angels were capable of love and that when they tried it broke them #THAT HE BROKE THEM.
