Well this is a pleasent suprise! It turns out the DecoBlog actually used in an exhibit piece officially made by Inu Curry! (

Except the Kototri, unfortunately. Poor birds...)

[UPDATE: Forgot to mention, HUGE shoutout to @colin-crossing for telling me about this, I wouldn’t have known about it if they didn’t send me a link to it!]

This piece is called  「 紙ケラと紙っぽち 」 or as I  roughly translated  “Paper Kera and Paper-ish blood”. Take my translation with a grain of salt however.

The tough part is finding out what “Kera”/  「 ケラ 」 means. According to most sources it means “Mole Cricket”, which doesn’t really seem to fit. So I just left it as Kera.

(There IS a Lolita Fashion magazine called “Kera” which could theoretically be what this word is referencing? May be a stretch however)

Moving on, According it was part of a 2016 exhibit called「紙のいきもの」which i tranlsate as “Living Paper Things” with the venue being “parabolica-bis” in Tokyo, and was about 1′5 Ft. (makes the amount of details even more impressive to me). It also seems to have been made by DoroInu. 

It was actually sold for 183,334 yen or 1337 US Dollars.....As much as I’d love to have one of these there’s no one I’d ever get my hands on them.  >.>’

DecoBlog character blurb (rough) translations

So if you’ve known me for even a single second, you know I'm absolutely obsessed with Inu Curry’s DecoBlog characters, and am always trying to scrounge up info about them. However because of it being lost media and also in Japanese, it’s a bit tricky, but i decided to give translating some of the stuff a shot!

Important note, I am by no means an expert at Japanese. All of this is machine translated (used RomajiDesu), with me trying my best to make sure nothing sounded broken. Things could have ended up lost in translation. I also didn’t translate the final sentences in all of the profiles because that one was way out of my skill level it seems
