Some of my fav facts (+ my headcanons) about Daud from Dishonored || PART 1

Daud is one of my favorite characters EVER. I loved playing Dishonored's main stories, but Daud's quest from the DLC I will aways hold close to my heart for many reasons. I will probably make more posts about him. So here we go!

Ace rep + mlm walking disaster

He doesn't drink alcohol, but is evidently a tea-drinker

He committed r€gicide and is NOT COOL at all about it (he feels too much remorse for everyone's sake including himself)

If he could, he would definitely yeet the Outsider into the Void without giving him a single chance to come back (the man still holds a grudge against the black-eyed b*stard)

He is, obviously, kinda pissed off when it comes to witches

He's the eternally tired father of a gang of dumbasses (the Whalers)

He loves books and always manages to find some free time for himself to continue his readings

He always finds new books on his bed when he comes back to the Whalers' HQ, and, strangely, none of them wants to tell him who's behind all that (it's been a few months now and Daud heavily suspects Corvo)

Have I finished my other project? No. Am I starting a new one? Absolutely.

Whaler Billie Lurk, Dishonored: The Knife of Dunwall. Starting with the whaler mask of my dreams.

I pattern this thing in three parts. One for my face, then a bit to elongate the nose and then the cool end details. This is the plastic from of an old sketchbook, some clear plastic and two different sizes of jar lids.

Testing that I could still see out of these eye bits. I think I should get some proper buckram because I used a bit of cheap embroidery cloth there and I think it was a little too tightly woven.

And then painting hell, which I am still in! And shall be in for a few days. Primer paint, paint, weather, sealant. Fun.

Anyway I shall see you next time MUHAHA, don't kill any empresses while I'm gone 😆

I wasn’t able to finish coloring this on time unfortunately because I had a surprise class assignment today. I started with sketching on paper but scanned and switched to digital when I realized the paper wouldn’t be able to handle the paint I wanted to use despite being super thick. But I will post the completed version at a later date.
