How would you depict Sarasaland’s kingdoms in the Movie Verse? One of my ideas for the Chai Kingdom in particular is that the Pionpi guard the Chai Kingdom’s castle at night and then dip because they’re based on Jiangshi Vampires, who have a noted hatred of the sun.

That's a good idea with the Pionpi.

I once attempted a Mario comic years ago taking place in Sarasaland, and one of the ideas I had was Daisy would have Bunbun as her main people, like how Peach has the Toads.

(get it..Cause Daisy? Flower? Bees.....? 😑)

But the Pionpi guarding it at night is genius! To be honest, I haven't given much thought into how they will depict Sarasaland in the movie verse...only because I prefer to see what they do in canon first before I attempt to try anything. But any ideas are subtle. I don't have anything else aside from the Bunbun idea, sorry....
