What happened since the season two picspam? Well, Diane got sober and back together with Bobby. Then her mother shot her abusive father halfway through season three. Bobby proposed at the beginning of season four and she pushed him away saying she couldn't with what's still going on with her family. They drift because he's disappointed and she's scared. She goes back undercover with a really bad guy who ends up drugging and most likely raping her... that's were we pick this up.
