it's not that I need the loki show to just be super grim and serious and only take on the heavy aspects of his character. but this just feels too silly. Loki can be fun! Part of what I liked about him was how fun he was. he has some of the funniest lines in the MCU in TDW + Avengers. but he also has depth and is also important to me bc of his story with trauma. I liked that combination. even if they went with the more fun stuff I want it to b like dark world not silly kids stuff like this </3

i get that if you pay attention there's dark undertones but i would prefer them pushing those forward a bit more too

#doesn't help that im already mad over the mcu treating the character so badly but also #im finding a lot of what should be funny not really to my taste because of the overtness of things #the salad metaphor for example was delightful and loki threatening casey with the fish thing and messing with the remote #also mobius getting annoyed and trying to tell loki off for his behaviour #but the actual things put in for comedy land less #that;s just me though #probably #the show actually isn't that funny but i feel like it's trying to be ahsbgdyvasashs #it's definitely lighthearted entertainment so far #except for the end of both episodes those were better #in my opinion #the Loki show #loki spoilers #loki show spoilers
