Keep the intake of vitamin D. Eat well-cooked food. Consume Zinc-rich food such as oysters and pumpkin seeds. Consume food enriched with fiber such as whole grains.

Drink 3 to 5 liters of water every day. Drink sufficient water throughout the day to keep the body hydrated. Drink a glass of water 20 to 30 minutes before meals.
Eat fresh food

Oil, fast food, junk food, online food, sugar, all this should be avoided. All cold drinks should be avoided. This includes fruit juices also. Avoid alcohol, late-night snacking, and aerated, and artificially sweetened drinks. Limit consumption of grains.
Regular exercise

Doing regular exercise or Yoga is a very effective way to achieve weight loss. Breathing exercises are also practical. Limit starchy food to smaller portions directly after exercise. Performing intense exercise and interval training is very effective.
Take proper sleep

A sound sleep of 8 hours should be taken daily. For this, avoid or release stress and anxiety by doing meditation or by spending quality time with family and friends.

Yesterdays breakfast hit the spot! I broke a 16 hour fast with 2 @peteandgerrys eggs, cooked in kerrygold and topped with ketorubs FyrSalt I can’t eat my eggs without this anymore! Staring at this bowl like 🤤🤤🤤 I think it’s pretty obvi that my fave food is breakfast food 🍳 Usually go for the sweeeeter bfast meals, but savory ones like this hit the spot too hehe . . . Smoked salmon breakfast bowl ⏩ INGREDIENTS @sizzlefishfit smoked salmon 1/2 an avocado 1 thick slice of a beefsteak tomato 1 egg 1 slice of @violife_foods plant-based cheddar Handful of spinach 1/2 a lemon . DIRECTIONS Whisk the egg & cook it on medium heat. After pouring the egg on the pan, break up the cheddar slice into smaller pieces & place on top. Honey sesame salmon with sweet potato fries & avocado ⏩ INGREDIENTS 1.5 lbs of salmon (this was fresh, not frozen) 1.5 tbsp liquid aminos* 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil* 1 tbsp honey* 1 tsp minced garlic* Ground ginger (I just did a couple shakes)* 1 tbsp lime juice* Sweet potato meat & potatoes seasoning (if you don’t have this, it’s pink salt, paprika, onion, garlic, black pepper, oregano) Olive oil . . DIRECTIONS Combine all the * ingredients to make the marinade. Pour on top of the salmon (save a little) in a baking dish & let sit for an hour or more. Pour the rest of the marinade on top before baking for 15 min on 400 then broil for 3 min. Cut up the sweet potato & coat with olive oil & seasoning. Place on parchment paper on a baking sheet & cook in the oven for 40 min at 400. Flip halfway through. *These come out slightly crispy on the outside and softer on the inside.
