I don't really watch a lot of Fit or Pac but I heard how Pac tried to adopt the cat that might have been Madagio and had a little idea Aka funny little au in which Madagio does let themself get taken in by Pac, and Fit has to pretend that Pac's new pet is totally a normal cat and not his boss that is constantly pestering him to do his job, slice of life sitcom style

We still have this little critter, and she has successfully healed from her spay.

She rejected her homemade cone of shame (rolled up soccer socks courtesy of J) so we got her a proper baby shirt. It’s shocking we got her into it, and that she tolerated it as well as she did. She may be a shit, but she’s a good kid at heart. Maybe because she’s so stinkin’ cute.

It is probably wishful thinking, but her manners seem to be getting better. She still hasn’t been formally introduced to Zelda, but we can already tell she’s a little bully, so keep your fingers crossed because it would kinda suck to rehome her.

(It’s doubly hilarious because I’m the “no more cats can’t deal argh!” sort and this lil shit just HAD to choose OUR yard as the place to hang out in.)

New kitten names are still being debated

We considered 'Jill' because it's another Resident Evil name, like Leon's. And just like Leon's name refers to a holiday as well (Noel, but backwards) RE Jill's last name is Valentine. And new kitten's gotcha day is the weekend after Valentine's Day

Also... kitty seems to have polydactyly. So many beans. So we could call her... Jilly Bean

reminder: cats rolling over to expose their tummy and then biting when you go to pet their tummy is NOT cats being assholes!

the tummy is one of the most vulnerable places on a cat. when they lounge around the house with their tummy exposed, it is a sign of trust. like “hey! you’re cool, i like you! i trust you won’t rip my stomach open with your claws” and when you go in with your hands….yeah lol reflex kicks in.

SOME cats do like tummy rubs though! one of mine does roll over for tummy rubs. but as a role of thumb the majority of cats are not “tricking” you. they aren’t dogs.
