Canonically, the teen detectives and Kaitou Kid are famous, so I can understand why someone would headcanon that, in universe, there would be detective/thief RPF of them. But... I disagree.

People believe that KID is much older than Kaito is in reality. So I don't think (much) RPF of them would exist, but there is another person known for chasing KID for years, someone people could easily write fanfic about...

That's right, in universe I bet there is a bunch of Kaitou Kid/Nakamori Ginzou RPF and the both hate this with a passion that cannot be expressed in words.

What the DetCo Crew Got for Xmas

Conan received a deerstalker hat and a fake pipe. He isn't sure whether to be happy about getting to dress up like his idol or annoyed because the gift was from Hattori and his best friend is definitely just trying to piss him off.

Ran received a new pair of earmuffs. Someone also thought it would be a good idea to give her a sword, and now everyone is maintaining at least a six-foot distance from her at all times.

Haibara received several bags of her favorite brand of coffee and about half a store's worth of Higo merch from Conan and the Detective Boys.

Rei received a lifetime supply of coupons for free car repairs. He did not know that those existed, and no one will tell him how they made it happen.

Professor Agasa received a new lab coat.

Hattori received two tickets for a week-long cruise with Kazuha from Ran. Conan, for his part, decided to retaliate by giving him a toy kendo sword.

Kazuha received a necklace from Hattori.

Akai received a piece of paper with his address on it that just says "Merry Christmas from Rei Furuya :)"

Oh gosh... I head this secenario in my head for a while for my Detective Conan ocs.

Imagine:

Takagi, who is seen with a strange pregnant woman every now and then. first from a patrol as the two of them were walking. Then from Shiratori or Chiba as they come from a doctor's appointment and that for several months. Up to the climax where the woman picks up Takagi from the station. And all the men who are jealous of Wataru because he is with Sato are really angry because they think he cheated on Sato and got another woman pregnant. Sato, who is also a bit depressed because of the rumors... and then, surprisingly, it turns out that the woman is his twin sister. Who was simply abandoned by her guy and Wataru Takagi is just a good brother for His sister in need.

Things about Suzuki Sonoko that I deem as facts

(aka more of my headcanons: a thrilling sequel to the Sonoko and Shinichi friendship)

as much as she denies it, she is lactose intolerant

she didn't realise she was lactose intolerant until she complained that she wasn't sure why people liked drinking milk because it hurts your stomach? Shinichi and Ran lunged across the table to wrestle the milkshake from her hands

Ran dared her to memorise the first 10 digits of pi. Shinichi called her a coward and told her to do 15. she spent two (2) days memorising the first 24. one of her useless talents but she is proud of it

always overdressed, or dressed too nicely for the occasion (her family is always in the spotlight and she needs to look her best. that has been instilled into her from a very young age)

went to ballet classes for three weeks when she was 5. she quit because she didn't want to practice (she was there for the pretty dresses and was very disappointed to find out she couldnt wear them straight away)

randomly has chunks of Shakespeare committed to memory and will recite it to Shinichi whenever he annoys her too much ("If he can do it with Holmes, I'm going to do it with Shakespeare")

when she's pissed, Ran and Shinichi just know to keep quiet and let her do the talking. everyone else thinks she's being dramatic and a diva queen, but they're used to it and they don't bat an eye

is being scared of the dark childish? she outgrew that fear until someone tried to bludgeon her to death in the dark, so now her and the dark dont mix

can speak multiple languages. is essentially fluent in English (because "you need to be able to talk to clients"), moderately fluent in Korean, and knows a few conversational starters in French.

currently studying sign language

has gotten annoyed at herself when she feels jealous because she can see that her two best friends are in love with each other, but she's alone. but then she snaps out of it because those dorks are hers and they would never leave her behind

she has a fear that people will leave and abandon her. either they realise that her personality (that she built to protect herself from everyone) is too much or that they cant easily access her money than they originally thought

(there are nights she thinks that she is unlovable. so many people tried to get close to her in an attempt to get money from her, and she feels like that's all she is) (Ran and Shinichi are so quick to drive those fears away)

when Shinichi didn't contact her after he disappeared? yeah her brain tried to convince her that he was trying to distance from her (because why else would he only contact Ran and not her weren't they supposed to be best friends-) (she broke down and he apologised immediately and told her it wasn't like that at all)

she 100% believes there is something weird with Conan. the brat is either cursed or some cryptid causing havoc. she is begging Ran to see it

all of her friends believe that she has adopted Conan and the other kids (it's true that she is fighting Ran over their custody, but she will never admit such a thing)

she doesn't realise it but she calls Conan 'the little one'

she calls her two best friends by terms of endearment. she calls Ran 'Honey' and calls Shinichi 'Darling'. a lot of the time 'darling' sounds like an insult, but it is affectionate

she got her cat, Gobu-chan (Goblin for long) from a shelter, and he was the grumpiest and scruffiest looking cat. she fell in love immediately and knew that her mother would hate him, which was more of an incentive to get him

it took her a few weeks to fully forgive Kazuha for acting so cold towards Ran (because no one is allowed to make Ran upset)

is the photographer of her friend group. she finds all the best lighting and aesthetic places

she drags Makoto out to cute spots that she finds on their dates

she also suffers from hayfever but she WILL get the cherry blossom pics regardless of her personal safety

(Makoto was stressed the entire date)

consistently sends Shinichi candid photos of Ran as motivation for him to get his ass back home (he tells her that bribing him won't actually make the case solve on its own. she argues that given enough time her work will pay off and he will come back) (he saves each photo religiously)

Suzuki Sonoko is a great girl. She is more than just the sassy heiress that throws money around (she is that but she does it well) and deserves all the love and support

Shenanigans in Beika is where you can find more of her being her fun self :)

Hakuba's Baaya is an retired Secret Agent

She was a terrifying field agent, and retired after sustaining an injury. Her husband died and she never remarried. Due to her dangerous line of work she never had kids.

She was first approached to be Superintendent Hakuba's housekeeper. Due to the Hakuba family's social and political status they needed a trained person who could protect the household if needed. And thus due to her background she was chosen.

She had been with the family for decades. She was when Hakuba Sr. joined the police force and made his way up the ladder to be the Superintendent.

She was the first to hold baby Hakuba when he was born. Hakuba's first words was 'Baa' for Baaya.

She was very sad when Hakuba Sr and his wife divorced, and Hakuba went to live in UK with his mom. They still regularly talked and Hakuba relayed all his adventures there to her.

She was the one who went to pick Hakuba up from airport when he came to Japan after so many years.

Whenever Hakuba feels out of depth or assurances, he calls and talks to Baaya.

She can still kick ass. If you hurt her precious Hakuba, she'll destroy you. She's a great shot.

When Hakuba finally gets involved with Conan and Heiji and the main mystery of the secret org. One of the members once tries to sneak in the Hakuba household to hurt him, but the assassin get's his ass kicked by Baaya

One of my favorite headcanons for Detective Conan is that Conan/Shinichi has a stupidly high pain tolerance... but I’d like to go into that and speculate on just how actually painful shifting from a child to a teenager would be.

Sure, there’s the whole “bone-extending” thing, but the thing that would make anyone wince is what happens to his nerves? 

Nerves wrap around and through bone. With him growing so fast, the speed in which new nerves would have to be generated to keep up with the bone would be ridiculous. You’d get sensory feedback from yards of nerves within practically an instant, which would most likely hurt, to put it mildly. With one of the largest nerve concentrations in hands and his spine, he is most likely feeling that.

Ouch.

I have some HC about magic kaito story. Since they have fantasy elements in their story. I wonder if they will have occult detective, priest, demon, alien, Artificial human, time traveler, esper or other many characters with superpowers. And maybe the organization in magic kaito code also have superpowered members. Probably the higher ranks will have supernatural power or even they are not human. And their codename will not usual insects of small animal but will be some mythical creature. And it will fun if some day detective conan's characters will also appear because they are forced to believe some supernatural subject. But this is just my though. And what happened in the future, Nobody know about it.

Why am I keep having these random thought for some reason? But I think have to let it out. So y'all know that recently I got into Bluey and when I watched how Bandit and Chilli parenting, I thought. What if Shinichi and Ran from Detective Conan have kids in the future, and they raised their kids like how the Heeler parents did? I keep thinking that Shinichi despite being a detective, he still trying to spend time with his kids and make them happy. And Ran being a loving and responsible mom, comforting her kids, and with Shinichi teaching their kids life lessons. I think that just sound cute, and imagine just like Bandit, Shinichi sometimes will get into the kids silly antics.

Little Shukichi sneaking into his big brother's room whenever he had a nightmare

Shuichi having a giant penguin plush that he carried around with him everywhere
